온라인 와인 매장 품질, 신뢰와 지각된 위험간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships between Online Wine Store Quality, Trust, and Perceived Risk)

  • 해외 여러 나라와의 FTA 체결 효과를 제고하는 방안의 하나로 수입와인에 대한 인터넷 판매에 대한 의견이 제시되고 있어 온라인 와인 판매 가능성이 매우 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 매장에서 고객이 와인을 구매할 때 지각하는 위험을 감소시킬 수 있는 주요 영향요인을 도출하고 검증하고자 한다. 문헌연구를 통해 온라인 와인 매장의 사이트품질과 신뢰를 지각된 위험의 주요 결정요인으로 도출하였으며, 이를 통하여 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하였다. 와인구매 경험자를 대상으로 한 설문조사 데이터를 이용하여 사이트품질(정보품질, 시스템품질), 온라인 와인매장에 대한 신뢰, 지각된 위험(시간위험, 품질위험, 심리적 위험)간의 구조적 관계를 검증하였다. 연구검증결과, 정보품질과 시스템품질은 온라인 와인매장에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 정보품질과 시스템품질은 시간위험에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타난 반면에, 품질위험과 심리적 위험에는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 온라인 와인매장에 대한 신뢰가 시간위험, 품질위험 및 심리적 위험과 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

해양오염 위험지수와 방제능력을 고려한 방제선 재배치 전략에 관한 연구 (A study on the relocation strategy of the control line considering the marine pollution risk index and control capacity)

  • 해양 유류오염 및 유출량 증가에 따라 방제능력을 추가로 확보에는 많은 위험이 있다. 현재 해역에 배치된 방제선을 재배치하여 유휴능력을 개선하고 부족한 해역에 배치하고자 하고자 해양오염지수를 도출하고 해역별 해양오염지수 대비 방제능력을 비교하여 방제선 배치의 적절성을 검증하였다. 해양오염을 유발하는 항목에 대한 해역별 수치에 전문가 집단에서 도출한 가중치를 곱하여 해양유류 오염위험지수를 도출하였다. 해역별 해양오염 위험지수(F) 대비 방제능력(A)이 부족한 해역은 목포(F:13.4, A:1.9), 부산(F:14.3, A:6.4), 여수(F:21.5, A:16.6)이고, 여유있는 해역은 마산(F:5.9, A:13.3), 군산(F:1.7, A:8.3), 제주(F:2.7, A:6.9)이다. 따라서 해양오염 위험도에 비례한 평준화된 방제능력을 제고하기 위해 방제능력 여유 해역인 마산, 군산, 제주의 방제선을 방제능력 부족해역인 목포, 부산, 여수으로 재배치되어야 함을 시사한다.

Existing System Improvement and Expected Configuration based on Risk Control Options for Implementation of e-Navigation

  • Common Maritime Data Structure (CMDS) is commonly used by shore and ship users in e-Navigation data domain. In the overarching of e-Navigation architecture, IHO uses S-1XX, a digital exchange standard for next-generation marine information, as data exchange standard. The current CMDS has the advantage of intuitively recognizing the overall structure of e-Navigation. However, it has disadvantage in that it does not allow stakeholders to easily understand benefits that e-Navigation can provide when implementing e-Navigation. In this study, the direction of improving existing system for effective e-Navigation implementation was proposed considering RCOs (Risk Control Options) with expected composition of ship/ shore/ communication system by sector.

리스크관리 측면에서 FTA 연구동향 분석 (An Analysis of Research Trend on Risk Management in FTA)

  • This research aims to review every important academic research on risk management in FTA and to suggest a future area for further research. This research area seems to focus on conceptual study or fact finding rather than on theory development or empirical research on causal relationship or theory testing. The National Assembly Digital Library analyzed the results of 3,576 researches on thesis and journals fromthe results of the FTA. Research on FTA is analyzed in four major themes. First, there have been previous studies on business performance such as FTA export performance and economic effect. Second, analyzed the effects of FTA in product and service. The products are classified into agricultural, marine products, manufacturing, textiles and clothing, medicinal pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and others. Services are classified into educational and cultural contents, service industry and financial industry. Third, research on the risk management of FTA Origin is broadly classified into the use of country of origin and the verification of origin, and the use of origin includes the study of rules of origin and systems of origin and management. Origin verification was divided into origin verification and origin risk management. Fourth, study on the conclusion area of the FTA, studies were conducted on areas such as Korea-US FTA, Korea-China FTA, Korea-EU FTA, Korea-Japan FTA, Korea-Chile FTA, and Korea-ASEAN FTA. Search results through the FTA, focused on analyzing the FTA area and concept research by research purpose. In addition, research methods are mainly focused on documentary survey, and research areas are concentrated on specific countries such as China and USA. This implies a necessity for a future development in that research area. Other areas for future research may include case research on actual failures in FTA, proactive risk management strategy, and integrated risk management for export companies. Risk management in FTA may help investment expansion, and that is why research on the issue matters.

병원경영의 위험요인이 운전자본 관리에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Risk Factors on the Management of Working Capital in Hospital Management)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 종합병원을 대상으로 경영의 위험요인이 운전자본 관리에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 자료는 의료기관회계정보공시 시스템을 이용하여 271개 종합병원 3개연도(2016년, 2017년, 2018년)의 회계정보를 이용하였다. 도입변수는 종속변수로 운전자본 수준과 현금순환주기, 독립변수로 운영위험과 시장위험, 통제변수로 운전자금 구성요인(현금, 매출채권, 재고자산, 매입채무)을 선정하였다. 연구결과, 우리나라 종합병원들은 운영위험이 낮을수록 운전자본 수준은 높았으며, 운전자본 결정에는 운영위험, 현금, 재고자산, 매입채무가 작용하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 시장위험(의료이익률)이 낮을수록 현금순환주기가 높았다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 의료기관들도 운영의 특수성을 고려하여 경기대응능력을 갖출 수 있도록 운전자본 결정요인으로 확인된 운영위험, 현금, 재고자산, 매입채무의 적절한 관리방안에 대한 검토의 필요성이 제기된다.

