도시철도 표준화시스템 요구사항 DB구축 연구 (Study of Building Standard System Requirement DB of City Train)

  • City Train Technology that is large and complex system and consists of mechanical, electronic, electric, materials, computer, communication, civil/track etc. is very important area of railway industry, national fundamental industry. The standardization of city train system as a public transportation method and foundation of national economy is very important in order to do effective operation and to get fundamental technology, and the information system of the standards is required to operate the city train system effectively. By building data base of city train system design knowledge using computer-aided system engineering tool-Cradle, the system development issues and the design solutions are used by all engaged persons, and are managed by modeling and documentation. And this system will support architecture design consistently and effectively by applying this system to formalize early development process, to system requirements and configuration management, to system interface analysis and management and to system behavior analysis etc.. This study is for construction of data base of system design knowledge through making data base of many kinds of standards using CASE tool based on System Engineering Process, and introduces a model to support concurrent engineering for all engineers involved in system development allowing access to standard DB through Web from anywhere and at anytime.

소프트웨어 사업대가기준 중장기 발전 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mid-Long Term Direction for Development of Software Cost Estimation Guidelines)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 소프트웨어 사업대가기준의 중장기 발전 방향을 도출하고 소프트웨어 사업대가기준의 프레임워크를 제시하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 첫째, 소프트웨어 생명주기상의 모든 단계와 현재의 소프트웨어 사업대가기준과 모형들이 검토되고 분석되어졌다. 둘째, 소프트웨어 사업대가기준의 중장기적 발전 대안으로 단가와 지침을 분리하여 운영하고, 시장자율기능을 확대하는 방안을 도출하였다. 그리고 소프트웨어 사업대가기준의 중장기 발전대안의 선결과제로 비용 리포지토리의 구축, 소프트웨어 사업대가 지침화, 다양한 사업대가기준 모형화 및 인증제 도입, 사업대가 전문가제도 도입이 제시되었다. 마지막으로 소프트웨어 사업대가기준의 중장기 발전대안의 단계별 이행계획이 제시되었다.

ISO 26262 제품개발 프로세스와 연계된 DFSS 로드-맵의 개발 (Development of a DFSS Road-map Associated with the ISO 26262 Product Development Process)

  • Increasing safety requirements of automobile are asking companies to find out solutions, based on the ISO 26262 which is a functional safety standard. ISO 26262 is an adaptation of the IEC 61508 for automotive electric/electronic systems. ISO 26262 provides a V model for ECU (Electronic Control Unit) development process to secure safety against vehicle. It well describes the requirements, necessary works and their resulting products for each development phase. However, it is difficult to apply to product development for achieving functional safety in the electric/electronic systems of an automobile because it lacks explanation on the working steps to follow and the methodologies and tools to be used in each step. In this paper, we introduce the outline of the ISO 26262 product development process and present a DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) road-map based on the ISO 26262 product development process as a way to operate efficiently the ISO 26262 product development process. The DFSS road-map consists of five phases: Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, and Verify. The detailed activities, tools, inputs, and work products are given for each phase.

한국 청소년(만 17세) 체격의 시대적 변천에 대한 통계적 모형 추정 -1983년부터 1993년까지- (Statistical Estimated Model of Chronological Change in Physical Growth and Development in Korean Youth(17 Years Old) - From 1983 To 1993 -)

  • This research was obtained from analyzing how the physiques of the 3rd grade students of high school for males and females and developed for the last eleven years(from 1983 to 1993). By the physiques and nutritional index of physical growth and development, Relative Body Weight of 36.62 exceeded the standard, on the other hand females showed lower records than the standard. Relative Chest Girth Index belonged to the normal type of males and females in all, in the comparison of the records between 1983 and 1993, males increased in average 0.29 and females in average 0.55. Relative Chest Girth Index of females was greater than that of females. By the results of Relative Sitting Height Index, growth of the lower body for males and females was greater than that of males. In case of Vervaeck Index, males increased in average 2.04 but females increased in average 1, 20 relatively less than males. These phenomena provided for the evidence of the deficient nutrition in females. In the regression models of body height and body weight within a certain period, statistical regression model types which best indicated chronological average changes of body height and body weight, took 3rd Order Polynomial Regression Model rather than linear regression model. In females, statistical regression model types which best is suitable for chronological average change of body height and body weight, took 4th and 2nd Order Polynomial Regression Model respectively. The prediction value of 1995 by estimated polynomial regression model anticipated that body height of 3rd grade year students of high school of males in 1993 went on increasing from 170.87cm to 171.79cm in average 0.92cm growth and that of females from 158.99cm to 160.79cm in average 1.80cm growth. In addition, body weight of males seemed to increase from 62.58kg to 64.52kg in average 1.94kg growth and that of females seemed to increase from 54.05kg to 54.19kg in average 0.14kg growth. Linear Regression Model was suitable for the regression model of body weight for body height. Prediction on increase of an average body weight for body height was that, according to growth of body height 1cm in males, body weight increased 1.41kg averagely and that of females 0.86kg. For that reason, we came to conclusion that body weight increase for body height 1cm in males was greater than that in females on average.

