Advances in science and technology have led the development of the times, and provide abundant technological means, new tools, and new angles of thought to art and new media, and become an important driving force for creativity and rigidity in art. This study, starting from the trend of convergence creativity between art and science and technology, focuses on the new characteristics of new media art, and combines examples of works in several areas such as characteristics. It has a certain reference value for understanding the characteristics of the times and its development trend to deeply grasp the current new media art while analyzing it in detail.

The purpose of the study was to induce meaning of the UX design from users' interview. The study covers interviews from 20 untact finance application users in their twenties in written form. It aims to examine previous studies on UX design and to overcome their shortcomings by categorizing usability qualities focusing on verbs used in the interview. The followings are the result: Usability of UX design can be summarized into Unity, Trust, Persistency, Recognition and Approachability of the information to the 20 users in their twenties. As for the data earned from interviews focusing on verbs, usability included Security, Familiarity, Accessibility, Convenience of Operation and Visibility. Each of the qualities fell into related categories such as Security, Information, Brand and Design. In conclusion, analysis based on verb choices led to better understanding of the user-based experience compared to using objective means in previous studies and can be a suggestion to make up for errors in the former evaluation process.

New technologies are being created and resulted as new types of fusion complex as the barrier between technology and industries are being broken and convergence is becoming more activated in the global economy of the era of fourth industrial revolution. Korea government is trying to foster innovative technologies for new technologies and new services to prepare for the fourth industrial revolution and gain global competitiveness, but many regulations make it difficult to verify and commercialize them. In response, the Korea government is pushing for the introduction of a regulation-free special zone system in which sandboxes are applied so that new technology and new service-based innovation projects can be freely commercialized through experiment and demonstration. This study aims to examine the limitations of the special zones for regional specialization development applied to the zones that are applied uniformly throughout the country and suggest ways for the deregulation special zone to be fostered as an empirical test bed based on new technologies and as a base for regional innovation.

The technical standard is an important factor in the national economy, and its importance is gaining more attention due to the emergence of the convergence industry. This is an essential element for implementing fusion technology because it ensures interoperability. Since standardization activities are essential for the growth of domestic SMEs, this study aims to diagnose the status of standardization activities of SMEs and to suggest policy directions accordingly. And we sought to clarify the status of the standardization activities of domestic SMEs and to draw some implications for the domestic promotion plan by examining the major promotion policies for overseas standardization successfully. As a result, it was found that the investment cost for the standard activities is burdensome, the professional manpower is needed, and the participation of SMEs is low due to the complexity of the standard technology. In addition, standardization activities have weaknesses in terms of technology protection, and SMEs tend to avoid technology disclosure. Therefore, in order to solve the difficulties of standardization of companies, it is necessary to establish cooperation system of supporting organizations. In order to promote standardization activities, it is necessary to establish legal basis necessary for technology protection.

Today, art education needs education of media image production or media in the extended field. The purpose of this study is to develop the basic visual grammar and communication ability. We developed and applied the teaching plan for the interview video production as the fusion lesson. 3 classes were conducted for 30 middle school students. The results obtained through the analysis of the pre & post questions and student works are as follows. First, the students used the shot size and stable composition through the interview video production. As a result, this class was effective for the acquisition of the basic video grammar. Second, students improved their ability to ask and listen, understand and organize through interview. As a result, students were able to apply the basic video grammar through the interview video production lesson, effectively producing the interview image.

This study was intended to analyze the effect of port decentralization on port management and port development, analyze whether port site centrality has mediated effect in relation between port decentralization and port management and port development. This study surveyed public officials and researchers who plan and execute port policies, and analyzed the influence relationship of variables and the mediating effect using multiple regression analysis. Results are as follows, First, it was analyzed that the port authority decentralization and regional-centered port policy have a positive influence on the port site centrality, and the port authority decentralization has a positive influence on port management and port development. Second, the port site centrality was confirmed to have a positive influence on port management and port development. Third, port site centrality was shown to mediate the relationship between port decentralization and port management and port development. This study suggested the positive effect of port decentralization to local government on efficient port management and port development, and the need to draw up port site-oriented policies.

This study analyze whether the organizational learning culture affects the firm's dynamic capacity and whether the dynamic capacity mediates the relationship between organizational learning culture and management performance. Respectively. First, "The more organizational structure is organic, the higher the integrated relocation capacity and learning capacity. Organizations with organic organizational structures were found to have the ability to successfully adapt to external changes because there is a practice that is not tied to formal processing or procedures. Second, it can be seen that there is a positive (+) influence on the relocation capacity among the dynamic competence of the learning culture of the corporate organization. Third, both sub-factors of dynamic competence have positive (+) influence on business performance. Also, there was no mediating effect of dynamic competence related to learning culture.

D-CATV VOD service provides various contents such as drama and movie with high quality regardless of time and place. As the usage time of the VOD service increases, the viewing time of real-time terrestrial broadcasting is shortened. As the demand for VOD service is high and the number of digital users is increasing, the VOD market is rapidly growing. Therefore this study investigates the age and gender analysis of digital cable TV users and analyzed the usage patterns and audience cases of users. VOD service has been shown to be used by many users for the first time through remote control and free coupons. Non-users of VOD service did not use it because of charge and did not feel the necessity, but some non-users did not recognize the free VOD service.

The purpose of this study is to derive the core technologies of VR using patent analysis and to explore the direction of social and public interest in VR using news analysis. In Study 1, we derived keywords using the frequency of words in patent texts, and we compared by company, year, and technical classification. Netminer, a network analysis program, was used to analyze the IPC codes of patents. In Study 2, we analyzed news articles using T-LAB program. TF-IDF was used as a keyword selection method and chi-square and association index algorithms were used to extract the words most relevant to VR. Through this study, we confirmed that VR is a fusion technology including optics, head mounted display (HMD), data analysis, electric and electronic technology, and found that optical technology is the central technology among the technologies currently being developed. In addition, through news articles, we found that the society and the public are interested in the formation and growth of VR suppliers and markets, and VR should be developed on the basis of user experience.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to promote the tourism of the island by developing the contents of the marine food tourism. Activation of island tourism should begin with developing marine food tourism content. In the viewpoint that the development of marine food tourism content is a priority, previous studies were examined and related cases were analyzed. For this purpose, this study reviewed and analyzed various literature, periodicals, government documents and newspaper articles published in Korea and abroad. As a result of this study, to develop the marine food tourism contents in Korea and to promote the island tourism, it is necessary to develop the marine food tourism contents as representative contents of the island tourism, develop and operate the high value added fusion food tourism product, And the development of marine food tourism products that meet the island tourism paradigm and changes in tourism patterns of tourists.
