본 연구에서는 피스톤운동을 톱날파로 근사하였을 때 단열된 실린더를 갖는 스터링기관에 대한 해석적인 해를 구하고자 한다. 실제기관에서 피스톤운동은 기구 학적 구동기구에 따라 상이하지만 대략적으로 정현파가 되며, 이 경우에는 해석적인 해가 존재하지 않으므로 수학적으로 구간선형적인 톱날파로 근사하였다. 비록 이러 한 근사를 도입한 단열해석이라 하더라도 해석적인 해가 존재한다면 등온해석보다는 기관성능의 예측에 더욱 적합함은 당연하다.

본 논문은 문화적 표현특성을 기초로, 중국 6개 최대 도시의 대표적인 현대 상업건축 공간 사례에 대해 비교분석을 진행한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 중국 현대 상업용 건물의 실내공간 문화가 지속 가능한 발전을 이루기를 기대한다. 6개 사례를 각각 문화의 전통성, 지역성, 대중성, 기술성, 생태성 5가지 관점에서 분석했고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화의 전통성은 상업건축의 실내공간에서 구체적인 지역의 전통적 요소를 중시하도록 요구한다. 둘째, 문화의 지역성은 상업건축의 실내공간이 있는 곳의 경제발전 정도, 역사적 내막, 지리적 환경조건, 기후 등 사회와 자연환경 요인과 밀접하게 연관되어 있다. 셋째, 문화의 대중성은 상업건축의 실내공간을 통해 대중문화의 통합화, 레저화, 오락화, 기호화를 나타낸다. 넷째, 문화의 기술성은 현지의 문화성을 가진 시공 방법, 구조 형식, 재료를 상업건축 실내공간에 통합하는 것이다. 다섯째, 문화의 생태성은 상업건축의 실내공간에 식물을 배치하고, 건강하고 쾌적하며 안전한 환경을 만드는 것이다.

This paper addresses theoretically the bending and buckling behaviors of size-dependent nanobeams made of functionally graded materials (FGMs) including the thickness stretching effect. The size-dependent FGM nanobeam is investigated on the basis of the nonlocal continuum model. The nonlocal elastic behavior is described by the differential constitutive model of Eringen, which enables the present model to become effective in the analysis and design of nanostructures. The present model incorporates the length scale parameter (nonlocal parameter) which can capture the small scale effect, and furthermore accounts for both shear deformation and thickness stretching effects by virtue of a sinusoidal variation of all displacements through the thickness without using shear correction factor. The material properties of FGM nanobeams are assumed to vary through the thickness according to a power law. The governing equations and the related boundary conditions are derived using the principal of minimum total potential energy. A Navier-type solution is developed for simply-supported boundary conditions, and exact expressions are proposed for the deflections and the buckling load. The effects of nonlocal parameter, aspect ratio and various material compositions on the static and stability responses of the FGM nanobeam are discussed in detail. The study is relevant to nanotechnology deployment in for example aircraft structures.

중국에서 영화 산업이 발전함에 따라 영화포스터의 종류가 다양화되고 있다. 그 중에서 '콘셉트 포스터'는 홍보 초기 단계에서 영화에 대한 첫인상을 형성하는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있어 영화 홍보에 있어서 그 가치를 인정받고 있다. 하지만 중국에서는 아직까지 창의성을 인정받고 있는 영화 포스터가 많지 않기 때문에 콘셉트 포스터의 창작에 있어서 함축적 이미지 구상과 독창적 표현방식에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 상업성뿐만 아니라 예술성을 인정받고 있는 황해의 콘셉트 포스터에 나타난 시각적 표현방법을 분석함으로써 중국 콘셉트 포스터의 예술적 가능성에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 황해는 영화의 주요 장면이나 유명한 배우의 이미지를 활용하는 것을 지양하고 영화의 주제를 함축적으로 담아낼 수 있는 이미지를 구상한 것으로 나타났다. 미니멀리즘, 색채, 타이포그래피, 회화적 이미지를 활용해 영화의 주제를 함축적으로 담아낼 수 있는 이미지를 구상해 표현하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 중국 영화포스터 디자인을 제고하는데 기초적인 자료를 제공한다는데 의의가 있다.

