전기화학적 산화처리가 탄소섬유/극성화된 폴리프로필렌 복합재의 기계적 계면 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Electrochemical Oxidation of Carbon Fibers on Mechanical Interfacial Properties of Carbon Fibers-reinforced Polarized-Polypropylene Matrix Composites)

  • 본 연구에서는 탄소섬유 표면에 가해진 전기화학적 산화처리가 탄소섬유강화 극성화된 폴리프로필렌 기지 복합재료의 기계적 계면 물성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 전류밀도 변수에 따른 섬유표면의 변화를 관찰하였다. 표면처리 전후의 탄소섬유 표면특성은 주사전자현미경과 원자현미경, 적외선분광법, X선광전자분광법과 접촉각으로 분석하였다. 탄소섬유강화복합재의 기계적 계면특성은 임계응력세기인자를 측정하여 평가하였다. 실험 결과 전기화학적 산화처리 후 섬유 표면의 $O_{1s}$ 피크의 증가를 관찰할 수 있었고, 이는 섬유의 표면자유에너지의 증가를 유도하며, 탄소섬유와 폴리프로필렌의 계면 결합력이 증가된 것으로 판단된다. 결론적으로 탄소섬유강화복합재료의 기계적 물성은 탄소섬유와 극성 폴리프로필렌 기지와의 계면 강도조절을 통해 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • Aerosol Deposition Method (ADM) is a novel technique to grow ceramic thick films with high density and nano-crystal structure at room temperature. $^{1,2)}$ For these unique advantages of ADM, it would be applied to the fabrication process of 3-D integration ceramic modules effectively. However, it is critical to control the properties of starting powders, because a film formation through ADM is achieved by impaction and consolidation of starting powders on the substrates. We fabricated alumina thick films by ADM for the application to integral substrates for RF modules. When the as-received alumina powders were used as a starting material without any treatments, it was observed that the dielectric properties of as-deposited alumina films, such as relative permittivity and loss tangent, showed high dependency on the frequency. In this study, some techniques of powder pre-treatments to improve the dielectric properties of alumina thick films will be shown and the effects of starting powders on the properties of AD films will be discussed.

  • In the present work, the complete convergence and complete moment convergence properties for arrays of rowwise extended negatively dependent (END) random variables are investigated. Some sharp theorems on these strong convergence for weighted sums of END cases are established. These main results not only generalize the known corresponding ones of Cai [2], Wang et al. [17] and Shen [14], but also improve them, respectively.

  • In this paper, we have presented rough ideal statistical convergence of sequence on neutrosophic normed spaces as a significant convergence criterion. As neutrosophication can handle partially dependent components, partially independent components and even independent components involved in real-world problems. By examining some properties related to rough ideal convergence in these spaces we have established some equivalent conditions on the set of ideal statistical limit points for rough ideal statistically convergent sequences.

진공사출금형용 STS316L 금속 다공체 제조 및 기계적 특성 (Fabrication and Mechanical Properties of STS316L Porous Metal for Vacuum Injection Mold)

  • In this study, porous stainless steel (STS316L) sintered body was fabricated by powder metallurgy method and its properties such as porosity, compressive yield strength, hardness, and permeability were evaluated. 67.5Fe-17Cr- 13Ni-2.5Mo (wt%) powder was produced by a water atomization. The atomized powder was classified into size with under $45{\mu}m$ and over $180{\mu}m$, and then they were compacted with various pressures and sintered at $1210^{\circ}C$ for 1 h in a vacuum atmosphere. The porosities of sintered bodies could be obtained in range of 20~53% by controlling the compaction pressure. Compressive yield strength and hardness were achieved up to 268 MPa and 94 Shore D, respectively. Air permeability was obtained up to $79l/min{\cdot}cm^2$. As a result, mechanical properties and air permeability of the optimized porous body having a porosity of 25~40% were very superior to that of Al alloy.

