The article analyzes and shows the rapid development information and telecommunication technologies, and their capabilities are becoming unprecedented for human development, effective solutions to many professional problems. The analysis of information and communication technologies of education used in higher educational institutions of Ukraine confirmed that for the effective use of special teaching methods, as well as software and technical teaching aids, it is necessary to have a trained teaching staff and students.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of early childhood teachers' professionalism and teaching efficacy on their teacher-child interaction. A total of 761 early childhood teachers working at childcare centers and kindergartens in South Korea were selected as the participants for the study. The study variables were measured using survey questionnaires. Pearson's correlation analyses and regression analyses along with Sobel test were conducted. The results demonstrated that early childhood teachers' teaching efficacy had a significant mediation effect on the relationship between their professionalism and teacher-child interaction. The results suggest the need to support early childhood teachers' recognition and development of professionalism as well as teaching efficacy that result in positive teacher-child interaction.

This study is quasi-experimental study of nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design which applied simulation nursing education programs by standardized patient instructor to look into the effect on the Teaching Effectiveness and Clinical Nursing Performance of nursing students. There was a significant difference between two groups in the Teaching Effectiveness of the nursing students(t= 3.68, p<0.001). There was a no significant difference between two groups in the Clinical Nursing Performance of the nursing students.(t = 1.724, p = 0.089). The simulation nursing education by standardized patient instructor program can help then relieve the Teaching Efficacy of the nursing students. In addition, it is required to develop an appropriate simulation nursing education by standardized patient instructor program considering level and experience of nursing students.

Purpose of the study To study the effects of teaching chamber music courses on the mental health of college students in music schools. The key to the results is as follows. There was a significant difference in the total level of mental health between the experimental and control classes after the experiment. The total level of mental health of male and female college students in the experimental class had significant differences after the experiment, respectively. There was no significant difference in the ten factors of scl-90 in the control class before and after the experiment, while there was a significant difference. in the ten factors of scl-90 in the experimental class before and after the experiment. The experimental teaching of chamber music courses improves the mental health level of female college students better than male college students. We have come to understand Teaching chamber music courses can significantly improve the mental health of college students in music schools.

In non-face-to-face teaching-learning, a survey was conducted on 55 students in the department of chemistry education at university A on the variables (behavioral control, instructor-learner interaction, cognitive learning) affecting learning satisfaction and academic achievement. There were relatively large positive correlations between variables. The positive correlation between them was found to be the factors that influenced learning satisfaction and academic achievement in non-face-to-face teaching-learning. The average values of non-face-to-face teaching-learning for each variable were lower than the corresponding values of face-to-face teaching-learning, respectively. As a result of the perception survey on the detailed factors of each variable, negative responses were relatively high in factors such as 'concentration of behavior' in behavioral control, 'level-considered explanation' in instructor-learner interaction, and 'knowledge understanding' in cognitive learning.

2018년 1급 문화예술교육사 시행을 앞두고 있는 시점에서 문화예술교육사에게 요구되는 자격 요건은 교육 콘텐츠 기획 및 교육 프로그램 개발과 운영 등 박물관의 에듀케이터 수준의 역량이다. 이는 기존의 문화예술교육에서 야기된 교육수요자의 학령에 따른 난이도 조절의 문제점과 중복된 교육 프로그램, 몇 몇 주제의 선호도에 따른 제작위주의 교과 과정 등의 문제점 해소 뿐 만 아니라, 최근 과학기술의 발달에 따른 새로운 융복합적 문화예술교육과정을 위한 역량의 문제이기도 하다. 이 논문에서는 단순히 어린이와 청소년들이 문화예술향유자로 성장하도록 지원하는 예술강사지원사업이라는 목표를 넘어서서 좀 더 전문적인 역량을 갖춘 에듀케이터로서 문화예술교육사의 의미와 역할을 정립하고자 한다. 1급 문화예술교육사 자격의 핵심요건인 문화예술교육 프로그램 기획의 경우 애니메이션 관련 콘텐츠에 대한 기초조사에서 큐레이팅, 교육 콘텐츠의 가능성 여부, 교육대상과 교육내용의 구성, 내용의 심미적 특성과 교육적 기능, 문화향유를 위한 감상과 체험 등 종합적인 전문성과 자질을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 문화예술교육사는 단순히 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 운영하는 기획자의 역할 뿐 만 아니라, 문화예술기관 이용자의 조력자이자 옹호자의 역할과 사회의 다양한 계층과의 소통과 협력, 상호간의 문화교류 등에 가치를 두는 창의적 프로그램의 설계와 운용 역량을 습득해야 한다.

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 교직선택동기, 교직인성, 그릿이 행복플로리시에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 경기도 H시에 소재한 한 전문대학 유아교육과에 재학중인 112명의 예비유아교사를 대상으로 실시되었다. 중다회귀분석을 통해 각 변인이 행복플로리시에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 예비유아교사의 교직선택동기, 교직인성, 그릿은 행복플로리시에 모두 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 영향력의 크기는 교직인성이 나머지 두 변인에 비해 큰 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 교직선택동기, 교직인성, 그릿의 하위요인이 행복플로리시에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 능동적 동기 및 수동적 동기, 보편인성, 노력의 꾸준함 요인이 예비유아교사의 행복플로리시에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 행복플로리시 향상을 위한 프로그램 마련의 기초적 자료를 제공하였으며, 교직선택동기 및 인성, 그릿의 향상을 통한 행복플로리시 증진 프로그램 설계 및 이의 검증에 대한 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

본 연구는 가을과 봄 두 학기에 각각 다른 발표 주제를 가지고 진행되었던 EFL 수업에서 중국 소수민족 문화의 통합에 대한 중국 대학생들의 인식을 조사하기 위해 시행되었다. 중국 소수민족 지역의 한 대학 61명 한족과 중국 소수민족 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고 데이터 분석에 t-검정 방법이 사용되었다. 연구 결과 학생들이 문화 인지, 정서, 태도, 다문화 가치관 등 방면에서 가을 학기보다 봄 학기에 더 높은 향상을 이룬 것으로 나타났다. 한족과 중국 소수민족 대학생들 그룹간의 차이 없이 문화 인지, 정서, 태도, 다문화 가치관 등 방면에서 진보를 가져왔다. 나아가 중국 소수민족 문화를 영어문화, 중국 주류문화와 함께 대학 EFL 수업에 통합하고 학생들의 문화 간 의사소통능력촉진을 위한 실질적인 교육 모드로 운영할 것을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 교수효능감과 교수몰입 및 교사-유아상호작용 간 관계를 살펴보고, 교수효능감과 교수몰입이 교사-유아상호작용에 미치는 영향을 고찰하는 것이다. 연구대상은 수도권 소재 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 유아교사 386명이다. 연구대상의 교수효능감과 교수몰입 및 교사-유아상호작용은 설문지를 사용하여 측정되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석되었으며, 기술통계분석과 Pearson 상관관계분석 및 중다회귀분석이 실시되었다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 유아교사의 교수효능감과 교수몰입은 교사-유아상호작용의 총점 및 하위요인과 유의한 정적 상관관계인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교수효능감과 교수몰입은 교사-유아상호작용에 유의한 정적영향을 미쳤으며, 상대적 영향력에 있어서 교수몰입이 교수효능감 보다 더 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
