Sufficient dimension reduction (SDR) replaces original p-dimensional predictors to a lower-dimensional linearly transformed predictor. The sliced inverse regression (SIR) has the longest and most popular history of SDR methodologies. The critical weakness of SIR is its known sensitive to the numbers of slices. Recently, a fused sliced inverse regression is developed to overcome this deficit, which combines SIR kernel matrices constructed from various choices of the number of slices. In this paper, the fused sliced inverse regression and SIR are compared to show that the former has a practical advantage in survival regression over the latter. Numerical studies confirm this and real data example is presented.

Feature Simplification is an essential method for multiple representations of spatial features in GIS. However, spatial features re various, complex and a alrge size. Among spatial features which describe spatial information. linear feature is the msot common. Therefore, an efficient linear feature simplification method is most critical for spatial feature simplification in GIS. This paper propose an original method, by which the problem of linear feature simplification is mapped into the signal processing field. This method avoids conventional geometric computing in existing methods and exploits the advantageous properties of wavelet transform. Experimental results are presented to show that the proposed method outperforms the existing methods and achieves the time complexity of O(n), where n is the number of points of a linear feature. Furthermore, this method is not bound to two-dimension but can be extended to high-dimension space.

Consumers differ with respect to the level of green attitudes and green purchase behavious and different consumer would have different perceptions on green market environment. This study attempted to explain how consumers perceive green market environment differently across different consumer groups in attitude-behaviour dimension in green consumption. After identifying the four consumer groups based on their attitude toward green purchase and green purchase behaviours, a multinomial logistic analysis and a stepwise discriminant analysis were conducted. This study found that reliability in green market was the most critical factor that contributes to enlarge positive green consumers. Also, the role of reference persons and adequate price of green products were also found to be important to stimulate green buying. By understanding the different role of those factors in each group of consumers, this study provided group-specific implications to expand green consumers.

뇌전류와 같이 고주파성분을 함유한 서지전류나 전자통신기기의 전자기장해를 유발하는 고주파 이상전류에 대하여 접지전각은 주파수에 의존적인 상당히 복합적인 입피던스의 특성을 보인다. 접지전극의 접지임피던스는 접지전극의 크기를 증가시켜도 낮아지지 않고, 대지의 특성과 주파수 조건에 따라 접지임피던스가 최소값을 보이는 접지전극의 길이가 존재하며, 이 접지전극의 길이를 대지의 특성과 주파수 조건에 대한 임계길이라 정의한다. 본 논문에서는 분포정수회로모델을 이용하여 수직접지전극과 수평접지전극의 임계길이를 산정하였으며, 실험결과와의 비교를 통해 타당성을 확인하였다.

A dynamic elastic local buckling analysis is presented for a pile subjected to an axial impact load. The pile is assumed to be geometrically perfect. The interactions between the pile and the surrounding soil are taken into account. The interactions include the normal pressure and skin friction on the surface of the pile due to the resistance of the soil. The analysis also includes the influence of the propagation of stress waves through the length of the pile to the distance at which buckling is initiated and the mass of the pile. A perturbation technique is used to determine the critical buckling length and the associated critical time. As a special case, the explicit expression for the buckling length of a pile is obtained without considering soil resistance and compared with the one obtained for a column by means of an alternative method. Numerical results obtained show good agreement with the experimental results. The effects of the normal pressure and the skin friction due to the surrounding soil, self-weight, stiffness and geometric dimension of the cross section on the critical buckling length are discussed. The sudden change of buckling modes is further considered to show the 'snap-through' phenomenon occurring as a result of stress wave propagation.

본 연구는 전문서비스 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 강력한 충성도 구축을 위해 전문서비스만의 차별화된 특성을 반영한 충성도 구축 모형을 검증하고자 한다. 전문서비스는 서비스의 일반적인 특성 외에도 소비자가 서비스 결과를 쉽게 예측할 수 없고 서비스 제공자와 이용자간의 지식불균형이 커서 서비스를 이용하고 난 이후에도 서비스 만족과 품질을 평가하기 어렵다는 특성을 가지고 있다. 그래서 전문서비스는 이용과정에서 고객이 지각하는 만족과 감정이 충성도 형성에 결정적인 역할을 할 것이다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 모형에서는 전문서비스 이용과정의 만족차원으로 반응적 만족, 상호작용 만족, 기술적 만족차원으로 나누어 검토하고 감정적 몰입과 계산적 몰입과의 관계, 몰입의 차원과 충성도 간의 관계를 구조적으로 살펴보았다. 분석결과 전문서비스 이용과정에서 지각하는 만족의 차원은 감정적 몰입과 계산적 몰입을 모두 높이며, 이러한 몰입은 충성도 형성에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

In this study, we investigated mask errors, photo errors with attenuated phase shift mask and off-axis illumination, and etch errors in dry etch conditions. We propose that total process proximity correction (TPPC), a concept merging every process step error correction, is essential in a lithography process when minimum critical dimension (CD) is smaller than the wavelength of radiation. A correction rule table was experimentally obtained applying TPPC concept. Process capability of controlling gate CD in DRAM fabrication should be improved by this method.

We have used a plasma etching method in order to develop a concave-type Pt electrode capacitor to overcome the limitation of conventional stack-type capacitor in a small critical-dimension (CD) pattern. We have deposited Pt layer on the concave-type structure made by patterning of $SiO_2$ and subsequently we separated the adjacent nodes by etch-back process with photoresist (PR) as a protecting layer.

This paper addresses the critical factors of customer satisfaction between department store which is characterized as a good service quality and discount store which has a competitive advantage on price dimension. The result showed that overall satisfaction of department store was slightly higher than that of discount store. Also, it was found that only service quality was a good indicator as a customer satisfaction of department store. However, overall satisfaction of discount store was significantly affected by both price and service quality. The study contributes to our understanding of how department store and discount store develop KSFs(key success factors) of customer satisfaction.
