저방사 코팅이 진공창의 열성능에 미치는 영향 (Study on thermal performance of vacuum window with various low-ε coating glasses)

  • A theoretical method was developed to analyze the effect of low-$\varepsilon$ coatings which have influence on thermal performance of vacuum windwo glazing and double pane glazing. The overall heat transfer coefficient(U) value and thermal performance were analyzed by theroretical method on various kins of windows. TRNSYS program was used to analyze total heating and cooling energy consumption on the model building which has various windows. As the result, better thermal insulation can be achieved on the vacuum window glazing than double pane glazing when low-$\varepsilon$ coating was done on the surface of glass. Total heating and cooling energy consumption was almost same on the double pane window glazing but was lessened on the vacuum window glazing when the window size of south direction increased. Therefore, low-$\varepsilon$ coating was very necessary for vacuum window glazing in order to improve thermal insulation performance and efficient energy conservation can be achieved by vacuum window glazing at the real building which has large window.

창호일체형 태양열 집열기 (Window Integrated Solar Collectors)

  • Window integrated solar collector is to simply install inside of the existing double glass window frame. Double glass window frame is consist of inner glass of Low-E coating and Silver coating, and outer glass of low iron reinforced glass. In order to secure natural lighting in a room, only 50% of window frame is covered with solar collectors. Solar absorption or transmission rate varies seasonally depending on sun angles. Part of inner glass where right behind of the solar plate is covered with silver coating to increase absorption rate of solar plate. The collector is made of a copper serpentine where aluminum fins are soldering. To improve the effect of insulation of inside of the window frame is recommend vacuum. As a result, we are making the 3th sample and will archieve below $F_RU_L=7.5W/m^2^{\circ}C$ that is the account of heat lossed, and above $F_R({\tau}{\alpha})=0.45$.

  • 본 연구는 코팅 공정을 거치지 않고 코팅 효과를 나타내는 저온융착사(Low melting Yarn)를 이용하여 제조한 window covering 제품의 난연성에 관한 것이다. LM사와 일반사 및 적정량의 난연사를 합사 혼방하는 방식으로 제조한 직물의 염색 및 가공 공정을 통한 난연성의 변화를 연구하였다.

DLC 박막 코팅에 의한 IR window의 적외선 투과율 향상에 관한 연구 (The improved transmittance of an IR window by coating a DLC film)

  • The diamond-like carbon(DLC) film, as an antireflection layer, is coated on a commerically used Ge window. DLC films are deposited by using an rf(13.56 MHz) plasma CVD. The optimal value of thickness and refractive index of DLC layer has been determined from the computer simulation. IR-transmittances of DLC-coated Ge windows are estimated by measuring FTIR spectra in the wavelength range of$ 2.5{\sim}25{\mu}m$. By coating the DLC film on one side of the Ge window, the transmittance measured at a wavelength of $10{\mu}m$ is about 60 %, while that of the bare Ge is lower than 50 %. Also, a higher transmittance up to about 90 % is obtained by coating the DLC film on both sides of the window. It may be suggested that the further improvement of the IR-transmittance can be achieved by more precisely controlling the thickness and the refractive index of DLC layer and also by adopting various muliti-layer antireflection structures.

내마모성 색상코팅제를 코팅한 폴리카보네이트 필름의 물리적 특성 (The Physical Properties of Polycarbonate Films Coated with Hard and Color Coating Materials)

  • 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate)는 가볍고, 내충격성 및 가공성이 우수하여 광학기기의 렌즈 및 각종 건축물의 투명 소재 등에 유리의 대체품으로서 널리 이용되고 있으나 낮은 표면경도를 가지고 있어 유통 또는 사용시의 접촉으로 인하여 제품에 손상을 줄 염려가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 폴리카보네이트 필름에 아크릴레이트 올리고머, 모노머, 용매, 염료, 실리콘 아크릴레이트, 그리고 광개시제 등을 다양한 함량비율에 따라 혼합한 코팅용액을 제조하고, 구성 성분의 비율에 따른 폴리카보네이트 필름의 표면 경도, 접착력, 그리고 투과율의 변화를 실험하였다. 그 결과 최대 연필 경도가 2H이고, 접착력과 가시광선 투과율이 우수한 코팅용액의 조성을 얻었다. 색상코팅 실험 결과, 기존 산화물 증착에 의해 구현하던 색상을 본 실험에서 제조한 코팅 용액을 사용하여 거의 대부분 구현할 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 색상 윈도우 렌즈를 제작한 결과, 매우 깨끗하고 균일한 색상과 표면을 가졌다.

