  • A high-voltage generator is used to program the anti-fuse of the semiconductor chip. A new high-voltage generator consists of PN diodes and new stack type capacitors. An oscillator supply pulses to the high-voltage generator. The pulse period of the oscillator is delayed by controlling gate-voltage of the MOS. The pulse period is about 27ns, therefore the pulse frequency is about 37MHz. The threshold voltage of PN diode is about 0.8V. The capacitance of new stack type capacitor is about 4pF. The output voltage of the new high-voltage generator is about 7.9V and its current capacity is about $488{\mu}$A.

  • The completion ('initiation' de facto) of the KASI Orbit Propagator and Estimator (KASIOPEA) has been delayed for several reasons unfortunately. Due to the lack of working staffs and the Division priority rearrangement, the initial plan was dismantled and ignored for many years. However, fundamental researches regarding the essential parts of KASIOPEA has been done by author. The numerical integration module of the KASIOPEA is the most sensitive part in the precision of the final output in general. There is no silver bullet in the numerical integration in an orbit propagation as a non-stiff ODE case. Many numerical integration method like single-step methods, multi-step method, and extrapolation methods have been used in overly populated orbit propagator or estimator. In this study, several popular methods from single-step, multi-step, and extrapolation methods have been tested in numerical accuracy and stability.

  • In this paper, a robust $H{\infty}$ stabilization problem to a uncertain discrete-time nonlinear systems with time-delay via fuzzy static output feedback is investigated. The Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is employed to represent an uncertain nonlinear systems with time-delayed state. Then parallel distributed compensation technique is used for designing of the robust fuzzy controller. Using a single Lyapunov function, the globally asymptotic stability and disturbance attenuation of the closed-loop fuzzy control system are discussed. Sufficient conditions for the existence of robust $H{\infty}$ controllers are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities via similarity transform and congruence transform technique.

  • In this paper, a memoryless H$_{\infty}$ controller for linear systems with state and input delays is presented. The proposed controller is a delay independent stabilizer which reduces the H$_{\infty}$ norm of the closed loop transfer function, from the disturbance to the controlled output, to a precribed level. The controller is obtained by solving a minimization problem involving linear matrix inequalities.s.

  • In this paper, the design of DYNAMIC CMOS ARRAY LOGIC which has both advantages of dynamic CMOS and array logic circuits is proposed. The major components of DYNAMIC CMOS ARRAY LOGIC are two-stage dunamic CMOS circuits and an internal clock generator. The function block of dynamic CMOS circuits is realized as a parallel interconnection of NMOS transistors. Therefore the operating speed of DYNAMIC CMOS ARRAY LOGIC is much faster than the one of the conventional dynamic CMOS PLAs and static CMOS PLA. Also, the charge redistribution problem by internl delay is solved. The internal clock generator generates four internal clocks that drive all the dynamic CMOS circuits. During evaluation, two clocks of them are delayed as compared with others. Therefore the race problem is completoly eliminated. The internal clock generator also prevents the reduction of circuit output voltage and noise margin due to leakage current and charge coupling without any penalty in circuit operating speed or chip area utilization.

  • In this paper, the effect of computing time-delay in the real-time digital fuzzy control systems is investigated and the design methodology of a real-time digital fuzzy controller(DFC) to overcome the problems caused by it is presented. We propose the fuzzy feedback controller whose output is delayed with unit sampling period. The analysis and the design problem considering computing time-delay is very easy because the proposed controller is syncronized with the sampling time. The stabilization problem of the digital fuzzy control system is solved by the linear matrix inequality(LMI) theory. Convex optimization techniques are utilized to find the stable feedback gains and a common positive definite matrix P for the designed fuzzy control system Furthermore, we develop a real-time fuzzy control system for backing up a computer-simulated truck-trailer with the consideration of the computing time-delay. By using the proposed method, we design a DFC which guarantees the stability of the real time digital fuzzy control system in the presence of computing time-delay.

  • Control Theory for continuous-time system has been well developed. Due to the development of computer technology, digital control scheme are employed in many areas. When delays are in control systems, it is hard to control the system efficiently. Delays by controller-to-actuator and sensor-to-controller deteriorate control performance and could possibly destabilize the overall system. In this paper, a new approximated discretization method and digital design for control systems with multiple state, input and output delays and a generalized bilinear transformation method with a tunable parameter are also provided, which can re-transform the integer time-delayed discrete-time model to its continuous-time model. Illustrative examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed method.

  • In this paper, a robust observer design method for nonlinear multi input multi-output(MINO) plants is presented. This method enables the extension of the time delay observer (TDO) for nonlinear SISO plants in the phase variable form to MIMO plants. The designed TDO reconstructs the states of the plant expressed in the generalized observability canonical form (GOBCF), yet requiring neither the transformation of a plant, nor the real time computation coordinates, the observer turned out to be computationally efficient and easy to design for nonlinear MIMO plants. In a simulation of a two-link manipulator with flexible joints, the control performances using TDO appeared to be similar to those using actual states and superior to those using numerical differentiation. Finally, in an experiment with a robot, it was confirmed that the TDO reconstructs the states reliability and TDO can be effectively used in a real closed-loop system.

  • The dynamic system approach in time series has been used in many real problems. Based on Taken's embedding theorem, we can build the predictive function where input is the time delay coordinates vector which consists of the lagged values of the observed series and output is the future values of the observed series. Although the time delay coordinates vector from multivariate time series brings more information than the one from univariate time series, it can exhibit statistical redundancy which disturbs the performance of the prediction function. We apply dimension reduction techniques to solve this problem and analyze the effect of this approach for prediction. Our experiment uses delayed Lorenz series; least squares support vector regression approximates the predictive function. The result shows that linearly preserving projection improves the prediction performance.

  • The error rate performance of the proposed $\pi$/4-differential quadructure phase shift keying( $\pi$/4-DQPSK) with nonredundant multiple error correction is analyzed for Nakagami fading channel. The scheme for differential detection of $\pi$/4-QPSK with nonredundant multiple error correction utilizes the output that employ the received signal delayed by more than two time slots. It was observed that the performance increased as the error correction capability increased.
