The purpose of this study is to examine the cases of social integration in immigrants in the Netherlands and to clarify the implications for Korea. The Netherlands is a country that implements social integration policies targeting foreign immigrants. We are preemptively implementing social integration policies for foreigners ahead of us. In this study, first of all, the literature on social integration for the immigrants in the Netherlands and the consultation on the experts were sought and the implications for the Dutch government 's social integration policy were sought. In addition, policy implications were derived based on the results of Dutch case analysis. First, the social integration program of the Dutch government mandated social integration programs for migrants, and the costs were also monetized, encouraging social integration. Also, when participation in the social integration program is passive, it imposes sanctions on migrants and emphasizes the responsibility of individual migrants. In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is the control tower of the government's promotion system, and it has a platform for the unity of social integration programs in local governments. Based on the results of this analysis, the implications for the social integration policy of Korea were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to identify the personal characteristics of college students participating in leisure activities and the impact of their leisure experience on job-seeking Stress, To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were sampled 264 university students participant using purposeful sampling method for 2 months from september to october of 2019. Using questionnaires stratified cluster random sampling in university students in C city. Studies have shown that first, looking at gender, women receive more academic stress than men. Second, looking at the results of the school year, the first and fourth graders received more personality stress than the second and third graders. Third, if you look at the results of the major category, it turns out that students in the natural major receive more personality stress than in the social major category. In addition, students in the humanities major are more stressed out about the Family environment stress than in the natural major. Fourth, if you look at the results of the allowance, students who receive 400,000 won to 500,000 won and those who receive 100,000 won to 200,000 won or less are under stress from the family environment stress than those who receive 500,000 won or more. Fifth, if you look at the results of your experience in leisure activities, the more experience you have in leisure Therefore, college students will have to lay the groundwork for self-control through various leisure activities for job stress. activities, the lower your job-seeking Stress.

The development of information technology grows the society and allows the user to generate more information and the requirements. According to recent growing interest in digital convergence technologies, digital convergence can be utilized by a variety of methods as a new study. Electronic culture atlas would be digitized cultural information that represents a particular area on the map. In detail, spatial data like as point, line, and area can be used to represent the culture information. Using electronic culture atlas, also, it is possible to provide and utilize information which is associated with time, space(map) and subject(culture). Thus, electronic culture atlas could be used as a method for the humanities or area studies and spread research results by displaying on the culture atlas. In general, existing electronic culture atlas used bitmap image mostly as a base map. Using bitmap image, it is difficult to represent to provide three-dimensional information of specific area. Also, it happens problem such as breakage occurs during zoom-in operation. To solve this problems, we design and implement electronic culture atlas based on Google Earth which is three-dimensional map service.

In this study, we examine the concept of social value which is the main philosophical foundation in government innovation pursued by Moon Jae-In government and analyze the case of government innovation which was promoted by specific local governments. The purpose of this study is to discuss the implications for the government innovation through the case study of local autonomous organizations. The studied local government is an institution that has received excellent evaluation of government innovation for the realization of social value by Ministry of Public Administration and Security. In this study, we conducted in-depth interviews with local governments and youths and examined the success factors of government innovation through active participation in community issues. First of all, institutional support such as ordinances is important for encouraging the participation of community members. It is also important for local governments to lead their own change and listen to their voices from a consumer perspective, not from a supplier perspective. In addition, significant importance of the incentive system that could induce continuous participation in community problems was found. In this way, it is possible to establish a continuous system to approach the problem of local community as consumer perspective, not supplier perspective, and solve the problem together.

This study was to explore the domestic research trends, and education and operation cases concerned with Korean colleges in the fourth industrial revolution era. It was conducted through the analysis of 114 academic papers registered to the Korea Research Foundation, the newspaper articles, and the main 4-year university homepage from 2016 to April 2019. The results was as follows. Research papers have been increasing since 2016; research were conducted by humanities and social sciences as well as engineering academics interesting in research topics such as technologies, curriculum, and teaching and learning by mainly using quantitative research, literature research. As for the college education, reorganization of the undergraduate and majors centered on the science and engineering field, teaching and learning related with learner's participation and performance, and provide efficient academic affairs management and career guidance using Chatbot or Cloud computing. Industry-academia cooperation was focuses on the field of science and engineering. In future research, it is necessary to explore the research on college students' career and employment, the research on academic affairs management and infrastructure, the relational research considering the variables among college students and faculties, and the qualitative and mixed method approach.

