Research about auto-segmentation via SVM (SVM을 이용한 자동 음소분할에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper we used Support Vector Machines(SVMs) recently proposed as the loaming method, one of Artificial Neural Network, to divide continuous speech into phonemes, an initial, medial, and final sound, and then, performed continuous speech recognition from it. Decision boundary of phoneme is determined by algorithm with maximum frequency in a short interval. Recognition process is performed by Continuous Hidden Markov Model(CHMM), and we compared it with another phoneme divided by eye-measurement. From experiment we confirmed that the method, SVMs, we proposed is more effective in an initial sound than Gaussian Mixture Models(GMMs).

  • The purpose of this paper was to present the method of progress efficiency of morphosyntaxical analyzer for French information processing in the view of multilingual information processing. This study indicated that he method prohibit the additional useless word type by decomposing word type by decomposing works which were created by morphological amalgamation. Findings also suggested the need of preprocessing in order to decrease the overload of morphosyntaxical analysis algorithm. In addition, general rules were proposed to divide word form and to decompose complex sentence.

  • The 2020 Digital polarization in accordance with rapid information and communication technology (ICT) development arises as an important issue in the society of the time in S. Korea. And at that time of 2020 S. Korea society due to the multicultural families of nearly one million people are expected to start full-scale multicultural society. So this study has been developed ways to bridge the gap as the digital divide with a discussion of multicultural society policy relevant to advent of the era of the informatization. Also under changing environment of this new paradigm, this study proposed that the future strategic direction like expanded and enhanced information services relevant to multicultural families in S. Korea. So this study focused on the strategy consulting of multicultural society policy with e-Government of S. Korea by the application of 'scenario planning' as a foresight method. As a result, A desirable future vision of multicultural society policy with e-government in S. Korea is to build 'open platform' based on ICT-integrated data services.

  • The divide-and-conquer method is efficiently used in parallel multiplier over finite field $GF(2^n)$. Leone Proposed optimal stop condition for iteration of Karatsuba-Ofman algerian(KOA). Ernst et al. suggested Multi-Segment Karatsuba(MSK) method. In this paper, we analyze the complexity of a parallel MSK multiplier based on the method. We propose a new parallel MSK multiplier whose space complexity is same to each other. Additionally, we propose optimal stop condition for iteration of the new MSK method. In some finite fields, our proposed multiplier is more efficient than the KOA.

  • Abstract. In the ubiquitous environment of the next generation, RFID is predicted to occupy an important technical location and also expected to apply to various fields. However, the properties of tags in itself which is the core of RFID have a dysfunction like an invasion of privacy for user. An existing cryptanalytic protection scheme of the information leakage have a difficult problem to apply to RFID tags for privacy protection. We applied Ohkubo et al.'s scheme to the protection of the tag's information efficiently in the RFID system environment using low-cost tags. But, this method has all informations of tagsto identify tag's ID and then performs the process of identification in sequence in the Back-end server. These processes have lots of computations so that it have problems about a scalability. In this paper, we are based on Ohkubo et al.'s scheme to solve problems, and then analyze the parallelism with the Hellman's tradeoff method, divide it into nodesin parallel. In this paper, we are based on Okubo et al.'s scheme to solve problems, and then analyze the parallelism with Hellman's tradeoff method, divide it into the ${\omega}$ node in parallel. as a result, we can reduce the computing complexity of key search to $O(\frac{m^{2/3}n^{2/3}}{\omega})$ seconds from O(mm) seconds. finally we show the results to be enhanced the scalability.

Comparison study of turbulent diffusion coefficient using Smagorinsky method and 2-level method (Smagorinsky method와 2-level method를 이용한 난류 확산계수의 비교 연구)

  • Turbulence greatly influence on atmospheric flow field. In the atmosphere, turbulence is represented as turbulent diffusion coefficients. To estimate turbulent diffusion coefficients in previous studies, it has been used constants or 2-level method which divides surface layer and Ekman layer. In this study, it was introduced Smagorinsky method which estimates turbulent diffusion coefficient not to divide the layer but to continue in vertical direction. We simulated 3-D flow model and TKE equation applied turbulent diffusion coefficients using two methods, respectively. Then we showed the values of TKE and the condition of each term to TKE. The results of Smagorinsky method were reasonable. But the results of 2-level method were not reasonable. Therefor, it had better use Smagorinsky method to estimate turbulent diffusion coefficients. We are expected that if it is developed better TKE equation and model with study of computational method in several turbulent diffusion coefficients for reasonably turbulent diffusion, we will able to predict precise wind field and movements of air pollutants.

  • A heat and room temperature construction method of asphalt have been mainly applying to rooftop waterproofing in concrete structure, and the rest construction method are sheet, membrane and mortar waterproofing construction method. In particular, joint method in sheet waterproof method is as overlap joint which on being reinforced with fiber and tape, have been applying for job site to mechanical fix using protection disk and anchorage and metal ironwork on the end of sheet. These construction method cause cutting off joint of sheet as behavior of structure according to repairs of sheet itself and thermal conduct, outdoor air environment. In conclusion, we analyzed and examined the application of various sheets and piece ashes about superior 'I' joint which divide from one and the other sheet and progressed about joint construction method of fixing method for overlap.

  • Recently, many researches are being dealt with the adaptive method for improving the accuracy of finite element solution. This paper deals with rh-methods that are the combination of r and h-method ; r-method is to relocate the nodes for the grid optimization, h-method is to divide the elements with great error into the equal shape. As a results, rh-method has the same error decrease and convergence as h-method in the same degree of freedom, but it has more exact result of finite element in the state of restraining degrees of freedom than h-method alone.

  • In this paper, an infinite determinant method is presenstd for stability analysis of parametrically excited systems. Unstable regions of the combination parametric resonance as well as principal resonance can be identified with the method. A numerical problem of relatively large amplitude of excitation is solved, and the results of the presented method are compared to those of the multiple scales perturbation method. It is found that the presented method obtains more accurate transition curves which divide stable and unstables in the parameter plane than those of the multiple scales perturbation method.

  • A new method for free nitration analysis using series functions is proposed to obtain the eigenvalues of arbitrarily shaped, polygonal plates with clamped edges. Since a general solution used in the method satisfies the equation of motion for the transverse vibration of a plate, the method offers very accurate eigenvalues, compared to FEM or BEM results. In addition, the method can minimize the amount of numerical calculation because it has the advantage of not needing to divide the plate of interest. Two case studies show that the proposed method is valid and accurate when the eigenvalues by the proposed method are compared to those by FEM (NASTRAN) or another analytical method.
