가정에서 사용중인 가전제품을 제어하는 방법은 적외선 리모컨을 이용한 방식이 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 레거시 기기들은 각각의 리모컨으로 제어되고 있고 표준화된 통신방식을 제공하지 않아 원격 제어에 어려움이 있다. 통합 리모컨방식의 원격 제어기를 이용할 경우 여러 종류의 기기를 제어할 수 있지만 모든 명령을 지원하지는 않으며, 특히 새로운 명령이나 고유한 명령을 가진 제품이 출시될 경우 확장성에 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 레거시 기기의 효율적인 통합 제어를 위해 지그비로 전송되는 명령을 해당 기기의 적외선 제어 명령으로 변환하여 발신하는 Zigbee Bridge를 개발하고, 헤더 판별법을 이용한 학습 기능을 추가 하였다. 새로운 명령이 전송되는 경우 Bridge는 이 명령을 학습하여 저장하며, 기존 명령이 전송되는 경우 저장된 코드를 출력하는 방식을 사용하였다. 이 방식을 사용하는 경우 신규 명령에 대한 확장성과 유연성을 확보 할 수 있으며, 코드 전송의 효율을 향상하여 기존 대비 최대 58.6배 빠른 전송이 가능하다.

Media manipulation of breaking news through article selection, ranking and tweaking of social media data and comment streams is a growing concern for society. We argue that the combination of human and machine curation on media portals marks a new period for news media and journalism. Although intermediary platforms routinely claim that they are merely the neutral technological platform which facilitates news and information flows, rejecting any criticisms that they are operating as de facto media organisations; instead, we argue for an alternative, more active interpretation of their roles. In this article we provide a contemporary account of the South Korean ('Korean') online news media ecology as an exemplar of how contemporary media technologies, and in particular portals and algorithmic recommender systems, perform a powerful role in shaping the kind of news and information that citizens access. By highlighting the key stakeholders and their positions within the production, publication and distribution of news media, we argue that the overall impact of the major portal platforms of Naver and Kakao is far more consequential than simply providing an entertaining media diet for consumers. These portals are central in designing how and which news is sourced, produced and then accessed by Korean citizens. From a regulatory perspective the provision of news on the portals can be a somewhat ambiguous and moving target, subject to soft and harder regulatory measures. While we investigate a specific case study of the South Korean experience, we also trace out connections with the larger global media ecology. We have relied on policy documents, stakeholder interviews and portal user 'walk throughs' to understand the changing role of news and its surfacing on a distinctive breed of media platforms.

A special law on health care for rural areas was enacted, as of Dec. 31, 1980, in order to provide effective health care service in rural areas through the primary health care approach. The implementation of the PHC developed the CHP(Community Health Practitioner) and provided the training program lasted 24 weeks. The qualification of CHP is a registered nurses or midwivies. This study was conducted in order to analyze the characteristics of trainees of CHP and training environments. The data was collected from personal questionnaire by means of mailing. Respondent was 338 out of 356 trainees. The summary of the findings are as follows : 1) The 38.0% out of trainees is 25-29 years of age (minimum : 20, maximum 55, mean : 30.3). 2) The 59.0% of respondent come from county area and the 52.5% are married. 3) The 61.0% didn't receive any in-service education. 4) In their experience related to health care service, the 29.8% of them experienced during 4 year 6 year and the 50.8% of the holders in experience was engaged in clinical field. 5) As to motivation of application of CHP, the 55.1% respond to "Independently workable" and the 35.1% respond to "Worthwhile". 6) The 45.1% got any information sources on CHP from Newsletter of KNA. 7) The 46.8% of respondent showed that instructor had utilized both teaching materials and reference book. 8) During the training, the 49.4% stayed at own house but the 35.0% stayed with lodgings and flat. 9) The 52.8% of trainees comment on very short of living allowance. 10) The 19.3% of respondent is willing to serve as CHP for ten years or more, but the 42.1% respond to serve for obligation namely 2 years. This study result could be utilized as a basic data for improving the CHP training program and management of the CHP's field activity in the future.

