카스토퍼 설치위치를 고려한 주차단위구획 산정 및 개선방안 제시 (Suggestion of Improving and Estimating Parking Space Section Considering Proper Position of Car-Stopper)

  • 2011년 6월 기준으로 국내 자동차등록대수는 1,826만 대에 육박할 정도로 비약적인 증가를 보이고 있다. 최근 급속히 증가하고 있는 대형 승용차 및 RV차량이 현재 설치된 주차장에 주차할 경우 차량훼손, 민원 발생 등 주차장 이용자의 통행불편을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 주자장에 무분별하게 설치된 카스토퍼는 주차사고 유발 및 주차문제를 더욱 더 증가시킴과 동시에 경제적 손실을 초래하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현실에 적합한 주차단위구획 및 카스토퍼 설치위치 규정의 재정비가 필요하다고 판단되어, 국내 외 차종별 구성비, 차종별 차폭 및 길이에 대한 현장조사와 카스토퍼가 설치된 주차단위구획 및 차종별 구성비 변화 사례 등을 선행 검토하였다. 또한, 차종별 제원 및 카스토퍼 설치위치를 고려하여 주차단위구획을 산정하였다. 그 결과, 대형 승용차의 여유폭이 기존보다 18 ~ 21mm 정도 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 차량의 앞내민길이가 주차단위구획을 벗어나지 않으므로 주차장 사고를 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 최종적으로 운전자 측면에서 편의성 및 안전성이 향상된 주차계획 개선안을 제시하였다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 개선된 주차계획을 적용할 경우 주차장의 구조 및 설치기준 정립은 물론 더 나아가 주차장 관련사업의 비용/효율성을 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

탑승자 교통사고에서 경추손상 판단을 위한 중증도 요인 분석 (Parameter Analysis to Predict Cervical Spine Injury on Motor Vehicle Accidents)

  • It was a pilot study for developing an algorithm to determine the presence or absence of cervical spine injury by analyzing the severity factor of the patients in motor vehicle occupant accidents. From August 2012 to October 2016, we used the KIDAS database, called as Korean In-Depth Accident Study database, collected from three regional emergency centers. We analyzed the general characteristics with several factors. Moreover, cervical spine injury patients were divided into two groups: Group 1 for from Quebec Task Force (hereinafter 'QTF') grade 0 to 1, and group 2 for from QTF grade 2 to 4. The score was assigned according to the distribution ratio of cervical spine injured patients compared to the total injured patients, and the cut-off value was derived from the total score by summation of the assigned score of each factors. 987 patients (53.0%) had no cervical spine injuries and 874 patients (47.0%) had cervical spine injuries. QTF grade 2 was found in 171 patients (9.2%) with musculoskeletal pain, QTF grade 3 was found in 38 patients (2.0%) with spinal cord injuries, and QTF grade 4 was found in 119 patients (6.4%) with dislocation or fracture, respectively. We selected the statistically significant factors, which could be affected the cervical spine injury, like the collision direction, the seating position, the deformation extent, the vehicle type and the frontal airbag deployment. Total score, summation of the assigned each factors, 10 was presented as a cut-off value to determine the cervical spine injury. In this study, it was meaningful as a pilot study to develop algorithms by selecting limited influence factors and proposing cut-off value to determine cervical spine injury. However, since the number of data samples was too small, additional data collection and influencing factor analysis should be performed to develop a more delicate algorithm.

37K DWT 석유화학제품 운반선의 선미관 베어링 발열 사고 및 축계정렬에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Stern Bearing Damage and Shaft Alignment for 37K DWT Product/Chemical Tanker)

  • Together with the emerging of the Eco-ship, the application of large-diameter and high-efficiency propeller required more careful attention than before in the design of the shafting system. After the adoption of Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EAL) to the stern tube lubrication oil, a number of aft stern tube bearing accidents have been reported, and a variety of institutions have actively conducted research on the cause relationship. This study attempted to find the cause of the accident by measuring the alignment of the shafting system of a medium-sized product/chemical tanker with aft stern tube bearing damage and analyzing the reaction force of each bearing. In addition, a reasonable solution to the correction of the shaft alignment was suggested and the feasibility was reviewed. Through various measured data and analysis, the actual installation of shafting system was slightly different from the design drawing condition, but it was found that each bearing load distribution was within the allowable range. Therefore, it was confirmed that the cause of this accident was due to the dissatisfaction the misalignment slope of aft stern tube bearing rather than the effect of the bearing overload. As a solution to this cause, countermeasures such as double slope were suggested in the aft stern tube bearing, and the characteristics of EAL also seem to have an indirect effect.

