디지털 보호 계전기를 위한 주파수 변동 보상기의 설계 (The Design of Frequency Variation Compensator for Digital Protection Relay)

  • The designed frequency compensator is proposed to make the estimation of amplitude of fundamental frequency immune to frequency variation. The designed method which has a simple structure and low calculation burden is proper to apply digital protective relay. The results of experimental demonstrate that the frequency compensator has good performance to the estimation of amplitude of fundamental frequency against frequency variation.

  • In rotating systems, backlash imposed limitations on the quality of control. System with gear is an example where this is a well-known limitation. In order to increase the controller performance, We design a fuzzy system to compensate the delay. we prove that under certain conditions the fuzzy compensator guarantees that the backlash output converges to the desired trajectory. Simulation results show that the fuzzy compensator is robust to the backlash parameter.

  • The high precision positioning mechanism is used in various industrial fields. It is used in semiconductor manufacturing line, test instrument, Bioengineering, and MEMS and so on. This paper presents a positioning mechanism with dual servo system. Dual servo system consists of a coarse stage and a fine motion stage. The course stage is driven by VCM and the actuator of fine stage is the PZT. The purposes of dual servo system are stability, higher bandwidth, and robustness. Lead compensator is applied to this control system, and is designed by PQ method. Designed compensator can improve property of positioning mechanism.

  • This paper deals with a position control problem of a hydraulic proportional position control system using a friction compensation control. There are many nonlinearities in hydraulic systems. With only proportional controller, response is slow and steady-state error cannot be compensated properly. Controller designed in this paper achieves fast transient response through the velocity and acceleration feedback and good steady-state response through the friction compensator. A/D and D/A board is employed for data acquisition and manipulation. The experimental results are compared with computer simulation results using Matlab.

  • 이 논문에서는 비틈 봉을 기반으로 한 중력보상기가 적용된 새로운 외력증강기를 이용하여 인체 다리관절에 작용하는 부하를 경감시키는 방법에 대해 제안한다. 비틈 봉 특성을 추정하고 측정하기 위하여 설계와 구조 해석을 행하였다. 설계와 구조해석을 바탕으로 매우 경량이고 소형인 새로운 외력증강기를 개발하였다. 구조해석은 외력증강기를 매우 경량으로 하기위해 최적두께의 링크에 대한 FEM해석을 행하였다.

  • This paper concerns an adaptive control scheme which is an extension of the simplified adaptive control. Originally, the SAC approach was developed based on the command generator tracker (CGT) theory for perfect model tracking. An attractive point of the SAC is that a control input can be synthesized without any prior knowledge about plant structure. However, a feedforward dynamic compensator of the CGT is removed from the basic structure of the SAC. This deletion of the compensator makes perfect model tracking difficult against even a step input. In this paper, an adaptive control system is redesigned to achieve perfect model tracking for as long as possible by reviving the dynamic compensator of the CGT. The proposed method is applied to slewing control of a flexible space structure and compared to the SAC responses.

  • This paper presents a design scheme of robust parallel compensator for plants with multiple uncertainty, which realizes strict positive realness of the closed-loop system by using static output feedback. Further, an ap-proximate relation between the static output feedback control system with the proposed compensator and the PID$.$‥D$\^$r-1 control system is shown.

  • This paper proposes a new sliding mode controller combined with a multi-layer neural network using the error back propagation learning algorithm,, The network acts as a compensator of the conventional sliding mode controller to improve the control performance when initial assumptions of uncertainty bounds of system parameters are violated. The proposed controller can reduce th steady state error of conventional sliding mode controller with the boundary layer technique Computer simulation results show that the proposed method is effective to control dynamic systems with unexpectably large uncertainties.

  • We have developed a rotating compensator spectroscopic ellipsometer (RCSE). As the ellipsometry measures a change in the polarization state of a light wave upon non-normal reflection from surface, the degree of sensitivity is enhanced greatly through the detection of relative phase change. RCSE acquires additional information from the non-ideal surface of sample and operates over the photon energy range from 1.5 to 4.5 eV. We applied RCSE to measure the optical properties of films and the line-width of patterned PR films on crystalline silicon.

  • In this paper, we propose the performance enhancement of solar individual string power generation system using booster power control for voltage compensation. The proposed control method determines the variable voltage for the compensator using direct power control (DPC) modeling applied to motion factor estimation. This method also maintains excellent dynamic response to the characteristics of direct power control (DPC) by calculating the mismatch ratio of the arrestered PV modules. The validity of the proposed algorithm is verified through simulation and experiments.