This paper reviews the Supreme Court decision of the United Kingdom in Jivraj v. Hashwani (2011) concerning the employment issue of arbitrators, falling within the exception of genuine occupational requirement under the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003, and nationality of arbitrators. In 2011, the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom delivered its judgment in Jivraj v. Hashwani, unanimously overturning decision of the English Court of Appeal. The facts of this case and the decision of the Court of Appeal have been widely discussed. The decision of the Supreme Court has been met with approval within the international arbitration community in London, having restored the legal position to that prior to the Court of Appeal's ruling. Thus, the Supreme Court unanimously overturned the Court of Appeal's finding that arbitrators are the employees of the arbitrating parties. Arbitrators were held to be genuinely self-employed, and therefore outside the scope of the Regulations or Equality Act(2010). As such, the anti-discrimination provisions are not applicable to the selection, engagement or appointment of arbitrators. Most importantly, the Supreme Court's finding that arbitrators are not employees removes the possibility of challenges to arbitration agreements on the grounds that they are in breach of the Equality Act. As a practical matter, parties no longer need to consider carving out nationality provisions when drafting arbitration agreements.

기존의 감정분석을 통한 극성 분류는 주로 평점을 기반으로 하는 상품평을 기준으로 문장규칙을 이용하여 분석해왔다. 이러한 분석방법은 평점이 없는 블로그 같은 경우 적용되기 어려움 점이 있고 댓글 아르바이트나 관리자에 의해 상품평이 조작될 가능성이 있어서 상품평 만으로는 상품, 매장에 대한 의견을 파악하기에는 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 고려할 때 개인들의 솔직한 의견이 담겨 있는 블로그를 분석하여 극성을 분류하면 상품, 매장에 대한 올바른 이해가 가능하다. 본 논문은 도메인별로 블로그 글에 대한 고빈도 단어를 추출하여 주제어를 선정하고, 선정된 주제어를 기준으로 제안하는 감정분석 기법을 적용하여 블로그 글에 대한 극성을 분류한다. 감정분석 기법의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 정보 검색 분야에서 사용되는 측정지표 Precision, Recall, F-score를 사용하여 본 연구의 극성 분류기법의 유용성을 검증한다. 평가 결과 기존의 상품평을 문장규칙을 이용하여 분석하여 극성 분류를 하는 기법들에 비해서 제안한 감정분석 기법을 적용할 경우에 우수한 성능으로 극성 분류를 하는 것으로 나타났다.

타르함량 1mg 담배는 특히 극동지방을 포함한 세계 여러지역에서 시장이 증가하고 있는 대표적인 상품이다. 초저타르 담배의 설계는 쉽지 않은데, 저타르 담배의 설계에 사용된 기술을 단순히 연장하여 적용하게 되면 대체로 맛이 없는 담배가 된다. 여러나라에서 현재 시판되고 있는 초저타르 담배의 설계를 세밀히 분석한 결과 일반적으로 널리 적용되고 있는 특정한 설계방식은 볼 수 없었다. 엽배합, 엽배합밀도, 필터설계, 필터희석율 등은 상품마다 제각각일 정도로 변이가 크다. 이들 요인들은 담배의 puff수, puff별 타르함량, 그리고 궁극적으로는 담배맛에 영향을 끼칠 것이다. 본 논문에서는 전세계에서 시판되고 있는 17개의 초저타르 담배에 대한 세밀한 분석결과를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 잎담배 화학성분이 초저타르 담배의 설계에 특별이 미치는 영향, 판상엽의 사용, 연소특성과 타르이행량에 영향을 미치는 권련지의 특성과 필터희석율에 관련되는 요인의 선택 등에 관하여 고찰하고자 한다. 이와 같은 고찰을 통해 우리는 초저타르 담배의 상업적 성공이 이들 관련 기술의 절묘한 균형을 맞춤 으로서 - 물론 훌릉한 영업력도 빼놓을 수 없지만 - 가능하였던 것으로 결론 짓고자 한다.

