In this paper we study CR-submanifolds of maximal CR-dimension by investigating extrinsic behaviors of integral curves of characteristic vector field on them. Also we consider the notion of ruled CR-submanifold of maximal CR-dimension which is a generalization of that of ruled real hypersurface and find some characterizations of ruled CR-submanifold of maximal CR-dimension concerning extrinsic shapes of integral curves of the characteristic vector field and those of CR-Frenet curves.

We introduce an extrapolated Crank-Nicolson characteristic finite element method to approximate solutions of a convection dominated Sobolev equation. We obtain the higher order of convergence in both the spatial direction and the temporal direction in $L^2$ normed space for the extrapolated Crank-Nicolson characteristic finite element method.

Adaptive design of IIR digiral filters using equation error method has been studied. In this paper, a design technique of IIR digital filters using output error method with adaptive compensator is presented. In computer simulation results, it is shown that flat response characteristic in pass-band, below-40[dB] attenuation characteristic in stop-band, sharf cut-off characteristic in transition-band, and phase characteristic is linearin pass-band.

Effect of Sb2O3 addition on microstructure and the PTCR characteristic was investigated. The range of the Sb2O3 content and the sintering temperature showing semiconducting and PTCR characteristic, were 0.05~0.125 mol%, and over 130$0^{\circ}C$, respectively. We found that PTCR characteristic, that is, room-temperature resistivity and specific resistivity ration were dependent on the microstructure.

Main interest of the present paper is to investigate the criticality of characteristic vector fields on almost cosymplectic manifolds. Killing critical characteristic vector fields are absolute minima. This paper contains some examples of non-Killing critical characteristic vector fields.

This paper deals with the design of vaccum pump using moving magnet type linear oscillaory actuator based on the design procedure and the characteristic analysis. To improve the starting characteristic, the optimum spring constant is detected and redesigned. The parameter was calculated by Finite Element Method(FEM). In order to dynamic characteristic analysis. Time difference method with voltage and kinetic equation is used.

It is well-known that the anode circuit of SCR has the current controlled negative resistance characteristic. Recently the present auther has shown that the gate circuit of SCR has the voltage controlled negative resistance characteristic for the constant anode voltage. It is shown of the equivalent model to SCR(when conducting) the voltage controlled negative resistance characteristic for gate circuit. And it is possible to make SCR gate oscillators with their desired characteristic for illustration.

A characteristic mode theory for longitudinal slot of arbitrary width in the outer conductor of coaxial waveguide is applied for calculating the characteristic magnetic currents, the characteristic fields, radiation patterns, and the fields evershere(inside and outside the guide, and in the aperture region). Numerical results of the equivalent magnetic currents and the radiation patterns are compared with those obtained by use of the method of moments.
