The Drosophila transmembrane semaphorin Sema-1a mediates forward and reverse signaling that plays an essential role in motor and central nervous system (CNS) axon pathfinding during embryonic neural development. Previous immunohistochemical analysis revealed that Sema-1a is expressed on most commissural and longitudinal axons in the CNS and five motor nerve branches in the peripheral nervous system (PNS). However, Sema-1a-mediated axon guidance function contributes significantly to both intersegmental nerve b (ISNb) and segmental nerve a (SNa), and slightly to ISNd and SNc, but not to ISN motor axon pathfinding. Here, we uncover three cis-regulatory elements (CREs), R34A03, R32H10, and R33F06, that robustly drove reporter expression in a large subset of neurons in the CNS. In the transgenic lines R34A03 and R32H10 reporter expression was consistently observed on both ISNb and SNa nerve branches, whereas in the line R33F06 reporter expression was irregularly detected on ISNb or SNa nerve branches in small subsets of abdominal hemisegments. Through complementation test with a Sema-1a loss-of-function allele, we found that neuronal expression of Sema-1a driven by each of R34A03 and R32H10 restores robustly the CNS and PNS motor axon guidance defects observed in Sema-1a homozygous mutants. However, when wild-type Sema-1a is expressed by R33F06 in Sema-1a mutants, the Sema-1a PNS axon guidance phenotypes are partially rescued while the Sema-1a CNS axon guidance defects are completely rescued. These results suggest that in a redundant manner, the CREs, R34A03, R32H10, and R33F06 govern the Sema-1a expression required for the axon guidance function of Sema-1a during embryonic neural development.

This study aims to find a proper construction cost calculation method by comparing unit prices of cost estimate in landscape construction among other public ordering construction projects. There were 7 out of 12 items from the actual work cost in the first half of 2011 were compared. The 12 items were classified as landscape Architectural construction and the 7 items were the approximate standard. As applied construction types, the comparable 35 items out of the 80 actual work cost items applied to 5 sites were compared to the unit price of the standard quantity per unit in March 2011, which was the approximate standard. Actual construction rate of the 7 items in the category of landscape sector was 104.86% for each item and 92.09% as a total construction cost. The high actual construction rate was caused by the high rate of seed spray depending on the status of applying rocks. However, there were more fundamental reasons for the cost generated from aslope treatment for grass and seed spray. So, it requires more detailed regulations on the modification factors for each soil type, the standard and needs to improve theillogical standard quantity per unit system. Actual construction rate of the 35 items in the applied sectors of civil engineering and architecture was 78.65% for each item and 71.31% (70.17%) as a total construction cost. This shows that actual unit cost cannot reflect actual cost structurally and standard quantity per unit system lacks practicality in terms of construction due to thelabor force. 85.1~91.2 % actual construction rate announced by the Ministry of Land and Maritime Affairs referred to the newly switched items. So the result was estimated as actual construction rate. This requires supplementation after verification in order to make the actual work cost produce at a proper rate. Also, standard quantity per unit system needs complementation with these actual data and so on.
This study is intended to examine how strategic nature of the alliaTnce, characteristics of input resource, communication activities will affect the strategic partnership(trust/commitment) and performance in the strategic alliance between internet shopping mall and the third party logistics. The variables affecting the partnership(trust/commitment) between internet shopping mall and the third party logistics produced the result to prove what I intend to suggest in this study, in verifying four hypotheses such as strategic importance, complementation of resource, quality of communication, share of information. It was found that the partnership have a significant positive influences on the performance of strategic alliance. As most of the domestic Internet shopping malls employ the third party logistics strategically, the implications from this study are as following: First, this study attempts to find out factors influencing partnership(trust/commitment) and the performance of strategic alliances. Second, the results that strategic partnership can build up based on the long term thrust and commitment implies operation and management are important during operation of strategic alliance. Third, this study provides the model of determinants of partnership and performance in the strategic alliance for logistics services which is one of the factors consumers in the Internet shopping mall are most sensitively response to, and quantifies the model through the empirical analysis.

