  • 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 기반으로 물품관리를 하기 위한 VMDC(View, Model, Dispatcher, Controller) 아키텍처를 제안한다. 물품을 인력이 아닌 소프트웨어로 관리하기 위하여 여러 아키텍처들이 존재한다. MVC와 기존 아키텍처의 경우, 공통된 객체의 전달로 불필요한 데이터가 이동되는 문제점이 발생한다. 따라서 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 VMDC(View, Model, Dispatcher, Controller) 아키텍처를 제시하고자 한다. VMDC(View, Model, Dispatcher, Controller) 아키텍처의 Dispatcher(사령부)는 각 Controller(컨트롤러)가 필요로 하는 데이터를 파악하고 그것을 기반으로 하여 객체를 재구성함으로서 효율적인 데이터 이동을 하도록 한다. 또한 VMDC(View, Model, Dispatcher, Controller) 아키텍처를 이용하여 개발된 식품관리 프로그램으로 사용사례를 보이고, 효율성을 제시 후 향후 연구방향 또한 제시한다.

전화상담원 도움이 심폐소생술 수행에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Dispatcher-assistance on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Performance)

  • Purpose : The comparative effectiveness of without dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction CPR but received lectured and training(NDCPR) and without received lectured and training CPR but dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction(DCPR) in CPR. Methods : The CPR instruction to 774 students and faculties in universities and colleges. There selected without dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction CPR but received lectured and training(NDCRP) and without received lectured and training CPR but dispatcher-assisted telephone instruction(DCPR). Compare the effectiveness to sills performance of DCPR and NDCPR students and faculties of according to the CPR. Results : 397(51%) students and faculties was DCPR and 377(49%) students and faculties was NDCPR. There was no difference in the compression depth, hand position, adequacy of recoil, volume of ventilation, self-confidence, and willingness to do CPR between the two instructional methods. Conclusion : Under the guide of dispatcher-assisted CPR instruction integrated into mobil phone, novice could perform more effective CPR. This method could be used as a supplement to CPR practice and skill retention.

  • Woo[8]proposed dual-token based fault-tolerant scheduling algorithm in multiprocessor environment for resolving the problem of old systems that have a central dispatcher processor. However, this algorithm does not present token allocation algorithm in detail when central dispatcher processor has failed. In this paper, we propose a fault detection algorithm and processor selection algorithm for token allocation when central dispatcher processor has failed.

  • During these 2-3 years, there were many big and small power system black-out including america-canada black out(2003.08). It is indicated that cause of accident is not only obsolete equipment but also dispatcher's improper reaction. therefore, it raised its head for the importance of dispatcher training. Korea power exchange(KPX) which is splitted fromKEPCO as part of reconstruction of power industry(2001.04), is in chagre of stable and efficient power system operation. also, KPX created 'dispatcher training team' which is benchmarked from foreign advanced Power corporation. In this paper, it will be introduced KPX's dispacher training program and various training procedure.

  • In the Aviation Safety Act, the part about fatigue management of Flight dispatcher was added as an amended law. Prior to the amendment of the Act, the regulations on fatigue of flight dispatcher governed by the FOM approved and reported by airlines according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, but were enforced by law from June 9, 2021. In this study, the scope and work type of flight dispatchers are checked, and unlike flight attendants, it is intended to consider legal working hour management measures for flight dispatchers according to the enforcement of the fatigue management act.

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 화재 상황별 분석을 통하여 향후 화재 접수자(이하 '화재 접수자')의 수보 업무를 보완해 나가는 것에 목적을 둔다. 연구방법: 연구를 위해 기존 소방본부에서 제작된 상황별 수보 프로토콜 가이드 라인을 건축물 별로 비교 분석하여 위치, 가연물, 피난, 소방설비로 분류를 나눠 시나리오 작성 연구결과: 작성된 시나리오를 토대로 최종적으로 태블릿 PC 기반으로 한 어플리케이션 형태의 수보 전용 시스템을 개발 결론: 수보 시스템은 화재에 국한된 것이 아닌 재난, 구급 분야에 걸쳐 진행됨. 본 연구는 화재에 국환되어 있으나 향후 재난, 구급분야로 확장해 나가야 할 필요가 있음. 더 나아가 최근 화재 안전성 평가 및 다중이용업소 전수 조사 데이터를 연계할 수 있을 것임.

