웹기반 교육 프로그램의 개발과 프로그램 운영에 따른 효과 고찰 (A Case Study on the Development and Evaluation of an Web-based Learning Program)

  • Introduction and application of virtual education has been rapidly increased in these days. A variation of information communication technology has an effect on education in interconnect with network as internet in the world that exceed the limit of time and regional. Computer and network communication technology through the medium of internet make an entrance cyber education as a new education paradigm. It must be affective on learner who have various educational characteristics and requirements. It begins to appear quality, quantity improvements of knowledge and the development of information technology that web based cyber education. This study was conducted to develop the web based education program and to evaluate the effectiveness of learning satisfaction and accomplishment and to compare the cyber lecture system with the traditional lecture system During the second semester of 2001, this study was investigated 317 registered students in a "Food and Culture" class at Kyungwon University. The data were obtained from pre and post-study with self-administered questionnaire. The evaluation and satisfaction score of students who were registered in cyberclass was negative tendency to compare pre with post-test scores, because of insuffciency of computer-aided lecture system. The major problem was inconvenient in checking system for connecting times in cyberclass which was one of evaluation point in final score. Another problem was frequently disconnection during cyber studying and not to concentrate each time in the cyber lecture because of eye fatigue, boring due to less interesting contents than other newly developed web-site. The students was prefer to mix type of the cyber and traditional lecture type class. The result of final score an each class, the score of cyber class (71.36 $\pm$ 22.44) was significantly lower than other groups (mixed type : 76.66 $\pm$ 19.99, traditional type :79.17 $\pm$ 15.72) (p < 0.05). Cyber class was attempted to present a useful and interesting teaching and learning tool which can be applied successfully in a longer term. The result suggest that various teaching and learning strategies should be developed considering the fact that the student learn alone most in time.t in time.

수학교육의 변화와 인공지능과의 연관성 탐색 (A study on the relationship between artificial intelligence and change in mathematics education)

  • 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence)의 잠재력에 대한 기대로 여러 분야에서 이를 활용하고자 노력하고 있으며 교육 분야에서의 적용에 대한 관심 역시 높다. 교육에 있어서 인공지능 기술에 활용되는 기계학습(machine learning)과 딥러닝(deep learning)으로 스스로 학습하는 방법에 대한 관심을 가지게 되었으며 이러한 방식이 교육에 어떻게 활용될 수 있을 지와 인공지능을 어떻게 수학교육에 적용할 수 있을지에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있다. 이에 정보통신기술의 발달에 따른 수학교육의 변화를 고찰해 봄으로써 수학교육의 변화가 인공지능과 어떠한 연과성이 있는지를 살펴보는데 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

공학도의 MSC실력향상을 위한 대학수학 교과목 공동관리 시스템 구축 운영 사례 (A joint Control System in Calculus to Improve Ability of MSC)

  • In the engineering students, MSC is the most important basic areas in education. Also, the calculus is a main subject in the MSC. So calculus has been operating the annual number of courses at the university. We introduced the concept of joint control ; the joint syllabus, test and assessment. In harsh conditions to maintain joint control system of the calculus, we built a computer-aided-system to manage web-based result processing system. In this paper, we discussed the necessity and effectiveness of joint control system for calculus.

웹 기반 면대면 교육시스템 HALS - HALS 활용에 대한 평가 및 분석 - (Web-based Face to Face Education System HALS)

