TRIZ와 브레연스토밍를 이용한 실용적인 공학문제 해결 방법론 (The Pragmatic Methodology for Solving Engineering Problems using TRIZ and Brainstorming)

  • Most of people who are engaged in research and development find it difficult to solve the engineering problems creatively due to the lack of ideas. There are two famous methods for inventive problem solving: '"Brainstorming" and "TRIZ" Brainstorming is the most popular tool until now to find a creative solution and TRIZ is not so popular yet but leads us to a very useful and clear solution. These two methods whose goals are the same usually take quite different routes to the final solution; Those routes have their own unique advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, a creative problem solving method optimized by correlating Brainstorming and TRIZ is proposed. And this method demonstrates how rough initial ideas can be quickly refined and how a problem can be solved correctly.can be solved correctly.

창의적 문제해결 과정 기반의 정보통신 윤리교육 교수-학습과정 연구 (A Study of a Teaching and Learning Process of the Information and Communication Ethics Based on Creative Problem Solving Method)

  • 인터넷 역기능 문제의 심각성이 더해 갈수록 정보통신 윤리교육의 필요성을 우리 모두 실감하고 있지만 체계화된 교수-학습의 방법을 찾아보기란 쉽지 않다. 이 논문은 초등학교 실과교과서의 '사이버 공간의 특성과 윤리 단원' 중 정보통신 윤리 영역의 교수-학습 과정으로 Alex Osborn과 Sidney Parnes의 창의적 문제해결과정의 6단계 모형을 활용함으로써 정보통신 윤리교육의 교수-학습 과정을 제시하고자 한다. 실험방법은 초등학교 5학년 학생 54명을 두 집단으로 나누어 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구분한 후 교수-학습을 실시하였다. 그 결과 창의적 문제해결과정을 활용한 정보통신 윤리교육의 교수-학습을 실시한 실험집단의 윤리의식이 통제집단에 비해 높은 수치를 보였다. 이는 기존의 정보통신 윤리교육의 교수-학습 과정의 한계에서 벗어나 윤리문제의 해결 과정에 초점을 두어 학습자의 인지구조의 변화를 유도하는 체계적인 접근방법에 하나로 자리 잡을 수 있으리라 기대한다.

  • The field of design requires creative thinking in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Advanced educational process are needed to develop creative human resources. The ability to creatively develop or cope with new things is also seen as an important core competency. Therefore, this study develops a creative fashion design process and verifies its effect on core competencies in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. For this, 29 college students majoring in fashion design were selected to form an experimental group, a comparative group, and a control group. A creative fashion design program was applied in the experimental group. However, the existing fashion design program was applied to the comparative group. The corresponding sample t-test was applied as an analysis method. The analysis results are as follows. In the experimental group, creative self-efficacy, self-efficacy for group work problem solving ability, and communicative ability improved. However, only communicative ability improved in the comparative group. There was no change in the control group. We proved the value of the study based on collected results. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a basic strategy for subsequent research.

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce a modified CPS(Creativity Problem Solving) procedure as a new method for comparative analysis of creative techniques such as SIT(Systematic Inventive Thinking) and Brainstorming(BS) techniques. For this, a new sports game is employed as a case study. The results show that the ideas from SIT are more creative in terms of originality and practicality than those of BS. Several considerations for effective practical use of the proposed method are discussed in this study.

문제중심학습 기반 STEAM 현장체험학습 프로그램이 초등과학 영재의 과학 탐구 능력, 창의적 문제해결력 및 과학적 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Problem-Centered Learning Based STEAM Field Experience Learning Program on Science Process Skills, Creative Problem Solving Ability, and Scientific Attitude of Gifted Students in Elementary Science)

  • In this study, a problem-centered learning based STEAM field experience learning program was developed and the effects of applying it were investigated. The program was composed of 8 sessions by using problem-centered learning education method and integrating STEAM elements between disciplines. The contents of program are as follow. In the step of sharing problems and making a problem-solving plan, they understood the various examples and meanings of endangered species, explored the project activities, and made an inquiry plan. In the search and re-exploration phase, a smart device was used to investigate the appearance, habitat environment and cause of extinction for Clithon retropictus, and a site inquiry plan was established for each group. Then, they moved to the field to explore brackish-headed gallops and discuss ways to protect endangered species. In the step of creating a solution, a web-based report was produced as the final product using smart devices based on the results of the inquiry. In the presentation and evaluation stage, the produced web-based report was used to present each group, conduct mutual evaluation, and organize project activities. The developed program was applied to 6th grade 29 students enrolled in the J University Gifted Education Center. In order to find out the effectiveness of the program, tests of science process skill, creative problem-solving ability, and scientific attitude were conducted before and after of program learning, and the results were statistically analyzed by t-test. In addition, a STEAM program satisfaction test was conducted after project in order to find out the satisfaction of the class. As a result of application of the program, the results were significantly improved in openness, criticism, and creativity among the sub-factors of creative problem-solving ability and scientific attitude. Satisfaction with the STEAM program was also high, but no significant result was found in science process skill. Therefore, the program of this study could be influenced on improvement of creative problem-solving ability and scientific attitude of gifted students in elementary science.

