Recently, there is a strong interest in SW basic education for non-major students in universities, but SW non-majors are having a hard time learning. This paper proposes a class operation method that utilizes customized contents reflecting the interests of non-majors, rather than using existing learning contents for SW majors. The proposed method is to improve the education effects by increasing the learning motivation of SW non-majors. The paper shows a case study of A university, which has operated non-major SW basic education for more than five years. The case study analyzed the change of class satisfaction of students of pre- and post- learning group that reformed major-friendly contents about the same curriculum. As a result, the students of social sciences are interested in learning contents using public data that can examine the social and cultural phenomena of the country, and humanities students are interested in text contents such as novels, history books, and SNS articles. In addition to the understanding of the lectures, the class satisfaction was also greatly improved, and it showed that the major-friendly contents is useful for SW basic education of non-majors.

In this study, the personality type of youths was divided into 4 areas: Open, Blind, Hidden and Unknown, and the four different types were analysed according to the impact on smartphone addiction. The survey was conducted on 406 middle school students in Jeonbuk province to assess the relationship between smartphone addiction of youth and the personality type. The results of this study are as follows: First, the difference of smartphone addiction in youth between genders is not large, but males were largely affected by tolerance, while females by difficulty of daily living. Second, the differences of smartphone addiction between grades found that difficulty of daily living and tolerance had a statistically significant impact. Third, the result of co-relationship between the Johari window type of mind and smartphone addiction showed that blind type and unknown type had a statistically significant positive relationship but open type had a negative impact. Finally, analysis of variables about whether a type of mind affected smartphone addiction showed that there was a relationship. The most serious type of addiction to smartphones showed in hidden type and unknown type. Therefore in developing programs to treat smartphone addiction it should seek specific measures to help these groups.

The purpose of this study is to attempt to analyze factors affecting elderly persons' life-sustaining treatment preferences, focusing on ego integrity trait. This study used data from Elderly Profiles and Welfare Needs of the Elderly Persons(2014). The analysis sample was 10,451 cases. 86.4 percent of the sample responded that they disagree with life-sustaining treatment. Analysis results are as follows: being female(${\beta}=-.045$, p<.001), the younger(${\beta}=-.024$, p<.05), having more education years(${\beta}=.027$, p<.05), higher satisfaction of life(${\beta}=.022$, p<.05), responding that they had thought about their own funeral(${\beta}=.032$, p<.01), responding that they had used senior centers over the last one year(${\beta}=-.038$, p<.01) are related to disapproval of life sustaining treatment. This research shows that ego integrity trait such as satisfaction of life, or accepting and preparing one's own death, is related to disapproval of life-sustaining treatment.

The purpose of this study is to examine the cases of social integration in immigrants in the Netherlands and to clarify the implications for Korea. The Netherlands is a country that implements social integration policies targeting foreign immigrants. We are preemptively implementing social integration policies for foreigners ahead of us. In this study, first of all, the literature on social integration for the immigrants in the Netherlands and the consultation on the experts were sought and the implications for the Dutch government 's social integration policy were sought. In addition, policy implications were derived based on the results of Dutch case analysis. First, the social integration program of the Dutch government mandated social integration programs for migrants, and the costs were also monetized, encouraging social integration. Also, when participation in the social integration program is passive, it imposes sanctions on migrants and emphasizes the responsibility of individual migrants. In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is the control tower of the government's promotion system, and it has a platform for the unity of social integration programs in local governments. Based on the results of this analysis, the implications for the social integration policy of Korea were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to identify the personal characteristics of college students participating in leisure activities and the impact of their leisure experience on job-seeking Stress, To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were sampled 264 university students participant using purposeful sampling method for 2 months from september to october of 2019. Using questionnaires stratified cluster random sampling in university students in C city. Studies have shown that first, looking at gender, women receive more academic stress than men. Second, looking at the results of the school year, the first and fourth graders received more personality stress than the second and third graders. Third, if you look at the results of the major category, it turns out that students in the natural major receive more personality stress than in the social major category. In addition, students in the humanities major are more stressed out about the Family environment stress than in the natural major. Fourth, if you look at the results of the allowance, students who receive 400,000 won to 500,000 won and those who receive 100,000 won to 200,000 won or less are under stress from the family environment stress than those who receive 500,000 won or more. Fifth, if you look at the results of your experience in leisure activities, the more experience you have in leisure Therefore, college students will have to lay the groundwork for self-control through various leisure activities for job stress. activities, the lower your job-seeking Stress.

