GZO/Metal/GZO 하이브리드 구조 투명 전도막의 전기적, 광학적 특성; Ag, Cu, Al, Zn 금속 삽입층의 효과 (Electrical and Optical Properties of Transparent Conducting Films having GZO/Metal/GZO Hybrid-structure; Effects of Metal Layer(Ag, Cu, Al, Zn))

  • Transparent conducting films having a hybrid structure of GZO/Metal/GZO were prepared on glass substrates by sequential deposition using DC magnetron sputtering. Silver, copper, aluminum and zinc thin films were used as the intermediate metal layers in the hybrid structure. The electrical and optical properties of hybrid transparent conducting films were investigated with varying the thickness of metal layer or GZO layers. With increasing the metal thickness, hybrid films showed a noticeable improvement of the electrical conductivity, which is mainly dependent on the electrical property of the metal layer. GZO(40 nm)/Ag(10 nm)/GZO(40 nm) film exhibits a resistivity of $5.2{\times}10^{-5}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ with an optical transmittance of 82.8%. For the films with Zn interlayer, only marginal reduction in the resistivity was observed. Furthermore, unlike other metals, hybrid films with Zn interlayer showed a decrease in the resistivity with increasing the GZO thickness. The optimal thickness of GZO layer for anti-reflection effect at a given thickness of metal (10 nm) was found to be critically dependent on the refractive index of the metal. In addition, x-ray diffraction analysis showed that the insertion of Ag layer resulted in the improvement of crystallinity of GZO films, which is beneficial for the electrical and optical properties of hybrid-type transparent conducting films.

낙동정맥 보전을 위한 마을기반 자원평가 (Evaluating Village-based Resources for Conserving Nakdong-Jeongmaek)

  • This study was done to evaluate resources distributed around the Nakdong-Jeongmaek which is the eastern ridge line of the Nakdong-river basin with 437km in length. Here we found and/or searched for thousands of resources within each of 210 villages around the ridge, which were divided into six categories including landscape, natural park, protected area, history, tourism and biodiversity. An inventory was also created using an attribute table in a shape file for identifying the spatial location and property for every resource existing in each village. Each of fields for six-typed resources has 210 records representing each village and resources within it. If a resource exists in a village, '1' is assigned for its existence in its corresponding record. Otherwise, '0' is assigned for its non-existence in the record. The number of '1' on six records for a village is meaning the number of resources contained within a village, which can be a barometer to decide the properties of each village. In this study, we found five core villages containing all kind of resources in it, while 52 villages were found having only a single type of resources within it. The other villages were known to have multiple resources like having two or more ones.

  • 본 연구는 에어제트텍스쳐링 장치에서 공급되는 코어사와 이펙트사인 아라미드와 나일론의 구성이 방호의류용 아라미드/나일론 ATY와 아라미드 ATY의 물성변화에 대한 연구이다. 아라미드 필라멘트 표면의 매끄러움 때문에 아라미드 ATY의 강도 저하는 나일론 ATY에 비해 훨씬 높았다. 아라미드/나일론 ATY 강도는 ATY의 이펙트사인 나일론의 강도에 가장 영향을 많이 받았다. 나일론 ATY의 절단신도는 에어제트텍스쳐링 이전의 나일론에 비해 두 배정도 높은 값을 나타내었으며, 아라미드 ATY와 아라미드/나일론 ATY는 에어제트텍스쳐링 이전에 비해 5.9~6.7배 정도로 높았다. 아라미드 ATY의 초기탄성률은 아라미드의 에어제트텍스쳐링 이전에 비해 86.5%정도 감소하였으며, 아라미드/나일론 ATY의 초기탄성률은 아라미드 ATY와 나일론 ATY 초기탄성률의 산술평균치를 나타내었다. 아라미드/나일론 하이브리드 ATY의 습 건열 수축률은 나일론의 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문은 중등 수학영재를 위한 심화학습 주제로서 데카르트 정리의 도입가능성을 고찰하였다. 데카르트 정리는 오일러 정리와 논리적으로 동치관계가 성립할뿐 아니라, 미분기하의 중요개념인 가우스-보네 정리와도 위계적으로 연결되고 있어 수학적 측면에서 그 가치가 높다. 수학교육적 측면에서도 데카르트 정리는 '다각형의 외각의 합은 $360^\circ$ 이다'라는 평면기하적 성질을 유추적 사고과정을 통해 입체기하적 성질로 일반화하여 지도될 수 있는 주제이다. 이 논문에서는 데카르트 정리의 도입을 위한 방법으로서 엄밀한 증명방법이 아닌 유추적 사고를 통해 재발명할 수 있는 대안적인 방법을 소개하였다.

