새로운 미의식의 창조를 위해 이질적이고 대립적인 요소를 융합 혼합하는 절충주의는 다양성, 다원화에 기초하므로서 개성화, 다양화를 추구하는 현대인의 요구에 부합되어 각광 받고 있다. 본 연구는 현대직물디자인에 표현된 절충주의 양식을 파악하기 위하여 현대예술분야를 통해 그 특성을 규명하고 이를 직물디자인에 적용시켜 새로운 경향이 제시한 미적 효과와 조형적 특성을 고찰하므로서 현대직물디자인의 변화양상을 이해하고자 하였다. 연구결과 현대 직물디자인에 나타난 경향은 다음의 3개로 구별되는데, 1) 문화적 절충에 의한 고급문화와 저급문화의 복합, 2) 시대적 절충에 의한 다양한 시대적 감각의 융합, 3) 지역적 절충에 의한 지역적 특성의 혼합으로 나타나며, 이러한 경향으로 본 직물디자인의 특징은 1) 직물디자인에 대한 시각의 전환을 가져왔고, 2) 유희적 표현을 중시하였으며 3) 다문화적 표현이 강조되고 있다. 이와 같이 직물디자인의 절충주의적 경향은 다변화되고 있는 현대 사회를 대변해주고 미래 직물디자인을 위한 하나의 가능성을 제시하여 주므로서 이에 대한 연구는 지속적으로 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the romantic costume style which has become a big trend before and after the 21th century. For this purpose, I examined the development plans and characteristics of women's costume in France in the Romantic period from the 1820s to the 1850s and analyzed the aesthetic characteristics of romantic costume style The aesthetic characteristics of romantic style in the 19th century were defined by the feminine and elegant beauty, exoticism, and sensuality. Since the 1990s, the characteristics are classified into Feminine & Elegant Style, Ethnic & Fusion Style, and Sensual Style. Feminine & Elegant Style is characterized by delicate, splendid lace and frill decorations that have become more ornamental and technical since the 1990s. They create greater romance and express gentler and more elegant femininity away from the artificial silhouette. Ethnic & Fusion Style use more diverse ethnic patterns, colors, accessories, and details since the 1990s and shows more varieties and creativity in convergence with modern fashion. Sensual Style exposes the physical curve of female body. In the 19th century, cuffs and collars were exaggerated and shoulders were exposed for sensuality. After the 1990s, however, see-through materials have been used to show the beauty of natural physical curves or corsets have been worn as the outerwear. Studying romantic costume style, which arose as a concept of postmodernism, the cultural ideology that exists as a breakthrough of our time, is signified by the understanding of the latest cultural phenomenon and fashion trends.

Cultural hybridization and global cross-fertilization, begun since the 1990s, mean the hybrid mixture of the low-class popular arts and the high-class fine arts and have found expression in intertextuality by means of the thinking system of de-constructuralist post-modernism. This study was intended to investigate the artistic intertextuality between fashion and art frontiere, especially between such fields as 'animation', 'music', and 'performing arts' and 'fashion', which shows the greatest characteristic of the phenomenon that the non-mainstream culture flows into the mainstream culture. It also aimed to investigate the intertextuality between 'technology' and 'fashion' as the delivery room of the youth culture and copycat culture due to the benefit of technologies since the 20th-century digital revolution. Animation as the neo-pop art with the popular code coming to the forefront in the 21th century integrated high-class fashion and low-class fashion into one through the combination of fashion and humor, and the musical element referring to the social difference of the cultural field and the social strata is becoming the 21th-century fashion icon through its fusion with the pictorial tendency along with the leisure-time life of the non-mainstream strata. In terms of intertextuality in performing arts, fashion style performs an important role in the presentation of performing arts and since the de-construction of the fin-de-ciecle form and its fusion with media have taken place, fashion works become and element of the origin that has an influence on a series of film, dance, dramatic elements and the like. The paradigm of technology made it socially and culturally possible to achieve the architecture of clothing system necessary for fashionable technical clothing by allowing the possibility of imitation, the function of technology to form popular culture. The intertextual tendency in the 21th-century fashion began from the de-constructive phenomenon of existing norms and now takes the multicultural character of surpassing a certain domain or concept. And it positions itself as the total art of spearheading the low-class culture and the non-mainstream culture as the hybrid domain of mainstream and non-mainstream cultures or high-class and low-class cultures.

