In this paper, we proposed a fast detection method of copy-move forgery image based on low frequency coefficients of the DCT coefficients. We proposed a new matching criterion of copy-moved forgery image detection (MCD) using discrete cosine transform. For each $8{\times}8$ pixel block, the DCT transform is calculated. Our algorithm uses low frequency four (DC, 3 AC coefficient) and six coefficients (DC, 5 AC coefficients) of DCT per $8{\times}8$ pixel block. Our algorithm worked block matching for DCT coefficients of the $8{\times}8$ pixel block is slid by one pixel along the image from the upper left corner to the lower right corner. Our algorithm can reduce computational complexity more than conventional copy moved forgery detection algorithms.

This paper presents a baseband complex bandpass filter for PHS applications with a new automatic tuning method. The full-CMOS PHS transceiver is implemented by adopting the Low-IF architecture to overcome the DCoffset problems. To meet the Adjacent Channel Selectivity (ACS) performance, the 3rd-order Chebyshev complex bandpass filter is designed as the baseband channel-select filter. The new corner frequency tuning method is proposed to compensate the process variation. This method can reduce the noise level due to MOS switches. The filter was fabricated using a 0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS process, and the power consumption is 12mW.

The wideband characteristics of planar antennas with a wide radiating slot have been examined in this paper. A various resonance modes are generated in the wide slot and the wideband characteristics are enhanced by impedance match at each resonance frequencies. In this process, the geometry effects on the impedance match were extracted and it was found that a round corner rectangular slot antenna has more stable impedance match over a wide frequency range than a normal rectangular slot antenna. The round corner rectangular slot antenna is fabricated to verify the wideband characteristics and its measured bandwidth is almost 2 octaves(2.08 ㎓~8.25 ㎓) with VSWR$\leq$2.
A new controller design algorithm based on the Hessenberg form for linear control systems has een proposed. The controller is composed of the dynamic compensator and the state feedback (dynamic state feedback). The algorithm gives a simple way to assign the eigenstructure (eigenvalues and eigenvectors) of the closed loop system and it also provides a method to assign the frequency shapes near the corner frequencies of the closed loop transfer function matrix. Because of this property, the algorithm is called the independent frequency shape control (IFSC) method.
The prime objective of this study was to analyze the positional relationship of the lips to the anterior teeth according to age, sex, and both sides of the dental arch in 381 healthy Korean adults with normal occlusion ranging from 17 to 70 years over old. The results were as follows; 1. In the position of the corner of the mouth to the teeth, the range from center of canine to mesial side of first premolar was revealed the incidence of 81~87%, the distal side of canine was the hiqhest frequency of 39~43%. 2. A straight type (76~79%) of lip line was prevailed against the curved type in rest position. 3. In the exposed type of anterior teeth to upper lip in rest position, type III(50~52%) Grade 2 (26~29%) was revealed the highest frequency of occurences. 4. No significant difference in both sexes and sides of the dental arch was observed. 5. Lip position to the teeth with aging was showed the tendency toward straight type in lip line and toward reduction of the number of exposed type of upper anterior teeth to upper lip, and the corner of the mouth was placed posteriorly.
This paper presents theoretical investigation on the cross correlation between torsional vibration ($u_{\theta}$) and translation vibration ($u_x$) of asymmetrical structure under white noise excitation. The formula reveals that the cross correlation coefficient (${\rho}$) is a function of uncoupled frequency ratio (${\Omega}={\omega}_{\theta}/{\omega}_x$), eccentricity, and damping ratio (${\xi}$). Simulations involving acceleration records from fifteen different earthquakes show correlation coefficients results similar to the theoretical correlation coefficients. The uncoupled frequency ratio is the dominating parameter to ${\rho}$; generally, ${\rho}$ is positive for ${\omega}_{\theta}/{\omega}_x$ > 1.0, negative for ${\omega}_{\theta}/{\omega}_x$ < 1.0, and close to zero for ${\omega}_{\theta}/{\omega}_x$ = 1.0. When the eccentricity or damping ratio increases, ${\rho}$ increases moderately for small ${\Omega}$ (< 1.0) only. The relation among $u_x$, $u_{\theta}$ and corner displacement are best presented by ${\rho}$; a simple way to hand-calculate the theoretical dynamic corner displacements from $u_x$, $u_{\theta}$ and ${\rho}$ is proposed as an alternative to dynamic analysis.
In this paper the influence of stiffener location, rise/span ratio and fibre orientation on vibration behavior of corner supported hypar shells is studied by using a four-node hybrid stress finite element. The formulation of the element is based on Hellinger-Reissner variational principle. The element is developed by combining a hybrid plane stress element and a hybrid plate element. Benchmark problems are solved to validate the approach and free vibration response of stiffened orthotropic hypar shells is studied both with respect to fundamental frequency and mode shapes by varying the location of stiffeners, rise/span ratio and fiber orientation.
The purposes of this study were to develop an electronic-hydraulic draft control system for tractor implements, to investigate the control performance of the system and the possibility of adaptation to the conventional tractor. Experiments were carried out to investigate the responses of the system to the step and sinusoidal inputs in draft control. The effects of control mode, hydraulic flow rate, reference deadband, and proportional constant on control performance of the system were investigated. Moreover, the effects of filtering signals from draft sensor were also investigated. The following conclusions were derived from the study; 1. In draft control, there were hunting problems in controlling the implement without filtering the draft signals. Filtering was performed by a control program of electronic controller and the control performance and stability of the system were improved significantly. 2. For the draft control system operated on on-off control mode, draft was controlled within ${\pm}27-{\pm}55kg_f$ to the reference draft when the hydraulic flow rates were 5-15 l/min. For the draft control system operated on PWM control, draft was controlled within ${\pm}27kg_f$ to the reference draft regardless of hydraulic flow rates. 3. In the frequency responses of the draft control system, control performance on PWM control mode was not better than on on-off control mode because of characteristics of hydraulic valve and drafe sensor. As the hydraulic flow rates increased for the system operated on on-off control mode, the corner frequency of amplitude attenuation increased, but the corner frequency of phase-angle change remained nearly the same. But, the system was unstable beyond the frequency of 3.1 rad/s. 4. The electronic-hydraulic hitch control system developed in this study showed superior control performance, stability and convenience compared to conventional mechanical-hydraulic hitch control system. It is considered to be a superior replacement for the conventional mechanical-hydraulic hitch control system.

