This study collected data with participants observation, interviews, situational analysis and systematic review of discourse in qualitative method. For the validity and identifying empirical results, this study used statistic analysis as a mixed method. Further including various pedagogic methods and business coaching skills, this model was conducted from workshop in RDA, in turn, on-farm business coaching as follow-up, CoPs' activities, and local ATCs extension services by each actors. The dynamic process and effects of each process led some change for farmers' innovative knowledge, skills, attitude, practice and aspiration on their farm business. RDA PLA model development based on the previous practices and research, which provided a configurated picture in the holistic action learning process. In statistic research, this study focused on 279 farmers as respondents who had participated in the program. It shows that their income and benefits increased from their renovative practices on farm business. Following the sampling group, it was surveyed by four indicators - products, customer, quality and cost. The level of contribution of education on economic impact 15% is quoted from previous paper. Even in some limitations of public sector, RDA PLA model actively suggests the paradigm shift of agricultural HRD and development of alternative extension-service system.

This study was analyzed using descriptive statistics and Geographically weighted regression model. As a result, regional diagnosis rate of atopic dermatitis was increased by 5 years, and difference related to geographic location was so large. The regional characteristics that contribute to the diagnosis of atopic dermatitis were as follows: older adults population ratio, ratio of basic living security received people, depression experience rate, high risk drinking rate, number of wastewater discharge business, number of tobacco retail business, number of fast food restaurant business. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore practice-based evidence for health promotion in vulnerable populations with hypertension in primary health care settings. Methods: Two methodological procedures were adopted for this triangulation study. In the first phase, the sample was obtained from the computerized clinical data repository of a community nursing center. A total of 286 clients were assessed for hypertension as an actual circulation problem as coded in the Omaha System. In the second phase, a qualitative focus group was surveyed through semi-structured interviews conducted by nine advanced practice nurses who had been serving the hypertensive patients. Results: The community nurses provided essential primary healthcare services including health teaching guidance and counseling, and surveillance to vulnerable populations living in medically underserved community. There was a significant positive correlation between knowledge and behavior (r=.53, p<.01), between knowledge and health status (r=.40, p<.05), and between behavior and health status (r=.48, p<.01). Conclusion: This triangulation study encompassed not only quantitative findings from the computerized records of clients but also other information acquired from advanced practice nurses. This study contributes to understanding the importance of health promotion nursing interventions even with populations already diagnosed with chronic diseases such as hypertension.

This Qualitative case study focused on the National Pilot Project to make family-friendly communities. We examined the basic model of the family-friendly community proposed by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. One of the three local communities selected as family friendly models was chosen for observation and in-depth interview for its residents. The official performance report shows this project's process, results and future tasks. From the in-depth interview data, we defined the project's characteristics as the government and private sectors collaboration, model transformation from the original family friendly model to the production model, and we found some conflicts among residents upon financial issues and business items. The most important task is the vitalization of the community corporate body to realize this project's performance through these three years. The present study aims to monitor three of the community empowerment projects implemented as part of the community central revitalization projects in Yeongwol. We used an established indicator (i.e., quantitative evaluation) as well as an interview (i.e., qualitative evaluation) throughout the monitoring process. The PM (project manager) committee members, consisting of six interdisciplinary experts, carried out the monitoring from $24^{th}$ of October until the $26^{th}$ of November 2018. We categorized the results of the monitoring into the aspects of needs, software, and hardware, and analyzed them as follows: First, although the locals were willing to take part in programs, they were in overall not well informed about the ongoing programs and the program that suits their needs the most. The service organization should therefore actively publicize the program and provide sufficient information about it .Second, instead of a one-off program, the locals should be empowered to take over the program eventually and develop it as a local business model. Last, the locals from the center as well as the outskirts of Yeongwol should organize a learning net, collaboratively develop a further program, and assess its effectiveness by employing a thorough monitoring system.

This study aims to examine the impact of accessing industrial factors in enhancing business performance with special reference to Muslim women entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka. Industrial factors are industrial resources available to Muslim women entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka and it was measured using the dimensions of resource accessibility and government and non-governmental support. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 260 women entrepreneurs from the Muslim community who are registered with the chamber of commerce in the three districts of the Eastern province of Sri Lanka, using a simple random sampling technique. Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS was used as the data analysis technique. The structural model showed that resource accessibility had a significant and positive relationship with business performance, whereas government and non-governmental support did not significantly influence business performance. Especially, Muslim women entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka do not show interest in getting support such as finance, training, and other necessities from government and non-government organizations as well as business development support agencies. Trade chambers and decision-making authorities may use this finding to gain insights and develop strategies to enhance the business performance of women entrepreneurs.
