The increasing complexity of design disciplines expects new theoretical contribution to re-examine the territory of their own practice. The ambition of this paper is to theorize the possibilities of trans-disciplinary landscape architecture with the following three perspectives. First, it traces the canonical influence of Picturesque aesthetics as an agency to confirm the trans-disciplinary work at around-Olmsted period. Second, it investigates the evolving role of collaboration in contemporary Dutch landscape architectural context with the comparison to American modernist approaches to legitimate the trans-disciplinary mechanism. Third, it articulates three series of 'The-Idea-of-Nature' and the trans-disciplinary productions derived from each idea within a theoretical terrain of landscape architecture. And eventually, the author proposes 'multiplicity' of nature, replacing conventional concept of singular nature, to mobilize the location of this discipline and to project the possibility of new core ground beyond the existing theoretical gravity.

Independence and impartiality are the operating core of an arbitration disciplinary mechanism. Due to many factors, illegalities and improper acts in arbitration cases are facts of life in our country, and have greatly damaged the credibility of arbitration. It is necessary for us to perfect the operating mechanism of arbitration discipline from the four pluralistic progressive aspects of disciplining the cause externalization, disciplining the subject duality, the quasi-judicature of disciplinary procedures and the disciplining measures so that the populace can experience fairness and justice in every case. We should perfect the supporting measures such as the strict selection conditions and procedures of arbitrators, improving the quality of the arbitrator team, exploring the management mechanisms and strengthening the evaluation dynamic. An examination is a general investigation and evaluation so as to provide encouragement for being continually engaged as arbitrators, but it does not provide an objective basis of arbitration discipline. It is urgent to perfect the arbitration guarantee system on the basis of meeting the material needs of the arbitrators so as to enhance the sense of professional rank and honour of arbitration.

This article explores on the deploying of game rating system in the context of whole game governance. Rating system is critical apparatus of game policy because it works as a kind of counterweight between different actors. We analyse to apply the three form of governmentality by Faucault. Rating system can be commonly considered as security mechanism. Korean rating system has hoped to be so but its effect was not actually. We should see why that system evolve to disciplinary mechanism, not toward security mechanism. Sound governance shows to be ensure all actors to participate its procedures practically, through constituting more rich discourse.

This paper is researched the methods of design instruction which can improve students' creativeness through the subject of creative engineering design as a required subject for the accredited engineering program. After studying the preference and problems of design tasks for the students of engineering college, a new education development plan for design process was suggested, which uses the existing design tasks in which creativeness improvement class was focused through the completion of structures. This was through the completion of structures that 'operating the most simple operation with the most complex mechanical mechanism', which uses Rube-Goldberg, the crystal of mechanical mechanism in the union of multi-disciplinary convergence curriculum.

The separation of hydrogen depends on porosity, diffusivity and solubility in permeation membrane. Dense membrane is always showing a solution diffusion mechanism but porous membrane is not showing. Therefore, porous membrane has a good hydrogen flux due to pore is carried out transferred media. This mechanism is named as the Knudsen diffusion. Hydrogen molecules or hydrogen atoms are diffused along pore that is a mean free path. In this study, complex layer hydrogen permeation membrane was fabricated by hot press process. And then, it was evaluated and calculated to relationship between hydrogen permeability and membrane porosity.

Purpose - This study seeks to deepen our understanding of abusive supervision and its negative consequences on subordinates. Specifically, it examines the underlying psychological mechanism between abusive supervision and subordinates' work engagement, in particular with its focus on the mediational role of psychological contract breach. Design/methodology/approach - Following the two rounds of pilot interviews, this study collected and analyzed 182 survey data from one construction company and one hospital - the sectors in which abusive supervision is known to be frequent, with one-month interval to avoid common methods variances. Findings - We have two key findings. First, abusive supervision is negatively related to subordinates' work engagement. Second, the psychological contract violation mediates the relationship between abusive supervision and subordinates' work engagement. Research implications or Originality - This study enriches extant research on abusive supervision by deepening our understanding of the underlying mechanism in which abusive supervision causes negative outcomes. On a practical note, companies need further efforts to address abusive supervision, for example, by introducing sophisticated HR practices, including accessible grievance procedures and more serious disciplinary actions, and/or by offering leadership educations to supervisors.