  • 본 논문에서는 새로운 교육환경에 적응하여 공학에 대한 일반 학생들의 학습동기를 유발, 진작 시키고 현행 대학교육 시스템이 가진 전공교육 부실의 문제점을 해결하는 차세대 교육시스템의 하나로 웹 기반 하이퍼미디어 코스웨어를 개발한 경험과 이를 실제활용한 교육시스템 HALS(Hypermedia Aided Learning System)에 대하여 구체적으로 소개한다. 이 웹기반 하이퍼미디어 코스웨어는 기존의 칠판과 분필로 대변되는 교육매체를 첨단정보통신 매체로 갈음하고 학생 개개인의 다양한 지적 호기심에 효과적으로 부응할 수 있는 전력계통공학 강의가 가능하도록 설계되었다. 웹기반 하이퍼미디어 코스웨어에 의해 공학 강의의 단위 시간당 교육효과를 획기적으로 개선할 수 있으며 이를 통해 현행 교육제도가 가진 문제점들을 상당 부분 보완할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 논문에서는 이러한 HALS를 교육에 적용하여 학생들이 느끼는 HALS의 만족도, HALS 특성의 인지, 수업내용, 미래의 교육방향, 그리고 교수와의 상호작용의 필요성에 대하여 평가한 결과를 소개한다. 이러한 평가를 바탕으로 하여 HALS의 장점을 부각시키고 나아가 보완점을 탐색하여 교육의 질을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

국가직업능력표준을 활용한 컴퓨터 응용기계설계과용 능력중심 교육과정 개발 (Development of a Competency Curriculum of Computer Aided Mechanical Department based on the National Occupational Standards)

  • 지식, 기술, 정보가 경쟁력의 원천이 되는 산업 발전의 변화추세에 따라 세계 각국은 일-교육$\cdot$훈련-자격의 긴밀한 연계체제인 국가직업능력표준을 통해 국가 인적자원 개발 시스템을 개선해 나아가고 있다 우리나라에서도 노$\cdot$$\cdot$정 합의에 의해 2002년부터 전 산업분야에 적용될 국가직업능력표준이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이렇게 개발된 국가직업능력표준을 이용하여 우리나라 기능대학/전문대학의 컴퓨터 응용기계설계과에서 활용할 수 있는 교육과정과 교재개발방안을 개발하여 제시한다.

Comparison of retentive force and wear pattern of Locator® and ADD-TOC attachments combined with CAD-CAM milled bar

  • PURPOSE. The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in retention and wear pattern of Locator® and ADD-TOC attachments on a digital milled bar by performing chewing simulation and repeated insertion/removal of prostheses in fully edentulous models. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Locator (Locator®; Zest Anchors Inc., Escondido, CA, USA) was selected as the control group and ADD-TOC (ADD-TOC; PNUAdd Co., Ltd., Busan, Republic of Korea) as the experimental group. A CAD-CAM milled bar was mounted on a master model and 3 threaded holes for connecting a bar attachment was formed using a tap. Locator and ADD-TOC attachments were then attached to the milled bar. Simulated mastication and repeated insertion/removal were performed over 400,000 cyclic loadings and 1,080 insertions/removals, respectively. Wear patterns on deformed attachment were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy. RESULTS. For the ADD-TOC attachments, chewing simulation and repeated insertion/removal resulted in a mean initial retentive force of 24.43 ± 4.89 N, which were significantly lower than that of the Locator attachment, 34.33 ± 8.25 N (P < .05). Amounts of retention loss relative to baseline for the Locator and ADD-TOC attachments were 21.74 ± 7.07 and 8.98 ± 5.76 N (P < .05). CONCLUSION. CAD-CAM milled bar with the ADD-TOC attachment had a lower initial retentive force than the Locator attachment. However, the ADD-TOC attachment might be suitable for long-term use as it showed less deformation and had a higher retentive force after simulated mastication and insertion/removal repetitions.

