  • This paper describes how to derive audit criterion, audit domain, detail technology, and functional check items which are core of hospital information system, consisting of OCS, EMR, and PACS. Using the check items listed above, we investigated the objective validity for the construction audit of hospital information system. As a result, the derived audit criterion, audit domain, detail technology, and functional check items were verified as check items for audit. Since using the current audit check items of public area is insufficient to construct efficient, reliable, and stable hospital information system, we suggest adopting the hospital information system audit area, audit check items, and process that are presented in this paper.

  • In this paper, we have studied the improvement of operational control for the enhancement of business continuity of information system becoming more important with the development of information technology such as big data, Iot, and artificial intelligence. The operational management and audit guidance of the current information system, which is coming in the fourth industrial age, where various services, data and industries are converged, is based on the existing general information system pattern and needs to be improved. The provision of services at fixed times is linked to the survival of enterprises and countries and serves as a key element. Therefore, it is necessary to study the application of optimized check items of the operation audits to minimize the service interruption damage of the information system and to provide the stable service in terms of business continuity management. To accomplish this, the check items presented in the operational control of the information system were derived by combining the PDCA step contents and 8 resource requirements provided in ISO 22301. From the point of view of increasing the business continuity according to the derivation criteria of the inspection items, the operational inspection check items were derived by exemplifying the improved check items and review items of the information system operation audit and the products to be checked during the operational audit. The check items were divided into management audit improvement check items for service continuity management, and operational audit improvement check items for performance and availability management. The average score of the IT professionals' survey on the suitability of the proposed checklist was 4.63, which was concluded to be appropriate.

  • Checklist method is rapid and comprehensive to evaluate in practice. Check items are commonly rated by subjective utility function; i.e., evaluator's significant judgment. Since human judgment includes fuzziness (vagueness) inherently in spite of its significance, fuzzy set theory is useful in this case. The paper illustrates a evaluation method using fuzzy checklist where check items are rated as fuzzy numbers. Pairwise comparison data is used to determine the weights of check items, since it has comparative advantage for human's fuzzy judgment. Sample of BASIC program is provided for microcomputer. When uncertainty is due to subjectivity or imprecision of data, this method can be applied to practical problems widely.

According to the age in THI health check table, the complains of mental subjective symptom by reason of age was high among 31 to 40 years old. People who belonged that age group showed high fabrication(L), digestion(C) and aggressiveness(F). The results showed the complains of mental subjective symptom. All items except tiredness(I), melancholia(N), and hypersensitivity(P) were commonly reported by people in their sixties. On the other hand, melancholia(N) and hypersensitivity(P), people in their forties were investigated highly. Statistically, the items of heartㆍblood stream(C) and digestion(D) systems were similar between the two ages, but anger(Q) was different. (p<0.05) 3. From the complains of mental and physical subjective symptoms about work satisfaction on the THI health check table, all items except eyeㆍskin trouble(B) showed strong dissatisfaction. From the complains of mental and physical subjective symptoms about work satisfaction on the CMI health check table, the items of respiratory system(B), digestion(D), nervous system(G), miscellaneous(K), inadequancy(M), and anger(Q) showed similar results. Otherwise, heartㆍblood stream(C) showed statistically different. 4. From the complains of mental and physical subjective symptoms on salary satisfaction in the THI health check table, in the case of people receiving around 1 million won, the complains of physical symptoms showed high among all items except for the respiratory(A) and digestion(C) systems. The eyeㆍskin trouble(B) item showed statistical similarity. The complains of mental and physical subjective symptoms according to a salary degree on the CMI health check table was completely different from the above results. In people received around 1~1.5million won, all items except anxiety(O) showed high. The hypersensitivity(P) item showed statistically different.

  • Railway is compsed in various components, such as subgrade, track bed, sleeper, rail, and overhead line, on a linear space. Therefore, comprehensive work for various design standards and guidelines is required when designing a railway facility. For this reason, much time and effort are required to review the relevant design standards and guidelines. While, automatic legal check system for BIM models has been developed in the architectural engineering, it has not been developed in the railway engineering. This study reviews the korean design standard and the korean code for railway engineering, and suggests some rule items of logical information. Comparing the suggested rule items to the railway BIM library, items of logical information and additional attribute information are obtained. The analysis results of railway design standards and BIM library presented in this study would be utilized for defining rule-set items that is essential for development of the automatic legal check system for railway BIM models.

  • Smartwork technology, using teleworking, smartwork centers and mobile terminal, provides a flexible work environments without constraints of time and space. Smartwork system to increase the work efficiency has the information protection threats according to their convenience. Thus, in order to build smartwork, it is proper to provide information protection audit to help ensure the information protection. In this paper, we have proposed an infortaion protection audit model at the practical and technical level for building a smartwork environment. We were classified as a terminal, network and server area for information protection, and derived a professional information protection check items. Further, by establishing a smartwork information protection audit time to map ISMS control items, we have proposed an audit model so that it is possible to improve the security and efficiency. It also verified whether the proposed model is suitable or not by doing a survey if deduced audit domain and check items correspond with the purpose of the smartwork information protection audit to auditors and IT specialists. As the result, this study was 97% satisfaction out of 13 check items.

  • The complex dose distribution and dose transfer characteristics of intensity-modulated radiotherapy increase the importance of precise beam data measurement and review in the acceptance inspection and preparation stages. In this study, we propose a process map for the introduction and installation of high-precision radiotherapy devices and present items and guidelines for risk management at the acceptance test procedure (ATP) and commissioning stages. Based on the ATP of the Varian and Elekta linear accelerators, the ATP items were checked step by step and compared with the quality assurance (QA) test items of the AAPM TG-142 described for the medical accelerator QA. Based on the commissioning procedure, dose quality control protocol, and mechanical quality control protocol presented at international conferences, step-by-step check items and commissioning guidelines were derived. The risk management items at each stage were (1) 21 ionization chamber performance test items and 9 electrometer, cable, and connector inspection items related to the dosimetry system; (2) 34 mechanical and dose-checking items during ATP, 22 multileaf collimator (MLC) items, and 36 imaging system items; and (3) 28 items in the measurement preparation stage and 32 items in the measurement stage after commissioning. Because the items presented in these guidelines are limited in terms of special treatment, items and practitioners can be modified to reflect the clinical needs of the institution. During the system installation, it is recommended that at least two clinically qualified medical physicists (CQMP) perform a double check in compliance with the two-person rule. We expect that this result will be useful as a radiation safety management tool that can prevent radiation accidents at each stage during the introduction of radiotherapy and the system installation process.

  • The gang-form widely used in apartment construction sites has advantages compared to scaffolding in preventing falling accidents. One problem, however, is that safety accidents associated with gang-form works repeatedly occur due to worker carelessness. In this study, hierarchical checking tables are provided to support safety management activities for the gang-form works at the sites. Through a survey of experts and analyses of case studies of construction accidents, 137 safety check items are classified by participant type based on a hierarchical safety check scheme. The applicability and effectiveness of the hierarchical checking tables was evaluated through interviews with experts. It was found that the hierarchical checking tables enabled each gang-form related participant to check his own safety management items, and provided a level-wise structure to site safety management systems.