중·소규모 건설현장 재해예방 기술지도 대가 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Technical Guidance Fee for Preventing Accidents at Small-Medium Construction Sites)

  • 공사금액 1억이상 120억 미만 중·소규모 건설현장은 전문지도기관의 기술지도를 받아야 한다. 최근 기술지도의 계약 주체가 시공자에서 발주자로 변경됨에 따라 예상되는 기술지도 부실을 방지하기 위해 기술지도 대가를 산정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 대상 건설공사를 공사금액에 따라 4개 구간으로 단순화하고, 구간별 기술지도 담당자의 일 지도횟수와 기술지도 담당자의 최소 기술 등급을 제한하고 엔지니어링사업대가를 적용하여 기술지도 1회당 대가를 산정하는 방법을 제안하였으며, 제안 방법은 설문에서 도출된 현재 형성된 일반적인 대가와 K2B 분석 결과 등을 잘 반영하므로 기술지도 대가 가인드라인 수립에 적용될 수 있다고 판단된다.

전통적 사고예측모형의 한계 및 개선방안 : Hauer 사고예측모형의 소개 및 적용 (What goes problematic in the Existing Accident Prediction Models and How to Make it Better)

  • 사고예측모형은 도로에서 발생한 교통사고자료를 통계적으로 모형화한 것으로 종속변수는 과거의 사고건수가 되고 설명 변수로는 주로 사고가 일어난 장소의 도로 기하구조 조건, 교통조건, 운영조건 등 도료의 속성자료가 이용된다. 기존의 사고예측모형의 한계를 극복하고자 새로운 방안인 Hauer의 연구를 구체적으로 소개하고 이를 국내 고속도로 사망사고자료를 통해 적용하였다. Hauer의 방법론에 의한 사고예측모형을 구축한 결과 AADT와 종단구배를 통해 사고예측모형의 적합도를 상당히 높일 수 있었으나, 곡선반경은 사고건수와 직접적 인 관련이 있는 것으로 파악되지 않았다. 이러한 사고예측모형은 기존의 모형과 비교 시 여러 설명변수 중 어떤 변수가 모형에 도입되어야 하는지를 결정할 때 분명한 근거를 지니기 때문에 중요한 변수가 누락되거나 혹은 중요하지 않는 변수가 도입될 가능성 이 낮아지는 장점을 지니고 있다.

3-Dimensional Analysis of the Steam-Hydrogen Behavior from a Small Break Loss of Coolant Accident in the APR1400 Containment

  • In order to analyze the hydrogen distribution during a severe accident in the APR1400 containment, GASFLOW II was used. For the APR1400 NPP, a hydrogen mitigation system is considered from the design stage, but a fully time-dependent, three-dimensional analysis has not been performed yet. In this study GASFLOW code II is used for the three-dimensional analysis. The first step to analysis involving hydrogen behavior in a full containment with the GASLOW code is to generate a realistic geometry model, which includes nodalization and modeling of the internal structures such as walls, ceilings and equipment. Geometry modeling of the APR1400 is conducted using GUI program by overlapping the containment cut drawings in a graphical file format on the mesh view. The total number of mesh cells generated is 49,476. And the calculated free volume of the APR1400 containment by GASFLOW is almost the same as the value from the GOTHIC modeling. A hypothetical SB-LOCA scenario beyond design base accident was selected to analyze the hydrogen behavior with the hydrogen mitigation system. The source of hydrogen and steam for the GASFLOW II analysis is obtained from a MAAP calculation. Combustion pressure and temperature load possibilities within the compartments used in the GOTHIC analysis are studied based on the Sigma-Lambda criteria. Finally the effectiveness of HMS installed in the APR1400 containment is evaluated from the point of severe accident management

교통안전 특성을 고려한 장대터널 적정길이 제시 (Suggestion on the Optimal Length of Long Tunnels Considering Traffic Safety Characteristics)

