This paper introduces a computerized version of the Korean Standard Pronunciation Rules that can be used in speech engineering systems such as Korean speech synthesis and recognition systems. For this purpose, we build Petri net models for each item of the Standard Pronunciation Rules, and then integrate them into the sound conversion table. The reversion of the Korean Standard Pronunciation Rules regulates the way of matching sounds into grammatically correct written characters. This paper presents not only the sound conversion table but also the character conversion table obtained by reversely converting the sound conversion table. Malting use of these tables, we have implemented a Korean character into a sound system and a Korean sound into the character conversion system, and tested them with various data sets reflecting all the items of the Standard Pronunciation Rules to verify the soundness and completeness of our tables. The test results show that the tables improve the process speed in addition to the soundness and completeness.

The purpose of this study is to develop an application that supports a user in the maintenance of small photovoltaic device. To this end, this study analyzed the maintenance status, related regulations and existing application contents in Korea. According to the analysis results, most users did not maintain device for themselves. In addition, the maintenance market has not been activated due to its low profitability. Regulations on the maintenance of photovoltaic device prescribed by the KESCO and Japanese counterpart were analyzed to establish the standards for photovoltaic device inspection, and an application was developed based on the existing applications and research results. In order to evaluate the completeness and satisfaction of the developed application, it surveyed 52 users and 22 experts. The survey results showed that the completeness was calculated to be 90 points, and the level of satisfaction was 93 points on a 100-point scale. Therefore, it is expected that the maintenance application developed in this study will be useful for users to maintain the photovoltaic device.

이 논문에서는 래티스(Lattice)의 CVP (Closest Vector Problem)에 기반한 영지식 증명 기반의 인증프로토콜을 제안한다. CVP를 이용해서 암호시스템을 설계할 때 흔히 사용하는 길이가 짧은 기저벡터를 트랩도어 또는 비밀키로 사용하지 않는 프로토콜로서 의의를 가지며, 프로토콜의 설계가 단순하고 안전성 증명도 쉬워진다. 제안한 프로토콜의 안전성을 completeness, soundness, simulatability로 증명한다.

Truth, goodness, and beauty are originated from the Greek philosophy and these concepts are unified by Kant. This article shows that these three concepts correspond to three conditions of axiomatics, that is, consistency, completeness, and independence, respectively.

The incidence data (1991. 7. 1$\sim$1992. 6. 30) from the Implementation Study of Seoul Cancer Registry (ISSCR) were evaluated in terms of its completeness and validity. Two indicators for the completeness, Mortality/Incidence ratio (M/I ratio) and Age-specific Incidence Curve, showed fairy good registration throughout the age-sex specific strata, except the strata aged over 75 years old. The strata had very high M/I ratio (over 100%) and decreasing pattern of incidence, which suggested incomplete registration of cancer in this group. The active surveillance by a ISSCR staff improved the registration rate especially among elderlies. From the site specific M/I ratio, we found that liver cancer had oddly high M/I ratio. Since this high M/I ratio of liver cancer appears consistently in other reliable cancer registries, it is more like to be due to the high fatality of it rather than incomplete registration. The validity of the incidence data was assessed by three indicators; Histological Verification (HV%), Primary Site Unknown (PSU%), and Age Unknown (Age UNK%). The average HV% were 77% for men and 85% for women, which were slightly lower than those of other reliable cancer registries. This low HV% might be due to the considerable size of relative frequency of liver cancer in Korea, regarding the fact that the diagnosis of liver cancer is made mostly by non-biopsical radiologic methods (CT, Ultrasono, Angiography, MRI etc.). The level of PSU% and Age UNK% were in acceptable range, but not low enough, especially in terms of Age UNK%. Although ISSCR data had acceptable quality in general, it is needed to have more hospitals participate in the registry surveillance, to make registery data merged with death certificate data regulary, and educate the registration stans to be more competent and dedicated.

