The aim of this current study is to survey and analyze the degree of concern and difficult of elementary school teachers in elementary school science classes, and providing the results to teachers as a basic reference to improve their scientific specialties. As a result, firstly, the degree of concern of elementary school teacher in science class is more than normal level. Secondly, the degree of concern in science class differs dependent on environmental factors. Next, the degree of difficulty about science class was under normal level. Among area surveyed, physical and psychological environment were lower compared with other areas, and the difficulty in evaluation of class result was comparably higher than others. At fourth, teacher's degree of difficulty in science class was dependent on environment factors, but not on gender. Finally, there was reverse correlation between degree of concern and the degree of difficulty of elementary school teachers in science class. Further, the degree of concern in student knowledge showed more significant reverse correlation with all of area tested.
The purpose of this study was to survey the concern for health, nutrition knowledge, and nutritional attitude of the elementary school children's mothers, to investigate the correlations among them, and to estimate their effects on the growth of their children. The questionnaire was answered by 780 mothers in the Busan area. The concerns over health and nutritional attitude were above average in all items. The perception and accuracy with respect to nutrition knowledge were 90.3% and 77.0%, respectively, and the mean score of the nutrition knowledge was 17.5 on a basis of twenty-five. This indicates that the subjects had a comparatively deep concern for health and good knowledge of nutrition, and professed a relatively desirable attitude. These results indicate a desirable dietary attitude for children as well as parents. The correlation coefficients between nutrition knowledge and a concern for health, and between nutrition knowledge and nutritional attitude were very low. This suggests that the subjects' knowledge of nutrition does not develop into practice. The correlation coefficient was high (r=.610) between the concern for health and the nutritional attitude. In conclusion, the nutrition education program for mothers should be developed to add good practice to knowledge, thus increasing the concern for health, correcting their faulty knowledge of nutrition, teaching the good nutrition, and taking a practical attitude toward the use of their present nutritional knowledge.
The purpose of this study is to investigate attitude factor related to hearing conservation and to find attitude affecting the preventive behavior for hearing conservation. The research method used in this study was self-administered questionnaire. Samples of the study were composed of 353 workers exposed noise selected randomly in 10 ship-building manufacturing companies. Authors extracted following 9 factors related hearing conservation from 26 attitude propositions prepared from previous study results and health belief model; (1) general perceived susceptibility, (2) relative perceived susceptibility compared with colleagues, (3) concern to the personal protective devices, (4) perceived severity and concern to the hearing capacity, (5) concern to the hearing and noise assessment, (6) concern to the control noise and hearing conservation, (7) group pressure and reason of wearing protective devices, (8) apathy of hearing loss from noise, (9) knowledge about hearing conservation. Attitude factors affecting the preventive health behavior were general perceived susceptibility, concern to the noise control and hearing conservation, and concern to the personal protective devices in the case of wearing personal protective devices. But in the case of avoiding noise exposure as preventive health behavior, perceived severity and concern to the hearing capacity was a significant attitude factor with knowledge about hearing conservation.
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of interpersonal relations disposition, appearance concern, appearance management behavior of men through a structural study method. Three hypotheses were established to verify the relationships among interpersonal relations disposition, appearance concern and appearance management behavior. The questionnaires were administered in the city of Daegu to 201 males in their 20s to 50s. The SPSS 20.0 package was utilized for data analysis, which included frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Also, Amos 21.0 program was utilized for a confirmative factor analysis( CFA) and a structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis. The results of this study are as follows; First, interpersonal relations disposition showed a positive influence on appearance concern. Second, appearance concern had a positive influence on appearance management behavior. Third, the interpersonal relations disposition showed a positive influence on appearance management behavior. In conclusion, interpersonal relations disposition, appearance concern, appearance management behavior of men are found to have a correlation.
This study was conducted to investigate adolescents' body size and their concerns and perceptions about body image. Group means of heights and weights were 171.5cm and 60.3kg for boys and 159.3cm and 52.3Kg for girls. Body Mass Index(BMI) of the subjects were 20.5 for boys and 20.6 for girls. Only 11.5$\%$ of subjects were overweight or obese, however 42.5% of subjects had experienced weight control, and the main reason for weight control was to lose weight(80.6$\%$). In concern for body image and frequency of eating distrubance ; females had more concern than males, the group who had attempted weight control had more concern than those who had not, and the group who were overweight had more concern than those who were under and normal weight. In perception about body image, using a set of nine figure drawings arranged from very thin to very heavy figures, subjects rated their current figure, considered figure(how they appeared to others), ideal figure, and attractive figure. For boys, the current, ideal, and most attractive figures were almost identical, but for girls, the ideal figure was significantly thinner than current figure and attractive figure was significantly thinner than current figure. The greater the preference for thinner figure as idal and attractive figure, the higher the concern for body image and frequency of eating distrubance. Thus it seems that a distorted perception of ideal body size affects adolescents' concern for body image and eating behaviors.