  • 터널은 이동시간을 최소화 시킬 뿐만 아니라 친환경적인 도로건설을 위한 필수적인 시설물이라 하겠다. 최근에는 보다 높은 서비스수준의 제공을 위하여 터널 건설이 가속화 되고 있다. 그러나 터널을 주행하는 운전자는 좁고 어두운 터널의 특성상 심리적 불안감과 시야의 제약을 받게 된다. 더욱이 1,000m 이상의 장대터널을 통과하는 운전자는 단조로운 형태의 터널 내부를 장시간 통과함에 따라 졸음 등이 발생할 수 있으며, 보다 큰 심리적 압박감을 느껴 운전자 부하가 가중되게 된다. 이러한 운전자 부하는 장대터널 내부의 주행안전성을 크게 저하시키며 높은 사고위험성을 내포시키게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 장대터널 교통안전 특성을 고려하여 장대터널의 적정길이를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 장대터널의 교통안전에 영향을 미치는 교통안전변수를 분류하고 선정하였다. 교통안전변수는 교통사고변수와 속도변수로 분류하며, 해당 변수는 교통사고건수, 교통사고율, 주행속도, 개별차량 주행속도 차등으로 세부적인 분류를 하였다. 이상과 같이 분류된 교통안전변수가 장대터널길이에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 교통사고율이 유의한 결과를 나타냄에 따라 교통사고율을 교통안전변수로 선정하였다. 터널 길이에 따라 교통안전변수가 큰 폭으로 증가하는 지점은 사고발생가능성이 높은 지점으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 해당 지점을 선정하기 위해 교통안전변수의 분포표를 작성하였으며, 교통안전변수가 크게 증가하는 구간을 임계점으로 설정하였다. 그리고 해당 임계점에 도달하기 이전의 길이를 장대터널의 적정길이로 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 장대터널의 적정길이를 통해 향후 장대터널에서 발생하는 교통사고 감소에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

가정간호 기록지 분석 - 원주기독병원 가정간호 보건활동을 중심으로 - (An Analysis of Referrals, Nursing Diagnosis, and Nursing Interventions in Home Care - Wonju Christian Hospital Community Health Nursing Service -)

  • Home Health Care is one part of the total health care system. It includes health care services that link the hospital to the community. While it is important for early discharge patients, home care is also important for people with chronic illnesses or handicapping conditions. In 1989 the Korean government passed a law that opened the way for formal development of home health care services beginning with education programs to certify nurses for home care, and then demonstration home care services. Part of the mandate of the demonstration projects was evaluation of home care services. This study was done in order to provide basic data that would contribute to the development of records that could be used for evaluation through a retrospective audit and to examine the care that had been given in Home Care at Wonju Christian Hospital over a twenty year period from 1974 to 1994. The purposes of the study were : to identify to characteristics of the clients who had received home care, to identify the reasons for client referrals, to identify the nursing problems of these clients, to identify the nursing care provided to these clients, and to identify differences in these areas over the twenty year period. The study was a descriptive study involving a retrospective audit of the client records. Demographic data on all clients were included : 4,171 clients from 2,564 families. Data on referrals, nursing diagnosis and nursing interventions were from even numbered records which had a patient problem list included in the record, 2,801 clients, Frequencies and ANOVA were used in the analysis. The results of the study showed that the majority of the clients were from Wonju city /county. There were more women than men related to the high number of postpartum clients(1,300). The high number of postparttum clients and newborns was also evident in the age distribution. An the number of maternal-child clients decreased over the 20 years, the mean age of the clients increased significantly. Other factors also contributed to this change ; as increasing number of clients with brain injuries or with cancer, and fewer children with burns, osteomyelitis and tuberculosis. There was a decrease in the mean number of visits and mean length of coverage, reflecting a movement towards a short term acute care model. The number of new clents dropped sharply after 1985. The reasons for this are : the development of other treatment alternatives for clients, the establishment of an active wellbaby clinic, many more options plus a decreasing number of new cases of Hansen's Disase, and insurance that allows people with burns to be kept in hospital until skin grafts are healed. Socioeconomic changes have resulted in an increase in the number of cases of cancer, stroke, head injuries following car accidents, and of diabetes. Of the 2,801 client records, 2,541(60.9%) contained a written referral but for 1,802 it contained only the medical diagnosis. The number of records with a referral requesting specific nursing care was 739(29.1%). Many family members who were identified as in need of nursing care had no written referral. Analysis of the patient problem list showed that 41.9% of the enteries were nursing diagnoses. Others incuded medical diagnosis, symptoms, and plans. The most frequently used diagnoses were alteration in nutrition, less than body requirements(115 entries), alteration in skin integrity(114), knowledge deficit(111), pain(78), self-care deficit(66), and alteration in pattern of urinary elimination(50). These are reflected in the NANDA categories for which the highest number of diagnosis was in the Exchanging pattern(446), followed by Moving(178), Feeling(136) and Knowing (115). Analysis of the frequency of interventions showed that exercise and teaching about exercise was the most frequent intervention, followed by teaching concering the need for follow-up care, checking vital signs, managing nutritional problems, managing catheters, giving emotional support, changing dressings, teaching about medication, teaching (subject not specified), teaching about diet, IM and IV medications or fluid, and skin care, in that order. Recommendations included: development of a record that would allow for efficient recording of frequently used nursing diagnoses and nursing interventions: expansion of the catchment area for Home Care at Wonju Christian Hospital ; expansion of the service to provide complication prevention, rehabilitation services, and support to increase the health maintenance /health promotion of the people being served as well as providing client dentered care ; and development of a clinical record that will allow efficient data collection from records, even though the recording is done by a variety of health care providers.

