어린이집 정보통신설비 구축현황 및 제안 -COVID19 이후 IT기술활용 중심으로- (Construction Status and Proposal for Information Communication Facility of Childcare Center -After COVID19, focusing on IT Technology Utilization-)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 어린이집의 정보통신 설비 구축 사례를 살펴보고, 4차산업 혁명시대를 이끌 수 있는 어린 인재를 육성할 수 있는 교육환경을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 COVID19 이후 어린이들이 개별 맞춤형으로 교육을 받기 적합한 정보통신 환경을 만들고 가능하면 체험형 교육이 가능한 환경을 구축함과 동시에 맞춤학습의 평균화가 가능하도록 할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 이전에 어린이집의 정보통신설비에 대한 연구가 없었기에 시작에 의의를 두고자 하고, 향후 창의적이고 맥락적인 어린이를 육성하는데 스마트스피커와 모바일기기를 통해 교사들의 이동동선을 줄이고 AI데이터를 통해 맞춤형 교육환경을 만드는 방향으로 어린이집 설계가 바뀌어야 한다고 본다. 이를 위해 정보통신 감리의 CM역할이 필요하고 어린이집 관련 연구를 발전시켜 COVID19이후 어린이집 설계 표준이 되길 희망한다.

어린이집 방문간호사의 직무에 대한 인식비교 (Comparative Analysis of Nurse-led Health Care in Child Daycare Centers)

  • Purpose: To compare perceptions of nurse-led health care visits in child daycare centers and calculate determination coefficients (DC) reflecting the job values. Methods: This was a secondary analysis study that applied the evaluation report for visiting nursing services for child daycare centers, prepared by the Seoul Nurses Association in 2021. Totally, 86 visiting nurses, 1997 childcare teachers, and 1915 parents were included in the study. The job recognition questionnaire was used to identify the levels of readiness, importance, and difficulty of a visiting nurse's job. Results: The visiting nurses showed high levels of readiness and importance for most duties and tasks expected of them. Compared to the nurses, the parents determined a greater importance towards the jobs of visiting nurses. The visiting nurses and childcare teachers exhibited similar levels of importance for the job. The highest and lowest DC scores were obtained for 'child developmental evaluation and referral' and 'child education', respectively. Conclusion: The duties and tasks verified in this study can be evidence for the job description, and should be preferentially developed for enhancing the competency of visiting nurses. Considering the importance of nurse-led health care, this will warrant an expansion of services to other regions.

지역아동센터 방문아동을 위한 구강건강증진 프로그램 필요에 대한 연구 -인천광역시를 중심으로- (A study on the necessity of oral health promotion program for children visiting local child care centers: the case of Incheon)

  • The purpose of this study was to pave the way for the development of oral health promotion programs for children from the low-income class. The subjects in this study were 322 children from the city of Incheon. Some of them visited local childcare centers, and the others attended six different adjacent elementary schools. Their awareness of oral health, oral health behavior and preventive-treatment experience were investigated in May 2005, and whether there were any characteristics in their visit of dental institutions was checked. Besides, whether their parents advised them to brush their teeth before turning in was examined. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. 22.0 percent of the children investigated were visiting local childcare centers, and 78.0 percent weren't. The guardians of the former group largely received high-school(50.7%) and middle-school or lower education(22.5%), and those of the latter group mostly received high-school(41.0%) and college- or higher education(35.5%)(pE0.001). The common monthly mean house-hold income of the former was one million won or less(54.9%) or ranged from 1.01 to 2.00 million won(19.7%), and the most prevalent monthly mean household income of the latter was between 2.01 and 3.50 million won(28.7%). The second most dominant monthly mean household income of the latter ranged from 1.01 to 2.00 million won(28.3%), and the third most common one was 3.50 million won or more(12.0%)(pE0.001). 2. The most prevalent daily toothbrushing frequency among the local childcare center visitors was twice(39.4%), followed by three times(19.7%). The third largest group of the visitors brushed their teeth after each meal(19.7%). The most dominant daily toothbrushing frequency among the non-users of local child care centers was twice(54.2%), followed by three times(29.1%)(pE0.01). As to the way of toothbrushing, 58.2 percent of the visitors and 74.9 percent of the non-visitors brushed their teeth by turning their toothbrush or up and down(pF0.05). 62.0 percent of the former and 74.9 percent of the latter always brushed their teeth before turning in, and whether they visited local childcare centers made a significant difference to that(pE0.05). 3. 69.7 percent of the non-visitors were always advised by their parents to do toothbrushing before turning in, and the visitors who were given the same advice all the time numbered 29.6 percent(pE0.001). 4. 56.4 percent of the visitors and 72.1 percent of the non-visitors had ever visited dental institutions over the past year. Dental hospitals and clinics were identified as the dental institutions that they visited the most, and they mostly received dental-caries treatment or had a tooth out there. 49.3 percent of the visitors and 35.1 percent of the non-visitors had ever had a toothache. 5. Sealant was experienced by 42.3 percent of the visitors and 46.2 percent of the non-visitors to prevent dental caries(pF0.05). 33.8 percent of the visitors underwent fluoride application, and that rate was higher than that of the non-visitors with the same experience that stood at 22.7 percent(pE0.05). The visitors mainly acquired knowledge on oral health through other channels that weren't specified in the questionnaire(28.2%), and the non-visitors did it mostly at dental clinics(39.0%)(pE0.001).

