In this study, the teaching material has been developed based on Polya's Problem Solving Techniques for preparing Korea Information Olympiad qualification and studying principle of computer. the basis of discrete mathematics and data structures were selected as the content of textbooks for students to learn computer programming principles. After the developed textbooks were applied to elementary school students of Science Gifted Education Center of J University, the result of study proves that textbook helps improve problem-solving ability using the testing tool restructured sample questions from previous test. We need guidebook and training course for teachers and realistic conditions for teaching the principles of computer.

KARI(Korea Aerospace Research Institute) is achieving the KSLV program according to National Space Technology Development Program. In this paper, the authors are intend to introduce the Integrated Power Plant(IPP) test facility which will be constructed for the variety of tests on KSLV program. IPP test facility refers to comprehensive testing equipment for liquid rocket launch vehicle. Using this facility, KARI can verify the adaptedness of parts and subsystems for launch vehicle and finally can qualify the system characteristics of launch vehicle doing kinds of test including hot firing test. IPP test facility will make it possible to simulate the vehicle launching circumstances and to predict the performance of launch vehicle during its flight test.

The number of nurses per bed at acute-stage hospitals is quite low in Korea compared with other OECD countries. In order to prevent the degradation of the quality of inpatient nursing services due to insufficient nurse staffs, the national health insurance introduced the differentiated nursing care fee system. This did not work as a motive for inducing the employment of nursing staff due to insufficient cost compensation. Because of insufficient nursing staff, family members have to stay with the patient or patients have to hire a personal care attendant. This increases the burden and cost to families. For the activation of hospitals without guardians, there should be policies for raising additional nursing staff such as standardizing jobs among nursing staff, particularly between nurses and nursing assistants, setting adequate standards of staffing in nursing according to medical service, substantiating the cost of nursing under the differentiated nursing care fee system, improving the medical fee system of hospitals without guardians including health insurance payment, supplying nursing staff stably through improving their working conditions such as providing child rearing services and salary increase, clarifying the qualification of personal care attendants working at acute.stage hospitals, developing indexes for assessing the quality of nursing care services, and monitoring for the management of uniform quality.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the recognition and the needs and problems of in-service education for school nurse, and to suggest the desirable guidelines, for supples the basic data of in-service education for school nurse to upgraded the quality as school nurse's professional specialist. The subjects of this study were 376 school nurses who were working in Jollanamdo. The research instruments used in this study was 'Needs of In-service Education questionnaire'. 305 collected Data were analyzed with the frequency analysis, $x^2$-test. The conclusions were as follows; First of all, the most important motives for the school nurses to participate in-service education are the enhancement of their specialties on teaching profession, self-realizations as educators, and improvement of health teaching skill. However, the motives to obtain the skill for school management or to obtain a high rank qualification and promotion are quite low. School nurses are generally satisfied with duration, time, place of in-service education, But they are not satisfied with contents of in-service education, professional specialist and understanding of real educational situation of the instructors. On the urgent problem of school nurses, promotion of health teaching skill was highest in the rank, and establishment of firm educational philosophy and a sense of teaching profession, proceed to university and graduate school ranked next, respectively. Second, the need of a school nurses on in-service education direction ranked the application of teachers' character and need, practicable and concrete educational programs, planning of school health development, reinforcement of health education, expansion of practical knowledge and on reflection thought, respectively. The need of a school nurses on in-service education contents(major part) ranked health education, health promoting program of student, knowledge and practice of practical medicine and oriental medicine, consultation process, health education of advanced country, respectively. The need of in-service education supervisory organization, the need for a cities provinces educational office was highest in the rank. The need of in-service education type, duty training ranked high, and abroad training, qualification training, general training ranked next. the need for specialist for lecturer of in-serve education ranked among the highest, along with school nurses and university professor. The need of school nurses on education method(duplication answer), need for conference and discussion teaching was highest in the rank. The need on evaluation method, evaluation through a examination ranked the highest. On the needs of in-service education times, need for vacation during the winter and summer was the highest. As for the duration, 31 to 60 hours in duration of in-service education was need most, and most school nurses need cities and provinces in-service training institute as the location of in-service education. On the organization size, need for 21 to 30 people was the highest, where as need for 41 people was relatively low. Lastly, on the problem of in-service education for school nurses, lack of opportunity of in-service education for school nurses was highest in the rank, and improperness of in-service education contents and method, lack of incentive ranked next, respectively.

Korea Aerospace Research Institute has been developing 3-stage launcher KSLV-II, which can inject 1.5-ton satellite into sun synchronous orbit (SSO). For development process, Test Launch Vehicle(TLV) adopting the $2^{nd}$ and $3^{rd}$ stage of KSLV-II will be scheduled to launch in 2018. The propulsion system of TLV is composed of $2^{nd}$ stage engine system (ground type) and propellant supply system including LOX, Kerosene tanks. Until now, system integration of engineering model of TLV and delivery of qualification model have been done. In this paper, the product assurance activities for propulsion system KSLV-II will be illustrated.

