본 연구는 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 이상적인 자질을 탐색하고, 이러한 자질을 갖춘 교원을 양성하고 임용할 수 있는 바람직한 제도를 제시하고 있다. 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 자질은 문헌 연구와 개발원의 설문조사 결과를 토대로 분석하였다. 영재교육 담당 교원이 갖추어야 할 자질을 영재교육에 대한 철학적 이해와 사명감, 전문적 자질, 인성적 자질의 세 측면에서 정리하여 제시하였다. 우리나라와 외국에서 현재 취하고 있는 영재교육 담당 교원 양성 및 임용 제도 현황을 분석하였으며, 외국의 사례로는 미국과 싱가포르를 제시하였다. 우리나라에서 우수한 자질을 갖춘 영재교육 담당 교원을 양성하고 임용할 수 있는 제도적 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 교사의 지식에 대한 초임교사들의 인식을 알아보기 위해 초임교사들에게 설문을 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 초임교사들은 자신의 수업의 반성과 개선에 대한 지식을 가장 필요하다고 인식하고, 실제 수업에서는 수학적 개념과 학습 내용들 사이의 연계성과 위계성 등 상호 관계에 대한 지식을 가장 많이 활용한다고 인식한다. 이러한 교사의 지식은 주로 수업 경험과 교사 연수를 통해 형성된다고 인식한다. 또한, 초임교사들은 수학 수업에서 공학적 도구와 평가를 활용하는 지식에 대해 필요성을 낮게 인식하고 자주 활용하지 못하는 것으로 인식한다. 초임교사들이 교사의 지식을 형성하는데 도움을 주기 위해 교사 입문 프로그램과 멘토링의 활성화, 교원 양성기관의 교육과정의 개선, 다양한 교사 연수 프로그램의 개발과 보급 등이 필요하다.

In this paper, we propose the elementary school teacher's training direction for effective SW education. In an effort to better understand the efficient SW training contents and methods for teachers, 200 of elementary teachers had been selected from different places in South Korea. The results showed that 1)it should be operated by focusing on the training of female teachers, especially, strengthening the contents of SW ethics. 2)It will need to actively operate the teacher training program to foster the necessary computational thinking and programing for elementary school teacher who work in big cities. 3)It need to create a training program for expanding the SW studying groups. 4)In order to improve the effectiveness of training courses in the development of in-service training programs, the SW ethics contents need to be coordinated with the link the computational thinking and programing. These results are expected to provide the efficient methods to design the future SW training programs.

2016년부터 20개 과학고와 5개 특성화 대학 간의 공동AP제도를 도입한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 과학고에서 공동AP제도 도입에 앞서 과학고 및 영재고 교원 111명을 대상으로 공동AP제도에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있으며, 공동AP제도의 안정적 정착을 위해 필요한 제도적 지원 및 교원의 전문성 신장방안에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과 교사들은 AP교과를 담당할 의향이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, AP제도에 대해 알고 있다는 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 과학고의 공동AP제도 도입에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 AP제도에 대한 학교차원의 준비에 대해서는 다소 부정적으로 평가하고 있었으며, 공동AP제도의 안정적 정착과 관련하여 수업 및 교육자료 개발과 AP담당 교사 증원, AP담당 교원연수가 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 또한, AP담당 교원과 관련해서는 행정업무 축소와 수업시수감면, 연구비 지급과 같은 제도적 지원과 더불어 전문성 신장을 위한 60시간 정도의 연수(온라인: 19시간, 집합: 35시간, 산출물: 6시간)가 필요하다고 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 공동AP제도 도입에 앞서 공동AP제도가 학교현장에 안정적 정착하기 위해 요구되는 정책적 제도적 방안에 대해 논의하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception about STEAM education of primary teachers who have developed and applied STEAM education to their students through teacher training program. For this study, 101 among 172 attendance are responded to questionnaire of three categories consisting of development and application teaching material for STEAM instruction, and spreading STEAM education. The major findings are as follows: First, when primary teachers develop materials for STEAM education, they consider applicabilities in real classes. Second, they feel the burden of time when they develop STEAM material. Third, they think that their own program has significant educational effectiveness and that students enjoyed the program. Especially, they think that STEAM education program can raise students' interest about learning. Fourth, primary teachers point out the constraints for application of STEAM education program, which are lack of expertise and difficulty acquiring class time. Fifth, primary teachers evaluate the effect of STEAM education program on primary education is positive, and they answer that we need many teaching materials for STEAM education, operating as a regular curriculum, and securing budget. In order to spread STEAM education in field of primary education successfully, administrators have to consider and reflect the voice of teachers.