영유아 교사의 의사소통능력과 교사효능감이 어린이집 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 (Study on Influence of Communication Ability and Early Childhood Teachers' Sense of Efficacy on Organizational Effectiveness of Child Care Centers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of early childhood teachers' communication ability, teacher efficacy, and organizational effectiveness of child care centers. The subjects of this study were 397 teachers working at child care centers. The results of this study were as follows. First, differences in the organization effectiveness of child care centers were detected according to teachers' age, career, type of child care center where they were affiliated, and marriage status. Second, the relative effects of the teachers' communication ability and teacher efficacy on the organizational effectiveness of early-childhood educational institutions differed significantly according to each sub-factor; teachers' communication ability's sub-factors - response, analysis, and evaluation - and teacher efficacy's sub-factors - general efficacy and personal efficacy - had partial effects on the organizational effectiveness of child care centers. Of these, personal efficacy had the greatest effects on all sub-factors of organizational effectiveness. This study is significant since it identifies the variables that could affect the organizational effectiveness of child care centers.

6주 보육실습에 대한 보육실습기관의 인식 (The Perception of Public Child Care Training Centers on the Revised Six-week Educare Practicum)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the six-week educare practicum revised in 2017 and perception of the effects of the change on public child care training centers. Methods: Surveys were conducted on the directors and teachers from national public child care centers within Seoul. And in-depth interviews were conducted on six participants. Results: Firstly, public child care training centers had generally received trainees through industry-academy partnership schools, and had planned to receive the same number of trainees as in the previous system. They had trained according to their planned program, and self-evaluation had also been conducted on a regular basis. Additionally, they perceived that the quality control of the centers was carried out by the trainees. Secondly, they perceived that the new system would improve the professionalism of the teachers and have a positive effect on their personality issues and the reliability of the evaluation accreditation institute. Hence, it was believed that it would help to develop the professional knowledge and qualifications of first-time teachers. Conclusion/Implications: The results showed that the public child care training centers recognized that the six-week educare practicum would enhance the professionalism and quality of teachers, and the child care operation management.

신도시 신규위탁 국공립어린이집의 개원과정 탐색: 세종시를 중심으로 (Exploring the Opening Process of New Entrusted Public Daycare Centers: Focusing on Sejong City)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to suggest institutional improvements and support measures for the opening process of new entrusted public daycare centers by exploring the experiences of the directors of daycare centers. Methods: In-depth interviews were held with nine directors of daycare centers in Sejong City. The recordings of the interviews were databased, and then the data were analyzed by categorizing the content. Results: First, the participants of this study were interested in the national/public daycare service consignment program and were eager to be selected for the program. They also had high expectations for operating daycare centers. Second, while preparing for the opening of the daycare center, the participants encountered problems after being selected for the program in terms of finance, facilities, equipment, and personnel management. Third, after opening the center, the participants went through the "survival period" as they had to overcome many issues while operating the center on their own. Conclusion/Implications: This study suggested financial and administrative improvements and support measures required for the consignment program so that daycare center directors can successfully and sustainably open and operate daycare centers.