  • In this parer, we propose a clustering that perform algorithm using new convergence properties. For detection and optimization of cluster, we use to similarity measure with cumulative probability and to inference the its parameters with MLE. A merits of using the cumulative probability in our method is very effectiveness that robust to noise or unnecessary data for inference the parameters. And we adopt similarity threshold to converge the number of cluster that is enable to past convergence and delete the other influence for this learning algorithm. In the simulation, we show effectiveness of our algorithm for convergence and optimization of cluster in riven data set.

  • Novel photoluminescent graphene, graphene/europium/picolinate, was made from the reaction of the graphene carboxylate, europium(III) and $\alpha$-pyridoin anion in methanol solution. There was evidence on IR spectroscopic data that europium metal was coordinated by graphene carboxylate. The graphene/europium/picolinate materials emitted the red luminescence with main peaks at 609 and 695 nm, when solid sample was excited by an UV light at the wavelength of 254 nm. The surface morphology and physical properties of the graphene/europium/picolinate product have been investigated by IR, PL, SEM, TEM and TGA measurements.

  • 최근 다양한 분야에서 활용하기 위한 고분자 나노복합소재 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 2차원 나노소재 중 물성이 우수하다고 알려진 신소재인 그래핀나노플레이트를 활용하여 고분자 기지와 복합소재를 제조할 때 강한 응집현상이 일어나기 때문에 우선적으로 분산 문제를 해결하고자 하는 요구가 높아지고 있다. 본 리뷰 논문에서는 그래핀나노플레이트의 다양한 분산법을 사용하여 분산성이 향상된 탄소 나노복합소재 제조에 대한 연구를 소개하고자 한다. 고분산성을 통해 물성이 향상된 탄소 나노복합소재는 앞으로 더욱 다양한 분야에서 널리 활용될 것이다.

  • 유리섬유(GF) 강화 복합재료는 금속에 비해 경량화의 장점으로 인해 기체 부품 산업의 높은 성장률과 방산 산업의 발전으로 수요는 증가되고 있으며 제품의 형태를 다양하게 제작할 수 있는 RTM 공정으로 산업적으로 이용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경화제의 분자량에 의한 가교 밀도 차이에 따라 변화되는 RTM의 성형성과 복합재료의 기계적 물성 및 계면 물성의 차이를 관찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 동일한 에폭시를 사용하였으며 유사한 화학 구조의 경화제를 이용하였다. 시편은 RTM 공법으로 제작하였으며 기지의 특성을 알아보기 위해 점도 측정 및 기지 주입시간을 측정하였다. 유리 섬유/에폭시 복합재료의 기계적 물성을 실험하여 굴곡 강도를 측정하였으며 계면 물성을 평가하기 위해 층간전단강도(ILSS)와 계면전단강도(IFSS)를 측정하였다. RTM 공정 시 기지의 점도에 의해 섬유의 함침정도에 따라 복합재료의 섬유 무게 분율(wt %)은 변화되고 이에 따라 유리섬유/에폭시 복합재료의 기계적 물성의 차이가 확인되었다.

수열합성 공정 변화에 따른 ZnS 나노분말의 구조 특성과 소결체의 광학적 특성 (Structural Properties of ZnS Nanoparticles by Hydrothermal Synthesis Process Conditions and Optical Properties of Ceramic)

  • In this paper, the ZnS nanoparticles were synthesized according to the process conditions of hydrothermal synthesis. When the molar ratio of Zn to S was 1:1.2, it was confirmed that it had a cubic single phase and a high crystal phase. After the molar ratio is fixed, hydrothermal synthesis was conducted at $180^{\circ}C$ for 24, 36, 72 and 96 h in order to confirm the structural change with the change of hydrothermal synthesis times. As the hydrothermal synthesis times increased, the particle size increased. The hydrothermal synthesized particle size for 72 h was considered to be suitable for sintering. The ZnS ceramic had a density of 99.7% and an excellent transmittance of ~70% in the long-wavelength region.
