The purpose of this study is to provide some constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations aiming at enhancing the quality of public services and the competitiveness of government in case of Korea. The major suggestions of this study are as follows: First, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations should be implemented in the level of national government reforms. Second, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are to drive at linking the related policies and the use of information communication technologies. Third, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are should be based on the information superhighway project initiated in 1994. Fourth, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are to drive at introducing the concepts of IRM(Information Resources Management) and emphasizing the concepts of information transfer. Fifth, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are to drive at adapting the related new information technologies including Internet by a means to full joint utilization of information. Sixth, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are to drive at the policy of full joint utilization of information linking through the private and public sector. Finally, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are to drive at considering the linkage of other countries and international organizations.

The railway structure for a rubber-wheeled automated guide-way transit system consists of a driveway and a guide-way. The most important factor of this system is the driveway and the guide-way aligned with each other, especially for curves and inclines section. The conventional construction method caused many problems such as discordancy by constructing the driveway before constructing the guide-way. Therefore, in this paper we introduce a new method of constructing a railway for a rubber-wheeled light rail vehicle; the new method of constructing the guide-way beforehand as a preceding process. The new method for AGT railway system can simplify the construction process and thus the construction costs may be reduced. It should also improve the driving performance and the comfortability in operating of a light rail vehicle.

이 연구는 부산시 금정구 금샘도서관(가칭) 건립 타당성 조사 연구의 일부로서, 도서관 건립의 경제적 타당성 분석에 대한 결과를 검토하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위하여, 이 연구에서는 도서관 건립에 대한 정책적 타당성 분석, 수요조사, 경제적 타당성 분석의 결과를 살펴보았다, 경제성 분석 도구로 비용편익비율, 순현재가치, 내부수익률을 활용하여 경제적 타당성을 분석하였으며, 조건부가치측정법을 활용하여 편익을 추정하였다. 연구의 결과, 금샘도서관 건립의 비용편익비율은 1.28로 나타났으며, 도서관 건립은 경제적 타당성을 확보한 것으로 분석되었다.

This study was intended to identify the constructing factors and hierarchy of images in the gathered skirts, which is expected to be helpful in shape classification. The gathered skirts were made by different gathering conditions: three kinds of the gathers ratio(1.5T, 2.0T, 2.5T) and different fabrics(cotton, mixed wool, polyester). 45 undergraduate and graduate women students responded to the nine gathered skirts during December in 2004 to February in 2005. 184 words expressing gathered skirt were collected through the investigation and analysis of questionnaires. 32 words arranged in based on the standard form with frequency before conducting factor analysis to identify the constructing factors of gathered skirt images. As a result of factors analysis, 2 factors-H shape, A shape were found out as constructing factors of gathered skirts. To explain the hierarchy of gathered skirt images, cluster analysis was applied. To observe the association of 32 words, dendrogram was introduced, and to interpret the result, five sub clusters were determined. This 5 clusters were continuously combined according to their frequency, based on the factors marks. Two major division of image clusters were 'simple and neat image', and 'fairly good and feminine image'.

Recently, landscape lighting is more and more installing in many places such as park, cultural heritages, large-scale structures, bridges, apartment, and so on. However, there is no the government-set official estimation for standard wages constructing luminaries for landscape lighting. The cost of construction is estimated based on the standard wages of related-similar installations such as internal lighting fixtures or the designer's subjective decision. Sometimes, it is overestimated or underestimated. In this paper, the fundamental process for estimating the standard wages constructing luminaries for landscape lighting is studied. The estimation method of standard wages constructing lighting fixtures was examined on the basis of the type and capacities of luminaries, installation places, type and shapes of installation auxiliary materials, worker's skill, and etc. As a result, some results obtained in this work were significantly, different with the standard wages for internal electric wiring published by Korea Electric Association. In the future, to improve the accuracy of the estimation of the standard wages for constructing luminaries for landscope lighting, detailed factors related to the installation condition and dimensions and types of luminaries should be considered.

This paper presents a method of constructing the digital logic systems(DLS) using edge-valued decision diagrams(EVDD). The proposed method is as following. The EVDD is a new data structure type of decision diagram(DD) that is recently used in constructing the digital logic systems based on the graph theory. Next, we apply EVDD to function minimization of digital logic systems. The proposed method has the visible, schematical and regular properties.

본 연구에서는 앞으로 전개될 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스위주의 광대역 초고속 정보통신망 구축에 가장 핵심적인 사항인 광가입자망 구성에 있어서 가입자망을 경제적이며, 지역특성에 맞는 최적광가입자망을 구축하기 위한 망의 구성방안을 제시하고자 한다 최적의 초고속 가입자망 구축을 위해 격자모형에서 성형과 링형을 노드당 비용측면과, 전송거리에 따라 다양한 환경에서 측정, 비교·분석하여 최적의 초고속망 구축방안을 제시하였다.

If the load of constructing vehicles during the construction work acts on the road or the ground surface on the soft ground, due to the excess stresses in soils the trafficability of the vehicles influences the constructing efficiency, constructing period and so on. Stress distribution in soils is the very important element to design and to solve the problems of settlement, safety of foundations and trafficability of constructing vehicle in civil engineering. This research represents the comparative estimation of the actual and theoretical measurement on the underground stress of outer layer for each soil after the observation of each top soil layer for its vertical and horizontal stress in (1)homogeneous sand ground (2) weak stratum with the sand soil (3) weak stratum with gravel of the soil model, and it also investigates the effect of subsidence of ground by the repeated load. The underground stress turn out to be different in the value of theoretical and actual measurement after the trial examination of model.

LNG stevedoring plant offshore pipelines requires human power and the longest construction period in constructing LNG storing terminal and influences on the success of the project absolutely. In this paper, the constructing procedures of LNG stevedoring plant offshore pipeline was established. Establishment of constructing procedures of LNG stevedoring plant offshore pipeline includes procurement of main equipments, iron frame and pipelines. To predict any expectable problems, that may occur by the stage of construction the application to the field works with a base of theoretical and practical contents for the constructing procedures of LNG stevedoring plant offshore pipelines can be established.

The purpose of this research is to suggest the roles of government through constructing models of regional scientific technology and information to develop regional innovation system, which can maximize international competitiveness of Korea. To do this, this research compares the characteristics and superiorities of each regional areas in Korea. Constructing DB for scientific technology and information is recognized as a primary factor for constructing scientific technology and information infrastructure. In regional areas, constructing DB for professional scientific technology and information and networks are regarded as a key factor for regional scientific technology and information. Also, the primary problem to be solved in the regional areas is to construct DB for scientific technology and information.