본 논문은 중원이라는 명칭이 갖고 있는 역사성과 그 시공간적인 범위를 개관해봄으로써 '역사문화권 정비 등에 관한 특별법'에 중원역사문화권 설정의 타당성과 필요성을 제기하고 중원역사문화권의 활용 방안을 함께 모색해보았다. 국토의 중심이라는 의미를 내포한 중원은 지리적으로는 충주를 중심으로 계립령과 죽령, 그리고 남한강과 북한강을 통해 남북으로 한반도를 이어주는 핵심 지역으로서의 전략적 가치를 가지고 있다. 고대 국가가 태동하는 마한 시기부터 서쪽으로는 미호천 유역인 청주와 진천 일대, 동쪽으로는 충주 일원이 서로 밀접하게 연결되어 있었으며, 이후 백제와 고구려·신라가 중원 지역을 차지하기 위해 치열한 접전을 벌이는 과정에서 삼국 문화의 교섭과 융합으로 중원 문화가 탄생하게 되었다. 특히 신라는 중원경을 중심으로 청주에는 서원경, 원주에는 북원경을 설치하는 등 중원 지역을 계속 중요시 하였다. 우리는 그간 고구려·백제·신라의 고대 국가 중심의 사관에 매몰되어 있다 보니 중원 지역에 대한 온전한 가치를 간과해왔는데, 앞으로는 중원역사문화권의 중요성을 인식하고 이를 어떻게 활용할 것인가에 대한 고민도 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 중원의 문화유산 생생 정보 공개 서비스, 지역 주민과 함께하는 역사문화유산 체험 및 교육프로그램, 문화유산을 적극 활용한 중원의 역사·문화·관광 콘텐츠의 개발 및 운영, 중원역사문화권의 정체성 규명을 위한 학술조사 및 연구의 활성화 등이 우선적으로 이루어져야 함을 제시하였다.

The tendency of exuberant multi-everything, enormous volumes and decoration has been showed in fashion since the 21st century. This tendency is very interesting in contrast to the tendency of restraint, simplicity and removing decoration which has been showed in the modern fashion throughout the 20th Century and especially minimalism fashion in the 1960s and the 1990s with the expectation of New Millenium. Maximalism is this kind of exuberant expression emerged since 2000. However, studies about maximalism in fashion have not been performed enough. Thus this study tried to analyze the aesthetic characteristics of maximalism in the modern fashion according to the previous studies of maximalism in design and architecture with social cultural background. The scope of this study was from 2000 to 2006, and this study was performed through literature survey with demonstrative analyzation of fashion collection photographs. The results are as follows; Maximalism has the meaning of 'maximum oriented-ism' and has aesthetic view of 'more/bigger is more beautiful.' The formativeness of maximalism in modern fashion was analyzed as fusion, enlargement, decoration, and fantasy. The internal meaning was analyzed as recovery of human being through pursuing of sensibility, fun and newness.

This study is being executed to investigate the pesticide residues for agricultural products on the markets in Chungbuk area from 2010 to 2012. The samples used were chard, perilla leaf, leek, spinach, crown daisy, marsh mallow, and winter grown cabbage, These were analyzed by GC/MSD and GC/ECD. Agricultural pesticide levels of spinach was 23.4%, winter grown cabbage 20.6%, chard 14.9%, marsh mallow 14.0%, perilla leaf 13.1%, leek 8.4%, and crown daisy 5.6%. Exceeds of residual pesticides were spinach, chard, leek, perilla leaf, and marsh mallow. Based on these results, a risk assessment was being conducted by used a percentage of acceptable daily intake (%ADI). The %ADI ranged from 0.00014% to 1.73910%, and these values was indicated to have no effects on human health.