다결정 니켈기 초내열 합금 CM247LC의 온도에 따른 인장특성 변화 (The Effect of Temperature on Tensile Properties in Conventionally Cast Ni-based Superalloy CM247LC)

  • Microstructural evolution during a heat treatment and high-temperature tensile properties have been investigated in conventionally cast CM247LC. In as-cast specimens, MC carbides with high amounts of Ta, Ti, Hf, and W were found to exist in the interdendritic regions, and γ' was observed in the form of cubes and octocubes prior to decomposition into cubes. In the heat-treated condition, some portion of eutectic γ-γ' remained, and uniform cubic γ' was observed in both interdendritic regions and dendrite core. Three types of carbides with different stoichiometries and compositions were found at the grain boundaries. MC carbides with high Hf contents were observed in the vicinity of eutectic γ-γ'. The highest tensile strength value was found at 750℃, whereas the greatest ductility appeared at 649℃. The effect of the temperature on the tensile properties was closely related to the dislocation structure. With increase in the test temperature, the density of dislocations inside γ' decreased, whereas that in the γ matrix increased. Stacking faults generated in γ' at 750℃ had a strengthening effect, whereas thermally activated dislocation motion at a high temperature was considered to have the opposite effect.

넙다리뼈 머리/목 부분 해면뼈의 기계적 물성 (Mechanical Properties of Trabecular Bone in femoral Head & Neck)

  • We performed the mechanical test for obtaining properties of femoral head. Tested sample was male and 35 years old. We measured bone mineral density by dual X-ray absorption method(DEXA). Results of DEXA, he has normal condition of bone density. His BMD $1.159g/cm^2$ and T-Score is 1.6. Tested femurs were harvested by surgical method from donated cadaver. We made 9 specimens in femoral head, 8 specimens in neck used by diamond core drill. Then we performed compressive test in saline solution at $38^{\circ}C$. We obtained results that elastic modulus of femoral head was 0.439GPa, neck was 0.459GPa. Compressive strength of femoral head was 7.441 MPa, neck was 7.095MPa. There was no significant difference of mechanical properties between left and right femoral head & neck. Invested local properties of femoral head have more strength superior and anterior side, femoral neck has more strength in superior and inferior side but other side except for superior has more weakness along the lateral side.

  • 국내에서는 현재 샌드위치패널의 화재안전성능 평가를 위하여 KS F 2271(건축물의 내장재료 및 구조의 난연성 시험방법)을 사용하고 있다. 국내와 동일한 시험방법을 사용하고 있던 일본에서는 2000년 건축기준법 개정시 ISO 5660-1 시험방법을 내장재의 연소성능시험으로 채택하였다. 그에 따라 국내에서도 KS F 2271 시험방법을 보완하는 건축법 개정고시(안)을 예고하였고, 그 내용은 ISO 5660-1(Cone Calorimeter Method) 시험방법을 도입하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 샌드위치패널의 연소특성을 ISO 5660-1 콘칼로리미터 시험방법을 사용하여 검토하였다. 국내에서 일반적으로 사용되는 4종의 샌드위치패널과 4종의 심재(단열재)의 착화시간, 최대열방출율, 총 열방출량을 검토하였으며, 시험체별 시험결과를 분석하였다. 최종적으로 일본과 NBC개정안에서 제시하는 분류기준에 시험결과를 적용하였다.

