생물 개념 이해의 평가 도구로서 개념도의 타당도, 신뢰도 그리고 현실 적용 가능성에 대한 연구 (A Study on Validity, Reliability and Practicality of a Concept Map as an Assessment Tool of Biology Concept Understandings)

  • 본 연구는 개념도 채점 방법의 타당도, 신뢰도 그리고 평가 도구로서 개념도의 현실 적용가능성을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. Burry-Stock의 채점 방법, Novak과 Gowin의 채점 방법, McClure와 Bell의 채점 방법을 모두 사용했고, 각 채점 방법에 대해 2명의 채점자를 배정하였다. 채점자는 지방 국립 사범대 과학교육학부 4학년 학생들이었다. Burry-Stock의 채점 방법을 제외하고는 과제의 제시 유형에 상관없이 두 채점자간의 정수 차이가 크지 않았고, 점수 차이가 통계학적으로도 유의하지 않았다. Novak과 Gowin과 McClure와 Bell의 채점 기준을 따를 때 개념도는 타당도가 높은 평가 도구인 것으로 나타났다. Burry-Stock의 채점 방법은 개념을 주고 개념도를 만들도록 한 과제를 위해 개발된 것인 만큼 그 유형의 과제를 가지고 개념도를 만들도록 했을 때는 타당도가 있었다. 각각 3가지 채점 방법에 따른 Pearson의 단순 적률상관 계수를 이용하여 채점자간 신뢰도롤 분석한 결과 신뢰도는 $.449{\sim}.975$의 범위였다. Novak과 Gowin의 채점 방법을 사용할 때는 .94 이상의 높은 일치도를 보여주었다. McClure와 Bell의 채점 방법 또한 환경 오염에서 .816의 비교적 높은 상관 관계를 보여 주었다. 채점자들이 개념도률 채점하는데 걸린 시간은 최소 1.13분에서 최대 3.70분까지 소요되었다. 본 연구 결과 개념도가 생물 개념 평가 도구로서 타당도 신뢰도 그리고 현실적용 가능성이 충분히 있다고 사료된다. 작성하는데 필요한 시간은 평균 29분이었다(n=40. S.D=5.10). 채점자들이 40개의 개념도를 채점하는데 필요한 시간을 기록하였다. Table 5는 각 평가 방법에 따른 개념도 채점에 평균 소요 시간을 나타낸 것이다. 전체적으로 1.13분에서 3.70분까지 소요되었다. 채점자에 따라 채점 시간에서 차이를 보였다.

자기평가에 대한 피드백 유형이 중학교 학생들의 과학 개념 이해와 과학 관련 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Feedback Types in Self Assessment on the Students' Science Concept Understanding and Science-Related Attitudes in the Middle School Science)