구급상황관리사에 의한 심폐소생술 안내 실태 연구 (A study on the cardiopulmonary resuscitation by the emergency medical dispatcher)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study is to check up the status of 119 emergency control centers usage. Therefore, the status of use of 119 emergency control centers and the incidence of pre-hospital cardiac arrest patients were investigated. Methods: The emergency activity daily reports and first aid diaries of 119 emergency control centers from January to December 2018 were reviewed. For more accurate status analysis, Among the first aid guidance received in the emergency rescue standard system, the cardiopulmonary resuscitation guide log was reviewed. Results: In 2018, the total usage of the 119 emergency control centers was 1,358,356 calls, hospital guidance werethe most commom (n=629,676, 46.4%), followed by first aid (n=428,027, 31.5%), disease consultation (n=170,238, 12.5%), medical oversight (n=111,188, 8.2%), and interhospital transfer (n=5,052, 0.4%). Regarding the user number per 1,000 persons, Jeju was the greatest at 48.0, whereas Changwon was the lowest at 13.0. A total number of dispatcher-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation was 12.181. The time from report to chest compression were 156.2±80.8 seconds for those with previous cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and 168.0±79.3 seconds for those without such training (p<.05). Conclusion: The ratio of first aid instructions, including dispatcher-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation, among total usage of the 119 emergency control centers increased. Therefore, additional efforts are required to improve the quality and expertise of information provided through the 119 emergency control centers.

A Web Cluster Scheme using Distributed File Server in Internet Environments

  • In this paper, we propose to new dispatcher method, which doesn't depend on an operating system of the server, and the direct routing method, by which a server answers a client's request at first hand. And, propose new web clustering scheme based on the contents on the web where web servers composed of cluster, with each different contents, answer client's request. The other purposes are to reduce overhead of the dispatcher through load balance, and to minimize the time to take in responding to a client's request. The performance of new web cluster scheme was improved by about 39% than that of the existing RR method. It was identified that the performance of the proposed web cluster method was extraordinary improved comparing with that of the existing RR method as a whole.

  • 제철소에서의 원료 운송 작업은, 선박에 선적된 원료를 하역하여 야드에 적치한 후, 제반 원료 소요공장까지의 벨트 컨베이어를 통한 원료 수송 작업을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 원료 운송과 관련한 선박 접안, 원료 하역 및 벨트 컨베이어 수송 일정 계획을 효과적으로 수립하기 위하여 이단계 계획적 구조를 이용한 일정계획 휴리스틱을 개발하고 이를 구현하기 위한 전문가 시스템을 개발하였다. 이단계 계층적 구조는 상위 단계의 Scheduler 와 하위 단계의 복수개의 Dispatcher 로 구성되어 있다. 하위 단계의 Dispatcher는 주어진 제약조건하에서 단위 문제를 해결하고 이를 상위 단계의 Scheduler에게 보고하게 된다. 상위 단계의 Scheduler 는 전체적인 문제 해결의 우선 순위 결정 및 Dispatcher 간의 상층을 해결하는 역할을 맡게 된다. 이러한 계층적 구조를 이용한 분산처리를 통해 문제의 복잡성을 줄이고, 시스템 설계의 모듈화 및 유연성있는 시스템 구축이 가능하게 되었다. 본 시스템은 실시간 전문가 시스템 도구인 G2를 이용하여 SUN Workstation에서 개발되었다.

  • Dispatcher's Training simulation function are network analysis, power system modeling, supervisory control, and system security assessment. This function provides hand-on training for power dispatchers for operation of the nation control center in the future, it needs interface between simulator and expert system. This paper introduces DTS function which is adopted in the Central Load Dispatching Office.