The corner reflector is used to increase the echoing area of radar targets in the air, and it can also be applied to increase the echoing area of the sonar targets under water. As the basic research for this application, the authors investigated the ultrasonic reflection characteristics under water for the corner reflector which was made of aluminum plate. The experiments were made by pulse measuring method with the magnetostrictive ferrite transducers of 28, 50 and 75KHz in the experimental water tank. The results obtained are as follows; 1. The target strength of corner reflectors were increased in proportion to the diameter and were greater at higher frequency of 75KHz than at lower frequency of 28KHz. 2. In the case of 5 corner reflectors of 150mm in diameter which have corner angles of 15$^{\circ}$, 30$^{\circ}$, 45$^{\circ}$, 60$^{\circ}$ and 90$^{\circ}$the measured values of the maximum target strength at 75KHz were-25.0 dB, -17.2dB, -15.1dB, -13.4dB and 11.0dB, and then the number of main lobes showing the maximum target strength in the backscattering patterns were 24, 12, 8, 6 and 4, respectively. 3. When 7 corner reflector of 80mm in diameter and 90$^{\circ}$ in the corner angle was located on the minor axis of the horizontal section with directional angles of 0$^{\circ}$, 2.5$^{\circ}$, 5.0$^{\circ}$, 7.5$^{\circ}$, 10$^{\circ}$ and 12.5$^{\circ}$ against the sound beam axis, the measured values of the target strength on each position at 75KHz were -21.2dB, -21.9dB, -26.0dB, -30.5dB and -36.8dB, respectively.
The ground potential rise generated by the switching surge or lightning stroke may be dangerous to personnel and cause damage to electronic control parts. For a first step to the transient performance analysis. high frequency impedances of grounding grids have been calculated and discussed. Grounding grids include 7 square grids from $10m{\times}10m$ to $80m{\times}80m$. The high frequency current was injected into the center and a corner of the grounding grid. The calculation results indicate that the impedance of the grounding grid is significantly influenced by frequency and the point of injection of the current. and the effective radius of a large grounding grid may be represented in $15{\sim}20m$.