Homeostatic imbalance between cell proliferation and death in gastric mucosal epithelia may lead to gastritis and gastric cancer. Despite abundant gastrokine 1 (GKN1) expression in the normal stomach, the loss of GKN1 expression is frequently detected in gastric mucosa infected with Helicobacter pylori, as well as in intestinal metaplasia and gastric cancer tissues, suggesting that GKN1 plays an important role in gastric mucosal defense, and the gene functions as a gastric tumor suppressor. In the stomach, GKN1 is involved in gastric mucosal inflammation by regulating cytokine production, the nuclear factor-${\kappa}B$ signaling pathway, and cyclooxygenase-2 expression. GKN1 also inhibits the carcinogenic potential of H. pylori protein CagA by binding to it, and up-regulates antioxidant enzymes. In addition, GKN1 reduces cell viability, proliferation, and colony formation by inhibiting cell cycle progression and epigenetic modification by down-regulating the expression levels of DNMT1 and EZH2, and DNMT1 activity, and inducing apoptosis through the death receptor-dependent pathway. Furthermore, GKN1 also inhibits gastric cancer cell invasion and metastasis via coordinated regulation of epithelial mesenchymal transition-related protein expression, reactive oxygen species production, and PI3K/Akt signaling pathway activation. Although the modes of action of GKN1 have not been clearly described, recent limited evidence suggests that GKN1 acts as a gastricspecific tumor suppressor. This review aims to discuss, comment, and summarize the recent progress in the understanding of the role of GKN1 in gastric cancer development and progression.

동영상 강의 중심의 온라인 학습 형태가 보편화 되고 지속적으로 증가됨에 따라 다양한 교육방법을 적용한 동영상 기반 학습 환경도 학습 효과성을 높이기 위해 변화, 발전하고 있다. 온라인 학습 환경에서의 교육 효과성 측정을 위해 학습자 로그 데이터가 대두되었으며, 학습자 맞춤형 학습 처방을 위해 로그 데이터의 다양한 분석 방법이 중요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 동영상 기반 학습 환경에서의 학습자 행동 데이터 분석, 머신러닝 기법에 따른 학업성취 예측을 실험을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 각 모델에서 공통적으로 동영상 탐색과 코멘트 작성과 같은 상호작용 행동, 학습자 주도적 학습 행동이 학업성취를 예측하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 동영상 학습 환경 설계에 있어 시사점을 제공하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find the connectional structure of mentoring perceived by the 2-year college students who are majoring in fashion, and to develop the scale with which the mentoring effect can be measured on the basis of the results. To achieve the purpose, research was conducted through a survey questionnaire. The research was carried out obtaining data from the 2-year college students. Responses from this questionnaire were gathered from 265 students. The questionnaire was made with 31 mentoring scales and removed inadequate 18 questions for statistics analysis. The remaining questionnaires consisting of 13 questions were categorized into three factors. The first factor (5questions) relates to the sensitivity developmental function. The second factor (5questions) pertains to the psychosocial function and the third factor (3questions) was for the fashion career developmental function. The results derived from the analysis of the questionnaire survey are as follows: First, the role model function is not enticing enough for the student to continue role model or professor for future student. The students are more interested into discovering their own capability in fashion by entering a fashion company. Second, the result of this study was confirmed through descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Third, the results of this study can be a guide-line for professors to help student to which is fashion in spite of outside comment and own future career task.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analysis of the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun". Methods : The herb medications of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong(上.中.下統) and "Enlargement side prescriptions" (增補方) are selected by comment on the chief virtue including reference word of corresponded with neuropsychiatry. Results and Conclusion : "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" is a book most people who have a background or career in Han Medicine(韓醫學) would pore over. They corresponded with neuropsychiatry among the herb medications of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong(上.中.下統) are 55 prescriptions that Sang-Tong(上統) is 8 prescriptions, Jung-Tong(中.統) is 23 prescriptions and Ha-Tong(下統) is 24 prescriptions. And the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Enlargement side prescriptions" (增補方) are 40 prescriptions. And then the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" received much influence from "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam". Incidentally the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong showed the high percentage in Neurosis. And the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Enlargement side prescriptions" showed the high percentage in Psychosis. Besides not only put "Enlargement side prescriptions a premium on "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam", but also made it the herb medications which were recorded on books flowed after "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam" known. It was entered up books quoted from "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong but the herb medications were that were not succeeded from "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong. Therefore "Enlargement side prescriptions" shows the efforts for supplement of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong.
