Objectives: In this study, existing knowledge and needs of childcare teachers for developing oral health education plans for infants and young children were investigated. Methods: From March to April 2023, an online questionnaire survey led to the collection of data from 150 childcare teachers. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) revealed that importance and knowledge of oral health education, importance of oral health, and prevention of oral diseases were priority areas, and treatment, symptoms, and causes were priority areas that needed improvement . According to the IPA on the importance of and demand for oral health education support, the importance and demand for an educational plan were both high. Expert education based on educational goals, information sharing, educational environment support, evaluation system, and monitoring was low in importance but high in demand. Conclusions: Oral care habits during infancy are important for maintaining oral health throughout life. Oral care practice should be improved by developing an oral health education plan for childcare teachers to implement.

이 논문은 보육교사의 직무에서 정서표현규칙의 하위요인과 정서노동 수행전략 간의 관계 및 영향력을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 지역 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 268명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료 분석을 위해 상관관계 분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 정서표현규칙 지각은 정서노동의 내면행동, 표면행동과 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 내면행동은 정서표현규칙의 교육, 몰입, 공정성, 명확성과 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서표현규칙 지각은 표면행동, 내면행동에 정적인 영향을 미치고, 정서표현규칙에 대한 몰입이 내면행동에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 정서노동을 지원하고 교사의 정서관리 능력향상을 위한 교육방향을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore mediating effects of internal-external control between directors' servant leadership and teachers' emotional labor. The subjects of the study were 425 childcare teachers in Seoul, Gyeonggi province and Incheon in Korea. The statistics program used to analyze the data was SPSS(version +18.0). The statistics methods applied were the Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The major results of this study were summarized as follows: First, emotional labor and internal control caused by the servant leadership style were found to be positively correlated. Second, servant leadership affected the ability of the teachers to act naturally. These effects were mediated in part by the amount of internal-external control that was shown. Third, servant leadership affected the internal behaviors of the teachers. These effects were mediated in part by amount of the internal-external control that was shown.

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집원장의 감성리더십이 보육교사의 감성지능과 보육교사의 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위하여 K시와 J도에 소재한 어린이집에 재직 중인 교사 277명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 위해 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 20.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과 기술통계, Pearson 적률상관분석, 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 원장의 감성리더십 전체는 감성지능 전체 간에 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있으며 보육교사의 감성지능 전체에 7.2%의 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집원장의 감성리더십 전체는 삶의 질 전체 간에 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있으며 보육교사의 삶의 질 전체에 9.9%의 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 어린이집원장의 감성리더십과 보육교사의 감성지능을 위하여 보육교사의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 정책적 방안을 마련하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between educational beliefs and teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers. The subjects were 291 early childhood teachers in Gwangju City and Jeonnam Province. The research showed that teachers' educational beliefs were significantly associated with teaching efficacy for the teachers who have more than five-year-teaching career. In addition, teachers who had maturational educational belief showed higher scores in general teaching efficacy throughout all educational level. Moreover, teachers who had maturational educational belief and interactional educational belief showed higher teaching efficacy scores in public and private kindergartens and private childcare centers.

본 연구의 목적은 영아반 보육교사의 교사효능감과 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 관련 배경 변인 분석을 통해 영아반 보육교사의 직무여건 개선 및 교사교육의 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 이러한 목적을 위해 경상북도에 소재한 어린이집에 재직 중인 영아반 보육교사 488명을 대상으로 2013년 3월11일부터 29일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 영아반 보육교사의 교사효능감은 전반적으로 조금 높게 나타났으며, 일반효능감이 개인효능감보다 높게 나타났다. 교사효능감은 개인변인인 연령과 결혼여부에서, 근무여건 변인인 어린이집 유형, 평균근무시간, 월평균보수, 반 원아수에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 영아반 보육교사의 직무스트레스 역시 전반적으로 조금 높게 나타났으며, 직무스트레스는 경제, 학부모, 업무, 원아, 개인, 행정업무 순이며, 가장 낮은 요인은 동료스트레스로 나타났다. 직무스트레스는 개인변인 연령, 결혼여부, 경력, 이수한 연수회수에서, 근무여건 변인은 어린이집 유형, 평균근무시간, 반 원아수, 월평균보수에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 영아반 보육교사의 교사효능감 향상을 위해 영아반 보육교사의 직무여건 개선이 무엇보다 중요하다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있다.

