Mathematical creativity is essential in school mathematics and mathematics curriculum and ensures the growth of mathematical ability. Therefore mathematics educators try to develop students' creativity via mathematics education for a long time. In special, 2011 revised mathematics curriculum emphasizes mathematical creativity. Yet, it may seem like a vague characterization of mathematical creativity. Furthermore, it is needed to develop the methods for developing the mathematical creativity. So, the goal of this paper is to search for teaching and learning models for developing the mathematical creativity. For this, I discuss about issues of mathematical creativity and extract the factors of mathematical creativity. The factors of mathematical creativity are divided into cognitive factors, affective factors and attitude factors that become the factors of development of mathematical creativity in the mathematical instruction. And I develop 8-teaching and learning models for development of mathematical creativity based on the characters of mathematics and the most recent theories of mathematics education. These models make it crucial for students to develop the mathematical creativity and create the new mathematics in the future.
This paper aims at developing an analytic model for examining fashion designer's creativity. This research developed the analytic model of fashion designer's creativity adding the specificity of the fashion area to The Systems Model of Creativity by Csikszentmihalyi & Gardener. The analytic model of fashion designer's creativity is composed of 3 elements: the fashion designer, the fashion domain and the fashion field. The detail factors to be examined by each of the elements are as follows. In the dimension of an individual fashion designer, detail factors influencing the manifestation of creativity contain cognitive and non-cognitive abilities (i.e: personality traits, erotic capital) and socio-psychological factors (i.e: family condition, sexual identity, marital status, health). In the dimension of the fashion domain, creativity factors are composed of socio-cultural contexts and paradigms. In the dimension of the fashion field, detail factors refer to a mentor, supporter, competitor and a follower. Fashion designer's creativity manifests itself when detail factors of an individual fashion designer, fashion domain and field interact with each other dynamically.
There have been various educational approaches to foster students' creativity in engineering colleges, but little has been conducted based on empirical study results of students' perception on creativity education. This study aims to explore the students' perception on creativity in engineering such as characteristics of creative engineers, the level of individual or group creativity and creative education in engineering colleges. According to the survey results of 538 respondents, engineering students considered three factors such as 'innovative driven', 'eager for high intellectuality', 'activity expression' as characteristics of creative engineer. They evaluated both of individual or group creativity levels as subnormal. They perceived the importance of creativity education, but were not satisfied with current creativity educational experiences. They pointed out 'limited supports of nation or organization', 'credit system decided by the paper-based exam', 'non-systematized creativity classes' as impending factors for creativity in engineering education. Students suggested 'securing the budget for practice and field participation', 'changing of perception on creativity education itself', 'developing the creativity classes combined with engineering subjects' as fostering factors in creativity education. This studdy suggests several implications of educational approaches to creativity education in engineering colleges.

This study attempts to investigate the effect of team diversity on individual creativity and team members' creative activities such as exploration and exploitation. We have garnered 40 team data from 249 respondents who have been participating in the team learning activities during semester in a private university. They were asked by instructor to show their creativity, and exploration and exploitation activities. The 40 teams were made up of team diversity factors such as study hour and leisure activity. We used a multilevel analysis to analyze the effects of team diversity factors on team member's creativity, and exploration and exploitation. Results showed that in general, team diversity factors like study hour and leisure activities have significant effects on the individual creativity, and exploration and exploitation. Practical implications represent that teams need to be organized considering the team diversity factors in order to improve team member's creativity, and their exploration and exploitation activities.
The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of creativity management factors on perceived R&D performance. To do this, the data (885cases) were collected from 19 Korean Government-supported Research Institutes, and 3 hypotheses derived from the model of creativity management(after here CM) were tested. Major findings are as follows: 1) CM constructs are grouped into diversity, autonomy, connectivity, redundancy and flexibility factors; 2) The major factors that can explain R&D performance perceived by scientists and engineers are connectivity, autonomy, diversity and flexibility; 3) All CM factors have significant relationship with satisfaction of the employees; 4) Flexibility and connectivity factors give effects on turnover intention of the members. This study has some limitations in model building and empirical testing. This study, however, provides theoretical and managerial implications about CM and R&D management, particularly Government-supported Research Institutes in Korea.
Problem posing is used to develop the creativity program and adaption for the gifted, and to screen the gifted students in the selection process. However existing creativity assessment factors(fluence, flexibility, originality) has been recognized to have it's limitation to assess the mathematical creativity. To improve the creativity assessment, we propose new set of assessment factors for mathematical creativity test through problem posing. For this study, we let 19 mathematically gifted students to pose two good mathematical problems for a limited time after solving a certain problem so called a reference problem. A week late, we let the subjects, pre-service teachers, and experts to evaluate the problems posed by the subjects, and leave the reasons for evaluating highest mark and lowest mark. With this date, we propose fluence, flexibility, originality, anti-similarity, complexity, elaboration as the set of mathematics creativity assessment factors.