In this study, we analyzed knowledge management cases of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and examined knowledge management vision, promotion organization and knowledge management activity system. This study aims to clarify implications for successful knowledge management in government sector. In the case of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, which was the subject of the study, it was evaluated as having performed well in the management activities of the government department in the evaluation of "Knowledge Target for 2018" jointly hosted by Maeil Economic Daily and the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. In this study, we conducted an in - depth interview with the knowledge management staff of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and analyzed the success factors of knowledge management in the government sector. First, the vision of knowledge management and the role of dedicated organization were very important. In addition, knowledge management system was used to effectively acquire, share, and accumulate knowledge and utilize it. In addition, appropriate compensation systems for knowledge management activities are also important success factors. Therefore, in order to encourage knowledge management activities, it is necessary for public institutions to establish an incentive system such as an economic compensation system for personnel sharing activities and HR personnel.

The The government has recently announced its mid- to long-term plans for promoting art. With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, contemporary art contents that are integrated with Intelligent Information Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), and Big Data are being introduced, and social interest in humanities and creative convergence is rising. In addition, the industrialization of the art market is expanding amid the rising popularity of art among the general public and the growing interest of art as an investment replacement system, along with the strengthening of the creative personality education of our Education Ministry. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a strategy for transparency and revitalization of the art market by providing comprehensive information such as search functions, analysis data, and criticism by writer and price. This paper has established an information system plan for the establishment of an online supply system for art transaction information, providing auction transaction information for art market, providing report and news for art market, providing public relations platform, and providing art market analysis service and membership relationship management service. To this end, the future model was established through environmental analysis and focus analysis of the art market, and strategic tasks and implementation plans were established accordingly.

In this study, we reviewed the main strategies and contents of the work style innovation promoted by the Moon Jae-in government, and analyzed the contents and success factors of the work innovation based on the case of a specific local government. In particular, this study analyzes the case of innovation in the way of working through simplification of work, and the local governments, which were the subject of the study, received excellent evaluation in the government innovation evaluation of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security in 2019. In this study, we conducted in-depth interviews with employees of local governments to examine the problems, achievements, and success factors related to business simplification. First, it was found that it is very important to form consensus so that the members of the organization can participate in the change in order to simplify the task. Second, incentives, such as HR, were needed to induce active participation of members in the innovation project called Simplification of Work. Third, in order to induce and support organizational change, it was found that the interest and support of middle managers and directors were the most important factors. The results of this study will help to prepare the policy for innovation in the public sector's working style.

This study examines the actual operation and performance of the public participation platform by analyzing various public participation processes from 2018 to 2021, when 'Gwanghwamun 1st Street', a representative public participation platform operated by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, was launched. Through this, the influencing factors that were able to successfully induce the process of policyization through public participation were derived as follows. First, online participation channels were diversified to encourage public participation. Second, it is also important that the public opinion contest and compensation for public review were implemented to encourage and expand public participation. Third, the participation of experts was encouraged to refine and refine the people's ideas. Through these research results, it is judged that the Korean government will be able to contribute to inducing the policyization process through continuous public participation. In deriving success factors for policyization through public participation in the future, how influencing factors such as the public participation process, communication through online channels, and collaboration with experts affect the public participation process using quantitative analysis techniques A study to prove it will have to be conducted subsequently.

In this study, the practical implementation process and performance of cooperation were analyzed by analyzing the cases of collaboration to resolve conflicts related to the installation of military facilities in the cultural heritage protection zone in P city. In addition, through this, factors affecting collaboration were derived. The collaboration case within the cultural heritage protection area of P city, the subject of this study, is an excellent case of collaboration, and in-depth interviews were conducted with the participants in the collaboration. Through these in-depth interviews, the background, collaboration process, performance and success factors of the collaboration task within the P city cultural heritage protection area were examined. The success factors of cooperation related to the installation of military facilities in the cultural heritage protection zone of P city were derived as follows. First, it is important to form a consensus for collaboration, and for this, it is very important to have a common goal of community development. Second, support at the institutional level is essential to successfully induce collaboration. Not only the head of the institution, but also the middle managers need interest in collaboration and various support for it. Third, formal and informal communication between collaboration participants is very important. For collaboration, formal as well as informal communication are important. Through these results of this study, it is judged that it can contribute to inducing collaboration in the local community in the future.