  • 이 연구는 중학교 과학 수업에서 자기평가를 실시한 후 학생의 학습 과정에 대한 여러 유형의 피드백을 제공하는것이 학생의 과학 개념에 대한 이해와 과학 관련 태도에 있어서 어떤 효과가 있는가를 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 대도시에 소재한 여자중학교 3학년 10개 반 중에서 5개 반은 실험집단, 다른 5개 반은 비교집단으로 하였다. 실험집단 5개 반 중에서 1개 반은 평가지에 교사가 자세한 조언을 적어주고(실험집단 A), 2개 반은 정오식 피드백을 주었으며(실험집단 B), 나머지 2개 반은 평가문항에 대한 교사의 강의식 집단 피드백(실험집단 C)을 제공하였다. 연구에 사용된 검사도구는 과학개념 이해 검사지와 과학 관련 태도 검사지를 사용하였다. 연구결과, 자기평가에 대한 피드백을 제공한 집단이 과학개념 이해도 검사(p<.05)와 과학 관련 태도 검사(p<.01)에서 비교집단에 비해 더 향상된 결과를 보여주었다. 자기평가에 대한 피드백을 제공한 집단 내에서 피드백의 유형에 따라 과학개념의 이해도의 측면에서는 집단간 유의미한 차이(p>.05)를 나타내지 않은 반면, 과학 관련 태도 측면에서는 강의식 집단 피드백을 제공한 실험집단 C의 학생들이 자기평가지에 교사가 자세한 조언을 적어준 실험집단 A에 비해 과학 관련 태도 측면에서 보다 향상된 결과(p<.05)를 보여 주었다. 자기평가에 대한 피드백을 제공한 집단 내에서 자기평가와 피드백의 유형에 대한 학생들의 인식은 대체적으로 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 즉 자기평가와 피드백이 개념이해와 복습의 측면에서 도움을 준다고 인식하고 있었다. 또 학생들이 메타 인지적 사고과정을 가지게 되고, 아직은 소수에 불과하지만 자기 주도적인 학습을 시도하는 학생도 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 실험집단 A는 실험집단 B와 C에 비해 다소 부정적인 인식을 가진 학생들이 있음을 보여주고 있다. 중학교 과학 수업에서 학생들이 자기평가를 할 때 그 유형에 관계없이 피드백을 제공하는 것이 과학개념 이해와 과학 관련 태도개선에 있어서 긍정적인 결과를 가져온다는 것을 시사한다.

A Modeling Tool for X-Window Application Software Development

  • This paper presents a modeling tool, so-called X-ADD (X-window application Analysis & Design Diagram), which is useful for the understanding of existing X-window application program and the development of new X-window application software. This X-ADD tool is available for the X-window applications maintenance activities such as program understanding, and program analysis by the concept of reverse engineering. In addition, it supports the analysis and design for the new X-window application system development. Therefore, by the use of this tool, the visibility of the existing X-window application programs can be enhanced and modeling for the design of new X-window application systems can be easily made.

  • According to the recent expansion of Trade Shows within the government's policy in exhibition industry, studies about the trade shows needs to be focused more on the attendees related to the environment. In most of the researches related to this topic until now had been biased in terms of economic benefits and the standpoint of organizers. Considering that this study is to improve environment of Trade Shows from an attendees' point of view as an attempt to apply the concept of Service Design which is the activity of planning and organizing people, infrastructure, communication and material components of a service. It is about the idea of bringing service design principles to services in Trade Shows. Good design process brings in a good understanding of the context : understanding the environment and redefining problems from the standpoint of attendees, in order to improve its quality, the interaction between service provider and attendees and the attendees' experience.

구성주의 관점에서 본 문제설정(포즈) (Problem posing based on the constructivist view)

  • In this experiment we emphasized the cooperative small group learning and the members of my group worked together to succeed and communicate their mathematics ideas freely. The researcher(teacher) became an observer and facilitator of small group interaction, paying attention to the ongoing learning process, Sometimes the researcher suggested some investigation approach(or discovery)being written by computer software or papers. In this experiment we provided 6 activities as follows : (1) changing the conditions in given problem. (2) operating the meaningful heuristics with the problem sets. (3) creating the problem situations related to understanding (4) creating the Modeling situations. (5) creating the problem related to combinatorial thinking in real world. (6) posing some real problem from real world. we could observed several conjectures First, Attitude and chility to interpret the problem setting is highly important to pose the problem effectively. Second, Generating the understanding can be a great tool to pose the problem effectively. Third, Sometimes inquiry approach represented by software or programmed book could be some motivation to enhance the posing activities. Forth, The various posing activities relate to one concept could give the students some opportunity to be adaptable and flexible in the their approach to unfamiliar problem sets.

농촌주민의 성평등의식 향상을 위한 교육프로그램의 모형 개발 (A Study on the Gender Equality Consciousness Improvement Education Program for rural area people.)