Basic design result for propulsion system test complex(PSTC) of KSLV-II is briefly described. KSLV-II is a three stage launch vehicle will be used liquid rocket engine for each. PSTC is will be used for development and performances qualification tests of $1^{st}/2^{nd}/3^{rd}$ propulsion systems for KSLV-II. In the future, this result will be applied to critical design and manufacturing of PSTC after deciding lay-out and operating program.

Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) performed the conceptual design of rocket engine test facility for the development and qualification of the 3rd stage liquid rocket engine for KSLV-II. The 3rd stage rocket engine test facility, which are to be constructed at Naro Space Center, will supply propellants and high-pressure gases to engine for firing test at ground and altitude conditions. The altitude test condition is obtained using a supersonic diffuser operated by the self-ejecting jet from the liquid rocket engine.

The purpose of this study is to derive the competence of nursing teacher in Specialized vocational high school. The knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for the nursing teachers were verified and the competency groups and sub-competencies were verified and priorities were suggested. To do this, 23 nursing teachers who were currently working in the Specialized vocational high school were selected as expert panels and the study was conducted using Delphi and Layered Analysis(AHP) technique. The results of this study were as follows. First, the competency group of the nursing teacher in Specialized vocational high school showed teaching and learning methods & techniques, student guidance, curriculum development and operation, school management support, industry-academy cooperation, self-development and professionalism improvement. The total number was 6. Second, the sub-competency is composed of knowledge and skills related to the curriculum, planning and preparation of instruction, instruction operation, guidance of experiment and practice, instruction evaluation, development and utilization of teaching and learning medium, instruction environment, guidance on student education activities outside the curriculum, career guidance, life guidance, class management, guidance of technology and qualification, development of school curriculum, organization and operation of school curriculum, planning and operation of field practice, work planning, school management support, teacher evaluation and personnel management support, leaning support(practice place and equipment), establishment and operation of industry-academia cooperation, strengthening community cooperation, public relations in the school(department), field research for improvement of educational activities, participation in conferences and training, exploration of new knowledge and technology, The total number was 26. The most important of the relative importance was the curriculum development and operation. The subordinate competencies that have a high priority in each competency group were guidance of experiment and practice, guidance of technology and qualification, planning and operation of field practice, leaning support(practice place and equipment), management and work planning, establishment and operation of industry-academia cooperation, exploration of new knowledge and technology. The competency system derived from this study will be applied to the training and evaluation of nursing teachers in the future and can be used as basic data for related research.

The purpose of this study is to find out the role and responsibilities of coordinators for gifted classes in Korean schools, by examining the role and responsibilities, and qualifications of coordinators' at gifted classes in America and England. To do this, first, we examine the tasks and role of Korean gifted classes in elementary and secondary schools. Then we look into the coordinators of gifted programs of public schools and university programs in America and England. The coordinators of America and England are experts in gifted programs who have understanding and knowledge on gifted education, and they work for everything regarding gifted programs, such as designing the gifted education program, dealing documents regarding gifted programs, and assisting school personnel in the identification, development, teaching and evaluation of gifted students. The coordinators are the most important and core person in gifted programs. However, in Korean school, the role of coordinators is one of the school tasks of which any teacher has to take charge and there is no regulation on the qualification of coordinators. Therefore we suggest to set up the regulations of qualification, role and responsibilities of gifted programs' coordinators, by understanding that the role of coordinators is important.

This paper, as a continuation of 'Job Analysis for developing Vocational Education & Training Program' executed from 1998, is aimed at complementing a guidebook for job analysis developed in 2002 to improve its usage in the areas of education, training and qualification, and at making and distributing basic data to develop curriculum for vocational education, standards for vocational training, and guidelines for making questions in qualification examination for 10 kinds of vocations through job analysis, which were precedently selected, for the purpose, out of environment industry-related vocations drawn from carried out together with this project by our Institute in 2003. The contents of this paper are first, to analyze what have precedently been done for job analysis, second, to complement a guidebook for job analysis, third, to select vocations for which job analysis will be made, and fourth, to carry out job analysis for developing curriculum for vocational education and training and guidelines for making questions and to distribute comprehensive data made on a basis of the results. Paper methods for the purpose of this paper are an analysis on literatures and data related to job analysis, experts councils for complementing job analysis, selecting target vocations and conducting job analysis by the vocations, and job analysis applying DACUM method. In the first place, this report presents job analysis models by procedures for developing curriculum for vocational education and training. The first step is preparation for job analysis, the second step the establishment of job models, the third step the drawn-out of knowledge, skills, and tools, the fourth step the selection of courses and subjects, the fifth step the specification of education and training contents, and the sixth the establishment of guidelines for making questions. In this paper, job analysis for 10 vocations were conducted in accordance with these procedures.