창호의 성능인증 규격 기준과 면적 변화에 따른 에너지성능 비교분석 (A Comparative Analysys of Window Energy Performance According to the Difference Between Actual size and Standard size)

  • This study reviewed selected specific windows and reviewed the window performance certification criteria including KS F 2278 and KS L 9107 and analyzed the change in performance based on the change of area. This study also compared the heating and cooling loads of an apartment house applied with window performance reviewed in consideration of insulation and SHGC performance and actual size based on KS F 2278. The analyzed window was a double window composed of aluminum and PVC and the building was the apartment house model of 141 ㎡. The analysis results were as follows. First, as the window glass's thermal performance is superior to frame, the performance degraded in reduced area. In case of selected window, the 1 m × 1m window's thermal performance and SHGC decreased by 35% and 37% respectively compared to 2 m × 2 m window. Secondly, in the comparison of performance for increasing area with 2 m × 2 m and 3 m × 3 m windows, the 3 m × 3 m window's thermal performance and SHCG increased about 14%. Third, in the comparison of heating and cooling loads of the analyzed model considering the apartment house model applied with window performance derived from KS F 2278 and actual figures, the model's total heating and cooling loads increased by 33% with cooling decreasing by 36% and heating increasing by 77%. Above analysis results show that evaluation of window performance based on criteria such as KS F 2278 and KS L 9107 may lead to distortion of performances different from actual products. Thus, it is necessary to suggest new evaluation criteria.

필기 감성에 관련한 마찰메커니즘 분석 (Analysis of Friction Mechanisms Associated with Write Feeling)

  • To interpret the perception that originates from tactile sensibility during people touch and recognize the object surfaces, this study focuses on the development of a friction model that can describe the interaction of a stylus pen sliding over the counter surfaces. In addition, the study includes several other experimental factors such as the pressure, temperature, and topology of surface, which can have an effect on the emotional user experience concerning various surfaces; this research aims to suggest a method to quantitatively evaluate the relation between these experimental parameters and emotional user experience. Accordingly, the objective of research comprises the friction characteristic technology for measurement of fine tribological behavior and a standard to quantify the emotional feedback. Existing panels or input devices that provide interaction feedback about user actions simply operate with a single frequency vibration or sound response. On the contrary, this research investigates various interaction characteristics including friction force, frequency, and surface topology synthetically. Using the developed model, which can explain the relation between the friction parameters and emotional user experience, developers can design their product in order to provide the user with expected emotional sensibility. Consequently, it can contribute to reduce the development cost about sensitivity model.

건설폐기물 처리대가 산정을 위한 중간처리시설의 비용산정 모델 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Cost Calculation Model of Recycling Treatment Facility for Estimation of Construction Waste Disposal Fee)

  • 현재 LH공사에서 활용하고 있는 건설폐기물 처리대가 기준은 오래전에 개발된 표준 모델을 활용하여 대가를 산정하고 있다. 따라서 본 모델은 폐기물 처리시설의 기술발전과 환경상황을 잘 반영하지 못하는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 건설폐기물 중간처리 대가기준에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 공공발주기관과 LH에서 활용하고 있는 원가계산방식의 현황과 차이점을 분석하였다. 또한 폐기물 중간처리업체의 운영실태에 대한 현장조사 및 전문가 인터뷰 등을 실시하여 현재 활용되고 있는 표준모델에 대한 개선모델을 제시하였다. 건설폐기물의 중간처리를 위한 주요 공정은 건설폐기물의 파쇄기 투입, 파쇄, 선별 및 분별, 이송으로 이루어져 있다. 본 모델에 맞추어 공정운영에 필요한 소요인력과 비용을 분석하여 발주를 위한 적산 기준을 제안하였다. 이 개선된 표준모델은 공공기관의 폐기물 중간처리를 위한 원가계산 기준으로 활용될 수 있으며, 폐기물처리비의 증액이 필요한 것으로 판단하였다.