  • The purpose of this study were to enhance the gender equality in rural area through develop Gender Equality Consciousness Improvement Education Program for rural couples. For these purposes, procedures conducted and results were as follows; 1) This study was conducted through the literature review and research data for gender equality of people in rural area. Based on the review and research data, It was developed gender equality consciousness improvement education program and evaluated sex-role complex through structured questionnaires. 2) This program was consisted of 4 sessions, namely, understanding on the concept and necessarity of gender equality, understanding on the man and woman, gender equality consciousness evaluation, and establishing on the equal man and woman role in rural community. Using program materials for educators, this program will be used effectively by professional worker in rural community.

불확실성의 간호이론 구성 (Theory Construction in Nursing of Uncertainty)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the nature and structure of "uncertainty of chronically ill patients" by explaining it more scientifically. This study is based on the unique experiences, which individual uncertainty experiences differ from others. In this sense, Q-methodology which includes self-psychology and abductive logics is applied to the study. The results indicate that there are six types of uncertainty of chronically ill patients : my own fault, self-esteem loss, self-care determination, cure-doubt, reality-restructure, and past-tenacity reality-absence. Thus, "uncertainty of chronically ill patients" is defined from the study as the process in which continuous transition and evaluation of possibility cause changes in human recognition, attitude, action, etc.. The significance of the study is threefold : (1) discovery of six types of uncertainty of chronically ill patients in Korean people, (2) the better understanding of "uncertainty of chronically ill patients", (3) possible developments of nursing concept and assessment and intervention technique based on the new dimension of the understanding in uncertainty for nursing of chronically ill patients from this research.

교구를 활용한 학습활동이 각과 각도의 개념이해에 미치는 영향

  • The purpose of this paper was to develop manipulative materials to teach the angle concepts and construct a teaching-learning program by using that. Furthermore, this study analyzed how does the program affect students understanding of the angle concepts. To check the effects of learning activities with manipulative materials on the understanding of an angle concepts, applied observation during class and write a mathematics journal writing, a description of students impressions at the end of the class and analyzed before and after test paper. We find that students approached the subject more friendly and knew well about the mathematical concepts by using materials. Furthermore, this activity helped that way to solve add and subtract of the angle, estimate ability, round angle concept, positive response in mathematics learning.

연기옵션을 고려한 옵션가치의 일반적 기회비용 모델 (The Multi-Period Opportunity Cost Model to Evaluate an Option Value based on a Deferral Option)

  • In recent research there has been intense interest in understanding how real option valuation (ROV) approaches might usefully complement conventional discounted cash flow (DCF) techniques. However, investment decision makers in a real world have been worried about adopting the ROV approaches mainly because of difficulty in technically understanding the theory of the ROV approaches as indicated by many researchers. With this difficulty in mind, we propose the opportunity cost model as another discrete-time model to value a deferral option. The main advantage of observing a real options value in terms of the opportunity cost concept is to provide a technique for practitioners to estimate a wide range of real options values without sticking to a financial option modelling. The fundamental ground for developing the opportunity cost model proposed in this paper lies in the work of dissecting the structure of the real options value into three categories: capital gain, expected opportunity loss, and expected opportunity gain. At the end of the paper, we will present a short illustrative example to demonstrate the applicability of the model.

그래픽을 이용한 대화식 교육용 전력조류계산 소프트웨어 개발 (Development of Interactive Graphical Software for Power Flow Education)

  • This paper presents the development of interactive graphical software for the educational purpose of power flow(PF) calculation. The developed software is specially designated to give a beginner the interest on PF problem as well as to increase the understanding of it with ease. the software developed in this paper is basically composed of the pull-down menu driver, in which various functions, such as Program Master, Data File Management, Case Study Option, PF Run and View Output, are prepared to handle the software easily and thus to be familiar with power flow calculation. A special design is also considered for interactive operation of the software, wi th which user can interrupt the computation process of PF to control the convergency of PF algorithm, With this function begineer can acquire the understanding of convergency characteristics and numerical sensitivity of PF algorithm as well as basic concept of its computation logic. Futhermore, various graphic illustrations is also provided to review and compare the computation results on monitor.
