Fuzzy모형을 이용한 시가지 내 철도선로 정비 우선순위 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determination of Ranking for Railroad Line's Improvement in Seoul using Fuzzy Theory)

  • The existence of railroad line gives many influences in various kinds of aspects. To minimize negative influences is necessary to line's improvement, but appropriate methodology doesn't show until now. In this study, Fuzzy Integration Method(FIM) are employed in an effort to give ranking for railroad line's improvement in Seoul. The FIM is designed to generalize a various influences, appeared on account of existence of railroad line. Empirical analysis is performed for railroad line in distance of 83.5㎞ in Seoul. The total lines are divided in 51 sections, and there are selected a 11 evaluation index to reflect influences. Through a questionnaire survey about residents, operator and administrator, important degree of evaluation items are decided, reveal ins the interests of related groups. Then, evaluation values are calculated wi th practical survey results about each sections. The results of evaluation reveal that the higher ranking of improvement from FIM concentrates the Kyeng-Ul Line and Kyeng-Won line because these lines appear a many public discontents and negative influences such as noise and demolition of living environment.

  • Euro form which constructs the present RC structures is used widely by the form method of construction of a wall type structure had much consumption of the human power and equipments by the assembly and the demolition, and the complement was required according to demerit with much leakage of cement paste by the form joint, so it developed the new pillar type form system. On the study, in order to consider the modification characteristic by lateral pressure which does the influence most important for the new developed pillar type form system performance, research of a paper manufactured a miniature wall form model, and advanced performance evaluation focusing on lateral pressure. Moreover, lateral pressure evaluation of a new style system was actually gone on through the on-site experiment about a part of wall type srutcture spot for a model experiment and its result on the foundation which is the purpose in evaluating on-site application possibility propriety at the foundation time of wall type concrete structure construction of a pillar type form system.

  • This paper represents the life-cycle cost(LCC) of steel bridges which are located on the train-network. Corrosion problems are mainly considered in the steel members such as steel plate girder, box girder, truss and arch. Based on the current value, initial construction cost, maintenance cost and demolition cost are calculated and life-cycle costs are formulated for the several types of bridges. From the comparison on each LCC, an effective painting method is recommended for reducing the LCC of steel bridges. Even though the initial cost of Super Weather Resistance Heavy Duty Paintings (Resin Fluoride) is expensive, because of the long endurance, the LCC of steel bridges painted with Super Weather Resistance Heavy Duty Paintings (Resin Fluoride) is less than that painted with General Heavy Duty (Rubber Chloride).

ACCELERATED CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN INTERSECTIONS WITH PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT (PCCP)

  • The frequent maintenance required on some asphalt concrete (AC) pavement sections has made reconstruction with Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP) a feasible alternative. However, many constructability issues need to be addressed in order to realize the full potential of this alternative. Accelerated paving encompasses three classes of activities: methods to accelerate the rate of strength gain, methods to minimize the construction time, and traffic control strategies to minimize user delay. Three major AC intersections with severe rutting problems were reconstructed with PCCP. The entire reconstruction of each intersection, including demolition of the AC pavement and its replacement with PCCP, took place over a period of three days, starting on Thursday evening and opening the intersection to the traffic on Sunday afternoon. This paper discusses the use of PCCP for accelerated reconstruction of major urban intersections with minimal user and traffic disruption, using innovative construction techniques and traffic management optimization principles and demonstrates that concrete pavements can be constructed efficiently and quickly.

  • A study was conducted on UHPC production using the silicone mold method. UHPC (Ultra-High-Performance Concrete) has the advantage of being able to shape the product in a free-form shape on concrete, but when mass-producing products in one design, such as electronic products, rather than one-time products such as buildings and decorations Demolition is difficult with wood and mold.   • Building Information Modeling (BIM) design has been mandatory in Korea since 2016, and it has been gradually expanding in the industry, with a slow attempt to apply it in remodeling constructions. This is because Korea is facing a situation where many buildings are over 30 years old and require remodeling or reconstruction. The remodeling industry is also a growing market, as it saves construction time and cost compared to reconstruction. BIM is an ideal technology element for a competitive remodeling construction, as remodeling constructions face a complicated construction process from the start, including demolition, maintenance, and reinforcement to save the change process. However, there are still limitations in applying BIM to remodeling constructions, due to considerations of the existing building and the complicated requests of the inhabitants. BIM still has technical and environmental limitations for general use. In this study, I analyzed BIM application cases from existing studies and suggest what improvement points should be strengthened.

