One hundred of thirty volcanic rocks col1ected from the Jeju island， Jeongog， Guryongpo and other areas were analyzed for major elements and trace elements with Au by inductively coupled argon plasma and graphite furnace atomic absorptiom spectrometry. The Au content is the highest values (0.2~43.4 ppb, average; 10.34 ppb) from the Jeju island volcanic rocks and the lowest (0.5~11.0 ppb, average; 1.23 ppb) from the Guryongpo volcanic area. The content of Au tends to be higher in the Quarternary volcanic rocks than Tertiary or Cretaceous volcanic rocks. The Au content of the calc alkali volcanic rocks tends to increase from mafic to felsic volcanic rocks, but that of the alkalic volcanic rocks tends to increase from felsic to mafic volcanic rocks. The Au content of the volcanic rocks collected from the Jeju island shows the highest values in the feldspar olivine basalts. Elements or oxides which have positive or negative correlations with Au are Ag, Mo, Rb, V, Y, $K_2O$, MgO and $SiO_2$, but other elements analyzed are not shown correlations with Au. It has a tendency to show that samples from the Jeju with 5 ppb gold and more are plotted in the non-Dupal area and those with less than 5 ppb gold in the Dupal area, while those from the Jeongog with 5 ppb gold and more are plotted in the Dupal area and those with less than 5 ppb gold in the non-Dupal area, in the Ba/Nb-La/Nb, Zr/Nb-Ba/Nb diagrams. It shows that samples from the Jeju and Guryongpo with high gold content are plotted in the within-plate, while those with low gold content are plotted in the arc-related area, and those from the Jeongog are scattered in the $TiO_2-Al_2O_3$, $Zr/A1_2O_3-TiO_2/Al_2O_3$ diagrams.

The consumption of catchup is increasing due to the raising of income level and food industry and westernization of dietary life followed by economic growth. In this paper I picked up three kinds of food produced by two foreign food companies and three kinds of food by two domestic companies. Inoculation of carrot discs with Agrobacterium rhizogenes harboring Ri plasmid resulted in transformation of cells, as revealed by the tumors and hairy roots arising from them. Measurements of IAA content using HPLC indicate that it is higher in tumors and inoculated tissues than in uninoculated tissue. A lot of meristemoids and vessel elements formed I tumor tissue and the hairy roots differentiated from meristemoids. IAA content in tumor tissues is decreased with hairy root and vessel elements formation from them. Formation of wound callus in uninoculated tissues resulted on wound healing but no formation of vessel elements and hairy roots. Tumor tissues show continuous growing on hormone free medium.

일본군 '위안부' 관련 구술기록은 중요한 증거로써 가치를 지니고 있으며 이를 통해 당시의 피해상황이나 실태를 파악할 수 있기 때문에 체계적인 관리와 여러 기관의 구술자료에 대한 통합 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 구술기록 관리를 위한 메타데이터 요소(안)을 제안하였다. 이 연구에서 제안한 메타데이터는 총 16개의 상위요소와 각각 그에 따른 하위요소로 구성하였다. 제안된 상위요소들은 6개의 '필수요소'와 10개의 '선택요소'로 구성하였다. 필수요소는 기록물의 제목(Title), 면담날짜(Date), 기록물의 형태(Format), 구술기록을 생산한 구술자(Creator), 구술기록의 면담내용(Content), 기록물의 권한(Rights) 요소이다.

The study aims to define the Korean Wave as global attention to Korea's unique culture and consider the specificity of traditional Korean fashion images in Korean Wave content. The research method of this study is a case study through literature research. In order to collect Korean Wave content on YouTube, 24 channels with the highest number of views were selected from among content uploaded from 2018 to the present through keyword search, and up to two channels with high views showing traditional Korean fashion images. As a result of selecting the analysis target, 41 Korean Wave videos and 368 costumes were selected and analyzed based on fashion style elements, including item, color, detail, motif, styling, silhouette, and accessory. As a result of the study, music, broadcast, fashion, and other content were found in the Korean Wave content fields in which Korean fashion style appeared, and the characteristics of each field were derived. Music content was characterized by fashion style excluding stereotypes about traditional Korean costume, broadcast and fashion content was characterized by fashion style inherited from traditional costume, and other content was characterized by symbolic fashion style of traditional culture. This study is meaningful in revealing the formative characteristics of traditional Korean design elements recently shared online through the study of Korean traditional fashion images in Korean Wave content.