온라인 환경에서 디지털콘텐츠의 특성과 소비행동의 관계 (Relationship between Digital Contents Characteristics and Consumer's Usage Behavior in the Online Environment)

  • 새로운 기술의 발달은 온라인 환경과 같은 새로운 시대를 열었다. 소비자들은 디지털 환경하에서 더 많은 정보력과 관계망을 갖게 되었고 디지털콘텐츠를 주도적으로 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소비자들의 디지털 콘텐츠 사용행동을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 두 개의 연구를 진행하였다. 디지털 콘텐츠 사용 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 첫 번째 연구에서는 현상학적 방법론을 활용하여 디지털콘텐츠의 불법적 사용에 영향을 미치는 제품특성을 소비자 관점에서 파악하고자 하였으며 두 번째 연구에서는 파악한 요인들을 이용하여 200여명의 서베이를 통한 정량조사로서 요인들간의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 기업은 소비자들의 디지털콘텐츠 소비 행동을 이해할 필요가 있음을 밝히고 이를 활용 적절한 마케팅 전략을 구사할 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였으며 더불어 향후 연구 방향을 논의하였다.

A Study on the Application of Block Chain Ethereum Technology to Activate Digital Contents Trading as Sharing economy - data encryption and modify merkle tree-

  • The shared economy began with the concept of sharing the physical and intellectual assets of individuals with others. Nowadays, the concept of shared economy is becoming one of the industries as an enterprise type. Especially, with the development of the Internet and smart devices, various forms of shared economy have been developed in accordance with the need of sharing of individual income. Digital content is also a shareable commodity and it is seeking to utilize it as an item of shared economy. Accordingly, when digital contents are used as a shared economy, there are various possible threats -security threats that may arise in the course of transactions, potential for theft, alteration and hacking of contents. In this paper, we propose transaction method and content protection method using block chain-ethereum technology to reduce security threats and transparent transactions that can occur in digital contents transactions. Through the proposed method, the trust of the consumer and the supplier can be measured and the encryption can be performed considering the characteristics of the data to be traded. Through this paper, it is possible to increase the transparency of smart transaction of digital contents and to reduce the risk of content distortion, hacking, etc.

블록체인 기술의 무역금융 적용과 과제에 관한 연구 (A Study of How Blockchain Technology is Applied to Trade Finance and Its Challenges)

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted supply chains across the world. When the pandemic broke out, the disruptions were mainly due to the lockdowns imposed in various countries. The WTO has predicted that the pandemic might cause world trade to decline by 13 to 32 per cent in 2020. This paper will examine the implications of COVID-19 on digital trade, particularly the use of blockchain in the Asia Pacific. The Asia Pacific (particularly Singapore and Hong Kong) is a leader in the use of digital technologies. This paper will thus attempt to draw out lessons from the first movers for the rest of Asia. It will examine the bottlenecks in the application of this technology in the Asia Pacific countries, and the need for regulatory changes in the Asia-Pacific. It will trace the technology's barriers to adoption, both as regards interoperability, and regulatory framework. The advantages of blockchain technology in trade finance are clear; it can promote trade efficiency, mitigate risk and expand trade to other regions. However, earlier efforts to introduce digital technologies have failed. More collaborative efforts are required, so that networks can connect seamlessly on a single technology platform, and meet the demand for trade finance. The COVID-19 pandemic seems to have provided an enabling environment for the intensification of digital efforts, increasing their urgency; should these measures indeed successfully occur, they will improve the resiliency of supply chains across the region.

Digital Government Application: A Case Study of the Korean Civil Documents using Blockchain-based Resource Management Model

  • The Digital Government landscape is changing to reflect how governments try to discover innovative digital solutions, and how they transform themselves in the process. In addition, with the advent of information and communication technology (ICT), e-governance became an essential part of the government. Among the services provided by the Korean government, the Minwon24 online portal is the most used one. However, it has some processing limitations, namely: (1) it provides a cumbersome document authenticity service; (2) people cannot know what happened even if the agency handles the documents arbitrarily. To address the issues outlined above, blockchain processing can be a good alternative. It has a tremendous potential in that it has maximum transparency and a low risk of being hacked. Resource management is one of the areas where blockchain is frequently used. The present study suggests a new model based on blockchain for Minwon24; the proposed model is a type of resource management. There are three participants: issuer, owner and receiver. The proposed model has two stages: issuing and exchanging. Issuing is creating civil documents on the database, which is BigchainDB in this study. Exchanging, the next stage, is a transaction between the owner and the receiver. Based on this model, the actual program is built with the programming language Python. To evaluate the model, the study uses various criteria and it shows the excellence of the model in comparison to others in prior research.

디지털 인체 모델을 이용한 콤바인 수확 작업의 근골격계 상해요소 분석 (The Analysis of Risk for Musculoskeletal Inuries in Combine Harvesting Operation Using a Digital Human Model)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze musculoskeletal injuries in combine harvesting operation using a digital human model. In order to analyze problems in combine harvesting operation, the operations were broken into 5 work processes and then we preformed ergonomic and biomechanical analyses such as RULA test, Comfort Assessment and joint kinetic analysis for the each process. As a result, there was a clear need to change the combine operating environment, as the RULA score ranged from 4 to 7. In addition, we could find two major musculoskeletal injury factors which are the standing posture with upperbody forward tilting and inappropriate location of operating levers.