Buddhism as one of alien thoughts has been developed conflicting and fusing with Korean Cultural bases. From these fusion process Korean Kasa (i.e, sacerdotal robe for Buddhist monk) also came into possession of different features from original Kasa which Buddhist Command- ment regulates or Kasa of South Asia which is the birthplace of Buddhism. 1. Original kasa was Pamsukula (i.e., a shabby, abandoned, muddy cloth), which did not permit special ornament or luxurious materal. However, we can find splendid colors, letters and embroideries in Korean Kasa. 2. These phenomenon originated from Three Treasures Faith, that is to say, the faith for three treasures, such as Buddha, Buddhist Commandment and Buddhist monk, which was formed by the fusion of Buddhism and conventional Shamanism. 3. Such letters as 천(Heaven), 왕(God). 영(om) stand for what shaped Guardian Deities protecting buddhist Sanctum. 4. The rmbroideries of three-legged bird, such as rabbit and toad, which symbolyze 일(sun) and 월(moon) stand for what shaped conventional divinities. 5. After Kasa possessing originally practical significance, such as Kasa Charity, was penetrated into Korea, it became the object of faith, possessing symbolical significance in addition.

디지털 콘텐츠 산업이 융합하고 있는 시점에서 다양한 전통문화 소재의 발굴이 필요하다. 우리나라의 전통문화는 오랜 역사 속에서 전통 신앙과 맞물려 풍부한 소재를 보유하게 되었다. 전통문화의 큰 축으로써 우리나라의 역사와 함께 자리 해 온 불교미술에 접근하여 새로운 문화 콘텐츠의 소재를 발굴하고 DB 분류하고자 한다. 이는 불교문화콘텐츠를 통해 향후 전통 문화에 근거한 미래 브랜드를 구현하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 전통 문화적 관점에서 문화원형을 활용하였다. 불교 미술에 등장한 관음보살과 동자의 상징을 통한 의미를 연구하여 캐릭터로 제작하기 위한 기반이 되고자 한다. 따라서 문화재청에 등록된 국보 및 보물로 등재되어진 불교 존상 중 관음보살과 동자로 범위로 정하고, 관음보살과 동자가 지닌 상징체계를 통해 전통캐릭터를 고찰하였다. 그 과정에서 불교문화 캐릭터는 역할에 의한 분류, 지물에 의한 분류가 가능함을 발견하고 DB 분류 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 상징성을 가진 복잡한 불교문화를 문화원형으로 활용하기 위한 참고자료가 될 것이다. 그리고 불교존상이 가지는 의미를 통해 한국적 전통캐릭터의 디지털콘텐츠 활용에 도움이 되고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to recognize the aesthetic characteristics of the Maximalism depicted in contemporary costumes of new millennium. This is done by analyzing and examining the social and cultural background of fashion in the few years of 21st century. The fashion trend of the beginning of 21st century was coexisted conflicting factors with ultramodern factor and past recurrent factor. For that reason, new millennium is to be existence background of Maximalism style in contemporary costumes. The social and cultural background of Maximalism was regarded as characteristics of the Glocalism, fusion style, bobos. Glocalism means a compound word of Globalism and Localism, and used various fields of policy, economics, society etc. Consequently, the aesthetic formativeness of Maximalism of the contemporary costumes was investigated as the 'Romantic Hippie Look' and 'Romantic Sports Look' 1) Romantic Hippie Look New millennium fashion trend is affected by hippie style of 1970's. That is major reason that the antiwar consciousness of 9.11 terror, USA-Afganistan war and the economic depression is similar to 1970's situation. Accordingly, fashion trend is developed into bright, light, romantic style and fashion designers chose materials with flowers, butterflies, dragonflies pattern. Because the clothing of these material reflects well modern people's feeling to escape misgivings, unrest of political terror, war etc. The characteristics of hippie style expressed freedom as the greatest merit was raised new trend, so called 'Romantic Hippie Look' on new millennium. That is, the romantic hippie look of the contemporary costumes is depicted as the formative beauty of the multiculturalism and nationalism. 2) Romantic Sports Look : The beginning of new millennium, many fashion designers intend to graft the details of sports wear on order made or ready made clothing and try to show luxury and cheerful fashion design with combination of sporty and romantic factors. Accordingly, theses fashion trends expressed 'Romantic Sports Look' with a harmony or disharmony of unusual factors. The fashion trend of new millennium centering around special cities like New York, Paris, Milan moved to various regional culture. Accordingly, the features of fashion depicted not unique theme but multiplicity of the clothing of dissimilar style or material by the mixture of 2 or 3 factors like the fusion of femininity and masculinity and the combination of past and present of details. That is, the romantic sports look of the contemporary costumes is depicted as the formative beauty of the multi-functional and crossover.