The purpose of this study is to assist understanding the integrated subjects and to obtain implications required on the actual operation of curriculum by analyzing content elements and basic inquiry activities in the revised "wise lift" curriculum 2007. The result of this study is as follows. First, the formation of elements in contents of "wise life" deals with the passage of time based on changing seasons, myself and family in the 1st grade and the concept of space based on home and a village in the 2nd grade. Six main subjects and twelve activity subjects are presented per each grade. Second, number of activity subjects and content elements are reduced as compared with 7th curriculum so that the responsibility of operating classes based on activities is reduced and the purpose of rationalizing contents is somewhat fulfilled. Third, eliminating a relevant domains decisively when presenting the activity subjects assures the identification and purpose as the integrated subject focused on inquiry activities. Fourth, the result of analyzing the course-relevance on content elements shows that the allotment per each domain and course is less considered but the relevance of social studies is higher regardless of non-course characteristics as the integrated subject. Fifth, according to the component ratio of basic inquiry activities, 'Observing' and 'Debating' were presented as the most essential activities, and 'Measuring' and 'Making' were relatively low. By considering characteristics of course requiring balanced and various experiences of inquiry activities, additional discussions are required on appropriateness of the component ratio. Sixth, 'Observing' was increased and 'Debating' and 'Making' were decreased on the main activities in this revised curriculum as compared with 7th curriculum.

1979년 처음 방영되어 오늘날까지 많은 인기를 끌고 있는 원제 기동전사 건담은 기존의 2분법적 대결성을 가진 타 로봇 애니메이션과 다른 차별성을 가진 애니메이션 컨텐츠이다. 건담을 제작한 토미노 요시유키(富野由悠季) 감독의 말에 의하면 드라마적 요소를 가미한 작품으로 거짓말 투성이 리얼리티(噓八百リアリティ－)라는 함축적인 말로 설명되는 컨텐츠이다. 건담이라는 컨텐츠는 일본 자국의 애니메이션을 넘어 전 세계로 나아가 다양한 산업으로 확대 발전되고 있으며, 더 나아가 건담 문화라고 까지 불리기도 한다. 문화라는 학문적 관점에서 문화를 구성하는 다섯 가지 요소(기술, 가치, 사회관계, 언어, 물질)를 중심으로 건담이라는 컨텐츠를 분석하였으며, 그 결과 문화를 구성하는 다섯 가지 각각의 요소들에 상충하는 충분한 내용과 가치가 있는 것으로 사료되어진다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumption value and characteristic of content in cosmetics & perfume advertisement in men's fashion magazines in order to understand the changes of men's cosmetics market which is recently getting great attention along with the craze for 'florally handsome men', and 'eolzzang'(=gorgeous face), and examine the changes of the culture of men's make-up. I selected Esquire which had firstly produced men's fashion magazine in Korea, and implemented the content analysis, the quantitative analysis method, by separating linguistic elements ken visual elements. The results are as follows: In the analysis of consumption value revealed in the linguistic elements of cosmetics advertisement, emotion value was the highest in both cosmetics and perfume, while function value was the second highest in cosmetics and rarity value was the second highest in perfume. About the changes of content characteristics of visual elements, in both cosmetics and perfume advertisement, there were a lot of visual advertisements focused on figures without the mixture of linguistic expressions. Between advertisement in 1990s and that in 2000s, there were meaningful differences only in types and object of meaning of used symbols.

The purpose of this study was to compare the configuration changes of content elements and inquiry activities between 2009 and 2015 revised national elementary school science curriculum, and to examine the trends in achievement standards. The results of this study were as follows. First, the number of content elements presented in the 2015 revised science curriculum was slightly decreased in comparison to 2009 revised one, but fell short of goal level for revision, that was to cut 20 percent of present achievement standards. The characteristics of changes in achievement standards were to enhance the relation to practical life, to integrate the content elements separated, and to adopt the achievement standard to introduce new concept. Second, the number of inquiry activities presented in the 2015 revised science curriculum was also slightly decreased, and to be linked with the changes of achievement standards. In some cases, the range of inquiry activity was adjusted, or the unit to present it was changed. Teacher should know exactly about the elements to be changed in the 2015 revised national elementary school science curriculum, and it will be needed them to make an efforts in the cause of its smooth application.

The article presents the results of the content of the chemical and biochemical composition of the pupa of the wild silkworm Saturnia pyri belonging to the family Saturniidae, species of Lepidoptera. The nutritional value of silkworm Saturnia pyri pupae was evaluated, which contained 51% dry matter, 52.50% crude protein, 27.89% fat, 10.50% chitin fibers, 2.5% ash and 27 macro- and microelements and 25 mg alpha tocopherols in 100 g oil. The X-ray fluorescence method was used to determine the content of mineral elements in the pupa of the silkworm Saturnia pyri. It was revealed that the pupa of this type of silkworm contains 25 elements, of which the relative amount of K, Mg, Na, Ca, Al is much higher than other elements.