This study tries to compare the architectural thought of Michel Foucault with that of Manfredo Tafuri in order to make clear the architectural identity as a social institution. In Michel Foucault's case, the archeology of discourse and the geneology of power were central method to understand the history of occidental society since the Renaissance. Four him, architecture is assumed as a mechanism of operation which make the power effectively radiate in th space. He thinks that a new discursive space was arranged since the 18th century in Europe, the architecture played a role to coordinate divers powers. Mafredo Tafuri, architetural historian, depends on the criticism of ideology in search of the relation between the economic system of capitalism and modern architecture and urbanism. He thinks that all architecture is an institution. And any attempt to overthrow the institution, is bound to see itself turned into a positive contribution and into an ideology, So all architectural attempts to conceal the contradiction of capitalism are negated. This different perspective on architecture exposes many points of dispute: historical periodization, disciplinary limit of architecture, understanding of Enlightenment architecture, utopia and heterotopia, etc.

The purpose of this study was to analyze relating with Faucult's disciplinary power which factors influence a dancer's self-management (weight control)Total 10 ballet major undergraduate students of two respective universities in Seoul and Daijon were selected for the research and the chosen method was an interview with them. After the researchers analyzed the interview result, they found out the following several significant results. The first reason that major ballet dancers control their weight is to show their beautiful figures on the stage and to make their appearances look slender in the mirror. Dancers adapt various methods for effective weight management (diet control) such as dietary control, 1 food intake (potatoes, bananas, grapes, etc), physical force to advise or ingest (injection, taking medicines, reflexology, vomiting, etc.) Then, what is the hidden vision that makes such a practice of weight control maintain? The study presents a "mirror" as a tool of control playing a significant role, in terms that the power of discipline functions automatically in a dancer's body. In addition, another constant factor of dancers' weight management is monitoring each other's performance continuously, which is called "synopticon" Symptoms. Lastly, the fact that a question about placing a ruler could function in the continuous practice was also revealed.

The global mean surface temperature has already increased by $0.6{\pm}0.2^{\circ}C$ over the last century, and warming in Korea is approximately twice as large as the global average. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has concluded that the majority of warming over the past 50 years could be attributed to human activities (IPCC, 2001a). In addition, the global surface temperature is expected to increase by 1.4 to $5.8^{\circ}C$ depending on the greenhouse gas emission scenarios during the $21^{st}$ century.Climate change resulting from increased greenhouse gas concentrations has the potential to harm societies and ecosystems. Reductions in emissions of greenhouse gases and their concentration in the atmosphere will reduce the degree and likelihood of significant adverse conditions due to the anticipated climate change. Mitigation policy has generally been the primary focus of public attention and policy efforts on climate change. However, some degree of climate change is inevitable due to the combination of continued increases in emissions and the inertia of the global climate system. Adaptation actions and strategies are needed for a complementary approach to mitigation. The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) currently addresses vulnerability and adaptation in the context of climate change negotiations and in future adaptation may be an important element of work under the Kyoto Protocol. There are several on-going programs to develop effective adaptation strategies and their implementation. But in general, many other countries are still on an initiating stage. The climate change science programs of the United States, Japan, England, and Germany are initiated to understand the current status of climate change science and adaptation researches in the developed countries. In this study, we propose the improvement on systems in policy and research aspects to effectively perform the necessary functions for development of nation-wide adaptation measures and their implementation. In policy aspect, the Korean Panel on Climate Change (KPCC) is introduced as a coordinating mechanism between government organizations related with climate change science, impact assessment and adaptation. Also in research aspect, there is a strong consensus on the need for construction of a national network on climate change research as trans-disciplinary research network.

Power is the driving force of society, and the generation of power is inevitable. as long as society is rganized hierarchically. According to Michael Foucault's discourse modern power operates as a mechanism of 'panopticon', a system that monitors the 'body' of man through discipline. Moreover. fashion as acts as a symbol of beauty that continues to co-exist with power for the purpose of exposing status and authority, and for displaying the trends within a culture. So, it is necessary to study fashion design according to the changing power structure that exists in society. The aim of this study is to suggest types of creative fashion design process by visualizing the Foucault's power discourse through the image associative action. The four types of creative fashion design that have been drawn by visualizing Foucault's power discourse are as follow: disciplinary power, imprisonment power and knowledge power. The first type of fashion design method is to emphasize the shoulder by using shoulder pads, strings, tabs, and incisions in the clothing. The second method is to expose the body by using see-through material and manipulating its composition to expose the body. Third method is to borrowing elements of underwear. Fourth method is to utilize patterns that represent power, such as weapons, bones, blood, muscles, skulls, and various human imagesin the clothing. Through this study we expect to utilize creative fashion design to visualize concepts of the humanities, such as philosophical discourse.