초등학생의 올바른 식습관 형성을 위한 영양교육 사이트 개발 (Development of Computer-Aided Nutritional Education Program for the School Children)

  • The performance of educational program for preventive nutrition is more beneficial for children than for the adults based on the cost reduction and the effect of this education. Also children's education helps them to grow and to live as a healthy adult. The purpose of this study is to solve the nutritional problem in children by developing nutrition education program for children and correct their nutritional problems. The characteristics of this program (www.food79.net) are the customized program for grade level based on the level of learning ability, the various education method such as game, cooking practice, and quiz, animation, and the self educated method by managing children's meal management as the result. The contents of this site are constructed not only for children but also for parents, the teachers and the school dietitians to increasing educational effect. The children room consists of food tower, nutrition kingdom, calculation of obesity index, food information, nutrient exploration, cooking world, and evaluation of dietary life. In the room for dietitian and teachers include the contents of the easy gymnastics, nutrition counseling methods, the teaching plans for nutrition education, and the information interchange corner. The third room for parents is constructed of nutrition evaluation, food 114, correction of living habits, and free discussion. Through this site, we are expecting to contribute to national health promotion by correcting the food habits of children.

장루 관리를 위한 Web 기반 간호교육 프로그램 개발 (Development of Web-based Nursing Education Program for Ostomy Care)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and apply a Web-based Nursing Education & Instruction Program to help the clinical nurses improving their knowledge and skills of ostomy care. This program was developed in three different steps: analysis. design. and development. The results of the study were as follows: The analysis step was designed to select the study contents for effective and easy educationthrough the analyses of specialized books. This surveyed and analyzed study contents were categorized into five different sections. Introduction. ostomy classification. ostomy management. elimination management. and life style. After that each section describes necessary information of each category. In the design step. the image files used in this program were created using Adobe Photoshop 6.0. and HTML files were designed and developed using Namo Editor 5.0. In the development step. the developed program was published into Web using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and then finalized after trial operation for testing of real users. In addition. this Web-based Nursing Education & Instruction Program will be used as excellentand effective tool for continuous and lifelong education in nursingfield. In this study. computer-aided education program was developed for ostomy management and managed at the Web-Server (http://hshong.knu.ac.kr/ostomy) in order to help nurses real-time education in clinical field by this program.

미국대학을 중심으로한 과학교육분야 박사학위 논문분석 (Analysis of Doctor' Dissertations in Science Education Produced mainly by the Universities in the USA.)

  • The condensed results of the analytical study on 361 doctoral dissertations in science education recorded in Dissertation Abstracts International during the years of 1985-1989 are as follows: About eighty to hundred dissertations were produced annually, but a slight decline in number was noted currently. About 94.4% of dissertations were produced by the universities in the USA The research data of 361 dissertations were collected from 25 countries. Over 40% of total dissertations had been focused on high school(senior middle school) and college students as the source of research. Disciplines of science constituting the background of dissertations were biology(l9.l%), physics(l2.7%), chemistry(12.0%) and earth science(2.5%). Concerning the research branches, the number of dissertations belonging to complex research(composed of experimental and theoretical research) was 118(32.7%) and those belonging to experimental and theoretical research were 88(24.4%) and 74(20.5%) respectively. Also that belonging to computer-aided research was 45(12.5%). The general methods of data collection were examination & test(34.9%), questionaire(22.2%) and complexmethod(9.1%). The main areas of dissertations were academic achievement(31.8%), teaching assessment(20.2%) and pedagogy(l8.8%).

상담 사례를 통한 하이브리드 진로지도 모델 개발 (Development of Hybrid Career Guidance Model through AConsultation Case)

  • 최근, 코비드 환경은 대학의 교육 시스템에 심각한 영향을 끼쳤다. 대학의 재학률과 취업률에 큰 영향을 미치는 학생의 진로지도 방법은 코비드 환경에서 변할 수밖에 없다. 기존의 진로지도 활동은 오프라인 상담 방법을 주로 사용하지만, 코비드 환경에서의 진로지도 활동은 온라인 상담 방법을 더 중요하게 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 온라인과 오프라인 교육 환경에서 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 하이브리드(온라인과 오프라인) 진로지도 모델을 제안한다. 온라인과 오프라인의 특성을 가진 하이브리드 제안 모델은 코비드 환경에서도 학생들을 효과적으로 지도 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안 모델을 실제 상담 사례에 적용하여 제안 모델의 유용성을 보였다.
