IMS지향성과 기업문화 적합도가 IMS활동의 이행수준과 성과에 미치는 영향

  • With a sample of 147 Korean small and medium size companies, this study examined the relationships among degree of information orientation, corporate culture, degree of information management implementation and selected business performances in the process of implementing IMS improvement programs, such as IMS(Information Management System). Information orientation is defined as company-wide understanding and implementation of the underlying philosophy, principles, approached, and tools of information improvement programs. It is assumed that successful implementation of information improvement programs requires a information-oriented mind-set of the employees. The key elements of information orientation include continious improvement structured processes, organixation-wide participation and customer-focused spirit. Culture id defined as the value and beliefs of em organization that shape its behavior. It is also assumed that successful implementation of information improvement programs require strong support from s corporate culture that emphasizes cintinious improvement. Adopting the competing values model of Quinn and McGrath(1985), corporate culture is classified into 'flexible' versus 'controlled culture' and 'outer-directed' versus 'inner-directed culture'. Fitness was defined through the relationship between levels of information oriented and types of corporate culture. The results were as follows. First, it was found that when a company with high information orientation promoted information innovation programs, such as IMS, it reported higher degree of information management implementation and improvement in business performances. Second, the results showed the importance of 'flexible culture' and 'outer-directed culture' in performing information, innovation. Regarding the types of corporate culture, the analysis found that developmental culture, rational culture and group culture were effective. Third, companies with high information oriented and flexible culture or companies with high information orientation and outer-directed culture reported the highest implementation in Information management activities. Fourth, the results showed that the level of information management implementation had a mediating effect on the relationship between information orientation and business performance. It was also found that enhanced non-financial performance led to the improvement of financial performance. This study attempted to exaime the factor that lead information management program to success. In order to reach success, first, it is suggested that companies have positive mind set toward continious information improvement. Secondly, it is recommended that a flexible and outer-directed culture appropriate for continious information improvement is cultivated.

  • The purpose of this paper is to find an efficient solution for multiple constant multiplication (MCM) problem. Since the circuit structure can be represented as a directed acyclic graph, evolutionary computing is considered as an effective tool for optimization of circuit synthesis. In this paper, we propose a stack type operator as a chromosome element to synthesize a directed acyclic graph efficiently. This type of chromosome can represent a graph structure with a set of simple symbols and so we can employ the similar method to a conventional GA.

  • The purpose of this study was learning about the project 'stratum and the rock ' of pre-primary teachers to the effects of self-directed learning ability and environmental sensitivity. This study was set up experimental treatment period of 15 weeks from March 2016 to June, students who are B Education University of fourth grade the first semester participated, in the study, It was composed of 34 students of 1 class taking 'strata and rock' lecture. Experimental study group consisted of exploration activities on the field experience about strata and rock. Set the area they want to explore the site by teams. The results of this study are as follows. First. learning about the project 'stratum and the rock ' of pre-primary teachers was effective to self-directed learning skills. 2nd, Learning about the project 'stratum and the rock ' of pre-primary teachers was effective to environmental sensitivity. 3rd, The students showed a positive response and were interested in the project 'stratum and the rock ' of pre-primary teachers.

  • The Purpose of this study is to embody self-directed learning management system and contents which are considered of learner's interactivity and usability in e-learning environment; It is based on self directed teaching and learning strategies. It divides type of interaction centering on the learners into four categories: (1) learner and instructor (2) learner and learner (3) learner and contents (4) learner and learning management system. The specific elements of learning management system is set up and embodied to present the interaction strategies according to the above-mentioned patterns, to improve the self-directed learning ability and to facilitate an online communication. The learning contents based on the self directed learning strategies, design the interface in due consideration of the learners' usability based on six strategies such as simple navigation, consistency, intuitive interface, linkage, user supports and immediate feedback. This research makes up for the weak points in the self-directed functions of learning management system and links up with learning contents, therefore it has a value to improve learner's interactivity and usability. It is expected that the research results can be helpful in quality improvement of e-learning environment.

  • This paper proposes two contributions. One is an analysis for the limit of the subject of goal-directed reactive robot navigation, and the other is an effective navigation method employing the scheme of the subject. The analysis for the subject is presented in order to clarify the limit of the method. On the basis of the analysis, a safety-guaranteeing and deadlock-free reactive navigation method is newly proposed. The proposed method has a simple behavior-based frame such that it can make the required navigation tasks such as obstacle avoidance, deadlock resolving, and etc. with a very small set of behaviors in entirely unknown environments such as a living room, an office, and etc. Some results of experiments show these validities.

  • Among many graphs, directed acyclic graph(DAG) attracts many researchers due to its nice property of existence of topological sort. In some classic graph problems, it is known that, if we use the aforementioned property, then much efficient algorithms can be generated. So, in this paper, new algorithm for the all-pairs shortest path problem in a DAG is proposed. While the algorithm performing the iteration, it identifies the set of essential arcs which requires in a shortest path. So, the proposed algorithm has a running time of $O(m^*n+m)$, where m, n and $m^*$ denote the number of arcs, number of node, and the number of essential arcs in a DAG, respectively.

  • In this paper, we analyze the course 'computer' on middle and high schools. and propose new organization of the course to enhance the ability of self-directed learning. We also develop a learning system for new organization, based on self-directed teaching and learning principles. The developed learning system makes students choose the topics according to their interest and advance learning by the schedule they set by themselves. To promote students' participation, the teacher also gives students various learning tasks. Through e-board and Q&A, we also accelerate mutual communication among teachers and students, to do teaching-learning activities vigorously.

  • In the $4^{th}$ generation industry, self-directed learning is very important than Injection learning. Therefore many educational institutions has developed method of self-directed learning. In order for self-directed learning to be effective, it is more important for faculty to manage the overall process of learning rather than being directly involved in the student's academic work. Therefore, learning counseling is an important way to effectively carry out self-directed learning. In this paper, we analyze the status of open data for natural language processing that can implement the learning consultation contents so that various applications can be done through natural language processing.

Zero-one Integer Programming Approach to Determine the Minimum Break Point Set in Multi-loop and Parallel Networks

  • The current study presents a zero-one integer programming approach to determine the minimum break point set for the coordination of directional relays. First, the network is reduced if there are any parallel lines or three-end nodes. Second, all the directed loops are enumerated to reduce the iteration. Finally, the problem is formulated as a set-covering problem, and the break point set is determined using the zero-one integer programming technique. Arbitrary starting relay locations and the arbitrary consideration of relay sequence to set and coordinate relays result in navigating the loops many times and futile attempts to achieve system-wide relay coordination. These algorithms are compared with the existing methods, and the results are presented. The problem is formulated as a setcovering problem solved by the zero-one integer programming approach using LINGO 12, an optimization modeling software.

  • The purpose of this paper is to construct a ring with unity under the derived cup product on the cochain groups of the inverse system and an isomorphism which is useful as the computation of a derived group by deleting the suitable terms in the directed set D. Moreover we apply these results to the K-theory.
