치과기공사의 셀프리더십 전략유형 - 경남지역을 중심으로 - (Self-Leadership Strategy Styles of Dental Technicians - Focused on Gyeongnam region -)

  • Self-leadership means a person's ability to make his thought or behavior in a right way by controlling it himself. Strategies of the same leadership can be largely categorized into three, behavior focused, natural reward and constructive thought strategies. In this study, the foresaid styles of self-leadership strategy are discussed from the perspective of dental lab laboratories' business environment of Gyeongnam region. And accordingly, this researcher examined such strategy styles that dental lab managers, chief technicians and assistant technicians usually have. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, out of the self-leadership strategy styles, most remarkably found among the professional of dental technology was constructive thought strategy, followed by behavior-focused and natural reward strategies in order. In general, therefore, the professionals strongly tend to make their thoughts that can a positive effect on their work performance or in a constructive way. In other words, professional dental technicians are more likely to make efforts to persuade or persuade themselves to change their own unreasonable confidence or negative process in more positive way. Second, the extent to which constructive thought strategy is perceived was not different among dental lab managers, chief technicians and assistant technicians. While, behavior-focused and natural reward strategies were found most strongly perceived by dental lab managers, followed by chief and assistant technicians in order. This may be attributed to the fact that the higher professional dental technicians are in position, the higher they are in self-leadership, or in the ability to overcome crises by themselves and make their thought or behavior in a right way. Dental lab managers usually have lots of experiences in relation to behavior-focused or natural reward strategy. Therefore, they are very strongly capable of controlling themselves in order to overcome crises or make their thought or behavior in a right way. In contrast, assistant technicians are still having lots of trials and errors because they are less experienced and skilled. This suggests that chief technicians should make themselves fully capable as a medium that connects between dental lab managers and assistant technicians.

셀프리더십이 기술혁신에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the influence of Self-Leadership to Technology Innovation)

  • 본 연구는 성공적인 기술혁신을 위해 조직 내에서 중요시 여겨야 할 셀프리더십의 중요성을 인식하는데 있어서 중소기업을 대상으로 한 조직 내 구성원들의 셀프리더십이 기술혁신에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 저 실증검증 하고자 하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 셀프리더십의 구성요인 중 건설적 사고전략을 제외한 행위적 전략, 자연적 보상전략은 제품혁신에 유의한 정의 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 셀프리더십의 구성요인 중 전설적 사고전략을 제외한 행위적 전략, 자연적 보상전략이 공정혁신에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 기술혁신 달성을 위해 조직 내에서 중요시 여겨야할 셀프리더십의 구성요인들을 확인하고 구성원들이 스스로 일의 진행을 확인하고 직무에 주의를 기울이며 전략적 행동방향 설정과 업무상 책임을 넓혀 스스로에 대한 활동책임을 느끼게 함으로써 직무자체로 부터의 만족감을 느낄 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요하다.

일부 물리치료 전공 대학생의 셀프리더십과 내재적 동기간의 관계분석 (Analyzing Correlation of Self-leadership and Intrinsic Motivation Among Some Physiotherapy Students)

  • PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for developing the self-leadership program by identifying the effect of self-leadership on intrinsic motivation among physical therapy students. METHODS: One hundred physical therapy students in E university of Gyeonggido were recruited by convenience sampling from October 4 to 14, 2016. Of them, 89% were chosen and 79% were analyzed after excluding the cases with wrong answers. The survey, using Likert's five scales was conducted with fifteen items of intrinsic motivation (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, .84) and thirty-five items of self-leadership (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, .90). Frequency analysis, correlation analysis regression diagnostics, and multiple regression analysis were done with SPSS 20.0 Statistics program (IBM, Korea). RESULTS: The total score of Self-leadership was 3.61 and of substrategies was 4.05 (Natural reward strategy), 3.38 (Behavior-focus strategy), and 3.43 (Constructive thought pattern strategy), respectively. The score of intrinsic motivation was 3.43. The substrategy of Self-leadership indicated positive correlation with intrinsic motivation. The correlation values in higher order were .75 (Natural reward strategy), .66 (Behavior-focus strategy), and .61 (Constructive thought pattern strategy). The Constructive thought pattern strategy (t=5.18, p=.00) and Natural reward strategy (t=2.10, p=.38), except Behavior-focus strategy were effective on intrinsic motivation, according to the multiple regression analysis. CONCLUSION: Before stepping up to the next level of being a physical therapist, students must go through the educational program to improve the Constructive thought pattern strategy and Natural reward strategy.

청년층의 창업교육 인지도가 셀프리더십 전략수준에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Youth perceived importance of Entrepreneurship Education on the self-leadership strategy)

  • 본 연구는 대학 청년층의 창업교육 구성내용에 대한 인지된 중요도가 개인의 내재적 자기효능감과 내적 자기조절, 자기보상의 셀프리더십 전략 수준에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 창업교육 개념에 대한 인지된 중요도는 셀프리더십 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 반면, 창업교육의 창의성에 대한 인지된 중요도는 행동중심적 셀프리더십, 자연보상적 셀프리더십, 건설적 사유 셀프리더십 전략 모두 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 창업교육 경영에 대한 인지된 중요도는 자연보상적 셀프리더십에 통계적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 행동주의적 셀프리더십, 건설적 사유 셀프리더십에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 창업교육 특허에 대한 인지된 중요도는 행동중심적, 건설적 사유 셀프리더십에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 발명교육의 경영, 창의성, 특허와 같은 실제 창업내용을 중요하게 인지하는 청년층들이 자기통제와 긍정적 자기보상의 셀프리더십 수준이 높음을 알 수 있었다.