본 연구의 주목적은 UCC 서비스의 콘텐츠 품질이 사용자 만족과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향관계를 규명해 보는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 선행문헌에 관한 종합적인 고찰 결과를 토대로 UCC 서비스의 콘텐츠 품질로 정확성, 완전성, 다양성, 유희성, 적시성 등의 다섯가지 요인을 도출하였고, 이들 UCC 서비스의 콘텐츠 품질 요인들이 사용자의 만족을 거쳐 지속이용의도를 형성하게 되는 구조적 관계에 관한 연구모형과 가설을 수립하였다. UCC 서비스 이용자 315명을 대상으로 한 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, UCC 서비스의 콘텐츠 품질 중 완전성, 다양성, 유희성, 적시성 둥의 네가지 요인이 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, UCC 서비스의 콘텐츠 품질 중 정확성, 완전성, 유희성, 적시성 등의 네가지 요인이 지속이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로, UCC 서비스에 대한 사용자 만족은 지속이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 향후 UCC 서비스 운영자에게 실무적, 관리적 측면에 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study was tried to evaluate the level of completeness and the accordance in electronic medical records by comparing paper-based medical record in doctor's admission records, discharge summary, and nursing information records. Medical records of inpatients of neurology department that the 100 paper-based medical records in 2004 and 100 electronic medical records in 2006 were targeted. Existence of record items and doctor-nurse record accordance were evaluated in doctor's admission record, discharge summary, admission nursing information record, and discharge nursing information record. There were not any differences between electronic medical records and paper-based medical records in doctor's admission record and discharge summary. Electronic medical records had less missing records than paper-based medical records in admission and discharge nursing information records. Electronic medical records showed higher accordance than the paper-based medical record in doctor-nurse record generally, but there were statistically differences in only medication, allergy, smoking, and drinking (p<0.05). In this study, it was verified that the quality of electronic medical records are better than paper-based records in nursing information record and doctor-nurse record agreement.

소프트웨어 개발시 요구사항의 일관성 및 완전성을 검증하기 위해 다양한 방법으로 산출물을 추적하는데, 기존 연구에서는 추적메타모델 또는 자동화된 도구를 제시하되 구체적인 추적산출물 및 추적요소 선정이 미흡하며, 추적요소를 제시하는 추적테이블 연구의 경우는 전체공정이 아닌 일부 공정만을 대상으로 추적하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 일부 공정만 추적한 저자의 이전 추적테이블연구에 이어 프로젝트시작단계에서 아키텍쳐단계, 인도단계까지의 산출물을 추적한 확장된 요구사항추적테이블을 제시하였다. 또한 추적테이블이 확장됨에 따라 추적필드가 많아져서 추적이 복잡해지는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 개발프로세스단위로 통합/분리할 수 있는 추적테이블의 정규화 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 D사의 H시스템개발프로젝트에 적용함으로써 연구의 적용가능성을 검증하고 요구사항의 오류를 쉽게 발견하는 추적의 효과를 확인하였다. 이에 연구를 통해 요구사항의 일관성과 완전성을 검증하는 추적의 정확성을 높여 소프트웨어 개발의 실패를 최소화하고자 하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 학습포트폴리오 프로그램에서 학습포트폴리오의 완성도가 참여 대학생의 학업성취도와 프로그램 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는 것이다. 이에 따른 연구문제는 학습포트폴리오 완성도는 학습포트폴리오 연계 교과의 성적, 전체 성적, 그리고 프로그램 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주는가이다. 이를 위해 수강동기 점검지, 주차별 학습일지, 학습성찰 보고서의 완성도를 평가하는 학습포트폴리오 평가 도구를 개발하였다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위해 학습포트폴리오에 참여한 대학생 389명을 대상으로 학습포트폴리오 연계 교과 성적 및 전체 성적(GPA), 그리고 프로그램 만족도 조사결과를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 학습포트폴리오 완성도 점수는 학습포트폴리오 연계 교과의 성적 뿐 아니라, 전체 성적 향상에 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 학습포트폴리오 프로그램 만족도를 높이는 데에도 기여하였다. 이상의 결과는 학습포트폴리오 프로그램의 효과를 높이기 위해 학생들이 제출하는 학습포트폴리오의 질 관리가 중요함을 시사한다.