The purpose of this study is to select the factors of 'Group scientific creativity' and to find out how 'Group scientific creativity' turns out in the creative problem-solving process of students. To select the factors that affect 'Group scientific creativity', this research extracted 27 influencing factors on the group creativity from the prior study and organized them according to opinions of education experts. To select factors that affect 'Group scientific creativity' in the creative problem-solving process of students, this research analyzed the group problem-solving process that has been done on 72 gifted students for two days. Main results of the study is as follows: First, nine elements such as scientific thinking, scientific knowledge, scientific information-processing capacity, motivation, challenge, age and gender, existence of diversity, creativity educational experience, and the group cohesiveness were selected as human factors. Four elements such as scientific communication skills, scientific inquiry process, autonomy, and leadership were selected as the combining factors. Also, three elements such as the learning environment, teacher types, and compensation were selected as the Environmental factors. Second, it was possible to find that the group scientific creativity influence factors affecting the creative process by analyzing the gifted students in creative-problem solving process. Based on these results, this study described additional points on the factors improving 'Group scientific-creativity.'

In the present study I developed the test for earth scientific creativity level and verified means to measure scientific creativity. I developed 22 test items and after being examined by science education specialist, 11 items were finally established, and these were applied to 104 middle students. Each answer paper was graded according to the standard answer that I developed and the results of analysis are as follows. First, to verify the validity of measuring means I figured out content validity. The content validity about test items and adequacy of evaluation goal was examined by 1 science education specialist and 3 middle school science teachers, 6 education graduate students. As a result of validity verification, the content validity was 82.7% and it showed that the test of earth scientific creativity was valid for evaluation goal and sub-factors of creativity. Second, to verify reliability of measuring means, I analyzed internal consistency of the test sheet of earth scientific creativity after finding correlation coefficient and Cronbach's $\alpha$. Cronbach's $\alpha$, the internal reliability coefficient, was 0.848. Therefore, it was verified that this test sheet of earth scientific creativity is reliable to measure the creativity of the middle school students. The correlation between sub-factors of creativity was statistically significant, and for the relation between the variables related to creativity, the originality was the most significant. This shows that in the procedure of scientific creativity and studying science, originality should be the most important factor.

This research aims to explore factors influencing creativity among the employees of nanotechnology companies. Further, this survey aimed to investigate the role of psychological capital (PS), job satisfaction (JS) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) as sources to foster creativity. Participants included 375 employees of nanotechnology companies in China. Sequential mediation analysis revealed that creativity was significantly influenced by psychological capital, job satisfaction and corporate social responsibility. Furthermore, not only psychological capital, job satisfaction and corporate social responsibility were directly and indirectly related to creativity but also explained 67.35% variance of it. It seems that having more psychological resources, more well-being and good feelings concerning performance in the workspace and the efforts of companies to improve employee welfare are among the most important factors in increasing employee creativity. Our findings can help companies, especially nontechnology companies, in focusing on factors fostering the creativity of employees, because creativity enhances and promotes the performance and success of companies.
This study aims to theoretically and empirically establish the characteristics and component factors of creativity character of college students. Putting together preceding researches related to the concept and structure of creativity character through the theoretical approach, the in-depth interview and open survey were conducted targeting 70 specialists in education, education engineering, consultation meeting, and researchers' meeting about creativity character of college students. In the results, as creativity character for college students, creativity was classified into cognitive creativity and affective creativity while character was classified into moral character, social character, and emotional character. Especially, the creativity character of college students emphasized the importance of character more than creativity. Through such results, it aims to suggest a new perspective on creativity character of college students, and moreover to provide basic data to set up the research direction to develop a tool to measure creativity character of college students for follow-up researches. Also, it is considered to establish the theoretical, empirical foundation contributing to the establishment of teaching-learning method and education engineering qualitatively enhanced in the site of college.