This study examines on the relationship of appearance instrumentality and appearance-related variables (appearance concern, appearance management behavior) of college students. Questionnaires were administered to 313 college students living in Daegu. The SPSS 20.0 package was utilized for data analysis which included frequency analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, cluster analysis, cross tabulation analysis and t-test. Three factors of appearance instrumentality(love relationship, social achievement, interpersonal relationship), two groups of appearance concern(high, low) and five factors of appearance management behavior(skin care/cosmetics usage behavior, body management behavior, plastic surgery behavior, hair management behavior, fashion management behavior) were utilized for the problem analysis of the study. The results of this study were: First, there was no significant differences in the appearance concern group according to appearance instrumentality. Second, appearance instrumentality had a significant differences on appearance management behavior. Social achievement showed a significant differences in plastic surgery behavior. And love relationship showed a significant differences on plastic surgery behavior and fashion management behavior. Third, the appearance concern had a significant differences on all of appearance management behavior. High group of appearance concern showed a higher average than low group of appearance concern in fashion management behavior, skin care/cosmetics usage behavior, hair management behavior, plastic surgery behavior, body management behavior.
Recently, issues on the environment, which have become key bottlenecks relative to sustainable economic development, have generated common concern. However, relatively scant research has been devoted to consideration of relations between consumers' environmental concern, green fashion advertisement value, and green consumption. In this study, using structural equation modeling (SEM), effects of environmental concern, perceived green fashion advertisement value, and attitude towards green fashion advertisements, on ecological purchases and their interrelationships are investigated. A model is constructed to link aforementioned constructs. Data, was collected through a questionnaire-based online survey (www.sojump.com) of 260 Korean consumers and 260 Chinese consumers. Findings suggest that environmental concern can improve their perception of green advertisement value. One of the findings showed strong positive relationship among green advertisement value, positive attitude, and purchase intention towards green fashion advertisement, while environmental concern negatively influenced their attitude towards green fashion advertisements. It suggests that if companies adopt green advertising strategies, environmentally-conscious consumers are willing to pay more, to purchase green fashion goods in to satisfy their needs. We should put more effort in educating consumers about environmental issues, to raise the level of environmental awareness and satisfy their concerns relative to green fashion goods. Conversely, there is significant positive relationship with the moderating effect of consumers' nationality in all paths, so results above would make significant contributions to green literature, and would also contribute to advertisement strategy implications as well. Especially fashion marketers, an use accurate and fair environmental claims in their advertisements to increase sale and profits.
Purpose: This study was to investigate the mediating effects of health concern and depression on the stress and fatigue of COVID-19 self-quarantine. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study. A total of 227 people with COVID-19 self-quarantine experience were recruited during May 2021. Participants were invited to complete self-reported questionnaires that measure stress, health concern, depression, fatigue and demographic information. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression and dual mediation model applying the PROCESS macro with 95% bias-corrected bootstrap confidence interval. Results: This study analyzed the direct effects of COVID-19 stress on the health concern, depression and fatigue. And COVID-19 stress had indirect effects on their fatigue via health concern and depression. Both health concern and depression had dual mediating effects in the influence of COVID-19 stress on fatigue. In the relationship between COVID-19 stress and fatigue, the mediating effect of depression was significant. Conclusion: Fatigue due to prolonged COVID-19 can be alleviated by managing stress and mediating health concern and depression, and so therefore active nursing intervention is required.

The other side unconcerned was most of least. Perception of coding education for young children that necessity perception, content perception, environmental perception was the over of mean. But operational perception was the low. Second, The information awareness, smart phone usage levels as each domain of information ability, usefulness of use was positively associated with Personal concern. But the information ability were negatively correlated with management concern. The information awareness was associated with necessity of coding education. The useful and ease of use of education were positively associated with content coding education.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the stage of concern and use level of early childhood teachers' STEAM, and to find out whether there is a difference in the stage of concern according to individual teachers' variables. The subjects were 242 teachers in charge of 3-5 years old kindergarten and daycare center in G city. The research tool was the stages of concern questionnaire (SoCQ). The collected data were converted to relative intensity by applying percentile conversion chart in the guidelines, and this was expressed as a concern profile graph, and t-test and ANOVA were performed to find out the difference in concern according to teacher's background variables. The research results are as follows. First, the stage of concern in early childhood teachers' STEAM was identified as a critical non-user profile. Second, the stage of concern in the teacher's STEAM was judged as a person who did not use, or was implemented for less than 2 years, and was a non-user or a novice. In addition, it was found that most of the teachers did not receive formal education for STEAM. third. There were differences in the educational background, career, current execution status of teachers, whether or not to take related courses in pre-service teacher education, and whether to plan for future implementation. And there were no differences in the majors and institution types of teachers. Based on these results, a support plan for changing the stage of concern of teachers about STEAM and improving the level of use was suggested.