The development of information technology grows the society and allows the user to generate more information and the requirements. According to recent growing interest in digital convergence technologies, digital convergence can be utilized by a variety of methods as a new study. Electronic culture atlas would be digitized cultural information that represents a particular area on the map. In detail, spatial data like as point, line, and area can be used to represent the culture information. Using electronic culture atlas, also, it is possible to provide and utilize information which is associated with time, space(map) and subject(culture). Thus, electronic culture atlas could be used as a method for the humanities or area studies and spread research results by displaying on the culture atlas. In general, existing electronic culture atlas used bitmap image mostly as a base map. Using bitmap image, it is difficult to represent to provide three-dimensional information of specific area. Also, it happens problem such as breakage occurs during zoom-in operation. To solve this problems, we design and implement electronic culture atlas based on Google Earth which is three-dimensional map service.

In this study, we examine the concept of social value which is the main philosophical foundation in government innovation pursued by Moon Jae-In government and analyze the case of government innovation which was promoted by specific local governments. The purpose of this study is to discuss the implications for the government innovation through the case study of local autonomous organizations. The studied local government is an institution that has received excellent evaluation of government innovation for the realization of social value by Ministry of Public Administration and Security. In this study, we conducted in-depth interviews with local governments and youths and examined the success factors of government innovation through active participation in community issues. First of all, institutional support such as ordinances is important for encouraging the participation of community members. It is also important for local governments to lead their own change and listen to their voices from a consumer perspective, not from a supplier perspective. In addition, significant importance of the incentive system that could induce continuous participation in community problems was found. In this way, it is possible to establish a continuous system to approach the problem of local community as consumer perspective, not supplier perspective, and solve the problem together.

This study was to explore the domestic research trends, and education and operation cases concerned with Korean colleges in the fourth industrial revolution era. It was conducted through the analysis of 114 academic papers registered to the Korea Research Foundation, the newspaper articles, and the main 4-year university homepage from 2016 to April 2019. The results was as follows. Research papers have been increasing since 2016; research were conducted by humanities and social sciences as well as engineering academics interesting in research topics such as technologies, curriculum, and teaching and learning by mainly using quantitative research, literature research. As for the college education, reorganization of the undergraduate and majors centered on the science and engineering field, teaching and learning related with learner's participation and performance, and provide efficient academic affairs management and career guidance using Chatbot or Cloud computing. Industry-academia cooperation was focuses on the field of science and engineering. In future research, it is necessary to explore the research on college students' career and employment, the research on academic affairs management and infrastructure, the relational research considering the variables among college students and faculties, and the qualitative and mixed method approach.

In this study, we analyzed knowledge management cases of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and examined knowledge management vision, promotion organization and knowledge management activity system. This study aims to clarify implications for successful knowledge management in government sector. In the case of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, which was the subject of the study, it was evaluated as having performed well in the management activities of the government department in the evaluation of "Knowledge Target for 2018" jointly hosted by Maeil Economic Daily and the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. In this study, we conducted an in - depth interview with the knowledge management staff of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and analyzed the success factors of knowledge management in the government sector. First, the vision of knowledge management and the role of dedicated organization were very important. In addition, knowledge management system was used to effectively acquire, share, and accumulate knowledge and utilize it. In addition, appropriate compensation systems for knowledge management activities are also important success factors. Therefore, in order to encourage knowledge management activities, it is necessary for public institutions to establish an incentive system such as an economic compensation system for personnel sharing activities and HR personnel.

The The government has recently announced its mid- to long-term plans for promoting art. With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, contemporary art contents that are integrated with Intelligent Information Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), and Big Data are being introduced, and social interest in humanities and creative convergence is rising. In addition, the industrialization of the art market is expanding amid the rising popularity of art among the general public and the growing interest of art as an investment replacement system, along with the strengthening of the creative personality education of our Education Ministry. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a strategy for transparency and revitalization of the art market by providing comprehensive information such as search functions, analysis data, and criticism by writer and price. This paper has established an information system plan for the establishment of an online supply system for art transaction information, providing auction transaction information for art market, providing report and news for art market, providing public relations platform, and providing art market analysis service and membership relationship management service. To this end, the future model was established through environmental analysis and focus analysis of the art market, and strategic tasks and implementation plans were established accordingly.
