The main aim of this investigation is to explore the relationships between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment, and job satisfaction among employees working in the banking sector. A total of 214 respondents were surveyed for the purpose of this investigation and selected randomly from different banks located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (K.S.A.). Job Burnout Inventory developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981) was taken into consideration to assess emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and sense of personal accomplishment, and job satisfaction scale was used to measure the degree of satisfaction level of the employees. The collected data were analyzed by means of descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The most eye-catching findings of the investigation revealed that emotional exhaustion had the greater mean as compared to depersonalization and personal accomplishment. The inverse significant correlation has been observed between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and job satisfaction while positive and significant relationship was observed between personal accomplishment and job satisfaction. Further, the result of the investigation from regression test indicates that the relationship existed between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment, and job satisfaction among employees working in the banking sector in the Kingdom.

The research advances understanding of the relationships between job resources, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization as a situational personality trait and the FLE customer orientation in five deluxe star hotel environment. The findings highlight the value of burnout and depersonalization, and suggest a number of practical implications for the identification, recruitment and retention of hotel employees.
Multiple regression and stepwise logistic regression was conducted to examine the relationships of work conditions, individual characteristics, and burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal fulfillment). Subjects were 144 early childhood educators. Teachers most likely to leave the profession were more educated, has less teaching experience and reported higher levels of burnout (i.e. high emotional exhaustion and lower personal fulfillment). Turnover was also predicted by high depersonalization, lower personal fulfillment, working overtime, and perceived choice of other jobs. Implications of these results for early childhood programs were discussed.

The purpose of tis study is to analyze the effects of job embeddedness on job burnout related with social worker's turnover. Second, surface action(SA) appeared to be positively related with all job burnout factors(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced accomplishment). Third, peer support moderated negatively the relationship between emotional labor(DA, SA) and emotional exhaustion. Fourth, superior support moderated negatively the relationship between deep action(DA) and emotional exhaustion.

Emotional exhaustion was highest (2.80) and depersonalization was lowest(2.20) among subordinate concepts of burn out. Work place location and average income of the subjective which are subordinate concepts of social demographic characteristics showed significant correlation with job performance. Role conflict, relation of co-worker, workload were significant factors for emotional exhaustion and meaning of the job, will of patient, challenge were significant factors for lack of feeling of accomplishment by multiple regression analysis. Relation of co-worker, aggression of patient and meaning of the job were also significant factors for depersonalization. Conclusion : Emotional exhaustion and lack of feeling of accomplishment among subordinate concepts of burn out were high in the subjective who participated this study. This study aimed to examine factors and the correlations of burnout and job satisfaction in hospital dietitians. Burnout was classified into three sub-concepts: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment. Job satisfaction was also classified into three sub-concepts, including relationships, self-realization, and advancement opportunities. A survey was conducted with dietitians working in general hospitals of over 400 beds, in the Seoul metropolitan area. The factors that significantly influenced emotional exhaustion were health, work hours, number of intern dietitians, self-esteem, level of responsibility, while the factors that influenced depersonalization were relationships with coworkers, and role ambiguity. Personal accomplishment was influenced by age, the number of staff dietitians, the general number of managed workers, and self-esteem. In terms of job satisfaction, relationship was affected by age and relationships with supervisors, while self-realization was influenced by work hours, health, the number of patient meals, and role ambiguity. Age, job regularity, business management, role ambiguity, and relationships with supervisors also affected advancement opportunities. Emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishments, which represented burnout, had negative relationships with satisfaction with relationships, self-realization and advancement opportunities. Dietitians with low job satisfaction were likely to experience burnout. These results suggest that burnout and job satisfaction are influenced by internal and external factors that are individual or organizational problems encountered by hospital dietitians. Therefore, managers as well as dietitians need to understand these factors and overcome them through communication and mutual support.

In order to achieve these research purpose, data were collected from 161 elementary and secondary school teachers using teacher efficacy scale, collectivistic self-esteem scale and psychological burnout scale. Collected data were analyzed using correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression. The major results of statistical analyses were as follows: First, generally background variables were significantly associated with burnout and therefore, background variables were controlled in the analysis of teacher efficacy and collectivistic self-esteem. Second, teacher efficacy influenced on the total burnout(38%) and sub-factors which were emotional exhaustion(27.3%), depersonalization(20.7%) and diminished personal accomplishment(36.1%), and collectivistic self-esteem influenced on the total burnout(38.8%) and sub-factors which were emotional exhaustion(27.1%), depersonalization(29.6%) and diminished personal accomplishment(25.1%). These results showed that teacher's collectivistic self-esteem is an important factor in the alleviation of psychological burnout with teacher efficacy which was well known as a protective factor for psychological burnout. Based upon the above results, implications of these results and limitations of this study were discussed.
This study verifies the impact of emotional labor of online shopping mall call center counselor on customer orientation and the medium effect of job burnout. The study targets call center counselors from four companies that operate online shopping malls, and 271 copies are used for final data analysis. The results are as follows. First, deep action, a subfactor of emotional labor, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation. Second, the deep action of emotional labor has shown to have a negative effect on depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment, while the surface action has a positive effect on job exhaustion and depersonalization. Third, deep action of emotional labor is found to increase customer orientation through depersonalization and reduced personal achievement, which are sub-factors of job burnout, while surface action of emotional labor is mediated by depersonalization, lowering customer orientation. The results of this study confirm that it is necessary to increase deep action and reduce job burn-out in order to improve customer orientation. Also, it is meaningful that the study verifies the role and the mediating effect of job burn-out.
