사회의 여러 가지 공공문제가 부각될수록 공익광고의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 또한 각 국가의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화의 특성에 따라 공익광고의 주제가 다르며, 독특한 공익광고 운영체제를 갖추게 되었다. 본 연구는 한국과 중국의 정치, 사회, 문화 등의 차이로 인해 공익광고의 운영체제가 다를 것이라는 가정을 하게 되었다. 따라서 한국과 중국의 공익광고 운영 주체인 KOBACO와 CCTV에서 이루어지고 있는 공익광고 운영체제를 3가지 범주(공익광고 운영현황과 공익광고의 주제 및 공익광고 관리감독)로 구분하여 비교하였다. 문헌분석과 전문가 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이 자료에 근거하여 5가지 공익광고 발전정책을 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 한국과 중국의 공익광고 제작전략과 제도적 발전에 기여할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to improve the experience of visiting obstetrics and gynecology of single women. After analyzing previous studies on Korean single women's perception of visiting obstetrics and gynecology, Contextual Interviews and Cultural Probes were conducted on single women in their 20s who visited obstetrics and gynecology. Based on this, personas were constructed to solidify the direction of problem solving by identifying the behavioral patterns and characteristics of single women. In this study, factors that hinder unmarried women's visits to obstetrics and gynecology and improvement measures were derived based on the information obtained using service design tools such as User Journey Mapping and Stakeholders' Map. Afterwards, a preference survey was conducted to increase the persuasiveness of the proposed method. The follow-up research task is to produce and propose the derived solution as a prototype that can be used in the actual field, and then proceed with user evaluation.

This study investigated the differences in the effects of the perception of the internet fashion shopping mall characteristics on satisfaction and loyalty of internet fashion shopping mall between Korean and American college students. Questionnaires were administered to 251 Korean and 221 American college students. The results were as follows. First, service and product diversity had significant effects on satisfaction of internet fashion shopping mall in both group, while convenience had a significant impact on satisfaction of internet fashion shopping mall in American group. Second, service, product diversity, and promotion had significant influences on repurchase intention of internet fashion shopping mall in Korean consumer group, while service and reliability, product diversity, and convenience had significant effects on repurchase intention of internet fashion shopping mall in American consumer group. Third, service had a significant effect on recommendation intention in Korean group, while service and reliability and product diversity had significant influences on recommendation intention in American group.

본 연구는 장애인을 위한 문화복지서비스의 실태를 파악하고자 한다. 연구대상은 2014년 6월1일부터 7월31일까지 강원도 박물관고을특구 영월군에 소재하는 문화복지시설 중 공 사립 21관의 박물관을 대상으로 실태 및 면접조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 연구척도문항을 중심으로 박물관 문화복지시설의 현장조사와 관장면접을 실시하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 장애인을 위한 문화복지서비스가 문화 예술 여가활동을 조절하는 효과가 있는 것으로 정의 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인에 대한 문화향유는 생활만족도, 삶의 질에 증진 효과가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 사회 구성원으로서 평등한 문화향유의 권리를 갖는 장애인관람객을 위한 문화복지서비스의 환경구축, 다양한 프로그램개발, 관람시스템개발 및 보완, 편의시설구축, 재정적지원 등 개선정책 수립의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

We defined life style as something that every members of society have in common. These social and cultural environments build up not only society group or every individual's expectation but also its own life style. In that way, these social and cultural environments leads to particular consumer behavior pattern in this food-service industry. So we regard next generation's trend which consists of rational consumers as important indicator when we make future's plan in foodservice industry. We consider smart map which needs rational and continuous consume pattern as the construction of next generation's main consumer class. Therefore, this study tried to develop of color and image marketing strategies to attract LOHAS and nomadic consumer.

This paper shows a theoretical-reflective analysis on the importance of vocational training and value education to transition into models that are inclusive in cultural diversity, typical of the globalized and hyperconnected environment of modern societies. Interculturality is contextualized as a key element in linking teaching-learning processes with the uniqueness and problems associated with cultural ethnocentrism and alterity. In this sense, the work is part of a thematic review that contributes to the understanding, inclusion and recognition of cultural, racial and ethnic diversity in the different formal spaces of learning. As summary, value education and transversality are the basis for building educational interculturality in future generations.