Teaching with technology has been widespread in practical classroom settings, and increased the needs to enhance pre-service teachers' capability with a variety of technologies. The purpose of this study is focused on designing and implementing a training program to develop pre-service teachers' Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge(TPACK) which promotes them use technologies tactically in integrated science classes. Based on the theoretical framework of TPACK and Practitioner's Guide to TPACK, the authors developed ten periods of lessons comprised instructional skills in elementary science education. Subsequently, the program was applied into a teacher trainee course in Korea. The results of this study indicate that the TPACK training program for pre-service teachers significantly influenced on attitude toward convergence, TPACK, and science teaching efficacy of the engaged participants. The developed program, meanwhile, caused a significant TPACK improvement of female participants of the teachers college more effectively. Furthermore, it mitigated the gap between science and humanity tracks coming from their high schools. Consequently, there are possibilities to improve pre-service teachers' teaching strategies for integrated classes, if they have opportunities to review the comprehensibility of technological, pedagogical, content knowledge, and intersected areas with metacognitive perspectives.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 수학교사들의 전문성 개발을 위하여 국내 수학교사 연수 프로그램의 개선 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 우리나라 수학교사 연수 현황을 살펴보고, 수학교사 전문성의 개념을 확고히 정립하고 뚜렷한 전략을 지닌 다섯 가지 국외 수학교사 전문성 개발 프로그램들을 선정하여 각 프로그램의 목적, 진행 과정, 초점을 두는 요소, 지원 등에 관해 살펴보았다. 이후 각 프로그램의 장단점 및 유형을 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 수학교사 연수 프로그램에 주는 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

정보통신기술의 발단과 함께 학교교육에서도 e-Learning이 급격히 증가하고 있지만, 새로운 교수방법의 활용에 따른 교수자 연수 프로그램의 보급은 미흡하다. 이에 한국산업인력공단에서는 공단에서 실시하는 e-Learning의 질 향상을 목적으로 e-Learning에서 교수활동을 제공하는 교수자의 능력향상을 위한 e-Learning 강사과정을 개발하였다. 과정개발을 위하여 e-Learning 교수자의 역할 및 역량을 탐색하고 현재 개발된 과정에 대한 분석과 설문조사를 실시하여 내용구성이 이루어졌다. e-Learning에서의 교수자 역할을 콘텐츠개발과 운영으로 나누어, 개발 및 운영에 공통적으로 필요한 이론적 기반의 공통 모듈, 콘텐츠개발 모듈, e-Learning 운영모듈 등 3개 모듈로 개발하였다. 이들 모듈은 e-Learning 콘텐츠 개발과정 및 e-Learning 운영과정 등 2개의 과정으로 교수자의 역할에 따라 선택적으로 학습할 수 있도록 하였으며, 각각의 과정에 공통모듈이 포함되도록 하였다. 이들 과정은 e-Learning에 참여하고자 하는 교수자에게 e-Learning에 대한 인식제고 및 교수활동에 실제적인 도움을 주어 e-Learning 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

In this report. it is assumed in the first chapter. various motives for modernizing of school mathematics can be indicated as the development of modern mathematics the highly advanced technology. the emergence of computor, and the progress of symbol logic. It is also confirmed that its modernizing process contains the modernization of contents in school mathematics. the broad application of school mathematics. the intellectualization of school mathematics. and the variation of its educational process. And the following chapter of this report is composed of the comparative study on the modernizing tendency of school mathematics among the SMSG of U. S. A., the mathematical education in France. and the late tendancy of Japan. The most significant part of the report is the chapter which propose the new program for school mathematics. It establishes the direction of school mathematics and its purpose. And at the same time it divides its fundamental conceptions into six parts according to school grades; the number. the operation. the functional relation. the quality and measure, the geometry, and the statistics. For the perspective of school mathematics, it is probable that the program for education and training of teachers could be realized, if it were spported by the system of specializing teachers and of functional teachers with advanced technology of education. Particularly the education of teachers contains the training of teachers as well as educational administrators or parents. Finally, the report concludes that the necessity of research required for the development of school mathematics must be emphasized in regard to the established program of teacher training.

The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers' recognition on field practice and effectiveness of creativity and character education. This study used post tests to examine the effects of teacher training for creativity and character education on 451 teachers. The results were as follows. Firstly, the average in satisfaction of teacher training for creativity and character education was 4.65 for elementary teachers and 4.35 for secondary teachers in summer, and 4.55 for elementary teachers and 4.42 for secondary teachers in winter. Secondly, effectiveness of teacher training on creativity and character education was showed highly as more than 4.0 and was higher in winter than in summer. Thirdly, in the case of field practice and effectiveness of teacher training for creativity and character education, the average of elementary teachers(3,66) was higher in respect of educational environment than that of secondary teachers(3.20) and the averages of elementary teachers and secondary teachers were 3.85 and 3.42 in respect of subject activity, respectively. In practising creativity and character education, it was analyzed that both elementary(ave. 3.89) and secondary(ave. 3.84) teachers went through some difficulties for curriculum reconstruction, development of instructional model, program development, and human and physical supports.