시설물 유형에 따른 화재 발생의 공간 계량 분석 (Spatial Econometrics Analysis of Fire Occurrence According to Type of Facilities)

  • 최근 급속도로 성장하는 도시에는 많은 인구와 시설물들이 증가하고 집중이 심화함에 따라 재해와 재난에 취약함을 나타낸다. 특히, 화재는 우리나라의 도시 내에서 교통사고와 더불어 가장 많이 발생하는 재해 중 하나로 많은 인명 및 재산피해를 준다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 화재 발생에 대한 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 진주시를 대상으로 2007년부터 2017년까지 10년간 화재데이터를 취득하였다. 먼저 공간 자기 상관성 분석을 시행하여 진주시 화재 발생의 공간 분포 패턴을 파악한 후, 상관관계 및 다중 회귀 분석을 통해 인문 사회 요인과 물리적 요인 간의 공간적 종속성 및 비정상성을 확인하였고 이를 토대로 화재 발생 위치와 각 요인별 위치를 고려하여 공간 가중치를 활용한 OLS 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과로 첫째, 진주시 화재 발생의 LISA분석 결과 화재 발생 빈도가 높은 용도지역은 중심상업지역, 공업지역, 주거지역 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인구 사회적 변수 및 물리적 변수를 통합하여 다중회귀분석의 최종 모형으로 도출된 요인들을 중심으로 공간가중치를 적용하여 OLS회귀모형을 분석한 결과 제2종 근린생활시설이 화재 발생과 가장 높은 상관성을 보였으며 다음으로 단독주택, 판매시설, 제1종 근린생활시설, 가구수의 순으로 상관성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 도시 지역의 시설물별 화재 발생 요인을 분석하고 화재 안전대책을 수립하는데 유용한 자료로 활용될 것으로 예상된다.

Who has to take legal responsibility for retailer brand foods, manufacturers or retailers?

  • As a marketing vehicle to survive in intensified retailing competition, retailer brand development has been adopted by retailers in Korea. As evidence, the retailer brand share of a major retailer, Tesco Korea, has grown from 20% in 2007 to 22.8% in the first half of 2008. It means that retailers have provided more and more retailer brand foods for customers. With the growing accessibility to retailer brand foods, it would be expected that the number of retailer brand food claims will increase. Customers have increasingly exposed to a variety of marketing activities conducted by retailers. When buying the retailer brand foods, customers tend to be affected by marketing activities of retailers. Despite the fact that customers trust retailers and then, buy their brand foods, in case of food accidents caused by production process, customers have to seek compensation from a retailer brand supplier. Of course, a retailer tends to shift its responsibility to its suppliers. Accordingly, it is not easy for customers to solve food claims. The research, therefore, aims at exploring the relationship between the buying-decision processes of retailer brand customers and which side takes legal responsibility for food claims. To effectively achieve the research aim, the author adopted a quantitative and a qualitative research technique, in order to supplement the disadvantages of each method. Before field research, based on the developed research model, the author pre-tested questionnaire with 10 samples, amended, and handed out to 400 samples. Amongst them, 316 questionnaires are available. For a focus group interview, 9 participants were recruited, who are students, housewives, and full-time workers, aged from 20s to 40s. Through the focus group interview as well as the questionnaire results, it was found that most customers were influenced by a retailer or store image in a customer's mind, retailer reputation and promotional activities. Surprisingly, customers think that the name of a retailer is a more important factor than who produces retailer brand foods, even though many customers check a retailer brand supplier, when making a buying-decision. Rather than retailer brand suppliers, customers trust retailers. That is why they purchase retailer brands. Nevertheless, production-related food claims is not involved with retailers. In fact, it would be difficult for customers to distinguish whether a food claim is related to selling or manufacturing processes. Based on research results, from a customer perspective, the research suggests that the government should require retailers to take the whole responsibility for retailer brand food claims, preventing retailers from passing the buck to retailer brand suppliers. In case of food claims, in order for customers to easily get the compensation, it is necessary to reconsider the current system. If so, retailers have to fully get involved in retailer brand production stage, and further, the customer awareness of retailer brands will be improved than ever before. Retailers cannot help taking care of the whole processes of retailer brand development, because of responsibility. As a result, the process to seek compensation for food claims might become easier, and further, the protection of customer right might be improved.