The purpose of this study was to provide the basic information necessary to efficiently run a coffee shop. It comparatively analyzes the relative importance and satisfaction of side menu selection characteristics through analyses on customer importance-satisfaction when selecting a side menu as well as their usage behavior of the side menu at coffee shops. According to reason price the analysis result on the differences in the coffee shop side menu importance and satisfaction, there was a difference because the importance of selecting a side menu was higher for the attributes of taste, health, packing & appearance, economics and personnel service compared to satisfaction among which the price of a side menu was found to be the top priority for improvement. The significance of coffee shop side menu for the respondents prior to usage as well as their satisfaction after usage was evaluated in order to comparatively analyze the relative importance and achievement of each characteristic through the IPA. The result indicated that the variables positioned in the Concentrate Here area (II) were related to economic feasibility such as reasonable price, appropriate price of set menu, telecommunication company affiliated service and coupon usage and point accumulation. As for the Keep up the Good Work area (I), there were many variables regarding personnel service including taste of side menu, blending with coffee, clean packing, clean packaging, staff's side menu knowledge, staff's quick response, staff's politeness and staff's sincere response. As for the variables in the Low Priority area (III), health variables on health such as nutritional value, eco-friendly food materials and calories were observed.

근대건축물은 현재까지 우리의 역사와 함께 해 온 문화유산이다. 이런 문화유산을 보존하기 위한 수단으로 기록화를 들 수 있다. 기록은 보존의 마지막 수단이 되기 때문이다. 근대건축물 기록화로 생산된 사진, 실측도면, 보고서 등은 일반 대중에게 근대건축물의 정보를 제공하고, 연구자들에게 연구 자료를 제공해 줄 수 있다. 이 뿐만 아니라 화재나 다른 재난에 대비해서 문화재 수리, 복원 자료 등으로 활용 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서 미국 국립공원관리청의 문화유산 기록화 프로그램 중 역사적 건축물 조사를 분석하였다. 이 분석을 토대로 문화재청에서 시행하고 있는 근대건축물 기록화에 대한 세 가지 측면의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 첫 번째, 문화재청의 근대건축물 기록화 사업은 법적인 의무로 시행되고 있지 않아 모든 근대건축물이 기록화의 대상이 되고 있지 않다. 근대건축물 기록화가 법적인 의무로 시행될 수 있도록 법 제도의 구체적인 규정이 필요하다. 두 번째, 기록화가 한번으로 끝나는 것이 아닌 근대건축물의 외 내부 변경사항에 대한 지속적인 기록화가 시행되어야 한다. 마지막으로 컬렉션 구축을 통해 일반 대중들을 위한 정보제공 서비스가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Ecosystem services (ES) are the benefits that people obtain from ecosystems. Traditional ES assessment methods have focused on the supply of ES, using biophysical data. However, these methods often fail to capture the full value of ES, which is also determined by social and cultural factors. This study proposes a new approach to ES assessment that incorporates socio-cultural perspectives. The study was conducted in Seoul, South Korea. A survey was conducted of 1,805 residents of Seoul to assess their satisfaction with ecosystem services. Exploratory factor analysis was used to identify bundles of ES that were perceived as important by residents. A revised importance-satisfaction analysis was used to calculate the urgency level of each bundle. The results of the study showed that the 21 ES that were considered in the survey could be grouped into three bundles: urban green area-based, biodiversity-based, and resilience-based. The urgency level analysis showed that some bundles were more important than others, and that some bundles were more urgent than others. The findings of this study have several implications. First, they suggest that a socio-cultural approach to ES assessment can provide a more comprehensive and accurate assessment of ES. Second, they show that this approach can be used to identify areas where ES management is most needed. Third, they suggest that this approach could be used to inform ES management and policy decisions.

일반적으로 지역주민들의 문화적 욕구를 해소하고, 지역간 교육 및 문화적 격차를 해소하기 위한 공공도서관의 기능이 확대되고 있다. 본 연구는 공공도서관이 지역주민을 위한 평생교육기관으로 그리고 지역 문화컨텐츠의 중심기관으로 역할을 수행하기 위한 기능들을 확대하기 위하여 필요한 구체적인 방안들을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 지방자치단체 산하의 전국 공공도서관을 대상으로 문화 및 교육적 기능을 수행하기 위하여 현재 운영되고 있는 관련 프로그램들을 조사$\cdot$분석하여 문제점을 제시하고, 이를 토대로 공공도서관의 문화 및 교육적 기능 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.
