Port industry has achieved a remarkable growth with a help from increase in container shipment and above all, transshipment that reflects international competitive power of Port industry amounts to 36% of the national harbor shipment. Therefore, this study speculates the impact of Port industry on national economy using the inter-industry relation table. As it considers the reason why international competitive power in Port facilities decreased as absence of investment, it is to present an effective investment plan for Port industry. Though Port industry as one of main national key industries play an important role in production of national economy, it has been evaluated as having relatively less importance. And when Port industry is managed independently, relying on foreign countries without improvement, price increase due to improper agreement of foreign enterprises and problems relating to securing safe transportational vehicles will have tremendous impact on national economy. And they should try to create added-value and support re-export of the exported and imported shipment through their processing and packaging by making Port zones bonded area. production of national economy, it has been evaluated as having relatively less importance. Due to the change of future environment like high-rise building and the use of basement space etc, new types of disaster occur in recent years. The scale of disasters is changing to bigger than past and the environment of fire industry is varied with Korea-America FTA etc. As the reasons above expressed, the necessity of technical innovation of fire industry comes to the fore. Domestic fire products don't have competitive technique than one of developed countries and also don't have competitive price than one of Southeast Asia and China. It is very important that the independent fire industry must be established using R&D vitalization to overcome these problems. In this study, we have analysed the status of domestic R&D and the domestic fire industry R&D. And we suggested the problems of above analysis and improvement. Consequently, we want to suggest the development strategy through R&D vitalization.

The global trend is to make transmission lines light weight and compact by using insulators and other equipment made of advanced materials. In Korea, the diversification of insulators supply route has begun in order to obtain price competitiveness. In May 1999, polymer insulators were finally introduced for the first time and installed to the 154kV transmission lines. After that, the construction and procurement standards were made and domestic polymer insulators were developed. And then, foreign and domestic manufacturers were registered in KEPCO as qualified insulator suppliers. As of 2010, purchasing polymer insulators by competitive bidding from foreign and domestic manufacturers has been possible. For this reason, it was decided to reduce the use of porcelain insulators and increase the use of polymer insulators taking the installation price into consideration

Technology standards have gained importance as global market becomes more competitive. Since a technology acknowledged as a standard brings significant benefits to the developer firm, firms in the IT industry tend to pursue standardization for the technology, being it proprietary or open. However, the paths or strategic implications are seldom discussed in academia. Therefore, our study uses iPhone of Apple, one of the proprietary standards successes, to further understand corporate strategies over two standard choices. Our case study suggests that iPhone's entry timing was optimal for creating a new mobile environment. Design excellence and user-friendly interface increased networking effects and switching costs among consumers. Apple developed independent mobile operating system (iOS) through improvement on the existing operating system. During the process, Apple chose proprietary standard and, by installing the same UX on its sibling products such as iPod Touch or iPad, overcame the subsequent problems that might arise from the limited use of iOS. Based on the capability of concurrently developing both hardware and software, Apple connected operating system, machine, and contents, which deems to contribute to its proprietary standards success. We argue that this strategy should be considered for firms which plan proprietary standard strategy.

The information systems of the Korea Postal Service are developed not for integration based on strategic purposes but for improvement of low-level business processes within each functional unit. Hence. the as-is level of the information systems is very insufficient for information integrity, and also shows substantial gaps. when compared to recent advances in information envconment such as internet, electronic govemment and so on in this study we suggest the design of the integrated platform to achieve integrity of postal service and banking servive. After briefly addressing the issues on information systems of the Korea Postal Service. we provide the framework of the integrated platform and action plan. We believe when this framework is put into use. It can contribute to competitive performance by giving the integrity and consistency in implementing infomation systems of the Korea Postal Service.

This study attempted to grasp the current status of field training in the Department of Library and Information Science and the training institutions of the students of the Department of Library and Information Science and to propose a development plan based on this. To this end, a questionnaire survey and survey were conducted on the status of field practice in the Department of Library and Information Science at 4-year and 2-year colleges. As a result of the study, first, it was analyzed that field training has an effect on the employment competitive- ness and employment competency of students, and the field training environment has an effect on career decisions of students in the Department of Library and Information Science. Second, it was found that the library with the most field training was found to be a public library, and it was investigated that in order to allow students to experience various institutions and choose their career path, it was necessary to jointly discover and use field training institutes. Third, the evaluation contents or evaluators of the field training did not show a big difference by school, and it was found that most universities are evaluating the field practice using various scales. Lastly, in order to maintain the level of on-the-job training to some extent, it is necessary to develop a training manual and distribute it to each university.

The World aerospace industry grows consistently with the development digital technology. We study the activation of the digital aerospace industry based on avionics system, with respect to demand, system and industrial structure in the gimpo area. The strategy is made for aerospace industry to be a growth driver and then we suggest some projects to carry out it. Those are lasting creation of aerospace demand, possession of core part material and competitive digital technology, construction infrastructure for activation of system operation, improvement of administrative assistance system and finally strengthening policy modulation between civil, company, army, academy, and government. Therefore, it is possible to develop into it focusing the MRO and the Helicopter, if we complement systems related in the field of administration and Industry.

The purpose of this study is to identify the conflict between residents and governments in partnership arising from the designation of National Important Agricultural Heritage for Damyang Samdari village and to suggest directions for improvement. To this end, residents of Samdari Village in Damyang, designated as an important national agricultural heritage, were interviewed. Interviews were analyzed through grounded theory, categorized into open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, and a paradigm model was constructed. Through this, the central phenomena of resident participation patterns currently appearing in the village were identified, and causal, contextual, and intervening conditions were analyzed. Causal conditions were analyzed as one-sided administrative treatment, assortment matching project, one-time plan, excessive dependence of residents and economic damages of residents at the beginning of the designation of national important agricultural heritage. As a result, conflict between residents and local governments occurred as a central phenomenon, and contextual conditions such as decline in the competitive of bamboo resources and frequent change in managers were also affecting the central phenomenon. As intervening conditions to alleviate the central phenomenon, there are local government's purchase of bamboo fields and fragmentary business effects. The action taken by the residents and officials in response to a fixed conflict is called an action-interaction strategy. Residents refused to change and settled in reality, and local governments avoided conflict. From the beginning of the designation to the present, the villagers gradually lost interest in the National Important Agricultural Heritage due to problems and conflicts that occurred in the process of forming a partnership in the National Important Agricultural Heritage project. Based on the analyzed model, a plan to build the partnership standards on Damyang bamboo field to secure the sustainability of the field and increase the practicality of resident participation, that is partnership, was suggested.
