The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the spectator experience and satisfaction with a focus on attachment and a sense of community. The survey was given to random spectators who watched KBO (The Korea Baseball Organization) games in 2018. With 189 surveyed participants, this study used exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis to verify the reliability and validity of the measured variables. The hierarchical multiple regression correlation was employed as a statistical method for the hypotheses of this study. The findings showed that spectators' experiences have influences on satisfaction. Among the experience factors, education and entertainment affect attachment, and education has the only significant influence on a sense of community. In addition, spectators' attachment and a sense of community positively influence satisfaction. Attachment and a sense of community have a relatively mediated effect on spectators' experiences and satisfaction. This study confirmed the need for various spectator experiences at KBO games, and the importance of place attachment or a sense of community.

This study examines the effect of satisfaction with adolescent extracurricular activities on social withdrawal with a focus on the mediating effect of self-esteem and sense of community. We used data from the 3rd wave (2012) of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) collected by the National Youth Policy Institute for path analysis. Participants were 1,139 first year middle school students who participated in adolescent extracurricular activities. First, the degree of satisfaction with the adolescent extracurricular activities had an indirect effect on social withdrawal via self-esteem. Second, satisfaction with the adolescent extracurricular activities had an indirect effect on social withdrawal via a sense of community. Lastly, satisfaction with adolescent extracurricular activities had an indirect effect on social withdrawal via self-esteem and a sense of community. The research findings indicate that the level of social withdrawal is less when adolescents are satisfied with adolescent extracurricular activities and have a high level of self-esteem and sense of community. The results demonstrate that a satisfactory level of adolescent extracurricular activity would help adolescents decrease their social withdrawal by increasing the level of self-esteem and sense of community.

본 연구는 지역아동센터 청소년을 대상으로 서비스 이용경험-센터 교사와의 만족도 및 서비스 이용평가-이 공동체의식에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 센터 서비스 이용경험과 공동체 의식간의 관계에서 학교적응의 매개효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 지역아동센터 아동패널조사 2기 패널 대상자 중 2017년 전국 중학교 1학년 청소년 438명을 표본으로 하였다. 자료는 SPSS 18 프로그램을 이용하여 상관관계분석, 단계별 회귀분석 및 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과 지역아동센터 청소년들은 센터 교사와의 만족도 및 서비스 이용평가를 긍정적으로 인식할수록 공동체 의식이 높았으며, 아울러 교사 만족도 및 서비스 이용평가는 학교적응을 통해 공동체 의식에 긍정적 영향을 미침으로써 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 이를 토대로 저소득 청소년의 공동체의식 증진을 위해 청소년과 센터 교사 간 긴밀한 관계 유지, 서비스의 질적 수준 향상, 지역아동센터와 학교체계 간 연계 프로그램 개발 및 적용의 필요성을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study were 1) to investigate the degree of quality of life and housing satisfaction and the variables to affect it, 2) to identify housing and community satisfaction between Seoul and Chung-Ju city residents and to compare it if there were any differences. The results were Seoul city residents' life and housing satisfactions are more higher than Chung-Ju's and housing variable influenced relatively higher degree to life satisfaction. Prefered housing and community features were identified and community satisfaction variables were investigated.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the design guide-lines for the community center through the analysis of users' satisfaction on the community facilities and programs. This study was approached by using theoretical investigation, a field survey and a questionnaire survey. The field survey was analyzed the current situations by conducting a housing managers' interview and viewing a blueprint of the community center. The questionnaire survey was tested by examining five different apartment complexes of over 500 households in Gwang-ju, which were all built between 2005 and 2007, 268 users were interviewed for the questionnaire survey. After all the questionnaires were collected, the data was coded and analyzed using the SPSS 12.0 program. Statistics used from data analysis were frequencies, means, standard deviations, one-way ANOVA, t-test, and correlation analysis. To conclusion, the satisfaction and usage of community facilities and programs shows higher for the indoor exercise/sports; such as, yoga, golf, and health programs than others. There is no strong correlation between the location and layout of community facility in apartment complex. However, this study could be a reference data when planning a new community center where plans to have community facilities and programs to satisfy its future users.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the community center users' the determinants of utilization & satisfaction for the exploit and to draw out the implication as to what are the influencing factors. The ordered logit model approach was used to examine the determinants. For the use of community center, we surveyed by mail subjecting on rural residents for one month, June 2012, analyzed 625 valid questionnaires. The findings are as follows. First, 'Facility-Satisfaction', 'Education', 'Exploit-Frequency' and 'Age' are the most important factors which affect users' satisfaction. Second, 'A meeting hall function', 'Cultural & Educational function', 'Social & Organizational function', and 'functional criticality function' influence the attributes of users' utilization. Therefore, it is needed to establish the various functions of community center and to prepare the vitalization plan in futuristic viewpoint reflecting the change of rural area. In addition, since there is no clear entity to supervise community center administratively, policy support system to community center should be equipped. Along with these, it is needed to develop managing and operation model for customized community center.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived risk, community usage motive, and price sensitivity of customers who purchase children's wear directly from overseas on customer satisfaction. Specifically, this study is aimed at verifying the moderating effect of price sensitivity when perceived risk and community usage motive significantly influence customer satisfaction. A survey was conducted among consumers who experienced directly purchasing children's wear from overseas and engaging in communities. A total of 415 questionnaires were distributed, which 41 responses were insincere and excluded; thus, 374 responses were analyzed. Results of this study are as follows. First, the analysis on how perceived risk and community usage motive influence customer satisfaction reveals the significant influence of economic and social psychological risk on customer satisfaction. Moreover, informational, recreational, and social emotional usage motive have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Second, the effect of perceived risk and community usage motive on customer satisfaction based on different levels of price sensitivity was verified. As a result, delivery and economic risks affect customer satisfaction for consumers with high price sensitivity. Moreover, recreational usage motive has a significant influence on customer satisfaction for high price sensitive consumers. In conclusion, perceived risk negatively impacts customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is essential to provide a system that can reduce the perceived risk of consumers who purchase children's wear directly from overseas.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 체험활동 만족도와 삶의 만족감의 관계에서 공동체의식의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 한국아동·청소년패널 자료(KCYPS) 6차 자료를 활용하였다. 공동체의식의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계 분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 매개효과의 통계적 유의미성을 분석하기 위해 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 청소년의 체험활동 만족도가 공동체의식에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 청소년의 체험활동 만족도가 삶의 만족감에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공동체의식이 삶의 만족감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고 동시에 청소년 체험활동 만족도가 삶의 만족감에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 체험활동 만족도는 부분매개효과를 지니는 것으로 검증되었다.