  • 서해안 최고의 동백정해수욕장과 마량리 동백나무숲은 1970년대 오일쇼크 이후 에너지 자립을 위해 발전소를 건설하면서 사라졌다. 그 당시 준공된 화력발전소는 전력공급 이라는 소임을 완수하고 2021년 부터 동백정의 아름다운 옛 모습 그대로 지역주민에게 돌려 주기위한 친환경 사업으로 발전소 철거공사를 시작, 동백정 복원공사를 추진 하기로 했다. 고층 및 중량물의 건축물 및 구조물을 안전하게 해체하기 위해서는 국내 최초 발전소 철골구조물에 대한 발파·전도공법을 채택 하였다. 철거작업은 고위험 공종으로 참여 주체인 발주자, 설계자, 감리자, 시공자 및 근로자 전 계층의 참여로 사전 위험성평가를 통해 근원의 위험요인 발굴 및 안전대책 수립, 수립된 안전대책 100% 이행을 통해 무재해 준공 달성 하기를 기대한다.

국내외 철거작업시 발파소음 규제에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Regulation of Explosive Noise in Demolition Work at Home and abroad)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구의 핵심 문제는 국내 발파 작업에 대한 구체적인 소음규제 기준이 없다는 점이다. 현재 국내의 발파작업 소음규제 기준이 별도로 제정되지 않고 일일생활소음 기준인 70데시벨에 10데시벨 보정하여 80데시벨의 소음규제 기준을 갖고 있다. 대조적으로 많은 외국에서는 발파작업에 특별히 맞춰진 별도의 소음규제 기준을 갖고 있다. 이에 국내외 발파작업 소음규제 기준을 비교하여 국제적인 합리적 발파소음 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 국내외 소음규제 기준을 비교 분석한 것으로 유추할 수 있다. 현행 국내의 발파작업시 소음규제 기준과 미국, 영국, 호주, 일본 및 중국 등의 발파작업시 소음규제 기준에 관한 데이터 수집 및 분석을 한다. 연구결과: 국내 건설현장의 발파작업시 소음규제 값은 별도로 제정되지 않아 발파소음의 특정, 특성에 적절하게 맞춰져 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 해외의 경우 발파작업시 소음규제 값에 대해 생활소음 규정 등을 일률적으로 적용하는 것은 보다 안전하고 효율적이며 친환경적인 발파공법을 적용할 수 있도록 현실적인 소음규제 값을 제정 하였다. 결론: 국내외 비교 연구한 내용과 같이 합리적인 발파작업시 소음규제 값을 제정하여 발파안전 기준을 잘 준수하여 효율적이며 경제적이고 친환경적인 발파공법의 도입을 방해하지 않고 널리 채택되기를 바란다.

발전설비의 성능진단 적용 무선계측 기술 (Wireless Measurement Technology for Power Plant Performance Diagnosis)

  • The performance test is conducted for the purpose of determining the accurate thermal performance of the power generation facility or deriving the factors of thermal efficiency degradation. Compared to the acquisition method of power plant thermal performance test data by compensating cable or transmission cable, performance test using wireless instrument can acquire digital data in order to shorten the period due to installation and demolition of instrument and enhance safety of workers and relatively accurate data can be acquired thereby improving work efficiency. Wireless instruments have already been introduced to the market a long time ago, and some of them are used in industry such as petrochemical industry. However, there is no example which has been conducted for performance test of power generation facilities. In order to apply power generation facilities, a reliable system capable of acquiring performance data smoothly without affecting the control system is required. The wireless measurement system can eliminate the measurement defects and errors such as the damage due to the movement of the connecting cable, the extension due to the extension of the shield wire, the contact failure at the contact point between the measuring sensor and the connecting wire, This method has the advantage of collecting relatively accurate performance test data.

소형 굴삭기의 원격제어를 위한 주행 알고리즘 및 통신특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Driving Algorithm and Communication Characteristics for Remote Control of Mini Excavator)

  • Indoor construction site such as building demolition sites, tunnel, vinyl house, and cattle shed are subject to various risk factors such as falling stones, soot and bad odors. However, most of the mini excavators have no cabin that can protect the driver from such risk factors. Therefore, researches on remote control technology of construction equipment are actively conducted as a method for protecting the driver from the risk factors occurring in the working environment. For effective remote control, it is necessary to be able to control the travelling and work using a portable small transmitter. However, due to the limitation of the size of the transmitter, complex operation control is required to control two or more actuators with a single joystick. Also, it is essential to check how remote control characteristics change in various environments such as distance, signal strength, obstacle. Therefore, in this study, an algorithm that can control two actuators simultaneously with a single joystick signal was developed, and a communication method suitable for indoor and outdoor mini construction equipment by analyzing experimentally how the remote control characteristics vary according to various work environments and telecommunication methods proposed.