셀프리더십과 혁신행동과의 관계에서 상사신뢰의 매개효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mediating Effect of Trust in Supervisor on the Relationship between Self-Leadership and Innovative Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study verifies: the relationship between self-leadership (behavioral-focused strategies, natural reward strategies, constructive thought pattern strategies) and innovative behavior, and mediator effect of trust in supervisor. In order to verify the relationship and mediator effect, data obtained from 140 employees working in business office in Ulsan Metropolitan City were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. The findings are as follows: First, the relationship between self-leadership(behavioral- focused strategies, natural reward strategies, constructive thought pattern strategies) and trust in supervisor is positively related Second, There was also a positive correlation between the trust in supervisor and innovative behavior. Finally, trust in supervisor played as a partial mediator on the relationship between self-leadership(behavioral- focused strategies, natural reward strategies, constructive thought pattern strategies) and innovative behavior. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

간호사의 셀프리더십 수준이 개인과 팀의 직무역할 수행에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Nurses' Self-leadership on Individual and Team Members' Work Role Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine correlations between nurses' self-leadership and individual work role performance and correlations between self-leadership in nursing units and team members' work role performance. Methods: Participants were 202 conveniently selected general nurses from 5 general hospitals in Korea. The study was carried out on 35 nursing units. Data were collected during February 2015 with self-report questionnaires. Results: For factors affecting individual work role performance, self-expectation, self-goal setting, constructive thought, clinical career in the present nursing unit and marital status accounted for 44.0% of proficiency, while self-expectation, self-goal setting, constructive thought, and marital status accounted for 42.3% of adaptivity. Self-expectation, self-goal setting, constructive thought, self-reward, clinical career in the present nursing unit and position accounted for 26.4% of proactivity. In terms of team members' work role performance, self-reward and self-expectation in nursing units explained 29.0% of team members' proficiency. Self-reward and self-expectation in nursing units explained 31.6% of team members' adaptivity, and self-reward in nursing units explained 16.8% of team members' proactivity. Conclusion: The results confirm that nurses' self-leadership affects not only individual self-leadership but also team members' work role performance. Accordingly, to improve nurses' work role performance in nursing units of nursing organizations, improvement in nursing environment based on self-leadership education is necessary and nurses' tasks rearranged so they can appreciate work-autonomy and challenges of work.

셀프리더십과 직무태도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy in the Relationship between Self-leadership and Job Attitude)

  • 본 연구는 셀프리더십이 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이들 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과에 대해 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 셀프리더십을 행동지향전략, 자연보상전략, 건설적 사고전략으로 구분하고, 각 셀프리더십이 자기효능감을 매개하여 조직몰입과 직무만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 분석하기 위해 셀프리더십을 발휘할 수 있는 기업 재직자 280명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 그 중 최종 239명의 표본데이터를 갖고 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 셀프리더십의 구성요인 가운데 행동지향전략과 자연보상전략은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 건설적 사고전략은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자기효능감은 행동지향전략과 조직몰입, 자연보상전략과 조직몰입 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 셀프리더십과 직무만족의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 구성요인 중 자연보상전략만이 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 행동지향전략과 건설적 사고전략은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이때, 자기효능감은 자연보상전략이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 분석결과에 대한 시사점과 연구의 한계점을 제안하였다.

셀프리더십이 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 - 조리전공 대학생을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Self-Leadership on Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and Career Preparation Behavior - Focused on Culinary Major Students -)

  • 본 연구는 조리전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십이 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동과의 영향관계를 분석하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 data는 SPSS 16.0 Version 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 다양한 결과들을 도출하였다. 첫째, 모든 셀프리더십의 하위요인(행동준비전략, 자연보상 및 건설적 사고전략)은 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인(직업정보, 목표설정, 계획수립, 문제해결, 자기평가)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모든 셀프리더십 하위요인은 진로준비행동 하위요인(진로탐색활동, 목표달성활동)에 정(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로, 조리전공 대학생들의 셀프리더십의 강화는 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동으로 발전에 매우 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다.

Finding the Causal Relationship between Self-Leadership Strategies, Academic Performance and Class Attendance Attitudes : Comparative Research between Korean and Indian Students

  • A number of organizations have had big interests in studies concerning leadership and in academic areas, in not only management but also psychology. Until now, leadership has been accentuated by managers or team leaders especially. Recently, however, the concept of self-leadership directing one's own activities through self-control or self-management is being focused on in practices and in academia. This study is to investigate the influence between self-leadership strategies and learning performance in IT classes mediated by attitude of attendance focused on the social science students in two universities (Korea (121 samples) and India (106 samples)). And this research tried to compare difference between two university students. Research results can give us direction of task-taking attitudes in firms or learning attitudes in teaching organizations and implications to human resource managers who are in charge of improving learning performance or productivity.
