The aging of the population has a fundamental impact on the national economy, including decline in productive population, atrophy of available funds, slowdown of technological innovation, slowdown of economic growth, and decrease in vitality of society as a whole. Increase of elderly population would lead to increase in elderly welfare consumers, which would also lead to increase the demand for elderly welfare services. However, due to the continuation of the low birth rate, there is a great shortage of human resources who can handle this. In such a situation, the main goal of the elderly welfare system in the future should aim to actively try to design effective policies, prepare systems, and implement services for the problems of the aged society, and to find ways to expand the finances, manpower, methods, and facilities necessary for the welfare of the elderly. Elderly welfare services in Korea have been changed and developed in accordance with socioeconomic changes such as industrialization and urbanization. This study examines the changes in elderly welfare services in Korea by the flow of times and presents a method which utilizes artificial intelligence and Internet of Things in services for the elderly welfare consumers to improve both quality and efficiency.

Recently, as wired and wireless communication services have rapidly developed and multimodal mobile devices which have various characteristics have widely spread, the need for new convergence services increases. The growing population of VoIP technologies and the high communication expense yield that the market of IP based telephony such as WiFi phone and IP phone is substituted for one of the conventional PSTN telephony. With the help of this trend, the wireline network operators desire to find a market in mobile networks. Therefore, they focus on Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) service as one of the key factors to accomplish this goal. FMC services are able to provide the mobility of voice services between circuit switched and packet switched networks. IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) based Voice Call Continuity (VCC) is one of the schemes to embody FMC services. As Application Server (AS) which has this VCC function provides seamless handover of services between heterogeneous networks, FMC subscribers can communicate seamlessly with others m WiFi domain and COMA domain using WiFi-COMA dual phone. Most of enterprises have already introduced IP network infrastructure and IP-PBX (Private Branch eXchange) for telephony. However, the problems of high communication cost and work inefficiency due to frequent outside jobs or business trips have remained. In order to solve these problems, demands for enterprise FMC services increase. In this paper, we introduce a new IP-PBX based VCC model that can provide seamless handover of voice services between WiFi and COMA networks for enterprise users and we investigate some interworking and security issues between Soft Switch (SSW) and IMS, or between IMSs. In addition, we introduce a new service that can provide the continuity of voice sessions as well as video sessions using Multimedia Session Continuity (MMSC) technology which has evolved from VCC. This service is expected to be one of the next-generation personalized services based on user's context.

The purpose of this study was to awareness of dental care services in the elderly long-term care insurance system and retirement preparation of middle-aged people. The survey respondents had a 56.1% saving for old age life, And showed a tendency to they don't like depend on one's family(41.8%), elderly care was intended to use facility services and nursing care. 36.7% of respondents answered "I know a little" about the system. Also, the need for dental care services within the system was high (98.5%), If the service is provided, 92.3% of the respondents said that they would participate, otherwise unrecognized rate of dental care services in long-term care insurance was 85.2%. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the awareness of the part of dental care service in the system. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the improvement of the system of dental care services in long-term care insurance for elderly.

Lately, the three mobile telecom companies in Korea are competing for the launch of Internet of Things services for using home. Typical launched services are in the smart home related fields. However, Internet of Things as mobile telecom based are at an early stage, expected that various services will be started continuously. At this point, we have been planning to analyze the preference of Internet of Things for objects based on the services already launched. In order to apply the analytic hierarchy method, the first stage factors were designed as Safety, Security, Health care, Intelligence and Home appliances. In addition, the second stage factors were organized into 18 detailed services presented in the conceptual model. As a result, Health care (23.2%) was the most preferred priority. These results can be interpreted as the result of interest in health by improving income. We presented the theoretical and practical implications of these results.

This study analyzed the effects that service convergence factors in the public sector have upon corporate performance via the parameter of overall satisfaction, targeting corporations that have received corporate support service under the auspices of regional industry promotion policies. The results of the analysis indicated that corporate support service quality factors pertaining to support processes and outcomes, excluding quality, have significant influence on overall satisfaction, and overall satisfaction also affects corporate performance. Thus, the study is significant in that it provides a sound basis for judging which aspects of corporate support convergence service quality need to be supplemented in order to improve overall satisfaction and corporate performance.

In a V2X convergence service environment, the principal service among infotainment services and driver management services must be supported centering on critical information of the driver, maintenance manager, customer, and anonymous user. Many software applications have considered solutions to be satisfied the specific requirements of driving care programs, and plans. This paper describes data flow diagram of a secure clinic system for driving car diagnosis, which is included in clinic configuration, clinic, clinic page, membership, clinic request processing, driver profile data, clinic membership data, and clinic authentication in the V2X convergence service environment. It is reviewed focusing on security threat issue of ITS diagnostic system such as spoofing, tampering, repudiation, disclosure, denial of service, and privilege out of STRIDE model.

Technological advances made with the development of digital technology and the Internet have led to the emergence and evolution of digital convergence - the integration of media and communications. This, in turn, has led to the creation of the representative broadcast and communication convergence business model (IPTV service). This study examines the consumption patterns and behaviors of IPTV service customers and explores the process of their continuous use of the IPTV service, thereby endeavoring to contribute to the diffusion of digital convergence services. To survey customers' continuous use of the IPTV service, this study first designs a research framework based on an examination of the existing literature on satisfaction, loyalty, and so on. In addition, research is conducted on the switching barrier of the method of consolidating customers' adherence to a given IPTV service by increasing the burden on them, thereby developing a final research model with which to attempt yet another heterogeneous approach. This enables not only an analysis of the causal relationship with antecedent variables but also a measurement of the explanatory contribution of the antecedent variables' sub-variables.

Mobile SNS is a new paradigm of the communication. These days, mobile services communicate with server by client applications. TALK or PUSH provide services using TCP/IP software in operation system through massage or data by socket. Thus, SNS and mobile convergence are necessary and new service is constructed using platform of SNS. In this paper, we design and implement TALK and PUSH services between clients by location based SNS using the socket type.

Resource allocation in device-to-device (D2D) aided cellular systems, in which the proximity users are allowed to communicate directly with each other without relying on the intervention of base stations (BSs), is investigated in this paper. A new uplink resource allocation policy is proposed by exploiting the relationship between D2D-access probability and channel gain among variant devices, such as cellular user equipments (CUEs), D2D user equipments (DUEs) and BSs, etc., under the constraints of their minimum signal to interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) requirements. Furthermore, the proposed resource-allocation problem can be formulated as the cost function of "maximizing the number of simultaneously activated D2D pairs subject to the SINR constraints at both CUEs and DUEs". Numerical results relying on system-level simulations show that the proposed scheme is capable of substantially improving both the D2D-access probability and the network throughput without sacrificing the performance of conventional CUEs.

In Ubiquitous computing environment, as the requirements of various services and combination of personal digital assistant are increasing, the standards and technologies have been developing all over the world. Also, ubiquitous government is planning to provide seamless service therefore, the demand is very high about infrastructure of service combination which connects various governmental systems. As a result, it is required that the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and technical developments which combine various services, devices and terminal accepting to use seamless service convergence in ubiquitous computing environment. In this paper, I suggest to combine for a single web service to use Business Process Management (BPM). It can be expected to develop technologies efficiently and effectively by reusing web services, and reducing mistakes and faults of the development.