AEB 시험평가 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation Method of AEB Test)

  • Currently, sharp increase of car is on the rise as a serious social problem due to loss of lives from car accident and environmental pollution. There is a study on ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) to seek coping measures. As for the commercialization of ITS, we aim for occupancy of world market through ASV (Advanced Safety Vehicle) related system development and international standardization. However, the domestic environment is very insufficient. Core factor technologies of ITS are Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist System, Forward Collision Warning System, AEB (Autonomous Emergency Braking) system etc. These technologies are applied to cars to support driving of a driver. AEB system is stop the car automatically based on the result decided by the relative speed and distance with obstacle detected through sensor attached on car rather than depending on the driver. The purpose of AEB system is to measure the distance and speed of car and to prevent accident. Thus, AEB will be a system useful for prevention of accident by decreasing car accident along with the development of automobile technology. This study suggests a scenario to suggest a test evaluation method that accords with domestic environment and active response of international standard regarding the test evaluation method of AEB. Also, by setting the goal with function for distance, it suggests theoretic model according to the result. And the study aims to verify the theoretic evaluation standard per proposed scenario using car which is installed with AEB device through field car driving test on test road. It will be useful to utilize the suggested scenario and theoretical model when conducting AEB test evaluation.

CIM 기반 AMI용 미터데이터관리시스템(MDMS) 개발 방안 연구 (Study on Development Method of MDMS for AMI Operation based on Common Information Model)

  • 전력시스템의 배전분야 정보모델 및 데이터교환 국제표준인 CIM(Common Information Model, IEC61968) 기반 MDMS(Meter Data Management System, 미터데이터관리시스템) 개발에 있어서, 가장 중점을 두는 부분은 짧은 주기로 수집되는 데이터의 효과적인 관리와 AMI 데이터를 활용하기 위하여 상위시스템들과 어떻게 통합서비스 할 것인가에 대한 이슈이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 AMR 환경과 다르게 양방향 서비스 인프라를 제공하는 AMI 환경에서 MDMS 구현 방안과 기능들을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 MDMS의 특징은 국제전력표준인 CIM과 통합서비스버스(ESB)를 활용하여 상호운영성을 확보했다는 점과 컴포넌트 기반으로 시스템 모듈을 구현하여 현장 활용도 향상이 가능하다는 점이다. 본 연구의 제안된 결과는 지능형전력망 구현에 있어서 CIM 기반 전력시스템의 효율적인 개발 및 운영에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

정부기능분류체계(BRM)의 재정비를 위한 사례연구 - '문화재' 정책영역을 중심으로 - (A Case Study for the Reorganization of the Standard of Government Function Classification (BRM): Focusing on the 'Cultural Heritage' Policy Area)

  • 본 연구는, 문헌조사를 바탕으로 대한민국의 업무참조모델(BRM)인 '정부기능분류체계'의 도입에서 개발 적용에 이르기까지의 행정연혁을 통하여, 정부기능분류체계의 본래 개발목적과 의도를 밝혀내고, 현재 정부기능분류체계에서 관찰되는 문제점과의 관계를 밝힘으로써 현행에서 드러나는 정부기능분류체계의 문제에 대한 원인을 찾아보고자 하였다. 정부기능분류체계의 현황조사는 정책영역 '문화재' 영역(대기능 9개, 중기능 59개, 소기능 297개와 단위과제 1,287개)을 대상으로 중앙정부와 지방정부의 기능분류체계를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 중앙정부와 지방정부의 기능 간에 분절된 현상과 그밖에 문제점들을 발견하였고, 이를 대표하는 '문화재 지정' 등의 4가지 사례를 통해 개선모형을 제안하였다. 또한, '정부기능분류체계'의 재정비를 위하여, 업무재현성을 갖춘 업무기능의 설계, 업무기능의 일관성유지를 위한 관리와 운영에 있어서의 제도마련, 이용자의 사용촉진을 위한 교육, 지속적인 유지관리와 개선이 필요함을 제안하였다.
