Both of the student whose background had experience in the science club activity, field science education during their high school days are majoring in physics and biology. In Summary: 1) science teacher's guidance deeply impressed the student that they respect the teacher as a occupational role model. 2) they really enjoyed the hands-on activities joyful. 3) their experience lasted so long time to keep them to stay in science field. 4) they had an experience of speaking before peer science club students who had similar interest and talent. We found the above four factors were really influential to encourage the subject to major in science career.
This study aimed to identify and to compare the difference the changes of one-leg drop landing pattern depending on chronic ankle instability (CAI) among basketball club members. For 30 basketball club members who are currently participating in recreational basketball games in Busan Metropolitan City, 21 CAI groups and 9 CON groups were classified according to the CAI standards provided by the International Ankle Consortium. The one-leg drop landing pattern was measured with the alignment of the lower extremity and joint movement at the initial contact (IC), and the point of peak knee flexion. In addition, the one-leg drop landing pattern was tested with the muscular activity of tibialis anterior, peroneus longus, medial gastrocnemius and gluteus medius at the initial contact (IC), heel contact (HC), and the point of peak knee flexion. The results of this study showed that there was no significant difference in lower limb alignment and lower limb muscular activity among single leg drop landing. These results showed no significant differences in the one leg drop landing pattern and muscular activity depending on CAI. The further studies should classify the types of chronic ankle instability and consider the physical demands and movement characteristics depending on their playing position for providing useful information on prevention of CAI in basketball club members.

Second, the age and the monthly income of riding club participants partly influenced the degree of bicycle riding participation, organizational identification and organizational commitment. Third, the degree of bicycle riding participation directly or indirectly had influences on organizational commitment mediated by organizational identification. As a result, we found the fact that beside the degree of bicycle riding participation, the age and the monthly income of riding club participants also have influences on organizational identification and organizational commitment.

This study was carried out to know the oviposition preference site of chestnut brown chafer ( CBC ), Adoretus tenuimaculatus and its temporal activity and spatial distribution in green. Larval distribution was also investigated in golf courses for the control of CBC. CBC collected from Yongwon Golf Club in Chinhae, Tongdo Golf Club in Yangsan, Gyeongsan Province, Daegu Golf Club in Gyeongsan, Kyeongbuk Province, Dongrae Golf Club laid more eggs on broableaf of Zoysia matrella than Z. japonica, broadleaf+middleleaf of Z. matrella, Poa pratensis, and P. annua. The number of CBC egg was $19.7\pm$6.7 in Z. japonica,$ 1.7\pm$1.5 in P. pratensis, $1.3\pm$1.5 in sandy loam and $5.7\pm$2.9 in sand. Acitivity time of CBC in a day was the peak at 20:00 and continued to 24:00. CBCs adults were more collected from outside of golf courses whichhad many host plants than roadside courses. Density of white grubs was significantly different in fairway only. CBCs were more collected at tee and fairway than green. Density of white grubs was $54.6\pm$100 in broadleaf of Z. matellia and $37.7\pm$33.8 in P. pratensis at the back tee of the 7th hole in Dongrae Golf Club.

This study was to investigate the changes of attitudes related to science of students in high school science club through modified the creative-experience activity model program. To begin with, using the creative-experience activity model program the programs adapted to the school practices have been developed through consultation of the teachers. The developed program was performed on students in the high school science club. Then we studied the changes of attitudes related to science of students through their outcomes of the activities and face-to-face talk. The change of attitudes related to science of students is positive, especially problem-solving, curiosity, a sense of responsibility, interests toward science, interests toward science related careers, and leisure interest in science. Interest for science as hobby were influenced by used tools like telescopes and experimental tools. Interest for science class were not effective to change to positive by creative experience activity. It seems to be due to creative experience activity were not connected with science class. The program to participate in the activities was more effective than to observe with visit for the change of the attitude related to science. Also, the programs with activities contained scientific knowledge were more effective.
The purpose of this study was to investigate implications of self-directed learning experiments in elementary science education through understanding elementary school students' awareness of their experiences in self-directed learning experiments. Twenty students joined the school science club voluntarily and conducted self-directed learning experiments. We collected data through observation of the experiments, interviews, and questionnaires. The students who participated in the club showed high satisfaction with self-directed learning experiments. The participants were aware that their scientific interest and knowledge, and the confidence in conducting experiments were increased. The students felt positive about the inquiry process of conducting self-directed learning experiments with their own subjects. They also felt a sense of achievement in attempting their experiments in defiance of several failures. The participants realized that the self-directed inquires led to increased declarative and procedural knowledge of science. The students stated that they had some difficulties in coping with the different results contrary to expectations and preparing laboratory materials and instruments. Nonetheless, they showed the promotion of their scientific literacy during overcoming those difficulties. We suggest that self-directed learning experiments can be a more effective way in science learning to make students experience the nature of science than existing school experiments. This can be implemented through a creative experience activities such as science clubs.

Respondents of this study were 393 teachers at the Technical high school in South Korea. The questionnaire survey on the recognition of creative hand-on activities consisted of questions, which are importance and reflection, from 32 sections in 5 fields. The summary of the results through this study is as following. First, In the results of importance analysis of teachers in technical high school, in club activity field, 'the invention' of 'academic activity', 'film-art' in 'culture-art activity', 'challenge activity' in 'sports activity', 'school specialized major' in 'work practice activity', 'scout federation', 'Red Cross youth activity' in 'youth group activity' were seemed to be higher. Second, In the results of reflection analysis, it was found that the 'academy, culture-art', 'sports activity' fields were similarly reflected in importance thought by teachers in technical high school. However, for 'the work practice activity' and 'youth group activity', except 'the school specialized major', all fields are not properly reflected, independent of importance. For 'the work practice activity', analyses of importance and reflection seemed to be alike but for 'the youth group activity', there was a significant difference between them.