This study analyzes the major content, significances, and future outlook of Three Data Acts amendment enacted in August 2020 in South Korea, with the focus on their impact on the financial and data industries. It seems that the revision of the Credit Information Act will enable the specification of a business which had previously only been regulated as the business of credit inquiry, and also enable the domestic data industry to activate the MyData industry, data trading and platforms, and specify data pseudonymization and trading procedures. For the rational and efficient implementation of the amendments to the Three Data Acts, the Personal Information Protection Committee must be as transparent and lawful in its activities as possible, and fairness must be guaranteed. Even in the utilization of personal information, the development or complementation of the related data processing technologies is essential, and clear data processing methods and areas must be regulated. Furthermore, the amendments must be supported with guarantees and the systematization of a fair competitive system in the data market, stricter regulations on penalties for illegal acts related to data, establishment and strengthening of the related security systems, and reinforcement of the system of cooperation for data transfer.

As the CM at Risk market grows recently, designers and CM companies that have been performing agency CM services have been showing their interests to participate in the CM at Risk projects. With the assumption that agency CM companies with a lot of experiences and know-how in the field of construction project management have created the circumstances to enter the CM at Risk market, this study investigates the competencies necessary for the agency CM companies to carry out the CM at Risk projects. The compentencies to run the CM at Risk projects were identified based on the literature review. A survey was conducted to identify the competencies that need to be supplemented first. The survey results revealed that competency related to partner companies, finance and guarantee, risk and claim, and project cost were identified to have a higher level of complementation compared to other competencies. In addition, considering that the level of competency that need to be secured is high, as the level of holding of all competency is on average 76% of the required level, in the beginning, small-scale CM at Risk projects with relatively low risk are mainly carry out, strengthening competency and then increasing the scale is considered more appropriate strategy.
The purpose of this study was to develop evaluation indicators which can help decision making in the quality control and improvement of the job capability strengthening program for the vocational high school depending on the situation, input, process and output of CIPP evaluation model. For this purpose, through the literature review and the research of expert opinions, the evaluation indicators for the job capability strengthening program in the vocational high school was designed. In addition, the Delphi research was conducted to 15 teachers in charge of job searching in specialized high schools and education related experts to validate it. The CVR value which indicates the value of validity was analyzed through the findings of the collected Delphi questionnaires and the degree of opinion consistency was analyzed through the degrees of agreement and convergence. Through the correction and complementation, the final evaluation criteria and evaluation indicators was decided. The evaluation criteria developed from the findings include 7 references such as requirement analysis, objective setting, implementation plan, implementation contents, program activities, program control & evaluation and program performance. Each Criteria has 41 evaluation indicators. It is expected that the finally decided evaluation indicators would be used by the people concerned with the job capability strengthening program at the vocational high schools and contribute to the quality improvement of the job capability strengthening program at the vocational high schools as well as its future directions.
In this study, the field applicability of the recently constructed multifunctional fishway in Seomunbo, Yeongcheon-si, and Gyeongsangbuk-do were examined. The analysis variables were R/C slab (S1) and R/C+S/C slab (S2), the underground passage standard areas (width × length) were 1.4 m × 0.2 m, 1.4 m × 0.3 m, and 1.4 m × 0.6 m, and the flow velocities were 0.8, 1.2, and 1.6 m/s. As a result of the analysis, the safety of the design of Seomunbo was evaluated. The analysis showed compared to the Seomoon Weir fishway, the maximum stress of S2 decreased by 24 - 32%, the bending moment of the underground passage decreased by 16 - 33%, the maximum stress of the sidewall decreased by 20 - 36%. In addition, the bending moment of the upper slab decreased by 17 - 33%, the maximum stress of the upper slab decreased by 9 - 28%, and the bending moment decreased by 19 - 33%. Complementation was required in the following percentages: 18% and 14% for the maximum stress and bending moment of the underground passage, respectively, 15% and 17% for the maximum sidewall stress and bending moment, respectively, and 11% and 16% for the upper slab maximum stress and bending moment, respectively. The results showed that S2 was superior to that of the Seomoon Weir fishway, and the underground passage size of 1.4 m × 0.3 m was superior to those of 1.4 m × 0.2 m and 1.4 m × 0.6 m, and R/C+S/C slab was superior to that of R/C slab. The findings are expected to be useful for constructing and designing the multifunctional fishway.
