  • This study was carried out in order to verify the influence that recognition was mad to organization commitment, organizational culture type leadership of a social welfare organization. The study object a total Part 456 was used to analysis as social worker engaged in to social welfare agency. It was for an independent variable to revolutionized leadership, exchanged leadership as leadership type, and it was organizational culture an mediator variable, analyzed correlation of organization commitment, analysis return in order to grasp an influence to be mad to organization commitment material leadership type, executed path analysis so that direct and indirect effect being mad to organization commitment organizational culture through leadership type. Result of research, A total effect to affect regarding organization commitment, there is most a lot of revolutionized leadership, affected that organization culture appeared group culture of an organization, exchanged leadership, development culture. A leader of a social welfare organization shall improve self-participation and business efficiency voluntary of an employee through revolutionized leadership, in order to improve organization commitment of an employee, this leadership types had to improve organization commitment of an employee as group culture of an organization.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organization citizenship behavior of casino employees and organization commitment, organization commitment and customer orientation, organization citizenship behavior and customer orientation. In order to analyze data of this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with employees of casino in Gangwon-do. This study considers organization citizenship behavior of casino employees and examines the method of enhancement of organization citizenship behavior, organization commitment and customer orientation for development of casino industry. The results of the study were as follows. First, organization citizenship behavior had a statistically significant effect on citizenship, sportsmanship. Second, organization commitment had a statistically significant effect on customer orientation. Third, altruism and sportsmanship had statistically significant effects on customer orientation, citizenship had a statistically significant effect on satisfaction of customer need, conscientious action had a statistically significant effect on customer reception service.

A Study on the Pointed Technology Application of Police for Building the Learning Organization (학습조직 구축을 위한 경찰의 첨단기술 활용에 관한 연구)

  • This research was performed with the purpose to examine the Marquardt's learning organization theory and analyzed empirically the survey on 841 police officers in Korea. Altogether 841 questionnaires were collected from 23 police stations and one training institution. The sample group were composed of ranks and file sworn officers selected among the total police stations in Korea proper. The size of police stations, and its location has been taken into consideration in sampling procedure. We fan find out from this research that technology application, as subsystems of learning organization, directly related to learning dynamics significant effects on police learning organization. For building the learning organization in Korean Police, police manager should improve on the pointed technology application. Police officers could be given more scope for their problem-solving talents. Such developments would fit in well with the best policing model.

Concept Analysis of Oppression in Nursing Organization (간호조직에서의 억압에 대한 개념분석)

  • This study was to identify the concept of oppression in nursing organization thereby providing basic data on nursing education to improve oppression in nursing organization. Using Walker and Avant's criteria to identify attributes, antecedents, and consequences of oppression in nursing organization, 17 research articles published from 2006 to 2020 were reviewed. The defining attributes of oppression in nursing identified in this study were low self-esteem, lack of authority, and horizontal violence. The antecedents to oppression in nursing organization were oppressors, hierarchical organizational structure, and marginalization. The consequences of oppression in nursing organization included job satisfaction, organizational silence, patient safety and quality of nursing. Considering the findings, improvement of the hierarchical working environment in hospitals and self-awareness as professional nurses are important for nurses to overcome oppression in nursing organization. Therefore, effective educational programs should be developed to ameliorate working environment and self-awareness of nurses.

  • This study analyzed on the effect worker's organizational citizenship behaviors of vision sharing and values congruence in social welfare organization. Analysis results are as follows: the higher the degree of a certificate of qualification of social welfare organization's worker and the position of organization have on active organizational citizenship behavior in social welfare organization. Most social welfare organization don't effort for vision sharing and values congruence in organization. Vision sharing and values congruence in social welfare organization result in actively organizational citizenship behaviors. Social welfare organization's purpose are to solve the social problem in communities. Therefore, the administrator of social welfare organization strive to share the vision of the organization with worker, and should pay more effort in the selection process for selecting the worker that matches with organization's value.