창의적 문제해결력 중심의 수학 교육과정 개발 및 적용: 초등학교 수준을 중심으로 (Development and Implementation of Elementary Mathematics Curriculum)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and implement an alternative elementary mathematics curriculum to enhance creative problem solving ability. The curriculum consisting of three main elements was developed. The three elements are content knowledge, process knowledge and creative thinking skills. The curriculum contents and the units were developed by mathematics educators, elementary educators, psychologists, elementary school teachers and curriculum specialists for 3 years. In order to test the effectiveness of the developed curriculum, the 5 units based on a problem-based-learning (PBL) method were implemented in a 5th grade class as an experimental group during the second semester. For the comparison group the ordinary lesson based on the 6th national mathematics curriculum was implemented during the same period. Performance assessment was developed and used for the pre and post test. T-est was use to testify that the effect of the curriculum is statistically signigicant. The results of the test showed that the experimental group progressed significantly in the creative problem solving ability, but the comparison group did not.

Study on Capstone Design Program in Fashion Major

  • In today's world, the design industry is becoming more complex, with the development of networks such as the internet and revolutionary changes in information and telecommunications. As the demand for designers to cope with various situations occurring in these industrial sites or solve problems in practice promptly is required, a capstone design program was developed in collaboration with the industry. Capstone design classes have positive effects on creative problem solving ability, academic achievement and learning satisfaction by allowing students to think and experience the practical problems of the industrial field. It is also effective in improving communication, creative thinking and critical thinking. The purpose of this study is to search for talent training methods needed in the fashion industry and to develop effective programs through capstone design class studies conducted in the fourth grade of fashion design majors from 2017 to 2019 (6 semesters). Through these studies, the aim is to search for talent training methods needed in the fashion industry and to develop effective programs. If the capstone design learning method is used as a method of solving problems through close communication between the company and the educational field as an industry-academia cooperation system, it is expected to be positioned as a field-type human resource education method that is required in the industrial field.

자유탐구 기법을 활용한 수업이 과학 창의적 문제해결력 및 과학적 탐구능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Science Creative Problem Solving Ability and Science Process Skills Using Free Inquiry Method)

  • The purpose of this study is to make a Result analysis on the Free Inquiry Method of Elementary school student. Also, this study investigates how free inquiry activities effect the science creative problem solving ability and science process skills of Elementary school student. For this study 150, third year, elementary School students from Busan City were selected. The Inquiry examined the effectiveness of each of the following free inquiry methods: the Program Based Learning method, the Project method, the Independent Investigation Method, the Small Group Inquiry Method, and the Science Notebooks Method. The students were divided into groups in which they incorporated the respective methods into their practice. Test showed the following results: First, the Science Notebooks Method activities proved to be much more effective than the Program Based Learning method, the Project method, the Independent Investigation Method, the Small Group Inquiry Method, and the Science Notebooks Method in terms of developing on science creative problem solving ability. Second, the Project method activities proved to be much more effective than the Program Based Learning method, the Independent Investigation Method, the Small Group Inquiry Method, the Science Notebooks Method in terms of developing on science process skills.

중학교 수학 영재 판별을 위한 수학 창의적 문제해결력 검사 개발 (Math Creative Problem Solving Ability Test for Identification of the Mathematically Gifted Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 수학 영재를 수학 창의적 문제해결력 검사로 판별할 때, 유창성만을 기준으로 수학 창의적 문제해결력을 채점하는 방식의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해서 수학영역에서의 직관적 통찰능력, 정보의 조직화 능력, 추론능력, 일반화 및 적용능력, 추상화능력, 공간화/시각화 능력, 반성적 사고력을 요구하는 문항들로 구성된 검사를 개발했다. 고급한 수학적 사고력을 요구하며 정답이 하나인 폐쇄적인 수학문항 10개와 다양한 답이 가능한 개방적인 수학 문항 5개를 영재교육기관의 교육대상자 선발과정에 지원한 중학교 1학년 1,032명에게 실시했다. 교사들은 각 문제에 대해 타당한 답을 제시한 빈도로 유창성을 채점했다. 학생들의 반응을 Rasch의 1모수 문항반응모형을 기반으로 한 BIGSTEPS로 분석했다. 문항반응 분석결과, 유창성만으로 측정한 창의성을 기준으로 한 영재교육대상자 선발의 신뢰도, 타당도, 난이도, 변별도가 모두 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 덜 정의되고, 덜 구조화되고, 신선한 문제일수록 영재교육대상자 선발과정에 지원한 학생들의 수학 창의적 문제해결력을 평가하는데 양호한 문제임이 확인되었다. 이 검사는 영재교육원 지원생들이 영재학급 지원생들보다 창의적 문제해결력에서 더 우수함을 확인해주었다. 이로써 유창성만을 기준으로 수학 창의적 문제해결력을 채점하는 방식이 효율적이며, 타당하고 신뢰로울 수 있음을 확인해 주었다.