Plants protect against viruses through passive and active resistance mechanisms, and in most cases characterized thus far, natural recessive resistance to potyviruses has been mapped to mutations in the eukaryotic initiation factor eIF4E or eIF(iso)4E genes. Five eIF4E copies and three eIF(iso)4E copies were detected in Brassica rapa. The eIF4E and eIF(iso)4E genes could interact with turnip mosaic virus (TuMV) viral protein linked to the genome (VPg) to initiate virus translation. From the yeast two-hybrid system (Y2H) and bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assays, the TuMV-CHN2/CHN3 VPgs could not interact with BraA.eIF4E.a/c or BraA.eIF(iso)4E.c, but they could interact with BraA.eIF(iso)4E.a in B. rapa. Further analysis indicated that the amino acid substitution L186F (nt T556C) in TuMV-UK1 VPg was important for the interaction networks between the TuMV VPg and eIF(iso)4E proteins. An interaction model of the BraA. eIF(iso)4E protein with TuMV VPg was constructed to infer the effect of the significant amino acids on the interaction of TuMV VPgs-eIF(iso)4Es, particularly whether the L186F in TuMV-UK1 VPg could change the structure of the TuMV-UK1 VPg protein, which may terminate the interaction of the BraA.eIF(iso)4E and TuMV VPg protein. This study provides new insights into the interactions between plant viruses and translation initiation factors to reveal the working of key amino acids.
The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of individual perception of artificial intelligence and the level of digital literacy on the acceptance of artificial intelligence-based public services. For empirical analysis, a research model was set up based on the technology acceptance model and planned behavior theory using survey data of 2017 and analyzed through structural equations. To summarize the results of the analysis, firstly, the positive perception of individuals about artificial intelligence technology plays a role in reinforcing attitudes toward benefits and reducing concerns about public service in which artificial intelligence technology has been introduced. Secondly, the level of digital literacy reinforces both benefits and concerns about artificial intelligence technology, but it was found that the intention to use public services was reinforced through the benefits of artificial intelligence technology perceived by individuals, rather than privacy concerns about artificial intelligence technology. Thirdly, it was confirmed that the perceived benefits of individuals on artificial intelligence technology reinforced the intention to use public civil services, and privacy concerns negatively influenced the intention to use. It was confirmed that the influence of a perceived ease of use and usefulness, as opposed to privacy concerns, further reinforces the intention to use. Both citizens' positive perceptions regarding the accuracy and reliability of information provided through artificial intelligence technology and institutional complementation of responsibility for errors caused by artificial intelligence technology are strengthened, and technical problems related to privacy protection are solved.

The Ecosystem Conservation Levy (formerly known as the Ecosystem Conservation Cooperation Fund) system has been in place for 20 years, and it can be said that it has now entered the settlement stage. Based on an analysis of publicly available project implementation data from 2014 to 2020, we found that: 1) As the number of return projects increases, the targets of restoration technologies are also strengthening, and it is necessary to frame a series of processes from application, creation, and monitoring for some detailed projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of utilizing the levy. 2) Most of the implemented projects are applied as micro-ecosystem creation, but there are many cases where the contents of the project can be seen as other project categories. This shows that the purpose of the return project needs to be approached more clearly and suggests that institutional complementation is needed from the project application stage. 3) The detailed technologies applied tend to be gradually expanding, but most of them are technologies that are not differentiated from general development projects. It is urgent to secure a more technical identity, such as a range and list of utilized technologies suitable for the characteristics and purposes of return projects. 4) It is necessary to establish a relevant evaluation system or framework to utilize the monitoring results of restoration projects. 5) There have been few cases of application of single restoration technologies since the beginning, but the content and scope of the complexity tend to expand in recent years. Even if the objectives are not comprehensive and diverse, it can be seen that many parts of the projects are oriented toward convergence, so it is necessary to conduct separate research on this. 6) As for the direction of improvement of the return project, it is possible to consider expanding the restoration and conservation focus to partially accommodate the complexity of the natural environment and human ecology. It seems that the expansion of restoration technologies that consider the role and function of humans in the natural environment should be explored.