Digital Contents Control for Desktop Virtualization: A Case of Virtual Folder Based Implementation (데스크톱 가상화에 따른 디지털콘텐츠 통제방안: 가상폴더방식의 구현사례)

  • Recently, with the enlargement of cloud computing, virtual desktop infrastructure(VDI) can be an alternative of the existing personal computer based information environment. For the case of partially introduced VDI coexisting with personal computer environment, we suggest a virtual folder based approach to control the overall digital contents within an organization with a case of implementation. Although a centralizing device was used for storage and sharing of organization's digital contents, it was not easy to accomplish centralizing digital contents completely. It is tried to prevent users from utilizing their own storage in their personal computers or virtual machines and to use virtual folder which transfer and store digital contents to and in EDMS. The virtual folder system of this paper looks like a real folder in a personal computer, but it is another virtual device for outer storage devices including EDMS. It can be an alternative and reference of digital contents control for future applications of cloud computing.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study of improve the organizational performance and survival with the changes of the circumstances or in pursuit of improving the organizational effectiveness through the learning organization, the organizational culture was inspected with the condition precedent of the learning organization. The result of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, the learning organization has a positive effect on the organizational effectiveness. The knowledge and experience accumulated by the learning organization improve the official satisfaction. Second, in the organizational culture of the learning organization, developmental and rational culture has positive effect on the learning organization, but hierarchical and group culture has no effect. on the learning organization. Therefore, to establish the learning organization through the organizational learning, all managers realize the importance of developmental and rational culture because the organizational effectiveness is significant when the organization change is new.

A Study on Elementary Mathematics Teacher's Guide Book according to 2009 Revised Curriculum (2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등수학 교사용 지도서 검토 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide an opportunity for better understanding and application of 2009 revised elementary school mathematics textbooks through focus group's investigations on the elementary mathematics teacher's guide books. First, We survey previous studies on the teacher's guide books to make the frame of investigation. Next, We compose focus group(8 teachers) for 3~4th grades, and analyze the teacher's guide books according to ready-made frame: compliance of curriculum, accuracy and fairness of contents, selection and organization of contents. As results of investigation, system of organization of the teacher's guide books is needed. Goal, contents, teaching methods, and evaluations have to be consistent in describing mathematical terms. And errors in mathematics and mathematics education are examined more carefully. The teacher's guide books afford teachers many materials and informations to teach mathematics through classroom lessons. So more study on the teacher's guide books and developmental study for the model guidebooks is needed along with the revised curriculum and new textbooks.

  • The purpose of this study is how to create learning organization with one method of the lifelong learning society intention. This study proposed four basic elements to set up learning organization and planned the phase for a learning organization construction. Construction of proper learning organization on route of environment confrontation ability and success of system guidance, as well as ability development and adaptation power improvement of the individual, it will be able to augment conduct ability. Through the whole process, The foundation which socially embodies the lifelong learning society believes firmly will become.

A Study on the Typology of Spatial Organization in Art Museum (공간구성에 따른 뮤지엄 유형에 관한 연구)

  • This study plans to classify the art museums in accordance with their spatial organization, analyzing their peculiarities each by its type in order to present the reference required for designing an art museums. With confidence, the analyzation as well as the results of the study contents will make worthy contribution for the future art museums. For this purpose, total of 95 art museums have been selected as the objects of analyzation. First of all, their types have been categorized in accordance with the standard of scale and architectural planning. Out of them, 33 museums have been further selected in order to see how the peculiarities of their patterns are outstanding, and then a quantitative analyzation has been made on each of them to see its space structure by utilizing 'Space Syntax'. Finally, a correlation analyzation of space structure peculiarities has been conducted and the spatial organization peculiarities per type is comprehensively arranged in accordance with the architectural planning and Space Syntax in order to present a new spatial organization per space to be used for the basic planning of the art museum. The contents of this analytical study are summarized as follows: A correlation analyzation on the typological features in terms of architectural planning and on the spatial organization features in terms of the Space Syntax has presented four new types of museum spaces: (1) Radial type, (2) Arachnoid-radial type, (3) Linear type, and (4) Grid type, in the light of which the selected 95 art museums have further been analyzed in order for their features to be reclassified.