본 연구는 영아의 어린이집 이용에 대한 보육교사들의 태도를 탐색하고, 이들의 보육신념을 분석하여 영아무상보육에 대한 보완 및 개선점을 제시하였다. 연구참여자는 영아반 보육교사 26명이며, 자료수집을 위해 개별심층면접을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 영아반 보육교사들은 취업모의 어린이집 이용을 불가피한 것으로 여기지만 전업주부의 어린이집 이용에 대해서는 부정적인 태도를 보였다. 연구참여자들은 영아무상보육 이후 어린이집을 이용하는 영아의 양적팽창과 함께 어머니들이 주양육자로서 수행해야하는 역할을 공보육에 의존하는 경향이 높아졌다고 지적하였다. 보육교사들은 영아기에 적합한 양육환경에 대한 신념을 밝히면서, 영아의 주양육자로서 어머니가 수행해야하는 역할의 중요성을 강조하였다. 또한, 어린이집을 이용하는 어머니와 보육교사 간의 양육 파트너십이 양질의 보육에 필수적임을 설명하고, "제2의 어머니"로서 영아반 보육교사의 정체성을 피력하였다. 본 연구는 영아무상보육 시행 이후 서비스 제공의 핵심 주체인 보육교사들이 보육현장에서 경험한 변화들을 분석함으로써 향후 개선되어야 할 방향을 제시하는 것에 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 보육교사의 행복감과 셀프리더십이 유아권리존중에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 G시에 소재한 어린이집에서 근무하고있는 보육교사 350명을 대상으로 질문지를 사용하였으며 최종 291부를 일원배치분산분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 행복감 하위요인인 외적행복과 자기조절행복은 보육교사학력에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 셀프리더십 하위요인인 행위전략과 인지전략은 학력과 경력에 따라 차이가 있었다. 유아권리존중 하위요인인 생존권, 보호권, 발달권, 참여권은 보육교사 학력과 경력에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 발달권은 어린이집 유형에 따라서도 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 보육교사의 행복감, 셀프리더십, 유아권리존중 간에도 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 행복감과 셀프리더십이 유아권리존중에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 동시대가 요구하는 유아권리존중 인식이 높은 보육교사 양성을 위한 노력의 일환으로 보육교사의 행복감과 셀프리더십을 증진시키는 제도 및 교육 방안 마련을 위한 노력이 필요함을 확인하는데 그 의의를 둔다.

This research investigated the opinions of teachers and directors on the integration of early childhood education and childcare centers in Korea. Participants were 800 teachers and directors working with young children in kindergartens and childcare centers. The survey consisted of questions regarding reasons, feasibility, and means of integration, as well as tasks that should be achieved prior to integration. Results showed that the participants were skeptical about executing the integration in practice even though they agreed to the integration of education and care in early childhood. They reported the integration of auspices should take place prior to integration of education and care in early childhood.

The aim of this study was to identify perception discrepancies related to organizational effectiveness in childcare center. To achieve this, managers and teachers were treated as two different subjects. Statistical analysis showed that perception influences differed between managers and teachers. Managers were affected by organizational characteristics and director of the organization. On the other hand, teachers were affected by organizational characteristics and the manager of the child-care center. It was established that the different view points of managers and teachers led to a situation where a manager perceived organizational effectiveness in a more holistic and positive light compared to teachers. It is our assertion that in order to run a child-care center efficiently, it is very important to fortify the ability and authority of managers.