This study begins with an interest in community capacity, the basis for mobilizing community action and the driving force of community development. The study aims to identify the structural equation model of community capacity, social participation, satisfaction in life, and the impact relationship and to verify the differences between urban and rural areas. The analysis data used the 2018Korean Social Integration Survey, which is the statistical data for national approval. The analysis method was performed by using SPSS was used to perform descriptive analysis and t-test, and the structural equation model. Multi-group analysis of AMOS was also performed to verify the research model. As the result of analysis, both the condition and status of community capacity and social participation, which are products of community capacity, showed a higher average of rural areas than urban areas. As a result of the analysis of the structural equation model between community capacity, social participation, and life satisfaction, differences between rural and urban groups were identified. In rural areas, both the capacity-condition and the capacity-status variables act as positive factors for social participation and life satisfaction, but in urban areas, the path of capacity-condition, social participation, capacity-status and life satisfaction was significant. On the other hand, social participation variables acted as a factor of direct and indirect negatively influence on life satisfaction. Therefore, it can be said that the quality of community capacity in rural areas is superior to that of urban areas.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of community-based rehabilitation (CBR) program on activities of daily livings (ADLs), quality of life and assistive technology satisfaction for disabled adults in South Korea. Fourteen community-dwelling subjects were participated in a home-based rehabilitation program which performed once a month for 2 months. The outcome measures included Modified Barthel Index (MBI) for assessing ADLs, EuroQol five-dimensions questionnaire (EQ-5D) for quality of life (QoL) and Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with assistive Technology 2.0 (QUEST 2.0) for assistive technology. Significant improvements in ADLs, quality of life and assistive technology satisfaction were observed after the program. This study indicated that community-based rehabilitation program is an effective method for improving ADLs, quality of life and assistive technology satisfaction for adults with disabilities.