보육교사의 인성과 아동학대 관계에서 직무스트레스의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Job Stress in the Relationship between Childcare Teachers' Personality and Child Abuse)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 보육교사 인성과 아동학대 간에 직무스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하여 보육교사를 위한 인성교육과 직무스트레스 대처 방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 인천광역시 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 326명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문지는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 연구목적에 맞게 회귀분석과 다중회귀분석, 그리고 Sobel의 Z검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사 인성 하위요인 직무수행이 아동학대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사 인성 하위요인 인간애, 창의·인성, 사회관계, 그리고 직무수행이 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무스트레스 하위요인 보육활동, 학부모와의 관계가 아동학대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 보육교사 인성 하위요인 직무수행과 아동학대 사이에서 직무스트레스 하위요인 보육활동은 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 보육교사에 의한 아동학대를 예방하고 방지하기 위해 보육교사 인성과 관련된 직무수행 능력 향상과 직무스트레스 하위요인 보육활동의 부담을 감소하기 위한 구체적인 방안이 적극적으로 마련되어야 함을 시사한다.

보육교사의 질병관련 지식, 직무 스트레스, 자아존중감이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향 (Influencing Factors of Knowledge Related to Disease, Job Stress and Self-Esteem on Teacher Efficacy for Childcare Teacher)

  • 본 연구는 보육교사의 질병관련 지식, 직무 스트레스, 자아존중감 및 교사효능감의 정도를 알아보고, 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법은 G시의 보육교사 257명을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구로, 2014년 5월 23일에서 25일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN/21.0 프로그램으로 평균과 표준편차, t-검정, 일원 분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 그 결과, 보육교사의 교사효능감의 평균점수는 $78.80{\pm}8.28$점으로 다소 높게 나타났으며, 연구대상자의 교사효능감은 자아존중감과 순상관관계(r=.493, p<.001), 직무 스트레스와는 역상관관계(r=-.247, p<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 질병관련 지식과는 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 다중회귀분석 결과, 자아존중감, 직무스트레스, 직위에 의해 30.0%가 설명되었다. 따라서 보육시설 보육교사의 교사효능감을 증진시킬 수 있는 중재전략이 필요하다 생각된다.

보육교사의 직무스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향 : 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Job Stress on Psychological Burnout of Childcare Teachers: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Self-Esteem)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 직무스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 인천지역 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 520명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 그 자료를 중심으로 직무스트레스, 심리적 소진 및 자아존중감에 대한 경로분석 모형을 살펴보았다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치며, 자아존중감에는 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아존중감은 심리적 소진에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 보육교사의 직무스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 직접적인 영향과 자아존중감을 매개로 한 간접적인 영향이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 직무스트레스 및 심리적 소진의 감소와 자아존중감 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발의 필요성이 제시되었다.

취업모와 비취업모의 지역사회 육아 지원과 사회적 지원에 대한 인식 (The Cognition on Community Childcare Support and Social Support between Working Mothers and Non-working Mothers)

  • 본 연구는 육아정책연구소의 2008년 한국아동패널 대표집을 이용하여 지역사회의 육아 지원과 사회적 지원에 대한 취업모와 비취업모의 인식을 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 취업모 654명, 비취업모 1,416명으로 총 2,070명이었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 취업모와 비취업모의 50% 이상은 보육시설이, 45% 이상은 유치원과 사설교육기관이 충분하다고 보았다. 또한 취업모(52%)가 비취업모(45%)보다 공공 여가 공간/시설 이용이 더 편리하다고 보았고 비취업모(80%)가 취업모(73%)보다 문화시설 이용이 더 불편하다고 보았다. 그리고 취업모와 비취업모의 절반 정도가 지역사회의 치안과 안전사고 측면이 비교적 안전하다고 인식하였으며, 지역사회의 전반적 양육 적절성은 집단간 차이없이 80% 이상이 보통 이상으로 인식하였다. 둘째, 취업모가 비취업모 보다 전반적으로 사회적 지원을 더 많이 받는 것으로 인식하고 있었고 주변에서 나에게 관심을 가지고 걱정을 해 주거나, 물품이 필요할 때 빌려주거나, 일손이 필요한 경우 도움을 받거나, 집안 길흉사에 서로 방문하거나, 여가나 휴가 때 같이 놀러가는 사회적 지원에 있어서는 두 집단간 차이가 있었다.
