자율분산 역 제어시스템 단계적 구축에 따른 테스트 방법 (Test method for step-by-step construction of Autonomous station control system)

  • Autonomous Station Control System is automatic route control system of large-scale station. The system has flexibility of system step-by-step construction and expandability. A method of step-by-step construction for Autonomous Station Control System has system expansion and subsystem software expansion. The system has autonomous controllability and autonomous coordinability for system step by step construction. With property for a basis, each of subsystem communicates data field. Also, Each subsystem has its own management system, Autonomous Data Manager to manage itself and coordinate with the others. This paper make clear test method for Autonomous Station Control System expansion and software expansion. The first test method of system increasing construction is single station construction test. The second of method is connecting test the neighbor's Autonomous Station Control System. The third of method is connecting test the Autonomous Line Management System. Also, the test method of software expansion take the case of route control subsystem.

위성항법 지상국 감시제어시스템 품질 감시 기법 분석 (Quality Monitoring Method Analysis for GNSS Ground Station Monitoring and Control Subsystem)

  • GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) Ground Station performs GNSS signal acquisition and processing. This system generates error correction information and distributes them to GNSS users. GNSS Ground Station consists of sensor station which contains receiver and meteorological sensor, monitoring and control subsystem which monitors and controls sensor station, control center which generates error correction information, and uplink station which transmits correction information to navigation satellites. Monitoring and control subsystem acquires and processes navigation data from sensor station. The processed data is transmitted to GNSS control center. Monitoring and control subsystem consists of data acquisition module, data formatting and archiving module, data error correction module, navigation determination module, independent quality monitoring module, and system maintenance and management module. The independent quality monitoring module inspects navigation signal, data, and measurement. This paper introduces independent quality monitoring and performs the analysis using measurement data.

  • In this paper, the analysis methods of available information are reviewed and it is elicited to the method of which the analysis results are applied to the Autonomous Decentralized Train Management System for the optimization at the point of the route control time and for making the efficiency shunting plan in the Autonomous Centralized Station Operation Control System. As the statistics and estimated information which are got through the utilizable information analysis are applied for the automatic route control function and the shunting plan management of the station operation control system, it is possible to use efficiently the station information by the autonomous route control system. And as the exact forecast information needed for the shunting plan establishment and the operation is provided to the operator, it is established to the efficient train operation plan.

기준점 통합관리시스템 개발 (Development of the Integrated Management System of the Control Points)

  • 국가나 지방자치단체에서 관리하는 기준점들은 다른 측량작업 및 지형정보구축과 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 전국토의 지리적 위치 기준이 되는 국가의 중요한 자산이다. 그러나, 이런 기준점들이 현재 각종 대장으로 관리되고 있으며, 관리자가 건설이나 도시개발에 따르는 기준점 망실, 보수 및 신설 등으로 현황을 손쉽게 갱신할 수 없고, 또한 사용자가 변경된 기준점 현황을 신속하게 파악할 수 없는 실정이므로, 본 연구에서는 기준점 유지관리업무를 효율적으로 수행하고 사용자가 편리하게 활용할 수 있도록 기준점 관리시스템을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 시스템 개발을 위해, 기준점 관리업무 분석 및 요구사항을 고려하여 입력, 갱신, 검색, 네트워크, 분석 및 통계 기능 등으로 설계하였고, Mapobject를 엔진으로 Visual C++과 Visual Basic을 이용하여 구축하였다. 시스템에 사용된 도형 자료는 1/5,000 수치지도와 수치지적도면을 이용하였고, 각 기준점에 대한 속성자료는 점 명, 도엽 명, 경위도 및 TM좌표, 관측연월일, 기준점 사진 등을 활용하였다. 기준점 통합관리 시스템을 구축한 결과 기준점과 관련된 각종 도형정보와 속성정보, 위치정보를 통합관리할 수 있었다.

