The purpose of this study was to develop a test tool for convergence problem solving skill. To this end, constructs of convergence problem solving skill were defined in three domains: convergence attributes, convergence thinking, and convergence literacy domains. Thirty-seven pilot items were developed on the basis of the sub-categories for each domain that was defined through intensive literature review; problem solving & convergent thinking and creative thinking for convergence thinking domain, individual and social propensity for the convergence attributes domain, and convergence literacy as convergence literacy domain. Through an exploratory factor analysis, 30 items in the constructs of the test tool were confirmed. A confirmatory factor analysis result showed that the five construct models well captured the covariance between all the items well. Finally a statistical result shows that the reliability of the items and constructs were well established (Cronbach's α value= .963). Thus, the test tool for convergence problem solving skill developed in this study was statistically reliable.

Through USN field Test Projects launched in 2005, 9 USN application service models such as u-Ocean, u-Construction, u-Farm, u-Hospital has been deployed. We conducted technical, industrial, economical feasibility tests to verify those services. This thesis will cover briefly the current situation of USN industry domestically and internationally. It will show the future prospect of convergence service model based on USN in conjunction with research details and results from previous USN field Test Projects.

Biomimetic artificial basilar membrane being a core part of artificial cochlear requires performance evaluation through aging test. To evaluate the aging properties of PVDF piezoelectric membrane used for artificial basilar membrane, its mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elastic modulus and piezoelectric property such as piezoelectric constant were measured. The aging test conditions and acceleration constants were calculated based on Arrhenius model. The changes in tensile strengths and elastic moduli measured were less than 10~20% after aging test equivalent for 10 years. The piezoelectric constants were decreased drastically to 80% of its initial value in the early stage of the aging test and expected to decrease slowly down to 65% over 10 years. The experimental results show the reliability of totally implantable novel artificial cochlear and will contribute its commercialization.

In this paper, we consider the adjustment of convergence on Color Display Tube (CDT). Convergence is a measure of how well the red, green and blue beams are physically aligned with each other to strike the same area on the screen. When misconvergence (convergence error) occurs, one way of compensating it is to attach several ferrite sheets on the inner part of Deflection Yoke (DY). We suggest an optimization model of misconvergence compensation process and report test results for 81 DY samples. As a result, more than 90% of the samples could be made to satisfy the required convergence criteria.

In the study, a convergence model of a mobile-based English speaking test was developed. Based on the needs analysis from Korean college students, a speaking test App for iOS and Android mobile devices was developed and its test validity was examined. To develop the test, test items, scoring features and scales were developed. The result of the needs analysis survey showed that 69 out of 87 (79.3%) owned Android phones whereas only 17 (19.5%) held iPhones. Based on the result, an English speaking test App was developed. The technologies used for the test included HTML5, the Javasciript bridge technology, Node and Express, and Mongo DB. In the experiment, five examinees took the test. The test validity was obtained in that all the functions of the test were successfully operated and some feedback was gathered.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of patient controlled analgesia(PCA) convergence education on postoperative pain management in spinal surgery patients. Sixty spinal surgery patients were included. For the experimental group(n=30), PCA education using video, booklet, and a PCA model practice was provided before surgery. The data were collected using questionnaire and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2-test$, Fisher's exact test, t-test and repeated measures ANOVA. PCA knowledge-attitude, PCA satisfaction and pain control satisfaction were higher in the experimental group than the control group(p<.001; p=.001; p<.001). Postoperative pain and frequency of additional analgesia use of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(p<.001; p=.001). This findings showed that the convergence PCA education of audiovisual aids with PCA practice training could be effective pain management intervention in patients undergoing spinal surgery. These apply to development of convergence nursing interventions in clinical practice.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of bowel preparation convergence program for colonoscopy. This study used a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. A sample of 75 clients, who were scheduled for colonoscopy, was included. The experimental group was given bowel preparation convergence program including audiovisual education, walking-exercise and telephone counseling. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire and colonoscopy monitoring and were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program. The experimental group reported significantly higher compliance of taking bowel preparation agents and test satisfaction(p=.002; p=.001), lower test difficulty and test discomfort than those of the control group(p=.002; p=.001). There were significant differences in level of bowel cleansing and test time required except compliance of diet restriction between groups(p<.001; p=.001; p=.108). This findings indicate that bowel preparation convergence program can be an effective nursing intervention for colonoscopy. The convergence intervention for diagnostic test is needed to be developed in clinical practice.

Research on decreasing the weight of composite sandwich panels is in progress. This paper reports the experimental results for the mechanical behavior of a composite sandwich panel. The skins of sandwich panels were made of glass fiber sheets and plywood matrix composites. Their interior layers consisted of glass fiber pultrusion pipes and gold foam. Experimental tests were performed to obtain the mechanical properties and complex mechanical behavior. Before fatigue tests, tensile tests and 3-point bending tests were carried out to obtain the optimal design and determine their strength and failure mechanisms in the flat-wise position. After the static test, a fatigue test were conducted at a load frequency of 5 Hz, stress ratio (R) of 0.1, and endurance limit for the S-N curve. It showed that the failure modes were related to both the core design and skin failure.

This paper proposes functional test methods of first-aid gadgets which are special end-effectors, for relief robot. In recent years, researches have been actively conducted on robots that can perform rescue operations on behalf of rescue workers in dangerous areas such as disasters and wars. These special robots mainly perform the task of finding or transporting injured people. However, it is sometimes they necessary to provide first aid in the field. Among the various first-aid operations, gadgets are being developed for oxygen supply, injection, and hemostasis operations that can be used in a defense/civilian area by using robot technology. Previous studies have proposed first-aid gadgets that are suitable for onsite situations and enable robots to perform the given task quickly and accurately. In this paper, we design a test procedure suitable for the functions of first-aid gadgets, summarize the results, and introduce future research directions.

Recent domestic university has emerged need to convergence education. Health related department College students must deal with a lot of exams. The test anxiety can cause physiological and psychological problems. To solve this problem, it is necessary examine the relationship between test anxiety and self-esteem. This study Health related department College students conducted questionnaire survey of 301 students. In general the overall average is 2.98 according to the characteristics of self-esteem and gender, boys, if older, the older the more self-esteem was higher. Test anxiety of the general characteristics showed little higher this year. Test anxiety is higher self-esteem was low. The effect o the general characteristics and test anxiety self-esteem, in the case of boys, seniors, if I choose this self-esteem was higher, the higher the anxiety test were analyzed by low self-esteem. Therefore, need to a systematic curriculum approach and academic environment.