Infills are as important members in structural design as beams, columns and braces. They have significant effect on structural behavior. Because of lots of variables in infills like material non-linear behavior, the interaction between frames and infill, etc., the infills performance during an earthquake is complicated, so have led designers do not consider the effect of infills in designing the structure. However, the experimental studies revealed that the infills have the remarkable effect on structure behavior. As if these effects ignored, it might occur soft-story phenomena, torsion or short-column effects on the structures. One simple and appropriate method for considering the infills effects in analyzing, is replacing the infills with diagonal compression strut with the same performance of real infill, instead of designing the whole infill. Because of too many uncertainties, codes and researchers gave many expressions that were not as the same as the others. The major intent of this paper is calculation the width of this diagonal strut, which has the most characteristics of infill. This paper by comprehensive on different parameters like the modulus of young or moment of inertia of columns presents a new formula for achieving the equivalent strut width. In fact, this new formula is extracted from about 60 FEM analyses models. It can be said that this formula is very efficient and accurate in estimating the equivalent strut width, considering the large number of effective parameters relative to similar relationships provided by other researchers. In most cases, the results are so close to the values obtained by the FEM. In this formula, the effect of out of plane buckling is neglected and this formula is used just in steel structures. Also, the thickness of infill panel, and the lateral force applied to frame are constant. In addition, this new formula is just for modeling the lateral stiffness. Obtaining the nearest response in analyzing is important to the designers, so this new formula can help them to reach more accurate response among a lot of experimental equations proposed by researchers.

팝아트는 대중문화와 순수예술의 경계를 허무는 시대 문화적 현상을 표현함으로써 대중과 소통을 유도하고자 하였다. 도자 분야에도 팝아트 표현 기법의 특성을 활용하여 표현 영역을 확대하고 있다. 본 연구는 팝아트의 이론적 고찰을 통해 역사적 배경과 작가들의 작품에 나타난 팝아트 양식의 소재와 모티브의 표현특성을 규명하고 그 표현특성이 도자작품에 어떻게 활용되었는지 분석하였다. 작품분석결과 대중문화속의 일상적인 대상의 이미지를 밝고 화려한 색채, 실크스크린, 레터링, 포토몽타주, 만화적 표현, 오브제, 콜라주, 데쿠파주 등의 기법들을 다양하게 표현하였으며, 도자작품들이 대중 속에서 예술문화를 실현하고 보다 대중적인 소재와 심리를 표현하는 것에 가치를 두었다 사료되며 앞으로 도자예술이 팝아트 표현기법 위주의 재현이 아닌 예술적 가치를 재해석한 창의적 작품으로 창출되어 대중과 소통하는 문화예술로 더욱 발전되기를 기대해 본다.

최근 AR(Argumented Reality), VR(Virtual Reality) 기술의 발달로 위치 기반 게임 및 증강 현실에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 다양한 서비스가 개발되고 있다. 이로 인해 AR, VR, MR(Merged Reality) 기술은 제 4차 산업혁명 기술 중 하나로 손꼽히고 있다. VR 기술의 대표격인 오큘러스 리프트나 HTC VIVE는 사용자의 조작을 위해 별도의 컨트롤러가 필요하며, 기기를 사용할 때 외부의 영상정보를 받아오는 형태의 서비스는 제공되지 않고 있다. 인텔의 MR 기기인 프로젝트 알로이의 경우 컨트롤러 없이 사용자의 손짓과 얼굴 표정 등으로 조작이 가능하며, 외부의 영상정보를 받아올 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 MR을 이용하여 현재 위치를 기반 한 관광 안내 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 MR을 통한 외부 영상정보와 GPS를 이용한 위치 측위, 무선 인터넷을 통한 관광 정보 검색을 통해 관광객의 현재 위치에 따른 관광지 정보를 위치에 맞게 배치하여 경제적인 관광이 가능케 한다.

The purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics of the positive and negative expressions about residential common life between the elderly and the young and present the direction on Homeshare. In-depth interviews were conducted from Feb. to May 2016 to identify the experiences of residential common life with 10 elderly and 11 young. The result is as follows. First, Homeshare dwelling was classified into five themes of human being, residential environment, life, management and emotion. Homeshare unlike ordinary dwelling centered on blood relatives, is characteristic to involve the management that connects between the elderly and young. Second, both the elderly and young were analyzed to be positive about the residential common life. It was shown that the elderly are most positive about human being, whereas young are positive about management and residential environment. The elderly is positive to mutual exchange with the young and young's independent life but the young is positive to factors that support comfortable personal life. Third, negative expression was shown a generation gap between the elderly and the young. The elderly recognized to be negative that young people has lived freely without consideration for the elderly. In order to solve these factors, it is necessary to make improvements through arranging rules for living. Fourth, three themes, human being, residential environment and life, analyzed to be the most important factors to sustain residential common life of Homeshare. The link between management and 3 themes leads to an expansion of positive emotion, which is structurally stable and is expected to increase the sustainability of the residential common life on Homeshare.

각 편광소자의 방위각을 자유롭게 제어하는 자유형 구동방식에 기반한 뮬러행렬타원계(Mueller matrix ellipsometer, MME)를 제시한다. 보정기의 위상지연각 분산특성과 전기장 투과율비의 파장의존성을 고려하여 시료에 입사하는 빛의 편광상태를 최적화하기 위한 편광자의 방위각과 편광자측 보정기의 방위각 조합들을 제시한다. 시료로부터 출사하는 빛의 스톡스상수들을 빠르고 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 검광자의 방위각과 검광자측 보정기의 방위각 조합들, 그리고 출사하는 빛의 스톡스상수들을 구하는 수학적 표현들을 제시한다. 이 MME는 이상적이지 않은 4분파장 위상지연자를 적용할 수 있도록 보정기 선택의 폭을 넓혀주므로 깊은 자외선(deep ultraviolet)부터 근적외선(near infrared)에 이르는 매우 넓은 파장 대역에 걸쳐 작동하는 뮬러행렬 분광타원계(Mueller matrix spectroscopic ellipsometer, MMSE)의 제작과 활용을 용이하게 해 줄 것이다.

Purpose - This paper examines the legal standards for the interpretation of contract terms in the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts (PICC) and the cases thereunder in order to provide academic implication to promoting an appropriate understanding of this topic in practical business. Design/methodology - This article uses the literature research and case study under the PICC. Findings - the contract terms shall be interpreted according to the common intention of the parties. If such an intention cannot be established, the contract shall be interpreted according to the meaning that reasonable persons of the same kind as the parties would give to it in the same circumstances. The statements and other conduct of a party shall be interpreted according to that party's intention if the other party knew or could not have been unaware of that intention. If not, the reasonable person standard will apply. In applying above articles, all relevant circumstances including the conduct of the parties, practices and usages shall be considered. Terms and expressions shall be interpreted in the light of the whole contract or statement in which they appear and contract terms shall be interpreted so as to give effect to all the terms rather than to deprive some of them of effect. Where contract terms supplied by one party are unclear, contra proferentem rule applies. Where there is discrepancy between several equally authoritative versions of a contract, a preference is given to the interpretation according to the version originally drawn up. Where the parties to a contract have not agreed regarding an important term for their rights and duties, a term which is appropriate in the circumstances shall be supplied. Originality/value - This article examines various cases regarding the topic that were determined under the PICC. By finding legal standards and rulings of relevant cases, this article will help readers in practical business to enhance the ability to apply the provisions to their contracts.
