  • The purpose of this study is examine the validity of digital competency indicators in order to develop a tool that can measure the digital competency of preschool teachers. To review the validity, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted on the data of 272 preschool teachers. The exploratory factor analysis resulted in four factors, and the confirmatory factor analysis verified the fit, validity(convergent validity, discriminant validity) and reliability of each competency group and the model composition of sub-competency indicators. The four factors validated were named 'Understanding Digital Technologies', 'Digital Technology Understanding', 'Digital Technology Application', 'Digital Technology-based Communication', 'Digital Ethics Understanding and Practice'. The analysis results demonstrated the reliability and validity of the tool for measuring the digital competencies of preschool teachers, and it is meaningful in that it can provide a foundation for measuring the digital competency of preschool teachers and conducting education program suitable for each digital competency level.

  • As digital evidence becomes more important in criminal investigations, disputes are increasing in court. As media diversifies and the scope of analysis expands, the level of expertise in digital forensics is also increasing. However, no competency model has been developed to define the capabilities of digital evidence examiners or to judge their expertise. There have been some studies that have derived the capabilities necessary for digital evidence examiner, but they are still insufficient. Therefore, in this study, 25 competency evaluation factors in a total of 9 competency groups were defined using methodologies such as expert FGI and Delphi survey. Specifically, it was defined as Digital Forensics Theory, Digital Evidence Collection&Management, Disk Forensics, Mobile Forensics, Video Forensics, infringement forensics, DB Forensics, Embedded(IoT) Forensics, and Cloud Forensics. The digital evidence examiner competency model is expected to be used in various fields such as recruitment, education and training, and performance evaluation in the future.

In addition, it examines the effects of audit learning, digital culture, and stakeholder expectation on digital accounting implementation. The key informants were Thailand's tax auditors. The data was collected using a questionnaire that was distributed to 349 tax auditors throughout Thailand. The response rate was 20.53%. The Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) is applied to test the research relationships. The results of this study show that digital accounting implementation has an important effect on its consequence, namely audit competency, audit report, and audit performance. Similarly, audit competency and audit report affect audit performance. Testing the antecedents of the research relationships, namely audit learning, digital culture, and stakeholder expectation, the result reveals that only digital culture affects digital accounting implementation. Accordingly, digital accounting implementation plays a vital role to enhance audit competency, audit report, and ultimately lead to attaining audit performance. Furthermore, the results are beneficial for the auditing practitioners and regulators, allowing them to draw on these results to develop training programs to enhance professional audit efficiency.

  • This study aimed to study its required performance requirements and proposes a competency framework necessary for the digital workforce of the Provincial Offices in Thailand. The specific primary informants were determined as 17 people. The collecting process was performed using the Delphi technique and the electronic Delphi technique in two phases, totaling four rounds. In the first time, a structured interview was used to conduct online interviews for 15 people. Content validation was performed to determine issues of the competency framework essential for the digital workforce with 7-level scaled questionnaires, and then online reviews were collected between 10-15 people (2nd to 4th times). A consensus was found and confirmed four times with descriptive statistics, namely frequency, mean, standard deviation, mode, median, and the absolute value of the difference between mode and median, interquartile range, and application of the conceptual framework. The research findings revealed that the essential competency requirements for the digital workforce were covered in digital literacy (six aspects), digital skills (four aspects), and digital characteristics (four aspects). Consensus was confirmed for 84 issues. Therefore, it was concluded that 61 points for building an essential competency framework for the digital workforce made them effective in using digital technology as a labor-saving instrument, as well as for expanding the breadth of development of digital expertise to include members of the organization's digital practitioner network. This development will benefit government agencies and the private sector, both national and international, in the future.

As independent variables, corporate Capability consisting of employee competency, marketing competency, and digital competency, human factors such as managers, successors, and third-party stakeholders, and institutional factors such as legislation, taxation, and trust were set. In addition, the effect of adjusting the sales scale was verified. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting representatives who are currently running small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The total number of valid questionnaires was 315. Based on this, an empirical analysis was conducted using the hierarchical regression method. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, marketing competency and digital competency, managerial competency and successor competency, taxation and trust had a significant positive (+) effect on corporate succession intention. • Problem solving competency has always been a prime issue in education, and it is defined as core skills of a life competency or as 21st century skills that students need to successfully learn. This study aims to discover the scope and impact of digital textbooks on students' competencies. This study also examines meaningful differences brought about using digital textbooks and taking lessons specifically adapted to improve 5th grade students' problem solving competencies. The pretest-posttest control group design was adopted and a performance-based measurement tool for problem solving competency was developed and applied. The results indicate that the classes using digital textbooks achieved higher scores in problem solving competency. Also, a lesson that was specifically adapted with the aim to improve students' problem solving competency had a positive influence on students' achievement. Moreover, there was reciprocal influence between using digital textbooks and adapting instructions to improve problem solving competency. In conclusion, the effect of digital textbooks should be discussed further while also considering the influence of teachers' instructional strategies.
