The study conducted an empirical analysis of the impact of FDI on economic growth in four Asian countries: China, India, Vietnam and Korea. With panel data for the 1990-2017 period, the research model was developed for foreign direct investment (FDI), export amount (EX), government expenditure (G), exchange rate (EXR), and labourable population (L). The panel analysis results show that the increase in FDI, exports, government expenditure, labourable population significantly increased economic growth. The comparison analysis for each country revealed that FDI, exports and government expenditure significantly affect economic growth in China, that exports and government expenditure significantly affect economic growth in Korea, that FDI significantly affected economic growth in Vietnam, and that the increase in the workforce contributed to economic development in India. This paper characterized the different factors of economic growth in the four Asian countries. These results suggest that setting economic priorities to suit the specific economic conditions of each country is a shortcut to more efficient economic growth.

This research analyzes the level of technological growth in Korean telecommunication industry and suggests a technology development strategy. Comparative analysis of technological growth with the advanced countries was performed based on a new technology classification scheme. Technology indices were calculated by applying Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). The result of the AHP was put into forecasting models to have a glimse of future growth pattern and to suggest a long-term development strategy for telecommunication technology.

The purpose of this study is to examine the tendency of certified organic cosmetics market and the certification standards and regulations they are under, compare one of the most commonly used COSMOS-standard AISBL with the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) organic cosmetic standard regulation. And then examining their differences and any potential issues is to present suggestions to be made as data for certification standard for natural & organic cosmetics in Korea regulation. This contents of study will be used as good research and development to promote the sustainable growth of the natural & organic cosmetic ingredients which have been grown by organic farmers certified. Also certified organic ingredients may help to growth the organic industry. I believe these are actual comparative for application to develop of natural and organic cosmetics in Korea as well the strengthening of the competitiveness of organic cosmetics certified in the world.

The formula feed has been valuated its superiority in the aquaculture industry. However, the fish farmer is preferred the raw feed than the formula feed yet. The objectives of this study are to clarified the reason of lower usage of formula feed in aquaculture. We referred to the literature and the enquete, and inspected on-site for this study. Two types of managements, formula feed-usage or not, were compared and analyzed. The results show that the perception of formula feed are changing even though the quality of formula feed is not clear and the growth efficiency is lower than raw feed, because the domestic supply of raw feed was not smooth and the cost was raised.

This study was carried out to investigate the anti-fungal effect of Pyrethri Flos Boiled Solution (PFBS) from Chrysanthemum Cinerariaefolium Visiani on Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum and Trichophyton Mentagrophytes with 0.5 ml, 1ml, 2 ml. In comparative drugs, on Sabouraud's glucose agar medium to 2 ml respectively and PFBS on the rabbit skin lesions, in vivo experiments, were observed. The results obtained were as follows : PFBS slightly suppresed the growth of the fungi in 0.5 ml and markedly it in 1 ml and 2 ml. In comparative drugs, benzylbenzoate represented similar anti-fungal action in 2 ml compared with PFBS. While, salicylic acid and boric acid represented less suppression of growth of the fungi than PFBS in 0.5 ml. The effects of PFBS on the rabbit skin lesions inoculation with dermatophytes was almost normally recorved about Microsporum gypseum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes except Microsporum canis after 8 days.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of growth orientation, life satisfaction, perceived stress, positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationships in the group coaching program for the promotion of growth orientation for university students based on the model of the social-cognitive approach to motivation. The program consisted of eight topics: growth orientation, growth mindset and brain plasticity, self-directed goal setting, talent which is a product of ongoing effort, failure attitude and perspective change, positive emotion, thinking and behavior, value of growth orientation and self-coaching, respectively. The program comprised a total of eight sessions, 120 minutes each, and the final program was completed through a preliminary experiment with three university students. In order to verify the effectiveness of the program, 48 university students were divided into 16 in the experimental group, 16 in the comparative group, and 16 in the control group. The experimental group participated in the group coaching program to enhance the growth orientation based on the model of the social-cognitive approach to motivation developed in this study, the comparative group participated in a learning goal orientation improvement program based on an incremental implicit theory, and the control group did not carry out any program. Three groups were tested in pre, post, follow-up1(after 1 month) and follow-up2(after 3 months) in order to growth orientation, life satisfaction, perceived stress, positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationships. We performed analysis to confirm the homogeneity to the data of the three groups and to verify the interaction effects between times and groups. As a result, it was confirmed that the group coaching program to promote growth orientation, life satisfaction, perceived stress, positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationships had statistically significant effect and was more effective than the comparative program due to the larger effective size. Also, we confirmed that the coaching effect was sustained after the program was finished and more effectively maintained than the comparative program. Based on the results of this study, this study has academic implications because it verify the effectiveness of the group coaching for the promotion of the growth orientation by scient ic method.