  • An energy loss through the window system occupies about 10 to 30 percent on energy consumption of the whole building. That is the reason, several elements for a building composition of window system are the weakest from the heat. Insulation performance increases for the reducing heat loss. Heat transfer through the window system that is reducing heat transfer through conduction, convection and radiation. Insulation performance reinforcement methods classify improving heat specific quality of window system and improving efficiency of whole window system. The most application method among each methods is reducing emission ratio of the window system(Low-E glass), increasing a number of glazing(multiple window) and a method of vacuuming between glazing and glazing. Therefore this study is investigated a sort of glazing and specific character, U-value calculation with changing glazing thickness and calculation of temperature distribution and U-value with a glazing charging gas kind from double glazing. For a conclusion, an aspect of U-value figure at the smallest value case of vacuum glazing with Low-E coating. That means insulation efficiency is the best advantage during a building plan selecting vacuum glazing with Low-E coating for a energy saving aspect. In this way, U-value become different the number of glazing, coating whether or not and selecting injection gas. Therefore selecting of glazing is very important after due consideration by a characteristic and use of building and consideration of strong point and weak point.

섬유 기반의 다공성 윈도우를 가지는 박막 제작 및 공배양에의 활용 (Fabrication of a Polymeric Film with Nanofiber-based Porous Window and Its Application to Co-culture)

  • Recently, various biochip environments have been presented. In this study, a novel transparent film with porous membrane windows, which is an essential component in a co-cultured biochip environment, is fabricated using spin-coating, 3D printing, and electrospinning processes. In detail, a transparent polystyrene film was fabricated by means of the spin-coating process followed bywindow cutting, after which apolycaprolactone-chloroform solution was deposited along the window edge to introduce an adhesion layer between the PS film and the PCL nanofibers. Nanofibers were electrospun into the window region using a direct-write electrospinning method. Consequently, it was demonstrated that the fabricated window film could be used in a co-culture biochip environment.

  • 고휘도 다이오드(Superluminescent Diodes : SLD)는 fiber gyroscope의 광원으로서 가장 적당한 소자로 알려져 있다$^{(1)}$ . 본 연구는 실제의 광섬유 자이로 스코프에 적용하기 위하여 활성층의 발진파장이 1.55$mu extrm{m}$인 SLD의 제작을 목적으로 하고 있다.   • 전해코팅 법과 dip-coating 법을 이용해 산화주석(IV)을 티타늄 지지체에 코팅하여, 코팅 방법에 따른 코팅 전극의 물성과 전기화학적 특성에 대해여 연구하였다. HCl 로 전극 에칭 후, nitrate 용액에 $SnCl_2{\cdot}2H_2O$을 용해시켜 pulse technique를 이용하여 전해코팅 하였으며, dip-coating 법 또한 $SnCl_2{\cdot}2H_2O$를 사용하여 1:1V% HCl 용액에 용해시켜 코팅 소결 후 산화주석(IV)코팅 전극을 제작하였다. 두 가지 코팅 방법을 통해 제작된 산화주석(IV)코팅 전극은 전극의 물성을 비교하기 위해 x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning election microscopy (SEM)를 관찰해보았고, 전기화학적 특성을 평가하기 위해 cyclic voltammetry (CV)를 측정하여 전위창을 비교해 보았다.

  • The aim of this study is to evaluate how much would the building energy consumption be saved by applying DSSC BIPV window which is possible to control the transmittance and express the color in the office building. For this, physical characteristics such as transmittance and reflectance, U-factor of DSSC areanalyzed and an annual energy consumption that is connected to dimming control is calculated when DSSC BIPV window is applied by alternate clear window system. As a result, It is possible to reduce the anannual energy consumption as much as4.1% by just change the clear double window system to DSSC BIPV double window system because the major factor to reduce energy consumption in the office that has much cooling load than other building is SHGC. When the thermal insulation properties of DSSC BIPV window with low-e coating and making triple window are improved, energy saving ratio is about 9%. Plus, energy saving ratio of 25~28% in lighting energy consumption is possible when the dimming control system with DSSC BIPV window is adopt.