철로 역사 건설에 따른 강우 유출수내 비점오염물질의 동적 EMCs 및 처리방안 연구 (Dynamic EMCs and Optimum Treatment Criteria for Stormwater Runoff of a Railway Station)

  • In order to successfully propel the stormwater management program, administration plan of stormwater management is enacted in Spring, 2005. Hereafter, in a newly developing area such as a railway station, the best management practices should be established to control the nonpoint pollutant. Construction of a railway station means the increasing of imperviousness rate and lots of nonpoint pollutant emissions during rainfall. Therefore this research was performed to determine the pollutant EMC and to suggest the possible best management practice for treating nonpoint pollutants from a railway station. The $95\%$ confidence intervals of pollutant EMC were ranged to 69.4-115.2mg/L for TSS, 132.7-190.4mg/L for COD, 5.4-15.1ug/L for Oil & Grease, 4.9-12.4mg/L for TKN and 568.4-620.1ug/L for TP. The first flush criteria was ranged to 5-10mm accumulated rainfall using dynamic EMCs, Also laboratory reactor testing was performed. It shows that Zeolite media is useful for removing the washed-off pollutants from a railway station, especially for metal ions.

Cultural Management to Control Weedy Rice in Paddy Field

  • To obtain a basic information on the development of effective control strategies for weedy rice in direct seeding rice cultivation, occurrence patterns of weedy rice as influenced by different cultural practices such as cultivation method, water management, seeding time, and tillage were investigated in field or pot experiments. High occurrence of weedy rice was observed in a continuous direct seeding paddy field as compared to machine transplanted one. Based on the percent of weedy rice panicle over three years trial, high ridged dry seeding was highest with 36.9%, followed by wet seeding with 30.9%, water seeding with 14.6% and machine transplanting rice with 0.8%, indicating 97.8% reduction in weedy rice occurrence by machine transplanting rice as compared with high ridged dry seeding. Germination of weedy rice was promoted to 83-94 % when rice panicle was flooded from September 30 to October 10 for 6 days and 74-88% for 9 days on October 20. Weedy rice occurrence was also substantially reduced by delayed seeding on June 10 and intensive tillage. The results suggest that machine transplanting rice be more effective cultural practice than flooding treatment, delayed seeding and intensive tillage when weedy rice problem occurs in direct seeded paddy field.

  • 현행 무선업무 및 무선국 분류체계의 문제점을 분석하고, 일본의 전파관리 사례를 조사하여 합리적이고 효율적인 전파관리 방안을 마련하는 것이 본 연구의 내용 및 범위이다. 본 연구결과를 전파법 시행령, 무선업무 및 무선국종 분류기준 등에 관한 법제도 제개정 시 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 향후 새로운 무선업무/무선국의 정의 및 분류체계에 대한 상세한 해설집을 마련하여 실무에서의 정책 순응도를 높이는 한편, 무선국 허가 검사 업무의 정합성 및 효율성 제고에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Current subway station's office employee must perform safety management tasks by monitoring the various safety management systems. But these monitoring systems are limited in effective situational awareness and response to a state of emergency immediately. It is necessary to develop an integrated safety management system display. In this study, we developed subway station safety management system's (CCTV, fire detection & alarm system, screen door control equipment) integrated prototype display with ecological interface design framework and evaluated prototype display interface's usability with GOMS model. The result was that the ecological interface's performance was better than existing safety management system's interface.

Multi-Objective Optimal Predictive Energy Management Control of Grid-Connected Residential Wind-PV-FC-Battery Powered Charging Station for Plug-in Electric Vehicle

  • Electric vehicles (EV) are emerging as the future transportation vehicle reflecting their potential safe environmental advantages. Vehicle to Grid (V2G) system describes the hybrid system in which the EV can communicate with the utility grid and the energy flows with insignificant effect between the utility grid and the EV. The paper presents an optimal power control and energy management strategy for Plug-In Electric Vehicle (PEV) charging stations using Wind-PV-FC-Battery renewable energy sources. The energy management optimization is structured and solved using Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO) to determine and distribute at each time step the charging power among all accessible vehicles. The Model-Based Predictive (MPC) control strategy is used to plan PEV charging energy to increase the utilization of the wind, the FC and solar energy, decrease power taken from the power grid, and fulfil the charging power requirement of all vehicles. Desired features for EV battery chargers such as the near unity power factor with negligible harmonics for the ac source, well-regulated charging current for the battery, maximum output power, high efficiency, and high reliability are fully confirmed by the proposed solution.