Electrical resistivity and capillarity of self-compacting concrete with incorporation of fly ash and limestone filler

  • Electrical resistivity is a property associated with both the physical and chemical characteristics of concrete. It allows the evaluation of the greater or lesser difficulty with which aggressive substances penetrate the concrete's core before the dissolution of the passive film process and the consequent reinforcement's corrosion begin. This work addresses the capillary absorption of self-compacting concrete (SCC) with various types and contents of additions, correlating it with its electrical resistivity. To that effect, binary and ternary mixes of SCC were produced using fly ashes (FA) and limestone filler (LF). A total of 11 self-compactable mixes were produced: one with cement (C) only; three with C + FA in 30%, 60% and 70% substitution ratios; three with C + LF in 30%, 60% and 70% substitution ratios; four with C + FA + LF in combinations of 10-20%, 20-10%, 20-40% and 40-20% substitution ratios, respectively; and four reference mixes according to the LNEC E 464 specification, which refers to the NP EN 206-1 norm. The evaluation of the capillarity of the mixes produced was made through the determination of the water absorption by capillarity coefficient according to the LNEC E 393 specification. The electrical resistivity was evaluated using the European norm proposal presented by the EU-Project CHLORTEST (EU funded research Project under 5FP GROWTH programme) and based on the RILEM TC-154 EMC technical recommendation. The results indicate that SCC's capillarity is strongly conditioned by the type and quantity of the additions used. It was found that FA addition significantly improves some of the properties studied especially at older ages.

  • 미생물 연료전지(MFC)는 미생물의 촉매 반응을 이용하여 폐수 등 환경 오염물질을 처리함과 동시에 전기에너지를 생성하는 생물전기화학 장치다. 미생물 연료전지의 주요 성분 중 하나인 양이온 교환막(PEM)은 미생물 연료 전지의 성능에 결정적인 영향을 미치며, 현재 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 양성자교환막은 Nafion이다. Nafion은 우수한 성능을 가지고 있지만, 단가가 높고, 생물오염에 취약하며, 생분해가 불가능하다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 Nafion을 대체하기 위한 새로운 복합막을 개발하고자 하는 시도가 꾸준히 이루어졌다. 본 총설에서는 미생물 연료전지 분야에서 최근 개발된 복합막의 특징과 성능을 고찰하며, 특히 양성자교환막을 중점적으로 다룬다.

UAS 및 지상 LiDAR 융합기반 건축물의 3D 재현 (3D Reconstruction of Structure Fusion-Based on UAS and Terrestrial LiDAR)

  • Digital Twin is a technology that creates a photocopy of real-world objects on a computer and analyzes the past and present operational status by fusing the structure, context, and operation of various physical systems with property information, and predicts the future society's countermeasures. In particular, 3D rendering technology (UAS, LiDAR, GNSS, etc.) is a core technology in digital twin. so, the research and application are actively performed in the industry in recent years. However, UAS (Unmanned Aerial System) and LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) have to be solved by compensating blind spot which is not reconstructed according to the object shape. In addition, the terrestrial LiDAR can acquire the point cloud of the object more precisely and quickly at a short distance, but a blind spot is generated at the upper part of the object, thereby imposing restrictions on the forward digital twin modeling. The UAS is capable of modeling a specific range of objects with high accuracy by using high resolution images at low altitudes, and has the advantage of generating a high density point group based on SfM (Structure-from-Motion) image analysis technology. However, It is relatively far from the target LiDAR than the terrestrial LiDAR, and it takes time to analyze the image. In particular, it is necessary to reduce the accuracy of the side part and compensate the blind spot. By re-optimizing it after fusion with UAS and Terrestrial LiDAR, the residual error of each modeling method was compensated and the mutual correction result was obtained. The accuracy of fusion-based 3D model is less than 1cm and it is expected to be useful for digital twin construction.
